Best Sink Repair in Orlando FL

We've utilized Tom now for two jobs, one was a water heater replacement, the other a toilet repair. Both appointments were for 7:00 am, both times he was on time, did the job, answered any questions, took my money, and was on his way. That may not seem like a rav review but it really is. He doesn't waste your time or his own which I believe is what makes his prices so reasonable. He's personable but not phony friendly, if you know what I mean. He's now my plumber and the only one I'd recommend to friends or family.

I hired the company to replace the overflow and drain on a tub that was leaking underneath the tub. They were able to give a fair and accurate quote, based upon detailed pictures and discussion of the issue. I appreciated that a lot, because I am very tired of the amount of time that I waste having someone come to the house to look at a project only to give me a quote that is far beyond what I've already received and then, unfortunately, I've wasted their time and my time has been wasted so it's good that with detailed pictures I saved myself a visit.  They checked in with me the day before to confirm that the appointment, which was very nice because then I knew they hadn't forgotten me. They arrived on time and performed worked well and professionally, and were very nice.

They will be my new plumber.  Thank you!

Thanks to Shamrock Plumbing, we saved $15k after we were told we needed new pipes and it turned out we didn't! After further inspection with a camera, our pipes were fine! We just had roots that needed to be removed. The owner Mark was very professional, honest, and informative. The service manager Jason and his helper was also great during the time of service. I called on a Thursday, inspection scheduled for the next day, and service completed on Monday! We couldn't be happier with the service we received, great quality work.  From now on, Shamrock Plumbing will be who we call for all of our plumbing needs.

These guys are pros. Installed my hybrid water heater and I was impressed! They are trained by the manufacturer, professional, prompt and clean. The techs wore masks, gloves and took payment electronically. Great team!

David is a fantastic plumber! And on top of that, he's a wonderful person! The world needs more people like David. The plumbing job wasn't the hardest job in the world, thankfully. It was an installation of a new kitchen sink fixture. But the fact that it was in the house since we had our house built 20 years ago, and it was the original, I wanted a professional to do the job, JUST IN CASE! I've included Sonik Plumbing to my CONTACT INFO in my phone. For me, David was an excellent choice, and AND, did I mention, David offers fair and very reasonable pricing! I do not recommend this company at all. Had them out for a fridge hose leak and after their repair the water in the fridge didn't work at all so they had to come back to fix it. Then I started having water pooling in my kitchen under the fridge but it wasn't constant, just periodically pooling water. Then I had a leak in the garage that was a steady stream. Called them back and they said I needed the whole house re-piped. Approved the job, paid them, and after they left the garage was STILL LEAKING! I called them back and they found the problem was actually in the kitchen - the original fridge hose issue was causing the leak in the garage. I paid for a total re-piping when it wasn't necessary! And in the 3 months since they did the re-piping, my water bill has been 5 times higher than usual. Had the utility company come inspect and they were appalled at the work that was done. When Waterhouse capped the old water main and installed the new one they cracked something and it has been leaking 3/4 a gallon per minute. Utility inspector said they never should have left without testing for leaks first. I called a different plumbing company to fix this issue as I have no faith or respect for Waterhouse and the people they send out.

I have been using this company with previous owner for many years & had no problems ever with service & repairs carried out , now that Justin has left , I extremely disappointed with the staff & service , & so now after many years I will not be using them again or referring to any of my real estate friends

The technicians came during the time frame promised and were very cordial.  My unit started working the way it should when they came which is how things tend to happen, but they still did a full diagnostic. The only thing that gave me pause about this visit was the the new unit sales pitch.  I am aware that my unit is at the end of life, but I know that it doesn't need to be replaced immediately. I appreciated the insight on the products that they offer, but I don't like being sold something that I don't absolutely need at the moment. I typically have my system serviced once a year by various companies and I've never had them try to sell me a new unit. They typically tell me to ride it until the wheels fall off :). I appreciated the courteous and prompt service, but can do without the the immediate sales job.

Brownie's provides great and timely service.  They help me with both my home and business plumbing needs.  Additionally, I own my own commercial real estate brokerage and routinely recommend them to my clients and receive back great feedback.

Unreliable...you want a handyman you can count on.  The job was started and was supposed to be complete the following week and Jay discontinued contact.  Now we have a half complete job and a lot more work that needs to be complete and need to find additional services.  Go elsewhere.

Work on our new patio has not been completed, and not only has it not been completed, I was told by an A+ rated contractor through the BBB that the patio must be demolished and redone completely in order to structurally hold a swim spa.  It was poured in different stages with different concrete causing instability in the seams, different colors and texture.  The pour is NOT thick enough to support a 15' swim spa.  It rained when the concrete was wet and did not have plastic on it causing pits with exposed stone, puddling, etc.  It also splashed up on our screened in lanai, I had to pick off the screen itself and I cannot get to come off of the aluminum kick plate.  They've left the wood form up on half of the patio, left rebar and cement chunks in the yard.  We've left multiple messages, phone calls, emails...No response.  I just checked the license number they put on their quote today and it doesn't come up on myflordalicense.com, so I'm not even sure if they 're legitimate.

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.
