Excellent Service, we use them all the time in our property management business.  Scott is 1st class.

Waterhouse plumbing did a complete home re-pipe.  I received several bids and they were by far the lowest.  The owner Scott was very responsive and was able to help with insurance questions I had.  The team came out and had my whole house re-piped and patched up in four days.  They went above and beyond expectations.  They were very professional, courteous and skilled.  I am very pleased with the outcome.  I would recommend Scott and his team for any plumbing need you may have.

It is hard to find trades who enjoy what they do, are smart, detail oriented, punctual, work hard, are friendly, do impeccable work, etc. I can't speak to price as I have always been primarily concerned with finding good people. I would say I have always felt the rates were fair and I've been happy to pay. The owner and his team (all I've interacted with) are fabulous. I have a PhD in computer science and an engineering degree, and I have been repeatedly surprised and happy to find out how really smart and clever the owner is, and enjoyed interacting with him. He could easily have an engineering degree. Unlike so many before him he has been able to understand and take care of some unusually complex plumbing tasks for me. He and his team have done very high quality work, and I'm picky. The owner has been frank and fair, offering suggestions for better alternatives (not necessarily more expensive), and even has a good sense of humor. He loves what he does, takes pride in the work, likes solving problems, etc. I can't say enough good things.

I have used them twice and both times Cody did amazing work. He was on time, his work was clean  and professional and they charged a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.

terrible! it took 3 times to get a septic back-up snaked and they billed for having to come back out and finish the job they were hired for! do not waste your time or money!

I'm happy with the tankless water heater Scott and his team installed last week. He was up front with the pros and cons of different machines which helped us make our decision. He showed up when he said he would for the estimate and the installation and finished up the job quickly. I would hire him again.

We needed to have our home re-piped because of old gray poly pipes. We heard about Water House Plumbing from a friend and the owner came to our home and gave us an estimate. We received another one that was $1000 more than Water House.  The Water House crew completed our project in about 3 days. They were very competent, efficient, neat and minimized the disruption in normal home routine. We highly recommend them for any plumbing needs

I do not recommend this company at all. Had them out for a fridge hose leak and after their repair the water in the fridge didn't work at all so they had to come back to fix it. Then I started having water pooling in my kitchen under the fridge but it wasn't constant, just periodically pooling water. Then I had a leak in the garage that was a steady stream. Called them back and they said I needed the whole house re-piped. Approved the job, paid them, and after they left the garage was STILL LEAKING! I called them back and they found the problem was actually in the kitchen - the original fridge hose issue was causing the leak in the garage. I paid for a total re-piping when it wasn't necessary! And in the 3 months since they did the re-piping, my water bill has been 5 times higher than usual. Had the utility company come inspect and they were appalled at the work that was done. When Waterhouse capped the old water main and installed the new one they cracked something and it has been leaking 3/4 a gallon per minute. Utility inspector said they never should have left without testing for leaks first. I called a different plumbing company to fix this issue as I have no faith or respect for Waterhouse and the people they send out.
