Best Water Heater Repair in Orlando FL

We've utilized Tom now for two jobs, one was a water heater replacement, the other a toilet repair. Both appointments were for 7:00 am, both times he was on time, did the job, answered any questions, took my money, and was on his way. That may not seem like a rav review but it really is. He doesn't waste your time or his own which I believe is what makes his prices so reasonable. He's personable but not phony friendly, if you know what I mean. He's now my plumber and the only one I'd recommend to friends or family.

I had a major issue with getting the snake out of my drain in the backyard today. I called several major company that did not solve much and told me it would cost $500 or more to get the stuck snake out. The snake was rented from Home Depot and I needed it out ASAP. That's when I came across action plumbing and thankful that I did. They were friendly and very informative. On top of that came out within the day and helped me retrieve the snake out. Pedro was amazing and super sweet. I would definitely recommend everyone to go for small family business like this one. They are friendly,quick to service, and reasonable! Don't let the other plumbing company such as roto rooter charge you an arm and a leg. Also special thanks to Lily who helped me over the phone! :)

Amazing company!  I had an issue with my toilet leaking at no charge they advised we exactly what to do over the phone. Extremely nice and very professional. Highly recommend.

They came out on time and the tech was very thorough. I got pictures since it's a rental. Good pricing too. Recommend it.

Update:
Shout out to Mark for getting in contact with me. It looks like the certified letter sent went to their old address so they were not aware of my issues.  Mark made things right and the city now came by and completed inspection for permits. This customer is now  satisfied.

Moved into a new build hose and had problems with the irrigation with the water outside leaking into the street and giving me a high bill and dead grass. I reached out on yelp and explained my problem through text and was impressed when I was told to use a key to cut my water off. I knew from this simple statement that the company knew what to do. The appointment was set up and Greg and Trevor came to my home and immediately got to work. After a short time and great conversation my problem was fixed and for a great price. I'm satisfied with the work done and professionalism they they gave. I highly recommend them and will use them again if any problems arise.

Level of service and rates are impeccable.  They are extremely prompt, listen to and understand all plumbing problems.  They also give recommendations to make plumbing issues negligible in the future.

Wouldn't look anywhere else.

We were having septic issues so we called Lapin Services. Carlos was our point of contact, he was very knowledgeable, he had a great sense of urgency to get the job done for us as quick as possible. They pulled the permits and kept us informed every step of the way.
Santiago and Wilmer were also super helpful and easy to deal with. Everyone involved was neat, organized and respectful. They did an entire drain field replacement, had it inspected by city and completely finished all in 3 short days. All of the parts including the dirt look like great quality.
We are very happy with their services and highly recommend them for any of your plumbing issues.

He was hired to install my two toilets and did so. After a year later, I have no issues with the work he did and I would highly recommend!

DO NOT USE!!! I woudn't hire this guy to replace a TP holder. I hired Pete's to repipe my whole home, and do some additional projects. Dealing with Justin was like dealing with a child. After he was paid to complete the repipe, he offered to do some more work around my home... and onto the additional stuff, all of a sudden, he had other projects that were more important.... and he was not afraid to use some colorful language when confronted with his lack of professionalism and or wanting to complete the jobs. He was dismissive, had excuses for everything, defected responsibility, blamed me, he even had one of his guys come out on x-mas Eve... This dragged on for over 3 months, and was still not completed......He has miss quoted and over charged, and even now, misrepresenting and omitting items on the final bill. I am willing to share some of Justins finer moments. But this was an absolute horror of an experience.

Just want to warn others about this scab business. Called them because I had leaking water pipes behind my hot water heater.They finally sent a guy out. He had to remove the hot water heater to get to the portion of the wall where the pipes were located. He fixed the pipes( I hope) and put the water heater back in. 12 hours later and the pipes on the water heater start steaming and bulging.water everywhere! I called Sat morning and was told they can send someone Monday to fix what they messed up.I explained to the lady that I had to shut my water off. Basically she said it's not her problem terrible customer service! Do not let this company in your home!

Terrible experience.  Called them to fix the A/C as an emergency service.  The tech cane out and allegedly fixed it.  They charged around $700 for the emergency service and left.  After 15 min and realizing the air was still not cooling, I called them back but the tech told me I would have to wait until he finished with the next customer before he could return to our house.  Extremely unprofessional and they lack the knowledge and skill to do their job.

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.

Broke contract. No call, no show. I left multiple messages and even tried to email. Don't bother with them.
