Best Plumbing Repair in Plano TX
Smith and Son plumbing was amazing to work with. We had an issue and they sent someone out same day. Our technician was Mario and he was so nice to work with. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it immediately and went over everything with me. Great company with great employees!!

Gave these guys a call when we needed our gas line hooked up at our house. I made sure i did some homework and they have been in the business 28 years. Family owned and operated, and were completely transparent about the work being done. First off they came all the way out to Denison which I was more than grateful for, I know how gas prices are now a days. Bret was the one who helped us with our house. Explained to us what he was going to do and then went right to it! Was very knowledgeable in his craft and had the work done in no time. Will be using them for future plumbing needs. You can't put a price on trust and hard work, with Schlegel Plumbing that's exactly what you get.

Night and day! Our usual go-to provider has been slow to return calls the last couple times we needed help. Based on reviews here, I contacted Mark via their web site. He called pretty promptly to arrange a visit.
James turned up on time and was very pleasant. And though our problem turned out to be bigger than anticipated, James was persistent, even calling in backup. As time marched on, I got to wondering just how much this red carpet service was going to cost. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised.

Professor Plumb offers a fantastic plumbing service.
I recently purchased a home and had a major pipe going upstairs that was smaller in diameter than regulation. This caused the hot-water valve upstairs to receive extremely low water pressure to the point that the washing machine wouldn't fall over to the next cycle because of it's 6 minute 'time-out' period.
After exhausting all efforts to identify this issue outside of the walls, Blue was able to come in and do just that in a minimally invasive fashion. He cut a small hole in the drywall under the washing machine valve box (upstairs above kitchen) and a small hole in the corner of the kitchen ceiling. With these, he was able to fix the entire water pressure issue. Though it seemed like a huge effort, the end result was fantastic and I couldn't be happier with Blue's professionalism and logical, articulated explanations of why there was an issue and why his solution was going to fix that issue.
Thanks Blue for all your help in resolving this. I can rest easy knowing it was fixed properly.

Outstanding service was provided at a reasonable cost. We were having issues with water pressure at our house. I spoke with Chris and he gave me a highly probable reason as to what the issue was. He was able to fit me into his schedule and was able to correct the problem right away (faulty pressure regulator). They did a great nod of digging up the plumbing in the front yard without causing any damage to the grass. They cleaned up and were able to put the grass back on top. We have used him on several projects and he is definitely a person we can trust to be fair and reasonable.

Daniel was amazing! I had two old drain lines that were not up to code, and kept giving me issues for months. Daniel knew exactly how to fix it! He was very reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Johnie is a great guy, honest as they come. I've known him 10+ years and can't think of a time where I questioned his knowledge or honesty. If you need service in the Collin county area this is one of the best companies around.

I spent about $250.00 with the plumbers that day in replacing a toilet O ring. It was the flap that they told me directly would cost $55 to install. It's a 2 minute job. That is what I was referring to. It had nothing to do with the evaluation, we took care of that.

Showed up at scheduled time, repaired leak and adjusted outside faucet. Finished, tested, and cleaned up after themselves within a few hours. I will continue to use their services when needed.

I do NOT recommend this company at all! The lack of customer service is beyond unacceptable. I will not type a lot just read the texts and you can verify the phone number as being there's with screen shots attached.

Dean's plumbing responded quickly to my inquiry and were happy to work around my schedule. Billy S. Came out to do my estimate, but he was able to fix the issue while he was here rather then scheduling another time to come fix it. He did a great job, and he was so friendly! If all of the associates that work for Dean's plumbing are as good as Billy, you're definitely in good hands!

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is terrible. Our hot water heater went out on a Sunday. The home warranty company sent them and our first appointment was on a Monday morning. The guy came out changed a part, still wasn't working. Had to get another part but couldn't return until the next day. On Tuesday, it was the same story. He replaced a part, it still wasn't working and had to order another part. Long story short, this was repeated every day this week Monday thru Friday. It is now Saturday and we still have no hot water! Now after a week of no hot water, we'r are having to go with another company.

