Great plumbing service!! Wasn't overpriced and came to our house pretty quickly. 150.00 service charge and it went towards the work we had him do. Didn't cost us any more then that and he did a great job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF WHEN EVER THEY CAN!

I had the misfortune to have this company do a service call on my roof top swamp cooler. Somehow, it started leaking and my HOA called Root-O-Matic to stop the leak. The bill the HOA presented to me came in at 2 hours at 84.00 per hour, 168.00. The repair was for adjusting the float valve.
I felt that this was an excessive amount of time to do such a simple repair. I complained to the HOA. They told me they couldn't adjust the invoice and to call John, and talk to him. I call several times and left messages for John and Luis. I even called, asking for a quote on doing a repair. Neither answered or returned my calls. I had to resort to using a fictions name to speak with Luis. With out going into detail, and acting like a stupid home owner, he accurately diagnosed the problem and said it was an easy fix, no more than and hour. So, 84.00.
I call the HOA back and relayed what I found out. Again, no help but the HOA guy there said he would talk to the owner, John, about why they billed out at 2 hour for a 30 minute job. When the HOA guy got back to me, he said they didn't have a ladder to get to the roof and had to go back to the shop. So I have to pay for their stupidity!!!!!!! I called John again and left a VM. Again, no return call.
If you still think it is a smart idea to use this company, make sure to tell them all the tools that they need to bring. Ladders, hammers, pliers, drain cleaner, might even remind them to bring their truck. Otherwise, they will be more than happy to over bill you when they didn't bring what they needed. Oh, I and I suspect that they will be more than happy to bill you when they don't do the job right too. Just make sure you keep an eagle eye on them.

Paige M from Preferred Plumbing and drain came and replaced my shower heads and valves. He was very professional and was willing to explain to me why things had to be done a certain way. The price he gave was reasonable and a lot cheaper than what I was quoted from another company. I highly recommend this company. And I will be using them in the future.

Great work! Daryl our very friendly plumber came and put our fixtures and utilities in our bathroom and charged us next to nothing! He had the whole job done in less than an hour ( toilet, sink, and vanity) he did an amazing job and even adapted to the changes we made to the bathroom making the sink in the place we wanted!
Very efficient work and did an amazing job! We have had no problem with anything he did and friendly plumbing will definitely  be the ones I call if anything ever happens with our plumbing again (knock on wood).
I was recommended by my good friend who had Eric do work for them and am very happy I had them do the work. I would recommend them 5 stars to anyone I know, all around very pleased with there fast and stupendous work!

Fixed leak at furnace vent took care of problem in timely matter

Josh made time in his schedule to service our hydronic heating system and solved a water hammering issue. He did a complete service on the heating system and explained all the system components in plain English. Josh was very conscience of COVID practices and wore all the proper PPE, our transaction was handled in a non contact manner. His prices were extremely reasonable and he is a pleasure to work with.

Our water  heater failed on Friday, River City's Nico showed up in the afternoon,  the heater was installed Saturday.  No problems and the job was done in a very neat, workman manner.    Monday the heater  developed a gas leak in an internal valve and Mike, the owner, was there to diagnose the problem in the early afternoon and ordered a new controller for the water  heater, Wednesday it was fixed by 10AM.

Got same day (end of day) service in Fernley to reinstall 3 toilets. Good communication, good work.  I would recommend them.

He gave me a bill that was $200 MORE than what he quoted!! WAS RUDE AND LIED!!! Someone must have paid for the other reviews because they aren't even close to the service I received!
