Best Residential Services in Omaha NE
Sent me a reminder to winterize the sprinklers. The acct was in previous occupant's name so we set up a new account. But, they failed to put me on their schedule on the date I was told they were available. When I emailed to ask about it, I was told they would come out but that I would have to pay extra for them to rent a compressor. Yeah, right.

I bought a house in late November last year and there have been several unexpected plumbing issues, from tree roots in the pipes to a backed up garbage disposal. The guys at Harvey's Plumbing and Drain have fixed every one. They are friendly, fast, and effective. A pleasure to work with. Thank you for all your help!!

My friend and I needed help hanging something and he went the extra mile and helped us out! Spent a solid extra 20 minutes and refused tip. Professional and kind. If the rest of the business is anything like him, I highly recommend their services.

The best things about Jetter's are the people and the communication. One plumber in particular, Saylor, has been in our home multiple times. Regardless of the purpose (clogged pipe or plumbing installation) he always takes the time to explain the process and options. He also helps us understand the potential causes of our issues. We really think Saylor is great!
Darrin, the owner, has also been excellent in communicating with us. From setting up his employees appointments with me to explaining how to maintain our pipes after clearing them out, he was very friendly and warm. We were impressed that he came himself to do work in our home. My kids got a little lesson from him too and they loved that they were included in learning about plumbing and caring for our home.
Highly recommend Jetter's! Family Friendly and get the job done right!

In short, these guys are the best in both service and price. I've never been happier with a technician of any kind in my life. I had a blockage in my drainage system and Chris came in to clear it; he arrived on time, with all the required equipment, and got the job done despite my house's plumbing system having seemingly been installed by a toddler on acid. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Hire them! Hire them now!

We initially called to get an estimate for replumbing our kitchen. We had planned on having all of the plumbing replaced in our entire house next year, as it is all original to our 1960's ranch. However, our kitchen sink stopped working completely. We assumed the pipes to the sink would need to be replaced, and had planned to just take care of all the piping in the kitchen at that point instead of waiting until we were ready to complete the entire house. Mike came out and diagnosed the problem as being much more simple than what we thought it was. He was able to get me on their schedule for two days later. Aaron fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. Since the hourly charge is not prorated, he asked if I had anything else for him to check while he was there. There was not, but he did give me a lot of information in regards to what I need to know when we do our remodel / replumbing next year. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He had a lot of tips for keeping the plumbing in good working condition as well. We will definitely use Advantage when we are ready to redo the whole house plumbing!

Wrote a review the other day and this was his response. He is now refusing to give me the full refund and lying about the agreed terms. The break down as I was charged:
Total $439
Snaking: $375
Emergency call: $50
Then he stated he would change my dishwasher valve from the cold water to the hot water for $30. He didn't replace anything. In fact he broke my toilet from a trusted plumber. I had to spend extra money to have my toilet reset.
Please stay away from 402 plumbing for sewer issues. Got my friend out here and they unclogged the drain from the main stack in 5 minutes. Just like I told 402 plumbing to do. Also my friend is a plumber with a company here in Omaha. Didn't call him first as he was out of town.

I had Backlund come out and quote my project. The plumber was super professional but newer and didn't want to quote a large project without approval from his supervisor, which I appreciated. However, I never got a followup call, despite reaching out to the company twice.

Ironic that I'm leaving 5-stars for a plumbing review...after all, when I have to call the plumber I'm typically not in the best of moods because it means there's an issue and it's going to cost.
We've had other plumbing companies out to our house for various reasons, but for the past five years we've been using the folks at Roto-Rooter. Always prompt, always polite, and always manages to fix the problem without calling five other technicians and leaving with a 4-digit bill for what seems a simple job.
So this morning while doing the laundry (on a Husker Saturday, mind you), we did not hesitate to call our go-to plumbing company when our basement drain decided to quit draining. We super-appreciate that Rene (#4410) got here at the top of the given time span (between 1-5 today) so we could take care of business before it was game time.
Found the problem. Educated my husband. Cleaned up before leaving. I also appreciate how he pointed us to a coupon (since Roto-Rooter does not have a frequent customer program for us - LOL).
It's now game time and our drain has NEVER drained this well (seriously).
GO BIG RED!

Main line of my house clogged up. They were able to respond quickly, but the tech was kind of rude and demeaning, and then he mentioned it would be $365 to snake the main line, crazy expensive. Usually costs $150-250max

I wish I could give zero stars. Made a purchase on Facebook marketplace and paid through PayPal to Niagara Property Preservation. As soon as my charge was processed, I was not given any tracking or shipment information from the seller and ultimately was blocked so I could no longer contact them about my large purchase.

