Came our same to day to deal with a basement flood situation.  Guy they sent out was polite, quick to diagnose the problem, and honest.

Response (via Yelp) to my request for a plumber was answered only by a phone number.  OK, so I called but I could barely hear him over a crackly cell.  I was frustrated that he obviously hadn't read what I had bothered to write to him -- he wanted the whole picture repeated over the phone.  Maybe the new poorly educated, semi-literate businessman of the new century?  He should be ashamed!  He's definitely no boss!

DrainPro Solutions was a great find for me, and, our home will continue to use their services for our plumbing and renovation needs. We worked with Manny who was extremely knowledgeable about all of our project ideas. We upgraded one entire full bathroom (full remodel: shower, vanity, floor, tub, toilet, and tiles) and minor upgrades to two half bathrooms. Manny was transparent throughout the entire process and even came shopping with us for parts at Home Depot/Lowes (telling us what to get and what overpriced items were not needed). His estimates are accurate and he always verified if additional labor or demo work was needed. He also crafted a solution for a unique bowl sink we had installed that wasn't fitted to our existing plumbing. Again his expertise is exemplary and I would highly recommend him and this company overall.

John Brady recently installed a new a/c in my home and I am very happy with his work. He came out to my home to do an estimate the very next day I called him. He then provided options and pricing with the install with informative answers to concerns I had. On the day of the install John arrived at 7:30am and spent about 12 hrs working while keeping me updated with his progress. I am very happy with his workmanship and his price was very fair especially with the quality of equipment he provided. I highly recommend John with your hvac install or repair.

Kit & Joey spent 5 hrs. at my house today unclogging some old pipes with tough to remove clogs. Kit was very honest before he began the work by telling me that snaking the drains may put a hole in the home's old pipes. He said he'd give it a gentle try and if the drains didn't clear, he'd have to remove old pipe, replace it with new, and in the instance of the kitchen sink, reroute the pipe. Fortunately, Kip & Joey were very skilled in manipulating the blockages, and very patient,all blockages were cleared. They also replaced piping and faucets in my kitchen & bath. It was a lot of work, but they never complained. All estimates Kip quoted up front remained in place & were very fair. I'm hiring them agaIn mid-September to replace my water heater & sump pump. Thank you Kip & Joey!

Fast forward to that water heater & sump pump installation. Joey & Tuan spent and hour and a half doing the installations & they switched out a pipe in my basement tub sink. Cleaned up afterwards & did it all for a fair & reasonable price. Kit, Joey & Tuan are my plumbers for life!

Kit & Joey recently spent 3.5 hrs. at my money pit unclogging the main sewer line, installing a powder room sink faucet & new shower head as well as repairing a leaky kitchen supply line! These guys are rockstars! They never give up on the tough jobs & everything they've repaired or installed for me has been high quality work fir a fair price. Thx again Kit & Joey!

Quality pro was one of three companies I called for a recent plumbing issue at home. I was immediately impressed with Mike's honest take on what required to be done. He didn't push unnecessary add ons and quickly gave me a rough estimate. We scheduled the appointment for the next day and Julian was prompt, courteous and pleasant. He confirmed Mike's diagnosis and completed the job efficiently. The best part - when one of the repairs developed a small problem overnight I called Mike early the next morning and he had Julian respond within a few hours. Julian promptly diagnosed and fixed the issue and stayed to ensure that we were satisfied with the job. Quality Pro - Honest, efficient, reasonable and reliable - What more could you ask for!

Our trash service doesn't do bulk pickup so I needed someone to haul away our old mattress and box springs. Sunny responded quickly to my request with an estimate and available pickup times. Showed up as promised, was courteous and professional and got the job done quickly for a very reasonable price. Next time I need something hauled away, he'll be my man.

Ken was responsive everytime I contacted him leading up to the appointment and helped work with my challenging HOA rules. He was patient, kind, and friendly when he arrived- and he arrived on time! I'm glad to have met Bruce to do the plumbing for my whole house including gas. He was very conscientious about details and checked the code for options as needed to help me save when possible. he is well versed in all the parts one needs and how they will connect to different types of fixtures.

Burgo installed a new faucet/drain in our bathroom and a new garbage disposal and faucet/drain in our kitchen.  Dan arrived and completed the work in a prompt and professional manor.  He put drop cloths down to protect our carpet and hardwood floors.  Due to a new sink he had to reconfigure the drain and water lines.  Everything looks and works great.  Dan also took the time upon completion to make sure we were happy with the way everything looked.  They were very reasonable and fair with pricing.

This is our second time using them and we won't hesitate to use them for our next project.
