We called ASAP to repair our ice maker. They came out and presumed to have fixed it in 5 minutes. Yet, after 24 hours, the machine still didn't work. They came out a second time and the new diagnosis was not the appliance but the plumbing to the appliance. However, on the initial visit no problem with the plumbing. The ASAP plumber came out and fixed the plumbing to the ice maker. Paid another fee!!! 24 hours later, the machine still not working. Now they want to take ice maker to shop and have me pay even more $$$. Frustrated with repair, unsure of competency. Would not use again!!! Still no ice!!!!

We can't recommend Asap Appliance & Plumbing Services any more highly. Shane came out to fix our refrigerator on a Tuesday afternoon, diagnosed the problem and obtained the required part and had it installed the next afternoon. We were so pleased with Shane's courtesy, professionalism, efficiency & friendliness.

ASAP Plumbing did not complete the work they stated they did. In addition they gave a bid for work they said was required. Their bid did not break down how the costs were obtained, but a flat 100,000.00. Upon getting a second opinion from a reputable plumbing company in Omaha, it was discovered at that time that the work they said they completed (jetting of drains to clean them so they could video the drains for any damage) was not actually completed on all the pipes. In addition, the work they said was required was not necessary at all, as all the pipes were in good repair.

ASAP sucks and was unable to fix my washer! ASAP gave incorrect diagnosis on parts and then refused to return the parts .. they are a scam! I'm 500$ in the hole and still need a new washer!

Very unreliable. We had our dishwasher looked at by them. They said they needed to ordered parts, that they would only take a couple of days to get them. Two months later we are still waiting.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PLEASE READ. Within two days I spent $2,000 with this company. They repaired my refrigerator and installed a new hot water heater. The day after the installation we returned home to a terrible smell of gas. We called MUD and they found that the union on the hot water heater had been left wide open causing the gas leak. My hot water heater is within inches of my furnace. When I called Shawn, the owner, and told him of what had happened he offered me a $100 refund. In negotiating he reminded me that we were negotiating and that's what business people do. I have been in business for 30 years and apparently not up to Shawn's standards. I had requested a mere $300 refund which is pennies compared to a fatality. I will report to the Better Business Bureau, FourSquare and where ever else I can find.
Great Company! I have had this company help me with several appliances and had nothing but great service and very competitive prices. I will continue to use them and refer them to everyone I know! Thanks ASAP Appliance!

$160 down 2 different technicians 2 different afternoons waisted and the problem still not fixed
The best part they scratched the wood floor moving the dryer
Over charge for parts the service charge is ridiculous
I decided to take the $160 loss than let them back in my house

The company is ridiculous. First they were to come yesterday snd I guess one worker got sick and couldn't come out so they added us to another person schedule who never showed up when we called we were told the driver is off at 4:45pm. Thats not out problem we are a paying customer and this is horrible customer service. They told us someone would be out first thing in morning today 2/10/23 and nobody showed till almost 4pm. I bought a water heater from them almost 6 months ago for it to be leaking water and this company does not care to do the job right. I only gave a one star cuz it made me rate it!
This company is worthless. On Wednesday we set up a 2-4 appointment on Friday. On Friday they changed the appointment to 4-6. At 5 they called and said it would be closer to 6. At 6:20 we called and got the answering service (AS) . The AS stated they would take my name and number and someone would call us. At 7:00 I called the AS again at which time they took my name and number again promising someone would call. At 7:30 I called the AS again at which time they took my name and number again promising someone would call. NOONE has called or shown up.

I'm writing this post to speak of my recent experience with ASAP Plumbing and their technician Chris. I recently had Chris out to look at my dishwasher and some issues I was having along with replacing a disposal. We inevitably needed to have our dishwasher replaced do an unfortunate experience with another contractor. When NFM came to install the dishwasher, they were unable to do so because, as they explained it to me, the water source to the dishwasher had been removed by whomever replaced our disposal. I reached back out to ASAP Plumbing to have someone come back out a fix the initial job. I indicated that I would not be paying for a service that I already paid for but was my understanding not completed correctly. Now I am not a licensed plumber, so I am only going off what someone else is telling me. When Chris was on his way to look at what was going on, he became VERY argumentative that what I was told was not correct. He was argumentative to the point where I felt attacked and did not make me feel comfortable allowing him into my home as I was alone. I then spoke with Taylor about getting someone else out to my house to resolve this issue. Again, I explained that I would not pay for a service that I have already paid for but if in fact this was something totally different, I would be willing to pay for a new service. I tried to explain that again I have no technical experience and going back in forth about a drain or pipe means nothing to me. After multiple calls, lacking empathy, patience and general customer service, I decided to cut my losses and will try and find someone else to fix or finish installing my new dishwasher. Hugely disappointed in the lack of service this company provided even more than that is that they allow their technicians to speak to their customers in a way that makes them feel unsafe and vulnerable in their own home. Because of the argumentative nature of the representatives I interacted with I would not recommend their service to anyone.

I had ASAP come out to our residence to check out our LG Washer. After being told by the technician that it was the motor, we were advised by LG the motor was under warranty and would be replaced after paperwork was complete. It has been over a month with no washer, 7 people in our home and still no help through ASAP. ASAP states they are not receiving the paperwork from LG as LG is saying they have and just need the technician from ASAP to call them with the motor number to get a replacement. ASAP then advised they don't work with warranties and after letting them know there is nowhere on their website that doesn't say this, they still haven't assisted. Horrible customer service
