We had a leaky sink and stubborn toilet. I put off calling a plumber for as long as I could because I didn't want to deal, but Tom made it super easy.

He responded to my message almost immediately and was able to diagnose the issue based on a quick call and photos I sent his way.

Once we secured the right parts, Tom was readily available to come install them. He was right on time in the window he promised -- always a plus when working with service companies, am I right?

He was efficient, incredibly knowledgable and overall delivered great service.

Alva was very helpful when our toilet overflowed and there was significant floor damage. He waited for serve pro to show up who was trying to make us pay for more than we needed .shamrock has a better water damage company that they deal with. He made sure we got only what we needed from insurance. Took care of our plumbing . Very nice family owned business that cares about their customers.

Backed up plumbing, with toilets not flushing started out our day today. Called Florida Rooter & my husband promptly spoke with Russell, who came out & was able to fix the problem of clogged plumbing.  Russell was courteous, professional and did a great job of fixing the problem in no time.  He was also full of information about what to do to avoid this problem.  Will certainly use them again if we need to !  Russell was great !!!

Used Lapin for my septic pump out and added a riser for our septic tank to avoid digging in the future. Ernesto, Danny and Jose completed the work. All three were professional, friendly and efficient. Would recommend and will continue to use them in the future.

Highly recommend! We called the company number and Bill, the Owner picked up right away. He said he was just opening that weekend but would be willing to stop by on his time off. Bill arrived on time and was extremely personable. He assessed the situation and gave us honest feedback. As a courtesy, he helped us plug our toilet drain to keep dirty water sealed in the pipes. He said he would give us a formal estimate and return the next day with a plan of action. Bill was able to give us a deal to replace all our cast iron pipes. After comparing costs with other local plumbing companies, he had the best prices. AND the most trustworthy. The job is now complete and our water drains perfectly. He replaced all the cast-iron drain lines in our yard within a week. His team was on time hard-working and respectful of our space. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Needed a hot water heater replaced and discovered that Jason was by far the most affordable option out there. He was very professional and got the job done quickly. Very kind and super easy to work with. I have definitely found my person for future handyman projects!! I've been on a tight budget so his prices made everything doable for me. Very thankful!!!

Called the Johnson Brothers Plumbing for a service, thankfully they were able to come out the same day to fix the issue. However, two days later the problem started again. I called the company and told them the issue was not resolved and asked if someone can come back to see what went wrong. I was quoted $150 for someone to come back which doesn't seem fair considering the fact that I paid over $300 a couple of days before for a service which obviously did not work or was not done properly.

I live in a house that was built in 1972.  The plumbing was installed according to the code that was in effect back then.  The kitchen drain is a bit troublesome to clear and needs to be snaked to the septic tank, which is about 70 feet of pipe.

My kitchen drain was clogged and although it took some extraordinary effort to clear it, USHAC did a great job.  I recommend USHAC100%.  They were punctual, accommodating, diligent and courteous throughout their efforts to take care of my plumbing issues.  They also did a great job with a shower faucet replacement, commode seal, flusher replacement and waste disposal installation.

DO NOT USE!!! I woudn't hire this guy to replace a TP holder. I hired Pete's to repipe my whole home, and do some additional projects. Dealing with Justin was like dealing with a child. After he was paid to complete the repipe, he offered to do some more work around my home... and onto the additional stuff, all of a sudden, he had other projects that were more important.... and he was not afraid to use some colorful language when confronted with his lack of professionalism and or wanting to complete the jobs. He was dismissive, had excuses for everything, defected responsibility, blamed me, he even had one of his guys come out on x-mas Eve... This dragged on for over 3 months, and was still not completed......He has miss quoted and over charged, and even now, misrepresenting and omitting items on the final bill. I am willing to share some of Justins finer moments. But this was an absolute horror of an experience.

Scheduled on Friday to have my septic tank pumped out on Monday between 8 and 11  (preventive maintenance). Jean called 8:50 said he would be there in 10 minutes, showed up on time, located tank lid, removed sod and dirt, pumped out tank throughly, resealed lid, replaced dirt and sod, cleaned up. All in all Jean did a great job very pleasant and friendly.

The whole process with my experience from diagnosis to installation was great! Barry, Victor and Jeff were the guys that installed my unit and they were professional, nice and made the install seem like a piece of cake. I would definitely recommended them to anyone needing AC work

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.
