My first floor toilet started leaking. I received a quick response from Xprt to my need for services, had an appointment within a couple hours. My toilet was checked and an assessment of the issues was provided along with recommended services. The toilet was repaired and reinstalled with a new seal. The cost was reasonable and as quoted. I will definitely use them again.

I contacted Ronald in the late afternoon on 7/3/23 when we discovered that the shutoff valve on a toilet was leaking and subsequently discovered a drain leak under a sink in the same bathroom. Ronald answered my call and stated he could be at our house the next morning, July 4th no less, between 9-10 am. The next day, Ronald arrived on time and fixed both issues as well as replacing the tower in the toilet which also hadn't been working properly. The cost of the services performed was reasonable and the quality of the work was top notch. I plan to contact Ronald again in the near future to perform annual maintenance on our hot water heater. Love working with ARC! Every one of their crew members we've worked with (Benjamin, Brantley, and Rich) has been incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. We've used them for a number of projects over the years, including moving all of the plumbing under our house for a kitchen remodel. Their price point is great compared to other quotes we've gotten and they are just the nicest people! Only once was there an issue with a leak after they had left, and it wasn't technically their fault (it was a faulty faucet we had purchased). But they still came out on a weekend right when we called and fixed the problem and reinstalled a new one free of charge for us. I 100% recommend and trust ARC.

I had a really good experience with Nick from here today! Service was fast, friendly and informative. I had been experiencing a very high water bill and hoped that it was just my running toilet and not some bigger issue. Nick took the time to listen, explain how much waterloss I was probably experiencing and even showed me where my water meter was and how to track leaks by looking at the numbers! Above and beyond there!

Honestly, (to the business model) it was a bit more expensive than I had hoped, and I was kinda put-off by the repeated idea of getting a membership to receive discounts later on (kind of an insurance plan to use this company), but I am happy with the results and understand why they are trying to sell their plans.

I will add that Nick was a very non-pressure guy when it came to the proscribed options and was very direct with what would work best for me. They are very lucky to have such an excellent employee.

I first spoke to Joseph regarding possibly replacing my water heater and he was very professional, responsive and answered all of my questions. He quoted me a reasonable estimate to compete the work for me.

Sean and his partner came and installed my new water heater. Although it took longer than expected to do the repair because they had to go get extra supplies, the young men were very professional and walked me through the process. They apologized for the delay. They provided a detailed receipt and warranty card for my water heater prior to leaving.

I wanted to purchase a new system, so I made an appt with Raleigh Heating and Air today.  They never showed during the scheduled appt time and  never called.  If they don't appreciate a customer's time during purchasing , makes you wonder what overall service they provide during installation / repair.

I have found the only plumber I will use and recommend to my family and friends.  Eddie is professional, dependable, kind, and very knowledgeable in his field.   I called a long list of other Plumbing companies and Eddie was the most affordable.   Call Eddie first,  you will not be disappointed.  Terri Leake

Called them at the late one day after another plumber came in and tried to rip me off. Same Day gave me a quick and fair quote over the phone and was doing work at 8 a.m. the next morning. A few weeks ago, I filled in their online form to ask to be contacted for a project or two at my home (washer dryer installation, evaluation and running of electrical / plumbing for 2nd kitchen installation, evaluation of current plumbing / electrical system on the house). When I didn't hear back, I then called to follow up, and I was told they saw my inquiry, but it somehow didn't make it over to the correct department. I was told they would put me in the queue for the plumbing department to call me back. I called a second time after not hearing back after this inquiry, and I still have not heard back. Disappointed that I can't even seem to get anyone to provide an estimate, therefore, I certainly can't recommend the work.

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.

Do NOT use. Technician came out and cleaned the end of the water main, but LEFT all of the sludge he pulled out on our grass and neighbors! Photo technician called and said he would arrive around 3:30PM. - 4PM or call if he was going to be late. Never showed up nor responded to text messages by 5PM.
Rescheduled with main office for Saturday 1-3PM. No one called or showed up. Called main office and was told technician had a family day AND said he talked to me and rescheduled for Monday President's Day.  I never spoke with him AND did not plan to be home on President's Day. Cary/Raleigh NC offices.

Still waiting on a call back to reschedule.....2/18/2023
