Best A/C Repair in Orlando FL
We've utilized Tom now for two jobs, one was a water heater replacement, the other a toilet repair. Both appointments were for 7:00 am, both times he was on time, did the job, answered any questions, took my money, and was on his way. That may not seem like a rav review but it really is. He doesn't waste your time or his own which I believe is what makes his prices so reasonable. He's personable but not phony friendly, if you know what I mean. He's now my plumber and the only one I'd recommend to friends or family.

Can we stop for a moment to talk about RJ Kielty's amazing services and why you shouldn't use anyone else?
We came home yesterday afternoon to drips coming down from our kitchen ceiling. We tried to determine where it was coming from to no avail. I called RJ Kielty this morning and they had a tech/plumbing wizard, Will, at our door in 2 hours! We even received a courtesy call notification that he was on his way!
Will troubleshooted until he found the culprit- the caulking in the kids tub had gone bad and was only occurring when the handheld shower water hit the shower wall. Definitely one of those McGuyver CSI plumbing final exam or random happenings.
Will got it all taken care of and took the time to take pictures to show before, during, and after repair.
If we ever have another plumbing or HVAC issue, we won't hesitate to call RJ Kielty again!

Sherri was amazing, knowledgeable, persistent in assessing our questions and needs. She went above and beyond our expectations and we would never recommend another plumbing company! She is definitely an asset to this company. She truly took her time to evaluate the situation.

Backed up plumbing, with toilets not flushing started out our day today. Called Florida Rooter & my husband promptly spoke with Russell, who came out & was able to fix the problem of clogged plumbing. Russell was courteous, professional and did a great job of fixing the problem in no time. He was also full of information about what to do to avoid this problem. Will certainly use them again if we need to ! Russell was great !!!

Beyond horrible service from Shamrock. They performed a re-piping and, WHILE they were working, several outlets lost electric. They said they would look into before they left but did not. I had the breaker reset and outlets tested and after several WEEKS of telling them of the problem, they finally sent out an electrician who said he couldn't do anything to repair the damaged electrical wires unless and until the walls are all re-cut open!! That was two weeks ago and still have not sent someone out to cut open the walls for the electrician. This is all after Mark and Tom both threatened my elderly father that they would slap a lien on the house if he did not pay them 100% for the work BEFORE they were even done with the re-piping! Not to mention, the left the bathtub facet is hanging off several inches away from the wall (with surrounding title cracked) and now several of the hot/cold facets are reversed! Honestly shocked they are still in business. I don't ever leave reviews and rarely complain about service but have never been treated so unprofessionally and would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Gregg and his son were called upon to assist us with installing a water softener and reverse osmosis. We were overwhelmed by all of the products, but Gregg helped us navigate the different products. He was able to identify which products were good to place inside the home vs outside of the home (we needed something that would sustain the hot summer Florida heat). Once we identified the products, he came by to do a free consultation.
We realized there was no electrical box to plug our outside unit... Gregg was able to install the electrical box, the water softener, and the reverse osmosis all in one day. He was respectful about coming in and out of the house, completely professional, and reliable! We would recommend using his company!
Thanks Gregg! - Andrew & Mary

We had a septic inspection done on home in January 2015 prior to purchasing home. It was done and while being done septic smell in home. I notified technician. There was no smell before. Told normal and no issue secondary to not being run and p traps being dry . We purchased home 2 weeks later smell still in home. I called office spoke to Randy. He had someone else come check out by the name of Rob (supposed to be lead) and told could do a gas test but said its smoke in house and cautioned against it. He tried to find another reason for smell. He said it was sink drain studer vent. We had this replaced and called him back for gas test he suggested before now stating extra cost. I contacted Bbb for complaint they refused to come out again. Still having smell in home. We are not happy.

Needed some soffit replacement work done and needed it done quickly. Jason was very responsive and available to begin working in just a couple days. He was professional and very helpful in explaining the work he was going to do to complete the job. Jason even worked through a pretty nasty storm to get the job done! We are very impressed with the quality of his work. And he charged an extremely fair price. Will definitely be calling Jason again for our next project!

