Best Flame Sensor Repair in Reno NV
Very prompt in responding to my inquiries. They really did a great job in buying new toilets for us and installing them. We were really satisfied with their work.

Matt from Desert Air was on time, big deal in my book, friendly, and extremely competent and knowledgeable. I believe we were his last call of the day and it turned out to be more complex of an issue then we thought. Matt was determined to resolve it. If all technicians at Desert Air are like Matt, I highly recommend them.

Needing to call a plumber is never fun, but I am happy to have found NDI Plumbing and they have surely assisted me with a few projects over the past few months. Most recently they changed out a 30 year old boiler and replaced with a new, more efficient system. Scott and Travis were timely and made sure the repairs were all complete before leaving. They had to shut gas off for the project and ensured all systems that ran off gas were properly turned on and systems were up and running.

A locally owned company that puts their customers first. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

I have had nothing but great response and service from D&D plumbing. I made the mistake of peeling a few too many hardboiled eggs (no one told me you shouldn't put them down the disposal .. OOPS!) and clogging up the disposal/drain. They got someone out to my house and he had the problem fixed in no time after he got all the eggshells out. I was turned onto this company from a friend when I told them what was wrong and they steered me in the right direction.

Great service!! I had them install a new A/C unit this past summer when it was REALLY hot and they got right on it! Fast and efficient techs. Then I've had problems with half of the home being cold during winter. Come to find out, the duct work was probably disconnected when the previous owner had the furnace moved from under the house to the garage. It's been cold in those areas since i moved in here, 1982. I've had prior techs come in and charge me for 'fixing' it. Chad got right into the crawl space, connected the duct work and now the two rooms are toasty. thanks for your excellent service and friendly techs, Jason!! And Jennifer who books the appointments is always very friendly and helpful. BTW...All Hours Air has a new app sending the approximate arrival time plus the tech's face to your smartphone!

This company Charges a flat rate for each job. I was charged $1212 to install a water heater.
, After I paid the bill and got over the sticker shock, I checked around and priced the parts and they ranged from $375-$580 plus $ 40 for the 2gal pressure tank . Based on those figures and $100 for 2hr work he did , I felt that I was over charged $290-$607
The installer was very professional friendly and addressed all my concerns and did exellent work and is welcome here anytime, but not the company he works for-!!!!!!!!!
Therefore I'm giving one star for the company and 5 for the installer.................................
PS This was the Fernley office I Called

I have the highest praise for Dan's professionalism in completing a plumbing job that at first seemed simple- a couple of leaks- but became more complicated as he discovered that my older manufactured home has pipes that are dated and no longer in code. This required him to pick up special parts to do the job correctly. His initial quote seemed quite reasonable, but he ran several hours over the estimated time the job would take. Yet he held to his word and said the quote stood. While I respect his integrity, I wrote him a check substantially higher to cover his extra hours. It is a pleasure to find an honest, skilled tradesman, and I strongly recommend him.

I found the girls in the office to be very pleasant and the tech that did the work seemed pleasant enough. I have an old stove whose pilot was not lit and I happened to mention that to the tech, wondering if he was able to take a look at it. He says well, we don't actually do appliance work, but, i'll be glad to take a look. So, we both hit the ground and I held his flashlight for a portion of the time while he lit the pilot...5 minutes, at the most. Next day, i find out we get billed $180 for lighting the pilot. Unbelievable!! Next, our heater was blowing cold air so he fixed it. Of course, 2 hours later, the heater no longer works (it started blowing cold air again). The tech returns the next day (yes, the temps were down to zero degrees these nights) and fixes it again. According to the tech, there is a defective piece in the heater along with a serious safety concern. After already charging $500 to fix it the first time, he insists that the original installers did it wrong and the piece needed replacing is going to be another $250+. I found another company called Root-O-Matic and they are the complete opposite. They even walked into my home to check out the heater and tell me how to fix it, going forward, AT NO CHARGE! Yup, no charge for simple advice! I'm very disappointed in Paul's Plumbing as this company is the perfect example of price-gouging. And in a field like plumbing/heating/cooling, the Average Joe like me is ignorant and we put our trust in alleged pros with big trucks and lots of tools. It's time for us to get educated and empowered.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. The owner was condescending, rude, unprofessional, name calling and threatening The employees were professional . I would NOT recommend that you use this company for anything! Unless you want to be treated badly. Unbelievable he is in business
