What a drag it is to have a blocked kitchen sink. Luckily I knew to call Omaha Drain due to a previous experience with a blocked toilet at my brother's house. I called in the afternoon & they were able to come the next day. Jesse called that morning to tell me he would be there before noon. He showed up about 11. I took the dogs for a ride in the car so they wouldn't bark the whole time, but Book Guy, my hubby stayed. He reported back to me by phone to describe the black gunk that was coming out of the drain. Apparently there was some problem with the basement floor drain too. Book Guy said it was a big mess. Jesse did a good job cleaning & disinfecting the mess. I could tell something had happened due to a bit of bleach odor but not much mess & the drain works again! I did see that something had sprayed a post, but that was easy to clean up myself. We were offered an additional service at a discount to further clean the pipes by power washing. Thank- you, Jesse and Omaha Drain
We called Omaha Drain in a panic on a Sunday night. Water was filling our basement and it could not stand overnight. After a brief call, a technician was at our house in an hour. They quoted $200 and they stuck to that price without trying to upsell us anything. (If you have worked with other big name plumbers, you know what I mean). The guys that helped us were respectful and professional. The clog was solved and we got back to preparing for the work week. Very impressed and would recommend!
Called in the morning about a kitchen sink clog. Asked about pricing and they said $49 service fee plus what it costs to clear the clog. I asked again if they could give me a rough idea and said no they can't over the phone. When the technician got here he said within 30 seconds kitchen sink is $250 to remove a clog plus the $49 service fee. Called Burton and they said $93 or its free. I won't ever trust Omaha Drain as they seem like a gotcha company.

Had a slow draining kitchen sink. He left us with a kitchen sink with standing water in it as he drove away with $192.00 and us looking for someone else to unclog the drain. For the life of me I couldn't understand how anyone would ever want to call them. If you like to pay for making things worse give them a call. 1 star is as low as you can rate them. I would have given them a -10 stars!

Do not hire this company plumber who we now know is the manager backed into my house breaking my gutters and instead of apologizing gets out and tells me to calm down not that big of deal it's like 10 dollars to replace . Are you kidding me.
I would have to say be warned before they start snaking your drain,, it's a good possibility they're going to chew a hole through your pipes and they don't warn you before starting it so they may put a hole in your pipe and leave your house and you could have water damage in your basement from improper drain cleaning,, that's what happened to me and it ended up being very costly I would not recommend to anyone
Unprofessional, they don't know what they're doing. Save your time and money and hire professionals

The Most deceptive owner crook ever. Charged me 100 for 5 dollar part. Took advantage of me. When confronted hung up on us. Never allow in your home. The website is not updated prices are more. Tells you one thing then charges another. Embarrassed they took me to the cleaners twice. Do not trust them. Get someone good. Would have rather had rotor rooter that knew what they were doing. I'm out over 500 from this deceptive crook.
Technician arrived a little bit earlier than planned which worked out well for us. Solved the problem in 30 minutes which was fantastic. The pricing was a bit of a shock. $251 included a $39 fee for showing up and $199 for the first hour of running a snake down the drain.
They upcharge and and charge twice the cost to snake a clogged drain as compared to Major Drain. They did the job and come the same day but you pay a premium. I would wait for Major Drain to come.
