Half to say, I have used Lane Plumming twice now, ...the 1st time a year ago, to replace my hot water heater, I  wasn't sure I could make the payment but they work with me and I truly appreciate that, and now this last time I obviously had a pressure release valve problem so I was getting no water pressure in the house I talked to mr. Lane we discuss what it could be  and they set a date and they came out and they fixed it, I'm sure I will be using them again in the future, it's good to know that I founded great plumbing company

Last week I decided it was time to replace my water heater which was over 13 years old.  I of course called Blanchard's for the replacement.  They set an appt day and time and came prepared to work.  It was hard and dirty work as the heater is under the crawl space of the house and the floor is sand/soil, and you cannt even stand up straight.  They took the old heater out, put in the new heater, cleaned up the mess and took away my old heater.  They worked hard and did a terrific job.  Besides being great plumbers, they give you a reasonable price for the job.  This is the second review I am writing about them, just want to spread the word...lot of guys out there have fees that are insane.  Just know this, I do not work for this company, I am not married to anyone working there, I am just one dang happy customer....lol.  It was Larry and Robert ..great fellows.

I needed a regular maintenance of my tankless water heater. Chose the company because of yelp high rating. I was not disappointed at all.
Eugene was on time and not only made all the work quickly, but also explained everything he did and how it works. I recommend the service.

I noticed my water heating leaking on a Friday evening. I sent an email to Legacy Plumbing at 7:04pm with my name, address, and general description of the issue. I received an email from Jamie, owner of the company at 7:36pm. Jamie explained that although they are technically overbooked for the weekend, he would see what he can do to squeeze me into their schedule. The following morning, I received a phone call from Jamie at 8:47am and told me that Shaun would be out this afternoon between Noon and 2pm. Excellent! Shaun called be at 12:05pm and said he was on the way, will arrive in 45 minutes.

Upon arrival I noticed their professional truck. Shaun introduced himself and I led him to the water heater. It turns out the water heater wasn't leaking, it was just a fitting on the water lines going into the top of the water heater. Shaun went out to his truck and returned with a handful of various pipes and fittings. Shaun was very professional and it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. He made the repair right away. I was very impressed that they accept credit cards electronically onsite with an instant emailed receipt - very cool. The price was very reasonable, actually less than I figured it would cost.

Legacy Plumbing just blew me away. Despite contacting them after hours on Friday night...the company President responded to my email right away, and then he personally called me the following morning to schedule the visit. I cannot possibly be more happy. Hats Off Gentlemen!

Good folks who know what they're doing. I've used them on several projects and been pleased with the service and responsiveness. Their prices are very much in-line with other local, quality plumbers. They'll get the job done for you!

We hired Cary Plumbing to remove our PB pipe and re-plumb our home.  The quote was higher than others, but we felt good about using them based on other reviews.  The work was completed on schedule and the sheetrock sub-contractor was great.  Our problem has been after the re-plumb with something that was not happening before the job.  The bath tubs get orange tinted water when filled.  We called Cary Plumbing to come check it and they flushed the hot water heater, which they say will fail soon (did not fail until March 2014), and promptly billed us for $129.00 for the service call.  After just spending several thousand dollars with these folks, you would think at least one follow-up on the job would be covered.  We requested they drop the charge for the $129 and they turned us down.  I would also recommend that you ask to see any faucets other items that will be visible after a re-plumb job as the replacements on our outside faucets and the wall plates inside look like they came from a mobile home manufacturer.  Very poor customer service poor quality parts.  We will avoid calling these folks unless there is problem another plumber identifies as an issue caused by the Cary Plumbing re-plumb job.

Update:
The wife called Cary Plumbing about what she initially thought was a leak that might have been coming from the new pipe.  Turns out our siding contractor hit the drain pipe with a couple of nails.  So far the Cary Plumbing folks have been very helpful in assisting us with the contractor to get the problem resolved.

I had asked that the water heater control valve needs to be replaced on a PowerVent Rheem. He quoted me $150 and said it will take 2 hours. He came early with a huge attitude and claimed the heater was different than I had said and then said it will take really 2 hours and the price was going to be $400. I don't think Roman is all that the reviewers here are saying it to be. I will choose a different plumber.

it's been 3 days and several voicemails left and nobody cared to call back.
Bad customer service despite all high ratings and beautiful reviews (by friends and family members?).
I am looking for a different plumber.

Had Dylan, with Mo Flo Plumbing, install a new full bathroom in my basement, which included jack hammering some of the concrete slab in order to lay new plumbing lines for the toilet and tub.  Everything was done per code and City inspector even came out and approved his work.  This was a major job that spanned several weeks, due to multiple inspections at different stages, and every time Dylan was on time and aways professional with the inspectors.  We were also very pleased with his work and the wife is happy, which is all that matters in the end, lol.  His prices also seem to be fair and reasonable.  Not expensive but not dirt cheap.  My impression of Dylan is that he is sincerely a very nice guy and always strives to please the customer.  We will always call him back for future needs!

