Best A/C Repair in Reno NV

Fast service.  They took 5 minutes to figure out the issue, and 15 minutes to resolve it.  Then they charged me for 2 hours of labor.  I am absolutely disgusted.

Sam was AMAZING!! 2 other plumbers told me my sewer line was a lost cause, and even collapsed. Sam got in there and spent time and considerable skill and got me working again. He gave me all sorts of great advice on how to maintain things. He is my guy!! I would recommend him to anyone.

Craig was super responsive over email and did a fantastic job switching out our older water-guzzling toilets with low-flow versions.  He took care of the entire TTPUD toilet exchange program, bringing our old toilets to Western Nevada Supply and procuring the new ones.  Highly recommend his services.

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. He listened to our issues and provide a well thought out solution. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a exceptional plumber

I own a second home in the north Tahoe area that we rent out a fair amount. When things go wrong with appliances and any of the services, I need to know that I am going to get that issue remedied quickly.  
Recently, the instant hot water dispenser went out in the kitchen, my father tried to replace the unit and couldnt finish the job....which is unlike him.  I called Brian to pick up where we left off...I left a message and got a call back in 15 min in the middle of the day on Sunday!  I had a feeling I got the right guy at that moment.
Brian came the next morning and assessed the situation... and got to work as I left for the drive back to the city. I got a call from him an hour later to inform me that the unit was defective and he had already talked to the manufacturer and set up the no cost return of the unit. The new one was drop shipped to him 10 dys later and installed in btwn rental periods without me having to make a single call....except for the one to say, Nice job Brian!  

-So yeah, I'd hire them again..

It was great,  They were on time, the price was exaclty what he quoted.  Like with every job its not always as stright forward but they had the experpice to fix the issue and in less time than they estimated.  They even offered to help me move a few large appliances which was not apart of the bid.

This was my first time connecting with a plumber via Yelp and I could not be more pleased!  Luke arrived a few minutes early, which I really like.  The work was done quickly and the result was a flawless repair.  I really appreciate owner run businesses, they take great pride in their work and go the extra mile.  Ohnstad Pluming is now my go to plumber.  Highly recommend you use him for your plumbing needs and, yes, the 530 area code is correct. :)

Called John from a reference from our realtor and boy is he a number I will keep on hand.  We had some funny acting toilets and a slow draining shower.  He came as promised and even returned later in the day to continue the job with parts he had to pick up.  He also gave us GREAT advice for closing up our cabin for the winter to avoid frozen pipes and said if we needed anything, give him a call.  WOW, that is incredible service and ever so nice. I will definitely call on John again if needed.

Mike was prompt, curious, and helpful. He took the time to show me was he found and tested everything. I used his service to inspect and clean the furnace and AC units.

The man who owns this place is so rude. I have never had the pleasure of using this company . I did receive a bid once. It looked high. Consistently rude each time I have called over the past 16 months.  Perhaps they are nicer to men.

David came and repaired my plumbing issue quickly. He was professional knowledgeable with my issue. I would recommended him for your plumbing needs. He was highly recommended to me .

guy was nice enough-- service call of $95 BUCKS for 15 mins to tell me that the motor was burned out on my garbage disposal-- wanted $400 to install a new disposal--  AND THEY WERE ONE HOUR LATE WITH NO CALL--- 2 stars ONLY because the service guy was nice

So it's Sunday, so what could possibly go wrong!
Bath tub and both toilets suddenly not draining properly. Neighbor suggested rapid router, called and within the hour the truck was here and Timothy quickly and professionally determines our situation. Was it fourteen tree roots entangled in our pipes? No, simply a toilet in one bathroom that is quite possibly the same age as our home, built in 1964.
Certainly recommend Rapid Rooter on all levels. Price for a weekend call was more than reasonable and now we have a plumber we would use in the future. May have to request Timothy as he was awesome. Saw others reviews where there were complaints of how the bathrooms were left, not our experience at all so attacked a photo.

I was looking for someone to help me run a gas line for a gas fire pit. Mike came out discussed different options and showed me what need to be done. He was very helpful, crew was awesome. Great communication. Would recommend to friends and family

Was referred to by home warranty company to fix a leaking bathtub faucet. Tech came all the way out took pics and left, saying he would be back the following week. Never showed up or called. Come to find out told warranty company that work had already been attempted, even though I just moved in. Claim denied since their lazy tech did not want to do the work.

This company is terrible.  They would not even bother to call back.  after talking with the person answering the phone,  she said she would talk to her manager to see if they could get out today and she would call back and let me know.  No call.  I called back and she said they were booked out three weeks.  REALLY?  This is the second time we tried to use them when we had a problem and the same result  Don't bother with them.
