Needed three toilets on three different floors. He was quick to come and provide his service at such a reasonable price. Would definitely use him again for future needs.

We are so grateful to the folks at Joseph Rose Plumbing. We came back from Christmas out of town to find a spigot was broken and gushing water. I called him at 4 pm and he came out by 6:30 and had the problem solved by 8 pm (new spigot). There was no extra charge for an emergency fee either.  He was professional and enthusiastic about his job.
In talking to him, I learned that he is just starting out his own business after being an apprentice and working for other local companies. The man wants to work! Please consider using him and giving this entrepreneur a boost, he will come evenings, weekends and holidays as he strives to build his brand. He told me he really enjoys helping people-and it shows in his attitude and work ethic. Our spigot works perfectly and I sleep better at night, knowing we will have no more surprises. Thank you thank you!

Wes was very fast and diligent in responding to my inquiry and getting my issues resolved. Great communication when a separate issue arose. Will call again if I run into more plumbing issues in the future!

They arrived in a timely fashion to replace the pump and the job was completed within the estimate given.  Get at least 3 bids before using lane.

After looking at several plumbers, we decided to hire the Art of Plumbing for the install of a Rinnai Tankless Water heater.  Eugene provided detailed information during the process of determining the best plumber, best system and special feature functionality.  He is a true professional. We were delighted with his and his assistants attention to detail and their care for our home.  We look forward to having them return for maintenance, and will call them again if we have any other plumbing needs.

Excellent service provided by a professional, knowledgeable and courteous crew.  Legacy has done two jobs for us, the last one a major undertaking.  The team dependably showed up on time and made sure we were kept informed of the progress.  They quickly diagnosed and efficiently solved the problems.  Highly recommended!

These guys are crooks. Two weeks ago Bret came to my parents house, fixed 3 leaky faucets within about 30 minutes, and then charged them $450. They provided no breakdown of the fees other than the bogus 2 lines in the picture I posted. My mother called to request a breakdown of the fees and they came up with a shady answer. They tried to convince her that other places charge much more and Most people don't ask for a quote. That's totally inappropriate and highly unprofessional. It's really messed up to take advantage of a woman at home by herself. The owner offered to take 10% off the price. As Ryan W said in his review, the owner is completely unhelpful and completely unapologetic and blames the victim.  I'm going to make sure she gets reimbursed for this.

I had a service appointment on 06/06 and the guys were great. Explained what they were doing, answered all my questions, and were very respectful of my home. Highly recommend Cary Plumbing Co.

I had decided to have an additional outside faucet (hose bib) installed, opposite my kitchen sink.  After looking at a number of plumbers in the area, and getting a few quotes, I went with R&S Plumbing (owner's name is Roman).  

Roman arrived on time (actually, early...but called first to check if that was OK), was very nice and professional, and quickly got to work.  

I was shocked that in roughly an hour's time, the new outside faucet was installed, exactly as I'd wanted it.  He even made a point to route the new pipe under the sink so that it wouldn't be in the way of storage (as much as possible).  

In short, believe the good reviews.  Roman does great work at a very fair price (less than most), and is a nice guy, too.  If I need plumbing work again, I'll become a repeat customer for certain.

My garbage disposal crapped out so I called Michael Clough of Durham Plumbing Services at my sister's recommendation. He returned my call right away, quoted a very fair price, and came out two days later with a new Insinkerator. It took about 15 minutes to install. He and his assistant wore masks due to Covid and took all precautions. I was very pleased and will call him again soon for water heater replacement.

Very efficient, cost-effective, and wonderful service! Dylan was quick to respond to our initial question, took the time to explain things to us and did a great job replacing our water heater.

Kidd Brothers Plumbing has been my family's plumber since shortly after the business startup. My parents first used Bill Ed in the 1980s when he equipped a downstairs bathroom that was a former closet. They passed his name on to me and he has been my only plumber for at least the past 12 years. Kidd Brothers Plumbing is a small, family business that has been successful for so long because of their excellent customer service.

