We've utilized Tom now for two jobs, one was a water heater replacement, the other a toilet repair. Both appointments were for 7:00 am, both times he was on time, did the job, answered any questions, took my money, and was on his way. That may not seem like a rav review but it really is. He doesn't waste your time or his own which I believe is what makes his prices so reasonable. He's personable but not phony friendly, if you know what I mean. He's now my plumber and the only one I'd recommend to friends or family.

Gregg and his son installed a hot water recirculation pump in my home and they did a great job. Good communication, very transparent and quality work. Thank you.

We lost hot water on Christmas Day so we made a call to Plumbing Solutions today to see if they could come. They responded and came to our house in less than a couple hours!! We highly recommend them!!!

Needed a hot water heater replaced and discovered that Jason was by far the most affordable option out there. He was very professional and got the job done quickly. Very kind and super easy to work with. I have definitely found my person for future handyman projects!! I've been on a tight budget so his prices made everything doable for me. Very thankful!!!

I unfortunately had to call the plumber's. Of all  the plumber horror stories we hear our adult life I  wasn't looking forward to it at all! I pictured the typical dirty, sweaty, crack exposed over priced & unfriendly plumber possible to show up at my door.  I had the complete opposite! Not only did they  have the nicest, most informative woman receptionist answering the phone but the plumbers their self are the same way. First let me tell you they were chosen because of the initial call. They answer the phone by saying how can we make your day better and they aren't kidding. I thought yeah right to myself but after question after question that I had the attitude never changed. The whole time helping me figure out what all I needed and what all my visit was to include. The low prices were unbelievable and there was no pressure set upon us when we heard what unfortunately needed to be done.  They even offered ideas of what could be done if we wanted to only take one step at a time. They were very clean came did what they needed to showing up exactly on time and left. No mess was left no rude sweaty plumber and no crack view!! All laughs aside they are awesome!

Pat did exceptional work for me. The price was far lower than a lot of other plumbers and the professionalism was much higher. Pat did what I needed and didn't try to find more problems just to make a few extra bucks. Pro craft will be my first call next time if and when I need a plumber. Thanks again Pat.

Ken worked to demolish & re-construct TWO bathrooms in our home we bought last year. Both bathrooms were original. We were super happy with the results of both bathrooms and had never done anything like this before. It was nerve-racking for us but it was great to work with somebody like Ken and he did a fantastic job for us. Additionally, the man has great taste and helped us not over design our space. I would highly recommend him and, not that we're looking forward to having any plumbing issues, but if we do we will certainly be calling him!

He was hired to install my two toilets and did so. After a year later, I have no issues with the work he did and I would highly recommend!

I do not recommend this company at all. Had them out for a fridge hose leak and after their repair the water in the fridge didn't work at all so they had to come back to fix it. Then I started having water pooling in my kitchen under the fridge but it wasn't constant, just periodically pooling water. Then I had a leak in the garage that was a steady stream. Called them back and they said I needed the whole house re-piped. Approved the job, paid them, and after they left the garage was STILL LEAKING! I called them back and they found the problem was actually in the kitchen - the original fridge hose issue was causing the leak in the garage. I paid for a total re-piping when it wasn't necessary! And in the 3 months since they did the re-piping, my water bill has been 5 times higher than usual. Had the utility company come inspect and they were appalled at the work that was done. When Waterhouse capped the old water main and installed the new one they cracked something and it has been leaking 3/4 a gallon per minute. Utility inspector said they never should have left without testing for leaks first. I called a different plumbing company to fix this issue as I have no faith or respect for Waterhouse and the people they send out.

Amazing company!  I had an issue with my toilet leaking at no charge they advised we exactly what to do over the phone. Extremely nice and very professional. Highly recommend.

I used to love Roto-Rooter now I am never calling them again. My mother called them to fix a leaking faucet and a stopped up kitchen sink. They set the appointment up for between noon and 4 and did not arrive until 4:30. He then proceeds to tell her that the pipes are too old for him to work on and they would need to replace all the pipes under the sink. My mother agrees to get an estimate from him on doing that. While he's out at the truck another plumer from roto rooter calls and tell her that they have a more experienced plumer who has worked on older homes and they would rather he came out and looked at it. She says yes and they set that appointment up for the following(12-5-2016) Monday from 10-noon. That Monday gets here and he never shows up. She calls and is told he is running late. She waits another hour and calls back to be told that he can't make it at all that day and they need to reschedule for another day. She cancels the entire appointment. I am very disapointed in them and am in the process of helping her find someone to do the repairs.

I needed a plumber fast to replace a faucet. I called Monday early and spoke to a very kind and helpful person. She scheduled for a morning appt   We realized that it might not be easy to replace as my faucet was very old. Sent her pictures which were to to the plumber coming and decided that I should go to Lowe's and pick out replacement with help from employee. Adrian was the plumber who came and he was so knowledgeable and professional.  He made sure everything was 100%.  He explained some things that I had questions about and was so kind. This was a great experience    I highly recommended this company

They came to vacuum my septic tank out. They arrived in a timely basis, the tech was professional, and they did a good job. It would have been five stars if it stopped there. However, during the process he pulled the screen out and rinsed it off. With my water. In three minutes. They charged $65 for that. It was NOT in the quote and he did NOT say anything about it until it was bill time. At the end of what should have been a positive experience, I felt ripped off. Very short sighted on their part - they lost me as a customer.

Our A/C stopped working today (Sunday). After scheduling an emergency service, the tech arrived within an hour. Ogi was very friendly and knowledgeable. Within minutes, he diagnosed the problem. He gave us an estimate and completed the work in about an hour.

Please be very careful when you call this company for services.  Routine diagnosis quickly became advanced diagnosis, with the charge almost doubled.  Their hourly rates, which they did not want to disclose but could be easily computed, are outrageous.   Do not sign any papers they give you.  Tell them to finish the diagnosis, give you the written estimate for the repair, and you will pay them.  If they do not agree, they can leave and lose their time coming out to your place.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX YOUR A/C SYSTEM. Technician came out for minor repair to end up making things worse. Decided to start fixing system without consulting me first with how much the repair would be. What company does this??? Now company not taking the blame for any of it's mistakes. Service manager has the worst customer service skills and makes one more upset at every step. Don't make this expensive mistake. Take your business elsewhere. Don't say I didn't tell you so!!!
