Best Water Heater Repair in Orlando FL
I've lived in Clermont for a few years a tried different plumbers. Tom Griffin is by far the best you will find! He gets the work done quick and efficiently and is extremely knowledgeable. He is the only plumber I will use in the future for all of my home and office plumbing needs.

I had a major issue with getting the snake out of my drain in the backyard today. I called several major company that did not solve much and told me it would cost $500 or more to get the stuck snake out. The snake was rented from Home Depot and I needed it out ASAP. That's when I came across action plumbing and thankful that I did. They were friendly and very informative. On top of that came out within the day and helped me retrieve the snake out. Pedro was amazing and super sweet. I would definitely recommend everyone to go for small family business like this one. They are friendly, quick to service, and reasonable! Don't let the other plumbing company such as roto rooter charge you an arm and a leg. Also special thanks to Lily who helped me over the phone! :)

I had a bad experience with Brodway. They came to clear a sewer drain at my Orlando home. The tech took several hours and charged $450 without informing me that it would be that much. I found out from my tenant that they left the blockage debris like sanitary pads in my yard. Ten days later the drain clogged up again, with human waste backing into the shower. It was unbearable. I called Brodway and they refused to warranty their work. I had to hire another plumber who discovered that there was an uncleared blockage in the drain line. To summarize, for me Brodway was incompetent, not open about service costs, and they don't back up their work.

Highly recommend! We called the company number and Bill, the Owner picked up right away. He said he was just opening that weekend but would be willing to stop by on his time off. Bill arrived on time and was extremely personable. He assessed the situation and gave us honest feedback. As a courtesy, he helped us plug our toilet drain to keep dirty water sealed in the pipes. He said he would give us a formal estimate and return the next day with a plan of action. Bill was able to give us a deal to replace all our cast iron pipes. After comparing costs with other local plumbing companies, he had the best prices. AND the most trustworthy. The job is now complete and our water drains perfectly. He replaced all the cast-iron drain lines in our yard within a week. His team was on time hard-working and respectful of our space. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Give them a call today if you have a small plumbing problem or a large one like we had!

Shamrock repiped my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in one day and repaired the drywall in another. Both jobs exceeded my expectations. I had a minor issue with the dishwasher line which Shamrock addressed on the same day I brought it to their attention. I would not hesitate to recommend Shamrock for any plumbing work.

Gregg was very quick to come out after I was having issues in my line after I had some septic problems fixed. I also needed quotes to add plumbing for washer/dryer/dishwasher. They have been very honest in pricing, helpful and responsive! Will definitely use them again!!

Dave at Plumbing Solutions is great! Quick response time and a fair price. He was very friendly and professional. He came in, unclogged my toilet, cleaned up and was done! They even sent a thank you card with a $20 off next service magnet! Highly recommend them.

Called Bob at Lapin for a last minute real estate inspection of a septic tank. He scheduled someone to come out within 24 hours, which was immensely appreciated. Ritchie and his assistant arrived within the time frame given, and walked me through step by step of the septic system. He educated me on every aspect of the septic system, patiently answered all my questions and did a great job on the inspection.
We will definitely use Lapin Services for the maintenance of our septic system.

I cannot express how impressed I am with this plumbing company even though they never even made it into my house. I was referred to them by several people in my neighborhood (after using a big well-known name here in Ocala) and my homeowners insurance was making me replace a water heater so they ordered a special tankless water heater for me and my insurance messed up. Gave me the wrong info I had to cancel they did not charge me restocking or return fees. They were absolutely professional awesome people I have to say I can't wait until I actually have to have them come to my house and fix something. Great job Johnson brothers.!

