We had a leaky sink and stubborn toilet. I put off calling a plumber for as long as I could because I didn't want to deal, but Tom made it super easy.

He responded to my message almost immediately and was able to diagnose the issue based on a quick call and photos I sent his way.

Once we secured the right parts, Tom was readily available to come install them. He was right on time in the window he promised -- always a plus when working with service companies, am I right?

He was efficient, incredibly knowledgable and overall delivered great service.

Highly recommend! We called the company number and Bill, the Owner picked up right away. He said he was just opening that weekend but would be willing to stop by on his time off. Bill arrived on time and was extremely personable. He assessed the situation and gave us honest feedback. As a courtesy, he helped us plug our toilet drain to keep dirty water sealed in the pipes. He said he would give us a formal estimate and return the next day with a plan of action. Bill was able to give us a deal to replace all our cast iron pipes. After comparing costs with other local plumbing companies, he had the best prices. AND the most trustworthy. The job is now complete and our water drains perfectly. He replaced all the cast-iron drain lines in our yard within a week. His team was on time hard-working and respectful of our space. I couldn't recommend this company enough. I reached out to these guys, and spoke with Gregg. My toilet was clogged and I needed it taken care of. He had initially told me about what time they'd be able to come out, and quoted me a flat rate. A couple hours later Gregg called and said he had a tech in the area that had just finished a job and could be here shortly. They were in and out in a few minutes and the problem was fixed. I got the invoice and was pleasantly surprised that it was less than the quoted rate. I'd definitely call them again if I have a problem.

Johnson Brothers replaced my water heater this afternoon and the plumber, Nick, was wonderful! Professional, neat, explained what he was doing and could not have been a better representative for Johnson Brothers!!

DO NOT USE!!! I woudn't hire this guy to replace a TP holder. I hired Pete's to repipe my whole home, and do some additional projects. Dealing with Justin was like dealing with a child. After he was paid to complete the repipe, he offered to do some more work around my home... and onto the additional stuff, all of a sudden, he had other projects that were more important.... and he was not afraid to use some colorful language when confronted with his lack of professionalism and or wanting to complete the jobs. He was dismissive, had excuses for everything, defected responsibility, blamed me, he even had one of his guys come out on x-mas Eve... This dragged on for over 3 months, and was still not completed......He has miss quoted and over charged, and even now, misrepresenting and omitting items on the final bill. I am willing to share some of Justins finer moments. But this was an absolute horror of an experience.

AWFUL!!!! They were not our choice. Forced on us by our home warranty co. Had them out 2 years ago, in the heat of summer of course, supposedly repaired the AC  and by that evening it was not working. Called them and we can't do anything until tomorrow. No regard at all for their customers. Our fan motor was making noises but still cooling last week. They came out on Friday said it was fan motor would get parts and repair. My husband took off work to meet them this am, was supposedly repaired but when we got home this evening was 87 in our home. Calle them, oh sorry have to go through Warranty Co again. I said its your, fault it's not working, it was cooling before. You broke it you inept repairman should fix it, TODAY. Nope sorry have to go thought Warranty co. I would never ever use them again or recommend them.

I have used Brownies for a number of years (every 3-4 years), most recently 17 months ago. We needed a septic inspection as required by potential home buyers so after pricing, found another company that was $90 less.

As they got to work, they found thick tree roots that had to be dug up before the tank could be pumped - roots that could not have gotten that large in just one year. They also told me there was no way the amount of solids that were in the tank could have accumulated over just 17 months. What a mess. I called Brownies and they said the work was done by their 'best' man. Really????

They are getting a one star review because they did not deliver on what they said they were going to.

We had a leak happen Thursday night at about 9:00 pm. Once we had the water cleaned up. I filled out the information form online and was told I would be contacted shortly, I knew this probably meant the next morning.

They did reach out right at 8:00 am and said that since our water was off we would be put on the priority list and someone would be out as soon as possible.

At about 12:30pm I called back to get a update on if someone was going to be able to make it today, I was then told that there was no availability today and someone wouldn't be out until Monday. I explained I had been told this morning that a repairman would be able to make it. The lady I spoke to apologized for the miscommunication and said that someone had tried to reach out to me at 11:50 am but couldn't get a hold of me because the number was incorrect so I was taken off of the priority list.

I don't understand how the company was able to call me at 8:00am but then suddenly didn't have my number correct. The lady then put me back on the priority list and said someone would be out at some point today.

At 2:30pm I decided to call a second plumbing because I was getting nervous at this point I would be without water all weekend. They were able to send someone within the hour because as she explained, you have no water and still have a leak, that is first priority in our books. At 2:42pm I got a call that a technician was on the way, and he arrived at 3:05pm.

If the first person I spoke to said we are extremely busy it probably won't happen, I would have just reached out to different companies this morning rather than waiting around all day and not getting anything done.

I also did not appreciate when I called back to take myself off the priority list, the lady who answered the phone did not seem to care at all that I had been inconvenienced. It was not my fault the technician couldn't reach me the first time, I gave my phone number correctly and a back up phone number.

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.

Broke contract. No call, no show. I left multiple messages and even tried to email. Don't bother with them.