Great guys. I own a house built in 1969 so I have had the opportunity to try a few of the plumbing companies here in Denton. These guys were the best! Their rates were more then reasonable (almost half of what the more well known companies quoted me), courteous and cleaned up great after completing all the fantastic work they did. They answered all my questions and took the time to explain what they were doing. I highly recommend AM Plumbing!

I had called my Home Warranty company and they sent a plumber who diagnosed a leak in my sheet rock to a leaking shower pan. I called C&W change the shower pan. They did a thorough test and determined the problem was not a bad shower pan liner but because of cracks in my shower enclosure and grout issues in my tile that was causing water to seep through. They spent 2 hours patiently diagnosing the exact problem and saved me hundreds of dollars. A job well done by Sam, the plumber.

My job was hard. I had a hard-to-detect leak in front of the house.
Plumbers are in high demand, and I'm sure this company is no exception. Most won't call you back promptly, but Rodger's did. And they also ball-parked a range of what it would take to fix my problem - which is RARE, and makes it SO much easier to commit. So before they even arrived I was impressed.
The crew was early, knew exactly what they were doing, and spent almost all day prosecuting my leak (which required them to excavate two completely separate areas of muddy garden). Man it looked tough!
The final price was high end of stated range, and I was happy to pay it. These guys are my plumbers now, and honestly...they should be yours too.

RATING: VERY POOR. On Thursday the 28th of Feb. at 4:00 p.m. we reported a plumbing problem to this company by phone. The phone rang off the wall before a guy finally answered. He said I should call the office. I said I did call the office (it was the same number so obviously it was routed to his phone in the field). He then said (this so-called 24/7 advertised service business)that the office must have gone home for the day. I told him the problem we had. He then proceeded to tell me to call back again the next morning so that it could be scheduled. I called the next morning at 9:30. A different guy this time answered the phone and took our plumbing leak information and said he'd call me back but another hour went by and he didn't call back. I called back again and got a voice mail. I left another message. Still, no return phone call. I called again at 11:30. Again, no answer went to VM. I then waited all afternoon before calling again at 4:00 and it went to voice mail again! I left another message saying I had not heard from them all day and would they please respond. I then called again on Saturday morning at 9:00, and finally got the same person who answered on Thursday to answer. He said that he was just made aware of it the day before, but fear not that he had a job to complete that morning, BUT he would come out at 1 p.m. They never showed on Saturday, or had the professionalism to even call and say why. I called again with an irate message @ 10:30 a.m. Sunday and again got a VM. I informed this company if they did not respond back to us before 1 p.m. Sunday that we would file a BBB complaint against them. This plumbing company is not professional, or reliable.

We got set up with Saving Grace through our homeowners' insurance, and it has been a hassle to say the least. They were originally hired to fix a shower faucet, and we initially thought that was resolved (spoiler alert: it wasn't and isn't, but we didn't realize that until weeks later in the midst of the other issue). Satisfied with the first service, we hired them on our own to fix a refrigerator water line. The plumber who came by didn't have the appropriate part with him and suggested we go buy it and install it ourselves because it was simple to do. Trusting the experts, we went and bought the part as directed and installed it. When a handyman came to patch the drywall behind the fridge, he found a leak in the line. Turns out the part we were directed to buy was incorrect. When we contacted Saving Grace to resolve the issue, they sent out the original plumber, who was rude on arrival and left without any resolution: If your handyman fixed it, why am I here? The leak continued, so Saving Grace sent out a different plumber, who actually fixed the water line. Seeing as how the problem originated with the incorrect part we were instructed to buy and install, we expected Saving Grace to comp the cost of the fix. They expect us to pay them for the additional services incurred by the incorrect part. Needless to say, we won't be hiring them for any further services in our home.
