I got a same day appointment for repair of a hot water heater l. Within a couple days the unit was replaced. The team was very professional,  very punctual, and  the price was very comparable to others in the area.  I would highly recommend them

Integrity, integrity, integrity.... this company is by far one of, if not the best companies of any type I have ever dealt with.  My main line had a clog and our first plumber from a different company came out, took one lap around my property and decided he couldn't do anything. A trusted source referred me to Trinity and within an hour of my phone call to them there was a technician at my home. The simple fix of snaking the line turned out to be much more complicated than anticipated (new/first time owners of an old house) but our technician worked through multiple different problems and was quick, professional and most importantly successful. He left my home with my plumbing issues corrected, my home cleaned up from the work he had to do and left me with a much better understanding of my homes plumbing system and why the problem arose. Not only is their work 5 star but their prices are also more than fair. When the technician told me what we owed at the end of the service I literally blurted out That's it?! I expected the bill to be 3x-4x higher than it actually was due to the amount of unforeseeable issues and extra work that popped up. This is going to be my go to company for all plumbing needs and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.

I've had my first interaction with Sweetwater plumbing and I can't speak highly enough of their customer service and work ethic.  I needed and external pipe repaired and with in hours of reaching out to them, they were at our house and fixing the pipe.  They will be our ONLY 'go to' service company from now on.  I couldn't have asked for anything better.  So easy to work with...thank you, sincerely.

Great service! We came home to our AC not functioning and I reviewed Yelp to make a list of HVAC companies we could call first thing in the morning because it was already 78 degrees upstairs and climbing. I accidentally dialed Lloyd's number instead of clicking on his website and quickly hung up since it was around 9:40pm. Lloyd then called me right back and after I explained the hang up he said it was completely fine as he gets calls at all hours since emergencies don't just happen during the day. I was floored by how kind and courteous he was and how much he seemed to care about his work. He said he could come the next day by 1pm and that he would call and come earlier if his other appointments ended early. So I was pleased when he called to see if arriving at 11:30am was ok. He fixed our problem in less than 20 minutes for a perfectly reasonable amount (I was so relieved!). He also explained it thoroughly and was a pleasure to chat with. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again for any needs that arise.

These guys have no done a hot water heater and an outside faucet for us and are always great!     Very responsive and quality work!

I just had all the pipes and valves replaced under my kitchen sink, as well as a drain basket.  I can not tell you good Wayne was at all he did.  He was great. I called him the Friday before the Monday he did the job  and got his voicemail. Although it was well past business hours he called me back, and made arrangements to come to my house on my terms.  On the day of the job he called to tell me he was able to come early, and did. His work was thorough and professional, and he cleaned up everything before he left. He will definitely be getting more of my business.

We purchased Streamline service to fix the blocked sewer problem, first time in January, but two months later, it was blocked again at the same spot, so we have to ask them to come back again, each time we were charged about $650. Couple days back, it was blocked again at the same spot, so eventually we asked city to check if the main sewer line has issue. We were very shocked and angry when city technician told us the issue was at city sewer line, the blocked spot is right at the connection between city and our house, Streamline should let us know and tell the truth, not by cheating to earn their business!!!

We had a minor plumbing repair that needed done. Luckily they were able to do it last minute. My landlord set up the plumbing. Only problem I had was that they wanted me and my husband to pay my landlords copay. They wouldn't bill my landlord who lives in md. So we paid it up front. We basically didn't know they were here. They were friendly and explained everything that happened. So I was doing laundry, which is where the leak was, and they left the drywall all over the floor and didn't even tell us that they didn't clean up their mess. Pretty upsetting that they didn't even tell us they left a mess.

Efficient, friendly and excellent service.  Jonathan fixed a leak we found in our bathroom.  He took extreme pride in his work.  Will use them again.

Jayk's came out and fixed a intermittently running toilet. The next day, we still had the same problem and Jayk's came back immediately and resolved it at no charge to us. Reasonable prices and friendly technicians.

Great guy and very helpful! Told me how to fix the leak under my kitchen sink over the phone in about 2 minutes. No charge. Now of course I am giving this review having not actually had any on site work done. So keep that in mind but I will give them my business in the future if needed.

A leaking water heater just as the temperature drops.  

Cold showers are great in the summer, but not so much on a fall or winter morning when the temperature outside is anything below forty.

