Best Drain Cleaning in Reno NV

Thank goodness for the professional and courteous staff at Van Allen Plumbing.  They saved the day with a replacement water heater, and did an excellent job communicating with me along the way.  Gabriel and Matt came out today and finished the job in no time and the work was immaculate!  Thank you, thank you!

After unsuccessfully trying to get an appt with 2 other 24/7 plumbers, I finally found S & S.   Robert was very punctual, polite, professional, and FAST!   There are other plumbers who promise 24/7 service if you can wait for 2 or 3 days.    WT?      Save yourself a headache and call S & S first.

My 93 year old mother had a plumbing problem and called me, her daughter in Sacramento, at 7:30am.  At 8:30am Dave came over to my mom's the same day, and fixed the issue.  I cannot say enough nice things about this plumbing company.  Friendly, courteous, and efficient.  This is customer service at it's best!

Long review, but I feel you need the backstory.

My tub was slow to drain, and I purchased a Home Warranty a couple years ago, so I put in a claim. The company sent out Roto Rooter. I figured, it's a National company, so they should be able to fix this, right?

Well, after the guys said they snaked the drain about 10 feet, the snake wouldn't go any farther. They said, because the house was old, the line needed to be replaced. Sounded reasonable. The bill after snaking the line was over $260! AND....my tub drained slower than before they got there!

In comes Rooter Bee's AJ. He was super logical even on the phone call, and was able to come out the next day. He was prompt, clean, courteous, and incredibly smart and logical in diagnosing what could be happening.

AJ did a full diagnosis before starting to work, which the other plumbers did not. He went into the crawl space and found MY LINE HAD ALREADY BEEN REPLACED!!!  Roto Rooter's guys never went into the crawl space, and if I had taken their professional opinion, they would've charged me for a replacement that was unnecessary!

After coming out of the crawlspace, AJ snaked the drain, and in 20 minutes, it was cleared. His invoice to me was LESS than Roto Rooter, and my problem was fixed!

As long as he will have me as a client, AJ will be my one and only plumber!

I was in a real pinch for the holiday's while visiting my inlaws and John was very receptive and helpful by coming over right away. We had them perform a variety of services over the past few months and we've been very happy with the price and the overall end result.  Thanks John!

Landlord called Friendly because my toilet was leaking on the weekend, and the guy on call Joe K showed up bright and early that morning.  He was on time, friendly, professional and fast.   My toilet was particularly a pain to take apart because he said it was old and the bolts were stuck on tight.  He had all the parts on his truck, he replaced a seal and some other part, and he was on his way.   I would totally recommend Friendly Plumbing and Joe in particular!  Thank you!

Fixed leak at furnace vent took care of problem in timely matter

Our boiler heater stopped working and the house temp dropped to 38 degrees. Even though he was very busy, Josh came over on a Saturday night and fixed it. He also brought us some space heaters and came the next day to do annual maintenance. Josh was professional, reliable and got the job done! We'll be using him for all our future plumbing needs.

After 16 years on the same water heater, we finally needed an update. We called many companies and River City Plumbing came back with the most fair quote for a new tank, recirculating pump, and labor. Upon removing the old tank, Mike and his team discovered some significant water damage and mold to the platform that the tank sits on.  They were able to put the water heater on an extension that allowed us to have hot water for the week that the mold problem was cleaned and River City also subcontracted with a construction company that fixed all the drywall and rebuilt the platform.  Throughout the entire process, Mike was professional, friendly, available to my constant questions and texts, and he even reached out a week after the work was done to make sure we were happy with everything. We were very happy overall with River City Plumbing and Mike. Thank you for everything!

First thing Saturday morning we had issues with a backed up pipe...nothing was draining properly. Within an hour of our initial call, we had someone at our home and the issue was fixed in a timely manner. The plumber was incredibly nice and helpful. I would recommend Roto-Rooter.

I was referred to joes plumbing and am so happy I was! I had a slight crisis when my 3 year old son flushed little army men down the toilet. Joe was very quick to call me back and nice enough to squeeze me into his busy schedule. He was able to clear up the problem and was very reasonably priced!
