HISTORY
Owner operator. I have 3 great kids 14,8 & 4. I am blessed to have my wife work with me every day, as she is the office manager. She answers the phone, dispatches calls and does both accounts receivable and payable. I enjoy coaching baseball and football. And I also enjoy Husker football. But overall God and family are the most important things in my life.

Reviews
We've used these guys 3-4 times. They always respond right away and their prices seem right. Professional and courteous. They've even been out once to check on something and didn't charge us. I highly recommend them and have recommended them to other people who also have been impressed. Very nice people and it's always a pleasure to have them over-although we wish we didn't need them as much!

Awful service. Shoddy work. Promised a refund if $100 but never got it. Paid hundreds of dollars for work not sufficient.
Damaged my wall. I could go on and on.
I do not recommend at all.
I requested a quote through Yelp and was quoted $300 per hour. I am sure there are some occupations that are worth that much, just not sure a plumbing company is. No firm estimate, just $300 per hour. But gauging by the reviews on here that might be cheap from them. :)
Two Men and A Snake was able to fit us in the day after I reached out to them, while a few other companies couldn't come out to check the leak for at least one week. Rick was speedy and did a fantastic job!

I had the most unfortunate experience with this company. Sure they were prompt after I had called but they didn't listen when I explained that the toilet paper holder had fallen into the toilet and been flushed so they just pushed the holder further into the toilet and caused my four-plex to not have water for a weekend because the holder became lodged in the downstairs piping. When I called to explain that my landlord didn't want them to come back the owner, Cali, was incredibly rude to me. She even resisted in telling me her name (when asked her to spell her name she asked why to which I responded for my records so she quickly sped through the spelling making sure I wouldn't be able to catch it) and didn't want to take my phone number to call me back, I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism and lack of pride in proper business ethics. The next morning the plumber called and berated me about not explaining the issue and for calling the owner to complain. The plumber was incredibly mean to me and yelled at me saying I should have been more clear and he feels sorry for my boyfriend for having to deal with me. He went on to explain that my boyfriend was much easier to deal with. After this I felt justified in asking for the money back we had spent that resulted in further damages. This was met with serious resistance and arguing matches with the owner, Cali. She told me how I was wrong in every way and it wasn't until I made it clear that I would take this to the BBB and dispute it with the credit card company that she agreed to return the payment. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

If I could rate them a zero, I would. Quoted me $99 service fee, but charged $120 plus an $8 surcharge to drive to my place. They were here less than ten minutes, lied about replacing a part, and did not fix the issue. I had someone come back and he replaced the part that was supposedly replaced the first time. This guy was good, but I'll never go back.
Jordan and Rick showed up early! I had called at 8:30telling Calli that my main line in the house was block. I also had a baby and a five year old in the house. She said that it would be later in the day. Then she said that she would try to work something earlier.
So at 12:10 Jordan and Rick came early. Told them it was the main line. They went to work. Making a suggestion that camera the line might answer some of my questions. And it did!
This has happened cause of tree roots, every 2 years we have someone out to clean out the line.
So in 2 years I'll be calling 2 men and a snake
We trusted Two Men & A Snake, and a employee of theirs STOLE something from our HOME while they were working on our drain!
When we noticed the item was stolen we called the police, and the company DIDN'T RESPOND for a long while!
Calyn (Vice President ) finally called back, and said their employee ADMITTED TO STEALING the item, he got fired at that time, and said someone would return it to us, and SHE WOULD CALL to let us know when!
Nobody called, and that evening the gentleman who took the item returned it to us. ( it was slightly damaged)
Calyn didn't bother to tell us anyone was coming, SHE DIDN'T SEEM CONCERNED about the situation at all!
I couldn't believe Two Men and A Snake sent a man who just lost his job to our house, not knowing how upset anyone would be.
We were very upset with how uncaring, and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL Calyn was!
We asked for money off our bill, and she said she'd have to ask The Don ( Michael, the president) and get back! I took a couple days to get back!! She said we could have $75 off our next visit from them... WE DON'T EVER WANT THIS COMPANY TO STEP FOOT IN OUR HOUSE AGAIN!!
It's been close to impossible getting her to get back to us! THEY SHOW ABSOLUTELY NO CONCERN FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!
Then I read reviews about how unprofessional Calyn could be!
I just wish I read these reviews before they came!!
In the morning yesterday, we had water all over the basement. I called 2 Men and a Snake and Callie answered and was very cordial. She said they'd send someone out between 3 & 5. Joe from 2 Men and a Snake showed up and was extremely professional and thorough. After about an hour he had our basement (which took snaking 3 different drainages) to resolve the problem. For all the work Joe did, I thought the bill was reasonably priced.
I would strongly recommend this company and I'm not someone who writes many reviews.

