Our tub faucet failed and we were unable to turn the water off. Luckily, we called Grace Plumbing. John scheduled a time with us and then showed up AN HOUR EARLY. It was truly a lifesaver. He fully explained what happened, and the problem was addressed even before our appointment time. Polite, friendly and informative.

Certified Leak was able to confirm that my swimming pool did, in fact, have a leak. They solved the problem quickly and affordably. I have no complaints.

I do not recommend this company at all. Had them out for a fridge hose leak and after their repair the water in the fridge didn't work at all so they had to come back to fix it. Then I started having water pooling in my kitchen under the fridge but it wasn't constant, just periodically pooling water. Then I had a leak in the garage that was a steady stream. Called them back and they said I needed the whole house re-piped. Approved the job, paid them, and after they left the garage was STILL LEAKING! I called them back and they found the problem was actually in the kitchen - the original fridge hose issue was causing the leak in the garage. I paid for a total re-piping when it wasn't necessary! And in the 3 months since they did the re-piping, my water bill has been 5 times higher than usual. Had the utility company come inspect and they were appalled at the work that was done. When Waterhouse capped the old water main and installed the new one they cracked something and it has been leaking 3/4 a gallon per minute. Utility inspector said they never should have left without testing for leaks first. I called a different plumbing company to fix this issue as I have no faith or respect for Waterhouse and the people they send out.

Overpriced service call stayed 5 mins 200$ service call to see what was wrong with water heater than fee is waived if we repair with them 1100$ what a joke easy swap out water heater went with someone else 800$ installed easy don't call this guys overcharging

I don't write reviews,but what happened in Nov. 17 demands that I do. I own a small business that's clientele are children. On Saturday we had 2 birthday parties taking place - there was about 50 people in the business. Our bathrooms started to back up and in a panic we began to call emergency plumbers.  We called Brownies and were told that it would be 45 min. to an hour, and that the tech would call with his ETA.  Never got  call. Instead a VERY VERY RUDE man just showed up about an hour after we called. By this time we already had a plumber working on the problem. The tech told us we owed him $150 just for being there. He refused to leave and demanded that we pay him $150. He rudely began lecturing us on how we didn't call and cancel and how we wasted his time and that we were going to pay for him making a trip to our business. I WILL NEVER recommend this crappy company (no pun) to anyone. They employ the the rudest nastiest techs/plumbers.  Brownies you should give us our $150 back!

Our AC died five years ago and they were the ones we called to fix it. We got a new unit then signed up for the maintenance plan with them. After a few years, the contact stopped and they didn't even notify us it ended. Sadly, in our error, we didn't realize. We started having issues again this summer and called them. They couldn't put us back on the plan for two more months but in between that time the AC died again. Their emergency person came then had to come again, leading to over $500 to tell us it's broken. The quote to fix it was $3800! We called another place and got it repaired for $900. This company is PRICE GOUGING and doesn't care at all about their customers. They should have been able to fit us in within two months and not lead to us being without AC in the summer in FL! Plus, they didn't fix it right to last five years ago (long story). Then, we called to tell them what has transpired and they don't even call us back. DO NOT USE THEM.

Unreliable...you want a handyman you can count on.  The job was started and was supposed to be complete the following week and Jay discontinued contact.  Now we have a half complete job and a lot more work that needs to be complete and need to find additional services.  Go elsewhere.

Work on our new patio has not been completed, and not only has it not been completed, I was told by an A+ rated contractor through the BBB that the patio must be demolished and redone completely in order to structurally hold a swim spa.  It was poured in different stages with different concrete causing instability in the seams, different colors and texture.  The pour is NOT thick enough to support a 15' swim spa.  It rained when the concrete was wet and did not have plastic on it causing pits with exposed stone, puddling, etc.  It also splashed up on our screened in lanai, I had to pick off the screen itself and I cannot get to come off of the aluminum kick plate.  They've left the wood form up on half of the patio, left rebar and cement chunks in the yard.  We've left multiple messages, phone calls, emails...No response.  I just checked the license number they put on their quote today and it doesn't come up on myflordalicense.com, so I'm not even sure if they 're legitimate.

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.

Totally regret doing business with Wyatt Sexton. He is unprofessional and not concerned about customer satisfaction.  He showed up 2hrs late. Any questions i had were answered in a vague manner,  When i requested, he enter the model number of the pump he  installed on the invoice, he refused.  Then he got belligerent and told me to kiss his a**.