What a horrible company. We were sent USHAC from our home warranty company to replace our water heater. At the first visit we were told an estimate of what we would be responsible for and that changed once the tech came back to replace the heater. We were being charged $125 for a connector piece that costs $17 at the hardware store. when calling to complain to the office and get refunded for that the lady was extremely rude and stated she would do nothing about the cost and that we owed another $75 fee for disposal of the old heater which was never mentioned to us. she stated if we didn't pay she would call the tech to disconnect and take back the new heater then hung up on us. So we reached out to the GM of the company who was just as bad. he also was rude stating he could charge whatever he wanted and we couldn't do anything about it and what did we care because we were getting a free heather. we have paid for the home warranty for 12 years and still paid almost 400 for the heater so in no way are we getting anything for free. he refused to budge on the bill at all. they have no customer service. no anything to make the custome happy. I have never seen a company act in such a way towards a customer. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT USE!!! I woudn't hire this guy to replace a TP holder. I hired Pete's to repipe my whole home, and do some additional projects. Dealing with Justin was like dealing with a child. After he was paid to complete the repipe, he offered to do some more work around my home... and onto the additional stuff, all of a sudden, he had other projects that were more important.... and he was not afraid to use some colorful language when confronted with his lack of professionalism and or wanting to complete the jobs. He was dismissive, had excuses for everything, defected responsibility, blamed me, he even had one of his guys come out on x-mas Eve... This dragged on for over 3 months, and was still not completed......He has miss quoted and over charged, and even now, misrepresenting and omitting items on the final bill. I am willing to share some of Justins finer moments. But this was an absolute horror of an experience.

I needed a new septic system system put in on my property due to an existing septic system being out of code compliance. The good - they were responsive and got the project permitted, scheduled, and I now have a working septic system.
What I am not happy with:
(1) I was given the final invoice when the construction started (~9/16). The site was covered on 9/21 and I immediately contacted my project coordinator with some concerns that day. She came out on 9/22 and sent a crew to fix issues with the site covering on 9/24. I got a certified letter that same day (9/24) warning that my property would be liened if I didn't pay. I think it is a rude business practice to send certified letter lien warnings while there are still issues being sorted out.
(2) I think that the construction was completed in a whatever is easiest is best manner with little care to how the resulting mound would affect stormwater drainage on my property. Maybe it isn't standard practice for septic systems, but I would have loved to see a sketch of where they were putting things and a calculation of how high the resulting mound would be in my yard. I was unpleasantly surprised by both where the septic tank was placed and how high the resulting mound was based on conversations I had had with the project coordinator.
The tank was placed within code requirements but too close to my house, so the resulting mound traps water next to my house. When I brought this up to my project coordinator, I was told it only needed 2-3 of fill dirt covering the tank (whereas the drainfield needed 6-8), so it wouldn't be as big of an issue as I expected. However, the covering crew dumped 7 of dirt there, which I could compact to ~5. When they came back to fix it, the crew argued with me that I didn't shouldn't remove anything and ended up relocating 8 wheelbarrows full to the side yard, where they had to add more dirt to the old septic tank due to it not being compacted at all (my leg sunk to my knee in the old tank when stepping where the old tank was).
Conclusion: I have a functioning septic system, but am unsatisfied by the the execution and the state of my yard post-construction.

They initially did a great job replacing our a/c. It's working great and we love it. We had used them for a short-term repair prior to the new a/c and really liked the repairman.
However, when it came time to have the a/c inspected by the county, we had been told they were coming in the am, called to see if they could shoot for pm, and were then told they weren't coming for inspection that morning, but they would be there in the pm to check on the unit. I get home from running errands at 10am to a note from the orange county inspector telling us we weren't there when they got there. There's a serious disconnect in communication through the office.
We've tried contacting them with questions and even if you leave a number and ask them to call that number, they always call the number originally on file which is ridiculously frustrating.
Today, I got a call saying they would be by in 45 minutes for our 6 month follow-up inspection----which was NEVER scheduled. I told them they will not be stopping by until they schedule in advance. Again, communication needs significant improvement.

He is a handyman only for mobile homes. I had a roofer get up on the roof and check his work it was a disaster.

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.