Two times I used this service they called to say they were running late. The first time they said they could come later that day so I said fine. Then they called back later that day to say they couldn't come at all. The second time I made an appointment they called to say they were running late again so I cancelled and never used them again.

They needed to order a part for me. They said it would be in on Monday (this was Thursday). It didn't come in for over two weeks. When they set up a time to come install it, they literally never showed up. I didn't get a call or anything.  The whole process was a struggle just for a leaky bathroom tub faucet.

Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

I called Schwartz Plumbing on a Sunday and spoke with someone named Pedro. He was very quick and rude with me. I had no other option but to have them come out to fix a busted water line running to my home. He told me there would be a $220 fee per hour and a $220 fee for coming out on a Sunday after hours. The whole time he was here he was very rude and dismissive and very agitated. I felt like he did not want to be there at all. So all in all it cost me $471 for a simple pipe repair it was 16 inches under the ground or less. I will never use their services again. I've had better service from them in the past even on Christmas Eve. This experience was extremely unpleasant. They are very good sometimes I guess it depends on who you are dealing with. I would suggest to anyone in the future that searching for a plumber to look elsewhere. This guy ripped me off and was rude and angry the whole time. I hope to have a better experience in the future but I'm not coming back to Schwartz Plumbing!

i live in cary nc. i called this group because i needed someone to check my property for leaks. This group came highly recommended to be a local plumber. I contacted this group to discuss my need. Their return call was next day which is ok. i discussed with them that the city was telling me that potential water leak was not on my property but probably on the city side. Having discussed with this group, we made an appt. I called to confirm the appointment the day before they were to show up. They noted that maybe the other plumber in this group had this info about an appointment but that they would be out to my house at the arranged time. They even agreed to call me to give me time to get to my house from my daily work location.
Even though the initial cost of this effort was 450.00, i agreed that this work needed to be done so that, if there was a leak, the city would come out and repair the leak. Once the group showed up, on time, they informed that they were not permitted to test for the leak on the city water line. We had discussed and agreed on this work ahead of time. time spent; 20 minutes. And i was charged 150.00 for their travel time. And the leak problem still exists. So back to the city.
I am unhappy with this organization and would not recommend them. My expectation was for them to help me find the leak. And the discussion was for them to see if the leak was on the city waterline that feeds into my property. Because this waterline belonged to the city, they were not able to test. So, this is fine. they should have told me in discussion and setting up the appt that they were not able to help.   Poor communication. And i get to pay for it.

Bizzy Bee sent Tom Blake to fix my 'no water issue'. Tom was fast, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. After fixing the issue he advised on what needs to be done to prevent a repeat. And this happened on a Sunday too!!! I will definitely use Bizzy Bee in the future and recommend them as well.

This is to compliment Kevin C.; he installed our new appliances.  He was pleasant, professional, and very capable.  Kevin was considerate of our furniture and carpets on a rainy day and even unboxed a new griddle to go with my stove.  He is the best!  He was assisted by Jose G. who impressed us with his professionalism, super pleasant personality, and helpfulness.  A great experience all around.  Highly recommend when purchasing appliances from Lowe's.

I called Blantons to come and look at my tankless hot water heater that wasn't giving out hot water. When I called, they told me there would be a $116 service charge and then possible charge if something needed to be fixed. Of course, I understand that.
The technician comes out to my house, takes a look at water heater, breaks a lever on the box next to water heater. Connects a loose wire. Technician was there less than 40 minutes. Then he comes around with his invoice and he charges me $360 for diagnostics. Never told me prior to doing anything that it would cost this much. My total was $417, for less than 40 minutes of work. He also put in the invoice that he diagnosed the problem for 45 minutes and then took 30 more minutes to fix. Not true, I have it on my cameras and I stayed with technician the whole time.
I paid the bill because I didn't know what else to do. I immediately called the company to speak to them about this matter, was asked how much I think I should have to pay. Then was told that the manager said I shouldn't have paid and he can't give refund now that I have already paid but he would give $50 credit.. no thanks! I asked to speak to the manager and he conveniently just left to go to the field, he was supposed to call me by end of day and surprise.. he never did.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service and seems like they adjust their prices based on what they think they can get away with.

Slow to respond(36 hours?), provided no details and said he was booked for this time even though I had no timeline. Don't waste your time. Seems like a dead profile.

I've had multiple experiences with M&S and no complaints at all.  They've fixed my outside electrical panel and meter base, water pressurizer, kitchen sink and a few leaks.  They always have upfront pricing for me and are very honest.  My only complaint are their parts are expensive.  I saved almost $400 buying a kitchen sink myself.  It seems to me that they could just markup a small amount, make a few extra bucks and provide a better service.