Our issue was a toilet that had been chronically clogging. After trying a liquid clog remover which failed, we called in Schwartz.  They showed up promptly.  They were courteous and offered a couple of possible solutions. We had them try using a auger first (the lowest cost approach).  The clog was cleared, but immediately clogged again when a test wad of paper was flushed.  They then pulled the toilet and discovered that the installers had done it wrong. They reinstalled the toilet, correcting the problem.  

The two guys who worked on this were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with.  They gave us options to select from, and the cost of each option.  They checked their work and made sure the problem was solved before leaving.

Problem solved!  Well done!

i live in cary nc. i called this group because i needed someone to check my property for leaks. This group came highly recommended to be a local plumber. I contacted this group to discuss my need. Their return call was next day which is ok. i discussed with them that the city was telling me that potential water leak was not on my property but probably on the city side. Having discussed with this group, we made an appt. I called to confirm the appointment the day before they were to show up. They noted that maybe the other plumber in this group had this info about an appointment but that they would be out to my house at the arranged time. They even agreed to call me to give me time to get to my house from my daily work location.
Even though the initial cost of this effort was 450.00, i agreed that this work needed to be done so that, if there was a leak, the city would come out and repair the leak. Once the group showed up, on time, they informed that they were not permitted to test for the leak on the city water line. We had discussed and agreed on this work ahead of time. time spent; 20 minutes. And i was charged 150.00 for their travel time. And the leak problem still exists. So back to the city.
I am unhappy with this organization and would not recommend them. My expectation was for them to help me find the leak. And the discussion was for them to see if the leak was on the city waterline that feeds into my property. Because this waterline belonged to the city, they were not able to test. So, this is fine. they should have told me in discussion and setting up the appt that they were not able to help.   Poor communication. And i get to pay for it.

We used Bizzy Bee Plumbing, Inc for a remodel and addition to an 80 year old house we purchased in Raleigh. We came to Raleigh new to the area not knowing what plumber we'd use and had the great fortune to call Bizzy Bee based on the impressive reviews they received from others so we feel we owe them another great review!

As you might expect, old houses have many hidden problems and some not so hidden. In the process of the reno we developed a few issues and the company was prompt in responding. You couldn't ask for more. When it came time to install new bathroom and kitchen fixtures, the installation was quick, clean and with great professionalism.

The service was very fast. They actually called me to schedule the installation of my new HW heater before I had completed the purchase of it at a Home Depot. The repair guy was at my house within 90 mins to install it. Although fast, their service was a bit pricey but that's what we have to pay when we're in a bind. I'd definitely use them again in an emergency situation.

I called Blantons to come and look at my tankless hot water heater that wasn't giving out hot water. When I called, they told me there would be a $116 service charge and then possible charge if something needed to be fixed. Of course, I understand that.
The technician comes out to my house, takes a look at water heater, breaks a lever on the box next to water heater. Connects a loose wire. Technician was there less than 40 minutes. Then he comes around with his invoice and he charges me $360 for diagnostics. Never told me prior to doing anything that it would cost this much. My total was $417, for less than 40 minutes of work. He also put in the invoice that he diagnosed the problem for 45 minutes and then took 30 more minutes to fix. Not true, I have it on my cameras and I stayed with technician the whole time.
I paid the bill because I didn't know what else to do. I immediately called the company to speak to them about this matter, was asked how much I think I should have to pay. Then was told that the manager said I shouldn't have paid and he can't give refund now that I have already paid but he would give $50 credit.. no thanks! I asked to speak to the manager and he conveniently just left to go to the field, he was supposed to call me by end of day and surprise.. he never did.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service and seems like they adjust their prices based on what they think they can get away with.

Slow to respond(36 hours?), provided no details and said he was booked for this time even though I had no timeline. Don't waste your time. Seems like a dead profile.

Got the absolute most insane quote from this company. 4x higher than the next two plumbing companies that came the same day. AND they didn't charge me just for the quote. Michael and son is shameful and dishonest. You would get much more business if you quoted honestly and didnt try to rip people off so badly.