ASAP Plumbing did not complete the work they stated they did. In addition they gave a bid for work they said was required. Their bid did not break down how the costs were obtained, but a flat 100,000.00. Upon getting a second opinion from a reputable plumbing company in Omaha, it was discovered at that time that the work they said they completed (jetting of drains to clean them so they could video the drains for any damage) was not actually completed on all the pipes. In addition, the work they said was required was not necessary at all, as all the pipes were in good repair.

My partner and I hired Plumbrite Plumbing to check out a sewer backup in a rental of ours.
Matt Simet, the owner, sent his guys who came out and did a sewer line camera inspection of the pipe which showed an obstruction and then they tried to use an auger to unclog it. It did not work.
The next day they came back to jet the line with a 4000 psi water spray. This line began in a basement laundry/bathroom. They did not wear shoe coverings, nor did they put plastic on the carpeted stairs to the basement nor on the carpet leading to the laundry room. They did not cover the appliances, walls and other items in the room. When they started this jetter, sewer water sprayed back up the drain and all over the walls and appliances leaving a mess in the room. The carpets got wet and smelled from sewer water backing up and them dragging there equipment through the waste and back outside.
Unfortunately his expensive equipment could not do what Matt said it could. There was a much bigger problem as the sewer lines were very old and crumbling and invaded by tree roots. It would then be necessary to put all new sewer line from the house to the street. Matt quoted $11,000 to trench from the outside of the house to the street and replace the drain. He said it would be much more costly if they had to cut the street. What he did not figure out was that there was also a problem from the inside drain to the outside of the house.
Well this is a service not covered by a landlord policy and my money does not grow on trees so my partner took it upon himself to call 3 other companies to get bids.
Turns out Matt's bid was 3 times what we ended up paying and over double the other two bids which were all from highly reputable companies.
Matt says he charges what he does because his guys do the Best work with the Best equipment and they are the Most professional. Well I don't believe all that but he does charge the Highest Prices.
When my partner did not get back to Matt to continue the work, Matt called my partner to ask what was up. He was told we were going with another company and Matt wanted to know which one but my partner opted not to disclose that.
Turns out Matt actually drove to my rental property every day until the work was begun by the other company so he could find out on his own whom we hired. He actually approached the owner and chastised him for not charging more money for this type of work. WHAT NERVE. HELLO, I thought free enterprise was legal in America and that price fixing is ILLEGAL!!!
My advice to you Matt, is to stop gouging the public if you need more work.
Postscript. We cleaned the bathroom ourselves of all the contaminated spray but we incurred a carpet cleaning bill of $105.93. We told Matt he had to pay it. He did not. We then subtracted it from his $749 bill for jetting the line. He was not happy about that and has since placed a lien on my property. How petty and what a poor business man he is.

Awful customer service. I called yesterday for an estimate on a repair and Burton said they would call between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. I was on edge all afternoon anticipating a call and never received one. That is, until 8:30 p.m. when Burton called and said they couldn't be there that day after all. Mind you, I waited by my phone for 8.5 hours to no avail. Gee, thanks.
Today, Burton said they could have someone in the morning. A technician called at 11 a.m. and said they don't really do work on dishwashers and it wouldn't be worth it for him to come out and take a look. This is after the receptionist checked with a technician yesterday and confirmed they could, in fact, work on dishwashers and take a look to try and diagnose the issue.
I thought that when the plumbing's hurtin, just call Burton, we will make it right. Guess not.
Thanks for nothing, Burton.

Contracted this company to perform ground work on a new bathroom in basement. Asked them to complete plumbing ground work and would finish the rest the next spring. After multiple delays while they worked on larger commercial clients that took priority, they left the job in shambles. The concrete work was sub par and is cracked/buckling. They left an in-ground drain pipe for a future shower uncapped which leaked under my basement concrete floor and caused widespread buckling/cracking. They also left an upright drain that they were supposed to route my shower drain into uncapped and simply stuck a rag in it. This did not stop sewer gasses from leaking inside the home. I have been unable to communicate with them reliably and all they will do is send me invoices for the full amount of the quoted work. I now have a shiny new collections account with them for the full amount, not even a discount for the unfinished work. They also installed new toilets (well, tried) at my grandparent's house and left that job unfinished as well. The worst part is, this business is owned by the son of a family friend who ran a business with the utmost integrity and respect for the customer. Truly shameful...
