This company rocks! From the jump, they were super kind, on top of it with their communication and went above and beyond. Lou was fast, worked hard, was super educational and didn't laugh at my dumb questions. He fixed everything, told me about other things that were wrong and offered to fix them but was also straight with me about cost, etc. I would recommend pink's plumbing to anyone! The estimate for the repairs was definitely the least expensive and so much better than a competitor. The work was completed satisfactorily and the technician explained everything thoroughly. The only complaint I had was they failed to communicate with me when the technician was going to be late, I had to contact them after 4 hours to determine when repairs would be started. He didn't show up during the 2 hour window given to me, and had to be rescheduled for the next day. I did receive a minimal discount for the inconvenience. I would recommend Bumble bee plumbing to others.

We called Elite Rooter out to our condo complex at around 5 on a Saturday and Brian arrived within an hour. Another plumber had already been called by another owner in the complex and they couldn't fix the problem. In fact, they wanted $900 to remove the toilet to snake! The problem was on HOA property, so we called Elite Rooter for a second opinion. They should have been the first call. Not only were they quick to arrive, Brian was very nice and he really knew what he was doing. He fixed the problem very quickly using the sewer cleanout. The cost was outrageously reasonable. We will absolutely call them again and see if Brian is available.

I shopped around before finding 100% Plumbing. And I'm glad I chose 100% plumbing, these guys were awesome, through, friendly, and got the job done fast and efficiently. I wish I could comment on the work that Diamondback Plumbing did for me, but I can't because a technician never actually showed up.  I scheduled an appointment, and I received a call from the dispatcher (who was very nice, for the record) at roughly 3pm stating that my technician was planning on getting to me in about half an hour, but that he was coming from a bit of a ways away and might not have accounted for traffic.  I completely understood that, and I'd set aside my entire evening just in case he was running late or had a lengthy job to do.

It's now five hours later, and not only has a technician not come out, but no one called me to let me know that my appointment was being abandoned.  I ended up calling in and speaking with the evening dispatcher (who, again, was incredibly nice), and she told me that I'd be getting a call in the morning to reschedule an appointment.

Frankly, I don't want to use the services that Diamondback has to offer at this point, because I don't feel like potentially wasting another day sitting at home (not to mention cancelling plans that I can't reschedule) because my technician bailed on me.  However, since my property management apparently has some sort of ridiculous arrangement with them, it looks like I'm stuck waiting around for who knows how long until someone actually keeps the appointment.

Our water softener system quit working. I called Lawson plumbing as they installed the system and we had used them in the past with no issues. This time they said the sensor had gone bad. The person said if the part was in stock with their part supplier it would be a couple of days. If it had to be ordered it would probably be a couple of weeks. In either case someone would contact me to let me know the status. I called twice over the next two weeks and they didn't know what was going on but would check and contact me. I also filled out the online contact form. No one ever called me. I called today to cancel the job and I will find someone else to fix it.

Received a phone call from the company and they came right out and fixed the problem. Not sure where the communication failure took place but all is fixed now.

We had a clog in the main drain, they came out quickly and fixed the problem just a quickly. Highly recommended!!

Hired them to fix a septic smell in our house.  Their employee did a partial smoke test of one vent and found a problem with the toilet.  He said that should fix it, but if not, he'd come back free of charge and do a smoke test in the other vents.  It did not fic the problem.  The company manager told me that he's not responsible for this employee because he was fired.  I pointed out that I relied on the employee and that the company took my $$.  The manager insisted they had no responsibility for anyone they fired.  BEWARE -- they do not honor their commitments.

I would not recommend this company at all. I called to tell them my septic was backing up and that it had just been pumped a year ago. I told them I needed to have someone come out and tell me what was wrong with the system. They dug and pumped but then said the $850 we had to pay included an inspection. Even though the pumper told us multiple times it would be inspected. Don't waste your money.

LOVE this company !!  Right on time. They evan worked around my crazy schedule.  Steve explained what he would need to do to fix my water heater ,and  gave me a quote for what the approximate cost will be.. He  was very professional AND personable. He finished up and and assured me that if there was any further problem in the next few days , he would return with no extra service charge. The cost was  reasonable and right at his quoted price. APPLE will now be my plumber of choice and I have info for my friends.

I have been using Phoenix Plumbing for over 8 years both at home and at my Red Lobster Restaurants around the valley.  Joe and his team are the best plumbers in the business.  They are fast, polite, HONEST and efficient.  Most importantly the get it right the first time. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and I have never been disappointed.  Any job large or small, Phoenix Plumbing is the who you should call.

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

We called on a Saturday at 2pm and they were able to give us same-day service.  Isaac showed up on time with a great attitude.  He immediately went to work and fixed both sinks and cleaned up after himself when he was done.  Fast, professional and friendly service.  Price was right too.  5-Star service!

We compared a few quotes, and chose AEA which was absolutely best choice. The price is very reasonable, and they are super responsive. I spoke directly with the owners, Aaron and Armando. Very honest business folks. Came out the same day when my water heater went down in the AM (absolute disaster on my part), and by now in evening I can type this review in peace knowing hot water (and sanity) are now restored in my household (many people depend on this!)  I would definitely go with them again for my future water and plumbing needs. They truly saved the day today.

A 5 Star review and I didn't even use them. Here's why. All the drains started backing up in my house at 8:30pm on Christmas Eve. I called several plumbers and simply got a sorry, no one available. I called Pink Plumbing. They also had no one available until Monday BUT, Chris, the owner, spend 30 minutes on the phone with me diagnosing the problem (clog between the house and the main), walking me through a possible fix by putting the garden hose down the cleanout, and when that didn't work, gave me more suggestions on what to try when Home Depot opened on Saturday. Thanks to Chris, my clog is gone today. Even though I no longer need Pink Plumbing, I know their customer service is top notch!

I needed a hot water heater repair. I called and Don showed up within 30 minutes. He was curteous and came right in to diagnose the problem. His assessment was what I had discussed with another plumber and his price was in range so it seemed fair. He was back within two hours with my new water heater and quickly made the repair. He accepted credit cards which was convenient, I didn't have to run to the bank. I would use him again
