Theresa at Bass Plumbing did an awesome job with customer service! She was very polite and understanding of our plumbing problem and the frustration associated with it! She did all she could do to schedule the best service appointment she could for us.  So nice to deal with someone that considers the client!

BBradley Plumbing did an amazing job.  I called Matt and his guys came up within the hour to remove broken tank while Matt pickup a new water heater.  Matt and his guys were amazing, professional and on point!  They did a great job and pricing was right on target to what I was expecting. He acyually gave me an idea of pricing and did not change or have add-ons. He picked up the right tank and replaced shut off value too!..... I suggest to call Bradley Plumbing for your home plumbing needs.  I believe he also does commercial peoperties too!

When our basement turned into a surprise indoor swimming pool one evening, our home warranty company dropped the ball and failed to get a plumber out to repair it after many repeated efforts on our part, leaving us without running water for several hot July days. My husband and I decided it was worth sourcing a plumber on our own, and many reading of reviews and makings of phone calls later we decided on William Parrish Plumbing and are very glad we did! Not only were our inquiries answered promptly and subsequent calls returned fast (unlike the two shoddy companies American Home Shield wanted us to waste time on), but our water woes were relieved by Scott that very day - and even earlier than initially scheduled!

His work was unhesitating and professional (my husband enjoyed getting to watch and learn about the plumbing features of our 1950s house as Scott worked), which is no doubt helped by WPP plumbers arriving in fully stocked vans so they can get to work as quickly as possible in most situations. Pricing was very fair for the type of repair needed, and communication from everyone from Scott to the lady at the front desk was helpful and efficient. I would prefer not to come home to any kind of pipe issues ever again, but if it happens at least there's a local plumber around to trust!

Our heat randomly stopped working at one of our rental properties so we reached out to Piedmont Metro for help! They had someone out the same day to not only diagnose but also fix the issue super quick! Very affordable & reliable! We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Proflow was by far the best plumbing service I have ever used. They were extremely responsive to questions, kept me updated, and were flexible in working with my schedule. Also gave courtesy calls when they were heading my way and pulling in. They were of the utmost professionalism and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommended! I do not impress easily, but Tim and 24/7 Plumbing have impressed me in so many ways. As not only a new customer, but one who is an out of area owner distressed about an emergency situation, he promised me, on the same day of my call, to stop by the rental property on his way back from the already scheduled jobs for the day. And he did. And he diagnosed it and did a partial fix to get the system working until he could fully repair all that needed attention. After calling me about the situation, he went back to his office, got together a proposal to perform the rest of the needed repair job, emailed it to me and scheduled it. (The man must not sleep!) Yesterday he promptly showed up (in horrendous heat) on time and they worked until the re-plumbing job was done! It doesn't get much better than to have a professional who is on time, on task, knowledgeable, and a hard-worker charging a fair price. My shower handle stopped working.  We tried replacing it ourselves but it's a little complicated.  I asked for recommendations on yelp and Logan was one of the first to reply, it was a Saturday.  One person said the would call me next week but I have three little girls that need their baths.  Logan came out that same day and gave me an estimate.  He returned and replaced the faucet, which works great.  He also gave a very accurate estimate it only changed a little because of a piece I needed to  complete the installation.  
I will definetly be calling again.

Had two hvac systems installed with RH&A in two separate homes back in March 16. The process from beginning to end was top notch and the systems have been working great. I had an issue with how they installed the drain line (cary inspector made them install differently) and they made it right. Very, very pleased. Will use them for all my heating and cooling needs going forward.

Eddie is a great guy!  Very dependable and knowledgeable!  We were very fortunate that the morning we called he was able to come out that afternoon!  Fixed our outside faucet issue quickly and easily.  We would definitely recommend him and will use him again for our plumbing needs!  Thank you Eddie!!!

Matthew just replaced my water heater and I couldn't be happier with the experience.  He's one of the few contractors I've dealt with that gives you a price that actually  includes the entire job (equipment, labor, inspections, other related services, tax, etc.).  He and Sam came out fully prepared and completely replaced my water heater in about an hour.  They were professional and pleasant, got the job done quickly and for a fair price.  I highly recommend!

Great job installing our new kitchen faucet!  Fast, efficient and made sure we were satisfied before they left my home! Will definitely hire again!

Just had Brad out to my office to fix a couple issues.  He showed up when he said and completed repairs quickly, even with having to leave to get a replacement faucet.  Was professional and polite.  Would definitely use again or recommend to friends and family.  Give them a call!

Communication breakdown prevented getting the quote for our project. If you feel like playing phone tag instead of an emailed quote. This is the place.

Found through Yelp.  Got through on the phone on the first try (the first company I called never did answer voicemail I left) and spoke with a wonderful lady named Donna, who not only knew what my problem likely was, but also the parts it would take to fix it and the cost of each individual part (I had asked about probable cost of the job), and pointed me to a 10% off coupon.  She got me an appointment sooner than expected, and Harry called more than an hour before the promised time!  He replaced a leaking faucet, tightened up the cut-off valves and had time to adjust a toilet tank valve within his one-hour visit.  Very impressed.  Will do business with this company again (and recommend).

I have used Midtown Plumbing multiple times since moving into our home last year. They were recommended to me by many friends and for good reason! Unlike others, they are extremely responsive and punctual. The first time I called, my husband and I were convinced we would be buying a new hot water heater as that was what another plumber had told us. Midtown came, inspected the problem, and discovered we just needed a new shower head! They ended up saving us thousands of dollars, for which we were very grateful. Other times, they have quickly repaired an overflowing toilet and a toilet handle. Their prices are competitive, and their service is excellent. I would highly recommend Midtown Plumbing.

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.

I need an easy repair to a toilet. Called the number and asked simple questions... do you charge for consultation, what's the earliest availability. I was given so much attitude by the person on the phone I hung up.
