Best Drain Installation in Orlando FL

We've utilized Tom now for two jobs, one was a water heater replacement, the other a toilet repair. Both appointments were for 7:00 am, both times he was on time, did the job, answered any questions, took my money, and was on his way. That may not seem like a rav review but it really is. He doesn't waste your time or his own which I believe is what makes his prices so reasonable. He's personable but not phony friendly, if you know what I mean. He's now my plumber and the only one I'd recommend to friends or family.

Sherri was amazing, knowledgeable, persistent in assessing our questions and needs. She went above and beyond our expectations and we would never recommend another plumbing company! She is definitely an asset to this company. She truly took her time to evaluate the situation.

Alva was very helpful when our toilet overflowed and there was significant floor damage. He waited for serve pro to show up who was trying to make us pay for more than we needed .shamrock has a better water damage company that they deal with. He made sure we got only what we needed from insurance. Took care of our plumbing . Very nice family owned business that cares about their customers.

I had a bad experience with Brodway. They came to clear a sewer drain at my Orlando home. The tech took several hours and charged $450 without informing me that it would be that much. I found out from my tenant that they left the blockage debris like sanitary pads in my yard. Ten days later the drain clogged up again, with human waste backing into the shower. It was unbearable. I called Brodway and they refused to warranty their work. I had to hire another plumber who discovered that there was an uncleared blockage in the drain line. To summarize, for me Brodway was incompetent, not open about service costs, and they don't back up their work.

Backed up plumbing, with toilets not flushing started out our day today. Called Florida Rooter & my husband promptly spoke with Russell, who came out & was able to fix the problem of clogged plumbing.  Russell was courteous, professional and did a great job of fixing the problem in no time.  He was also full of information about what to do to avoid this problem.  Will certainly use them again if we need to !  Russell was great !!!

Contacted them regarding some work on the bathroom fixtures.  He asked for pics.  I sent and never received a word back, even after almost 2 weeks.

Response to owner response:  The original conversation started on May 19th.  I sent the requested picture shortly after.  There was no response.  After a week, I asked if there was any word.  Still no response.  I ended up going with another small business owner who was able to give me an immediate estimate and could do the job within 2 days.

Dave at Plumbing Solutions is great!  Quick response time and a fair price.  He was very friendly and professional.  He came in, unclogged my toilet, cleaned up and was done!  They even sent a thank you card with a $20 off next service magnet!  Highly recommend them.

I have an aerobic septic system. I wish I didn't, but I am stuck with it. One of the problems has been finding a reputable company to service it. I called Lapin after a Google search and didn't know anything about them except that they serviced my system. They have been out twice now and I have been very impressed. I worked with Chris Albury and Drake (sorry, I don't have his last name) and I found them to be very knowledgeable, competent and honest. I would strongly recommend them.

Excellent. Speedy. Professional.  On Tuesday morning we had an emergency.  The toilet in the condo we rent overflowed into the bedroom closet and the bedroom.  Mr. Rooter was the 3rd company  I called and the ONLY one that was able to send someone out within 2 hours. They were there within an hour! From the person who took the call and called when the technician Justin was 10 minutes out.  Excellent! Justin was professional, confident, thorough.  The work and knowledge he provided gave the condo owner the nudge to replace another toilet in her property the very next day.  I will recommend this company to any one I know who may need the many services you offer.  Thank you for helping our family.

Needed a hot water heater replaced and discovered that Jason was by far the most affordable option out there. He was very professional and got the job done quickly. Very kind and super easy to work with. I have definitely found my person for future handyman projects!! I've been on a tight budget so his prices made everything doable for me. Very thankful!!!

I cannot express how impressed I am with this plumbing company even though they never even made it into my house. I was referred to them by several people in my neighborhood (after using a big well-known name here in Ocala) and my homeowners insurance was making me replace a water heater so they ordered a special tankless water heater for me and my insurance messed up. Gave me the wrong info I had to cancel they did not charge me restocking or return fees. They were absolutely professional awesome people I have to say I can't wait until I actually have to have them come to my house and fix something. Great job Johnson brothers.!

I have used U.S. Heating & Air for years, but will not do so again. A few days ago, I had my 2 ac units serviced, was told that they looked good and were in good working order. I subsequently purchased different sized ac filter, at the suggestion of the technician, but was unable to replace because the screws on the air handler were tightened to extreme. One unit has stopped working days after being serviced and the company wants to charge me an $97 service fee, for something it's tech likely did. I left a message for the Manager, with no returned call.

We have had a sewage smell coming from our tub for over a year now. Had Pete's out last summer and they couldn't find anything. Had them come out again yesterday and the plumber was very non chalant and kept standing there saying he didn't know what the issue was after he really never looked at anything. I had spoken with Justin previously and told him about the priblem and what the plan was for when the plumber came out. The guy who came seemed to have no clue about the plan and kept telling me he didn't want to do this, and didn't want to do that because it would waste my money. Kept standing around with his hands on his hips chewing gum and saying he wasn't sure what the problem was. After this back and forth, he finally asked if I was told about the charge for the call and said it would be $105. RIDICULOUS! My husband came home and dug the trap out himself and found the leak. The trap is leaking and needs to be replaced. And he's NOT A PLUMBER! I don't know what has happened to this company, but they have really gone down with their service. Didn't seem like anyone wants to put in any effort to work. Husband found the problem and called Pete's the next day to let them know. The girl on the phone actually said, so everything is ok? NO!!!! Now we have to call someone competent to come and fix the trap. Never again with this company and definitely would never recommend. Sad.

Call because they pumped my septic tank April 2021 and was having water back up in my shower, my plumber checked had no blockage said it was septic system, ask to have my
System checked to see if need to be pumped, guy came husband was here and he just pumped the tank told my husband it might last a week charge $375 and did nothing didn't do anything at all. When we got report it said drain field draining slow. The guy never mentioned it to my husband. So they pumped basically water that didn't need to come out.

Inconsistent pricing!  Called them to install a garbage disposal since they had competitive pricing on my replumb two years ago )which they completed the work). They quoted a price 25% higher than a previous plumber.  I at least expected in the same ballpark.  Short sited on their part as I won't  ask for another quote and won't recommend for work.

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.