I dodged a bullet.  My water heater was leaking.  I thought it just needed cleaning so I called CK's with a special coupon where they offered a water heater flush and a general check of the plumbing.  I should have known it wouldn't be so simple.  In fact, I knew the water heater was old and nearing the end of its useful life, so I wasn't surprised when I got the bad news.  Still, I was hoping to squeak by for a while; but when I weighed the possible timing of not having hot water, there was no real decision.

Chris at CK's quoted a more than reasonable price and we agreed on a scheduled time.  During the entire process of checking out the plumbing on the initial check, he was polite, straightforward, and cleaned up as he went from task to task.  Along the way he noted things to be replaced immediately, others that could wait, and still other things that were fine.

The only negative was actually having him show up during the time we agreed for the water heater replacement.   His earlier scheduled jobs ran over, and only after I called him, did he call back and give me an ETA.  I appreciate the fact he's the owner and the repairman all in one, and stuff happens that can throw a schedule off; but as I have to schedule around my job for things like this, I do expect some simple courtesy.   And when he forgot some of the parts for a couple of smaller repairs and had to come back again a couple of days later, well . . . .let's just say I understand . . . but it didn't thrill me.  He did apologize for that, though.  Sincerely, even.

Still, CKs did a great job overall, and I'd likely call them again even as hope I won't need to.

We've recently moved from Southern California to Durham so we're in the process of establishing relationships with home service providers. I can't exactly tell you why I reached out to Simply Plumbing but I'm sure glad I did.

Travis is the owner and was very responsive to my call. Our needs were pretty modest. Installing two hose bibs, relocating and replacing a defective thermal expansion tank and running a gas line for a bbq.

Gas lines and hose bibs needed to be run through our brick exterior. The drilling was done to perfection and properly sealed. In working with the gas safety was #1 with Travis.

I asked several questions about how are systems were originally run and he answered with great detail (and patiently).

You can be sure that I will contact Travis when next I need a reliable, reasonably priced and efficient plumber.

Last fall Joe came and did stellar work on a root intrusion into my main water line.  He quoted the issue off of photos and descriptions, which was helpful.  Then he came and did prompt repairs with excellent communication all along the way.  The total fell within the quote and he walked me through the repair in detail.  Can't ask for anything more from Golden Rule Plumbing.  Definitely recommend.

I need to get my AC replaced for my 2nd floor.  I am working from home right now so it is very hectic.  Rapid Repair came out to give me a quote and the guy stayed for a long time even though I was on work calls - all I wanted was the quote.  He wants to go in and sit down at the table - I explained again...I am on calls.  He gives me quotes - then like a used car salesman says let me call my manager to see if we can get a better price.  Then he pressures me to commit to getting it done the following day as they have an opening which would reduce the price further.  He also stated they only had Goodman units. Also - I told him I was going to pay cash and he kept trying to talk me into financing a unit.  It was a really high pressure sales situation - I don't buy vehicles like this and I am damn sure not going to buy an AC unit like this.  Very uncomfortable inefficient use of my time.

Trey, the Owner, was ultra-attentive on this project, which involved the replacement of the leaking Honeywell valve on my water heater. He was honest and up-front, obtained the warranty part from the appropriate vendor, practiced Covid precautions, and was price-competitive. He will be returning soon to replace my outdoor hose bibs.

When I changed 3 AA batteries in my CO2 detector, the alarm went off and wouldn't stop unless the batteries were removed.  I decided to have a technician come and check it out.  A Bolton technician arrived, opened the back of the alarm and immediately saw that one battery was inserted upside down.  (I am 80 years old and don't have sharp vision.)  He flipped it over and all was well.  I rehung it on the wall and we were done.  He said he would try for a reduced charge.  But the bill arrived for $95,00.  I called and requested a lower charge since no work was required or parts or anything, but the Manager insisted $95.00 was the basic charge.  I certainly won't use this service again and think you could find a more reasonable firm to deal with.

I talked to Mr. Poole. He truly tried to help me and we ended up having a good conversation. After some misunderstanding was cleared up, I feel like he was sincere in his efforts and gave me some advice on possible solutions or at least causes for my issue. This ended up being a better customer experience.

As a local property manager in the Raleigh area, believe me when I say that you won't find a better all-around plumber than these guys (and I've used about all of them). They're always quick to arrive, extremely personable, and they're the most reasonably priced plumbers I've dealt with. You also can't beat the fact that they don't have a special after hours rate to stick you with when you're really in a bad spot. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Luis, Lenny, Sharon, Caesar, and the rest of the team! Couldn't be happier.