Avoid this place at all costs. My landlord took a job that required him to move out of state. He and his wife decided to rent their lovely home to myself and my wife. Because they had to leave suddenly, and there was work that needed to be done on this house prior to us moving in, I agreed to be available to let in the people from Pete's Plumbing to re-pipe the house.
My landlord paid and gave them instructions that I was the point of contact and gave them my number, letting them know that I was going to be letting them in and out. So they call when I am driving in to work and want to meet me right then and there to have me give them the house key so that they could have full access to the house. I let them know that not only was I not able to drop everything and go meet them across town, that they had been told that I would be letting them in.
The person I was speaking with (Joey I think, but definitely the co-owner/son of the founder) became belligerent and asked why it was such a hassle for me to give them the key. I advised that I am simply following up with the wishes of the homeowner. He then said to me We have $3,000 of his money, so we will be doing it the way I say, and then he hung up on me.
I texted my landlord and let him know what had just happened, then called back. I got the same gentleman. I asked him calmly why he thought it was ok to hang up on a customer and talk me that way and he apologized and said that it would not happen again. I then explained that there are thousands of dollars of laminate flooring sitting in that house waiting for install, and that I did not feel comfortable handing over the keys with that much loose material laying around, especially with the way that he was insisting. He then said that he would have someone call me to schedule.
A few minutes later I get a call from the same number, but it was a different gentleman. He advised that he can be out there tomorrow at 9 AM. I take the day off of work and head over to the house around 8:30, but five minutes before I get to the house I get a text, not a phone call, saying that they cannot make the 9:00 time. I say no biggie and ask what time they can do this. He says he will get back to me ASAP.
1:00 rolls around and there is still no word so I text back and ask what the time table looks like. I get a reply that there is only one more job and then my house. 40 minutes later I get a text saying Dale is on his way to you. I reply ok, be there in 20
I head over to the house again and sit there for almost an hour when I get a text that says
Very sorry, I have multiple customers texting me and I was unaware I was texting you. We cannot work on your home at all today.
My reply I took the whole day off today. Why tell me you can do it at 9:00 am and then not do it at all?
His response: Because we could have finished it yesterday but you couldn't meet after our conversation in the morning
By this point I had taken about enough, so I call him and realize that the person who is texting me is the same person I was talking to on the phone yesterday. I asked him why he blaming this on me when he had no reasonable expectation of me being available the day before. Then he really became unhinged. Here are but a few snippets of what were said to me, a guy that just wants some plumbing done, by a person that was paid $3k to do a job:
I am 30 years old. This is the only job I have ever had. - Ok, not sure what relevance that has
Me and my dad are laughing at you right now. I have never seen a house so hard to get in to -- my reply, naturally, was hard? All you have to do is call me and set a time
Fuck you. I am not talking to you anymore. Give me the owner's number so that I can tell him what I think about you clowns.
He used the F-bomb about ten more times in the course of the conversation.
In Summary:
*The person that seems to co-own this business, and answers the phones as well as scheduled appointments, is emotionally unstable
*They are not able to keep time commitments. I am not talking about a few hours, either.
*They will, for some reason, insist on having a key to your home despite having someone ready and available to let them in when needed. If you deny them unfettered access to your home then they will become belligerent and curse you out, then hang up on you. This is highly suspicious behavior and makes me feel like they want inside the house for more than ethical reasons.
*They are unprofessional and undeserving of your money. Once you hand that check over all decorum goes out the window.

Terrible customer service. Beware any American Home Shield customer who gets assigned this company. The first technician who was sent out to evaluate the AC told me that both coils were leaking and he recommended that my outside and inside units be replaced. FOUR days later a second technician was sent out to evaluate my unit because more information was needed. This time the technician told me that nothing was wrong with the unit and the first tech must have cleared the drainage line bc the AC is running. Yes it was running but there was barely any air being pushed through the vents inside. I called AHS and they put a recall order in with this same company. For a third time I was asked to schedule an appointment and take time off of work. I was promised an 8am due to that fact that they needed to come out for a third time. My appointment came and went and I didn't receive a call. I called them and was told my appointment was between 9-12pm. When I explained everything above and my disappointment I was told I'm sorry but your appointment is between 9-12. No attempt to rectify or acknowledge that a mistake was made. I called AHS and filed a complaint and canceled my service request with this company.

An absolutely horrible customer service experience, especially with Bob Howard, their business development person, who clearly doesn't care about how his company communicates. We were told that it was $175 to come out, but that it would be included towards any repairs. When the invoice was sent, I asked Bob if that was the best price he could give me. He offered to give me a $300 discount. Great! But he didn't bother telling me that the $175 would no longer apply towards the work. Typical bait and switch. So I was in fact getting a $125 discount. I decided to not move forward with the work because I don't deal with dishonest people.
I wound up contacting All Florida Septic. They don't charge you to come out. Brownies had informed that to clear out our lift station they would need a vactor truck and the cost would be $1525. A different servicer told me that was overkill and I would have been ripped off at that price.
I'd rather go down my self and scoop out the sludge with a spoon than deal with dishonest people like Bob Howard again.

From the office staff to the plumber, great customer service! Someone was out quickly and took care of the problem fast. May not be the cheapest, but I appreciate the quick response and knowledge. They had the job fixed before I even got a call back from another plumber.

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.

Broke contract. No call, no show. I left multiple messages and even tried to email. Don't bother with them.
