We've utilized Tom now for two jobs, one was a water heater replacement, the other a toilet repair. Both appointments were for 7:00 am, both times he was on time, did the job, answered any questions, took my money, and was on his way. That may not seem like a rav review but it really is. He doesn't waste your time or his own which I believe is what makes his prices so reasonable. He's personable but not phony friendly, if you know what I mean. He's now my plumber and the only one I'd recommend to friends or family.

Moved into a new build hose and had problems with the irrigation with the water outside leaking into the street and giving me a high bill and dead grass. I reached out on yelp and explained my problem through text and was impressed when I was told to use a key to cut my water off. I knew from this simple statement that the company knew what to do. The appointment was set up and Greg and Trevor came to my home and immediately got to work. After a short time and great conversation my problem was fixed and for a great price. I'm satisfied with the work done and professionalism they they gave. I highly recommend them and will use them again if any problems arise.

Dave and his team are wonderful. They were able to reply qqu illy and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using them again!

Needed some soffit replacement work done and needed it done quickly. Jason was very responsive and available to begin working in just a couple days. He was professional and very helpful in explaining the work he was going to do to complete the job. Jason even worked through a pretty nasty storm to get the job done! We are very impressed with the quality of his work. And he charged an extremely fair price. Will definitely be calling Jason again for our next project!

Travis was awesome and quick to respond.  I called on a Saturday afternoon.  I was told the tech would call me within 20 minutes.  But Travis actually arrived before that timeframe.  He fixed a broken outside faucet, which required going behind the cement (I didn't realize that was a thing), and he made all repairs including the cementing faster than expected.  
The cost was much less than expected for a weekend service call.  

I was also given a receipt and told repairs were guaranteed.  If anything should require service they would come out at no charge within the time frame of the guarantee.  Shocker.

Pro craft plumbing did an excellent job. I've used them for the last four jobs that I've had done. The plumber has always been prompt and courteous and concern for the total job and that it was to my wishes.

Kenny was a pleasure to work with! I was nerves at first that he wouldn't take the job because it was a lot of little things that needed work but he did them all and the price was very reasonable! He was very knowledgeable and I will def call him again!

David is a fantastic plumber! And on top of that, he's a wonderful person! The world needs more people like David. The plumbing job wasn't the hardest job in the world, thankfully. It was an installation of a new kitchen sink fixture. But the fact that it was in the house since we had our house built 20 years ago, and it was the original, I wanted a professional to do the job, JUST IN CASE! We needed to have our home re-piped because of old gray poly pipes. We heard about Water House Plumbing from a friend and the owner came to our home and gave us an estimate. We received another one that was $1000 more than Water House.  The Water House crew completed our project in about 3 days. They were very competent, efficient, neat and minimized the disruption in normal home routine. We highly recommend them for any plumbing needs

Professional, knowledgeable and kind. This company is by far the best general contractor/plumbing company we've experienced. They started on our project just a few short days after initial contact. Completed the job in a timely manner and waiting for an addition 20 minutes to ensure the new hot water heaters were working appropriately. These guys came out on New Years Eve when we had a sewage backup. They didn't charge for the holiday, the late hour or even the diagnostic at all! Techs were knowledgeable and courteous and diag'ed the problem quickly. Great service at a fair price. Definitely recommend!

When we first moved to Orlando Eric and his team helped us with the plumbing for an accessible shower we were adding for our daughter.  Since then they have repaired our hot water heater and just recently fixed a leak from a pressure release valve and explained how to use a water softener.  They are very knowledgable, the technicians friendly and on time and we felt the prices were more than fair.  We have no reason to call anyone else for any plumbing related needs.

Sunday evening we called the answering service at 6 pm to request service to empty our septic tank.  I called the answering service a few more times because we never heard from anyone.  Finally, the tech called back at 8:30 and said he wasn't coming out- the tv in the background told me he was probably hanging out on the couch at home.   So apparently, they do NOT offer 24 hour service.  I wish that was explained when I first called.

When I came home from being out of town for 5 days and found my ac broke. I immediately called the ac company I used to use! They literally ignored my calls and texts. I immediately went to the white pages and found Pro-Tech. MY house was already at 85 degrees and it was Aug so I really was FRANTIC to try to get someone out to ck it. Lynn was so kind and understanding and helped calm me down. After that everyone I interacted with was absolutely amazing! From John coming out to ck my system to Mark & Marcos who replaced it! Their entire team, company and owners are amazing! I will be referring them out forever! Thanks Pro-Tech!

Please be very careful when you call this company for services.  Routine diagnosis quickly became advanced diagnosis, with the charge almost doubled.  Their hourly rates, which they did not want to disclose but could be easily computed, are outrageous.   Do not sign any papers they give you.  Tell them to finish the diagnosis, give you the written estimate for the repair, and you will pay them.  If they do not agree, they can leave and lose their time coming out to your place.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX YOUR A/C SYSTEM. Technician came out for minor repair to end up making things worse. Decided to start fixing system without consulting me first with how much the repair would be. What company does this??? Now company not taking the blame for any of it's mistakes. Service manager has the worst customer service skills and makes one more upset at every step. Don't make this expensive mistake. Take your business elsewhere. Don't say I didn't tell you so!!!