I heartily DO NOT recommend Two Men and a Snake if you need a plumber.
The guy who came out first was not only inept, but he didn't tell me what things he didn't actually finish until he was waiting for me to pay and I probed to find out what stuff he had completed. Then he just made a bunch of excuses for why the things couldn't be done, though he had made no effort to explain these things at any point before he had run out the clock for two hours at his hourly rate. He also wore his mask under his nose until I glared at him and he fixed it. He also left water running in a disconnected line under my sink and left for an hour long 20 minutes while the kitchen flooded and water seeped into the ceiling downstairs.
Then when the manager came out to fix the things the first guy flubbed, he held his flashlight in his uncovered mouth, then touched the flashlight, then touched things in my home. I wiped everything down that he touched and aired out the house with open windows and a fan on exhaust, but I feel violated and unsafe and I will never use this disservice again.

I paid $150 to get my home scoped. They found roots in the pipes. They said that they could kill them for $600.
I called around to other companies... to which the average was $150 to kill the roots.
The treatment that they were going to use was harsh on the pipes but apparently a money making service for them.
All other plumbers stated that the harsh treatment should never be done on older pipes.
So glad I called around or it could have costed me thousands of dollars in pipe work had they punctured a pipe. But I guess they wouldn't be too torn up about this.
Rip off artists!
The lady taking the orders is extremely unprofessional and made me very skeptical of their work.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I am forbidding any of my property managers from using this company on any of my properties!!!!

This company just completed a complex job of running gas lines for an outdoor grill/firepit and new indoor natural gas cooktop. Many steps were involved in the process with a number of contractors involved. My service professional, Kris, completed the project in a timely manner, keeping me informed at all times of steps along the way. He is uber-knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. He's my plumber going forward!
My bathroom sink was clogged because my fiancé shaves his head in it. This has nothing to do with the fact that I do my hair at the sink or use hairspray. Rich came in and fixed this problem promptly and confirmed that I was right about how my fiancé should not just run his hair down the sink. I really enjoyed Rich, his plumbing skills, and his wisdom of how I am always right. Rich also
Informed me that a check saves me 5$ and I mean 5$ is 5$. Sooooo a check it was!

Thank goodness these guys came out! I had sewer backup in my basement due to a soft clog in the main pipe. They were very responsive and were able to come out immediately. Ron was so nice and professional and ensured everything was done properly before he left. I sure appreciate this great service.
I can't say enough good and nice things about our encounter with Rich. He is friendly, personable, straight talking and great at his job. And they cleaned up so thoroughly. Gotta love a guy who asks for a broom and dustpan!
So I have 2-10 home warranty service, which is great by the way.
My downstairs toilet was leaking at the bottom, and needed service.
They made and blew the 1st appt altogether; the 2nd appt was for between 2:00PM and 4:00PM the following day, got a call at 4:20PM from tech saying that he was on way UNLESS I didn't call back, then he wouldn't come over. I called back and went to voicemail full. He didn't show. I called and spoke to (I think) the owner following day, and she sent a very knowledgeable tech out, and he fixed the problem the following day.
Bottom line is 4 stars because the owner of the company cares.
Deduct one star because I took time off from work for nothing, and it seems like they hire degenerates that are not at all customer focused.
Except the last guy, the only guy that showed up. He was great.
I hate to say it, over the last several years I've had to call plumbers on a number of occasions. Sometimes with good results; other times bad. I won't name names but the BAD rhymes with Durton. Two Men and a Snake have always treated very fairly and taken care of our problems in a timely and professional fashion. As opposed to other companies they come when they say they are going to come and I knew what to expect for cost up front. Our most recent event was to fix some shoddy DIY work I had done myself. Admittedly it could have been kind of an open ended very costly situation. But they came in got to work and managed to get right to problem, fix it and not find other things to add on to the bill. All in all if you're calling a plumber chances are you're already having a bad day, these guys have always made sure I was care free again by the time the kids get home from school.
