Well, a follow up to previous review. I was happy when owner followed up and offered to give me a small free service to make up for my previous review. Set up appt date and time for him to come out. Tick-tock. He never came much less a follow up message. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Excellent service! I had one faucet leaking inside, and 2 leaking outside, that I knew about. Mark found a third one leaking, under the house! I am really pleased with his investigation. He wore a mask the whole time, too.

We used this company to fix our Navien tankless water heater.   They were immediately responsive,  and Mr Gibson was willing to drive to Donner Summit to help us out.   Mrs Gibson is very friendly and easy to work with on the phone.   They are competent, reliable and finish the job in a timely manner.   Highly recommend this company!

Sean will be our go-to guy from now on! He was efficient, friendly, and affordable. Our windows are sparkling! Will definitely be referring him to our friends & family in the area.

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review for any business. Barb and Dave absolutely live up the five stars. Barb is very polite and was able to arrange for Dave to come to my house to fix a clog within several hours of my calling her. Dave is the epitome of expertise, class, and politeness. He has impeccable attention to detail and double checked his work until he was satisfied that he had completely solved the issue. As a surgeon I appreciate attention to detail. Barbara and Dave truly personify this quality in their work.

My hot water heater was about done, so I called for an estimate and recommendation. Don and his son took a look at what I had and listened to what I wanted. The estimate was reasonable and they worked with me on the date to install. They arrived on time and did superb work! So impressed I contracted them to also replace a leaky kitchen faucet and fix the bathtub. Again, on time, on the mark for price, and great work.

I have used this company multiple times as a realtor especially when it comes to emergency issues and I have been pleasantly surprised at how prompt and affordable they are. Very quickly to respond and completely reliable I'm so grateful there are still businesses like this out there you can depend on!

Wow!!! Amazing work!! They helped me with a small leak in my bathroom. They where at my house the same day in less than hour. Keep their number on speed dial!!!

Friendly Plumbing called and cancelled job 20 minutes ( same day)before they were suppose to show up for job.
Rescheduled job for next day, was 30 minutes late with no call to customer in which they said they would call before coming for job. Tech showed up and did not have job sheet and said he only knows of one project, but there were 3 projects  to be worked on that day. Called receptionist and she said Tech has all 3 jobs on his job sheet. Receptionist and Tech were rude and arrogant and appeared not to really be concerned with doing the job.

Did not and will not use Friendly Plumbing.

Excellent service!  We scheduled with him a couple of weeks in advance and he arrived on time the day we came up to our cabin.  He found a bad thermocouple and cleaned out the hot water heater to give the old beast some more life.

Roto-Rooter never showed up or even called to cancel our 1pm appointment. I called several times during the day to confirm that they were coming, even being told at one point that they were a mile away. I waited until about 9pm before I gave up hope that they were coming. I wasted the entire last day of our vacation, and our family returned home early from skiing to make that 1pm appointment.

The worst part was that they never even called the next morning to apologize or offer an explanation. They weren't even aware that no one showed up. I had to call them to tell them no one showed and they said that they told my husband that the plumber got stuck in the snow, which was a complete lie because they don't even have my husband's number. I asked to speak to the manager, and he never even called me back.

This is the most unprofessional business that I've ever encountered. I've never dealt with a company that disrespected me, my time, and my business more than this one. Don't waste your time with them.
