We had a leaky sink and stubborn toilet. I put off calling a plumber for as long as I could because I didn't want to deal, but Tom made it super easy.

He responded to my message almost immediately and was able to diagnose the issue based on a quick call and photos I sent his way.

Once we secured the right parts, Tom was readily available to come install them. He was right on time in the window he promised -- always a plus when working with service companies, am I right?

He was efficient, incredibly knowledgable and overall delivered great service.

Also, his rate was very fair. I HIGHLY recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

Hired Ronnie to replace my water heater.  He scheduled the work for the next day.  The job was completed quickly and professionally.  His rates were reasonable.  He also addressed several other small issues while he was here.

Ronnie gave me a referral for a local A/C contractor that worked out very well.

Sherri was amazing, knowledgeable, persistent in assessing our questions and needs. She went above and beyond our expectations and we would never recommend another plumbing company! She is definitely an asset to this company. She truly took her time to evaluate the situation.

They did plumbing work at the house and totally trashed the place. Bits of plastic piping, drywall and tile pieces, dust from drilling through block, etc. etc. left at every spot in the house they touched. The A/C air filter was so clogged I had to change it 2x after they left. If there was a no stars or negative stars they would get.

Have no care of concern for your house or belongings. Just try to get in and out asap and get your money.

Would never ever use again or recommend to anybody. The job was signed off on by Mark.

We had First Quality come by this morning to help install a new garbage disposal in our sink. In addition to doing so, they also helped us to identify -- and repair -- an issue in the water valve for our house. We realize that if they hadn't fixed this, we might have had a flood within a short time. The most amazing part was that they did not add any additional charges for this service.

I was incredibly grateful for their diligence in this work, and would absolutely hire them again for additional plumbing needs. I was surprised to see no reviews for this organization, so am happy to note that they were outstanding for us. Thank you Bill and crew.

Can we stop for a moment to talk about RJ Kielty's amazing services and why you shouldn't use anyone else?
We came home yesterday afternoon to drips coming down from our kitchen ceiling. We tried to determine where it was coming from to no avail. I called RJ Kielty this morning and they had a tech/plumbing wizard, Will, at our door in 2 hours! We even received a courtesy call notification that he was on his way!
Will troubleshooted until he found the culprit- the caulking in the kids tub had gone bad and was only occurring when the handheld shower water hit the shower wall. Definitely one of those McGuyver CSI plumbing final exam or random happenings.
Will got it all taken care of and took the time to take pictures to show before, during, and after repair.
If we ever have another plumbing or HVAC issue, we won't hesitate to call RJ Kielty again!

I woke up on Sunday morning and found  a leak in my garage coming from my water heater.  Called shortly after and scheduled visit in 2 hours.  3 hours later the problem was solved. The fee was reasonable.  Since then I called Dominion Plumbing several times and always received service on time.

AWFUL!!!! They were not our choice. Forced on us by our home warranty co. Had them out 2 years ago, in the heat of summer of course, supposedly repaired the AC  and by that evening it was not working. Called them and we can't do anything until tomorrow. No regard at all for their customers. Our fan motor was making noises but still cooling last week. They came out on Friday said it was fan motor would get parts and repair. My husband took off work to meet them this am, was supposedly repaired but when we got home this evening was 87 in our home. Calle them, oh sorry have to go through Warranty Co again. I said its your, fault it's not working, it was cooling before. You broke it you inept repairman should fix it, TODAY. Nope sorry have to go thought Warranty co. I would never ever use them again or recommend them.

Let's be honest, everyone will need to call a plumber at some point. Things do go wrong and the stress can be exacerbated by poor work, broken promises in addition to added costs piled on when you are least able to think clearly.
No worries here.
On two separate occasions, these guys were on time, very professional and able to solve every problem.
Our sincere compliments to Mike who even worked around a tricky install without a second thought.
It was a genuine pleasure to deal with these folks and we cannot recommend then highly enough.

Was tailgated, verbally assaulted and run off the road on Primrose between Anderson and Curryford road in Orlando by The Plumbing Specialist. The Speed Limit is clearly marked at 25 mph and this guy was screaming and yelling out the window, attempted to run me down, pulled up next to me screaming obscenities'. I attempted to flag down a police officer at which point the old guy in the van started racing up to the back of my vehicle, waving his arms, and screaming foul language. The driver was old, red and gray hair, and in a manic state. He should not be driving a vehicle, much less a lettered business vehicle. I was in fear for my life on 08/18/20. I wouldn't allow this company in my house much less near any of my family or friends. He is a danger to others.
I have pictures and license plate as well as a picture of the magnet on the side of the van as proof.

Sunday evening we called the answering service at 6 pm to request service to empty our septic tank.  I called the answering service a few more times because we never heard from anyone.  Finally, the tech called back at 8:30 and said he wasn't coming out- the tv in the background told me he was probably hanging out on the couch at home.   So apparently, they do NOT offer 24 hour service.  I wish that was explained when I first called.

If there was an option for zero stars I would select it. They do not stand behind their products. We upgraded the system for $3000 and they want to charge outlandish trip charges and labor charged and never fix the problem. It's a scam to keep their service department running. The warranty is no good at all. Horrible. Buyer beware!!! People buying homes in sorrento be careful.

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.

Called for a quote, Ron acted like he was too busy to speak with me for 2 minutes and had to take another call that he thought was more important.  Do not do business with people that act like they are doing you a big favor when you are paying them.

Doesn't pay his employees on time and alters their pay to benefit himself. He makes excuses for paying and has the highest turnaround of employees i have ever seen in the industry
