Perfect Plumbing

March 14th I contacted my home warranty company with my plumbing problem they contacted Perfect Plumbing Immediately via E-MAIL On 18 March 4 days later I had not heard a thing from Perfect Plumbing about setting up a service  call so I re-contacted my warranty company a little frustrated they call Perfect Plumbing and was advised everybody was at lunch
And someone would contact me upon there return.NOBODY did!!! So I made another attempt my warranty company placed yet another call to them Friday March 18th and they assured them since it was after hours they would make contact with me Mon March 21st ASAP
Well its now Tuesday the 22nd and you guessed it still no contact.IM DONE WE HAVE MOVED ON TO MCINTOSH PLUMBING!!!! In my opinion Perfect Plumbing is a joke!!!!!

These guys have came to my home many times in the past year to fix a leak in our ceiling from the people above us. They are very nice, let me know what's going on step by step and their progress. I took away one star because they have had to come back so often from the leak happening over and over, but I'm not sure if it's because of the landlord not wanting to pay for the whole demolition that's happening now (will explain further) or if they just didnt realize it needed to be done until now.

They are redoing the piping in our restroom because of a burst pipe, and they had it done in 2 days. I feel like they did a good job and were very polite when I spoke with them and I talked to two of them different days. They put down plastic to walk on which I appreciated.
They remembered to lock up when they left and I felt like I could trust them in my home while I was working.

These guys are friendly and fast. I would recommend them. I will update as needed, hopefully everything is fixed though and there will be no need!

I've had several interactions with Perfect Plumbing over the last several years. Each time was sadly due to an urgent issue with my old home.

Every time I have needed their help they adapted their service schedule to help me out same-day they have always done good work for me, they're timely, efficient, and ethical in their practices. As a family run business I will always be reaching out to Perfect Plumbing First.

15 mins of work. I was billed 218.56. I called Frank and asked for the explanation. I was told i was billed at his minimum rates $75/hour for 2 guys. While one guy was standing and looking at the other guy worked. I was told i would have been billed at the same rate if the work was just 5 min.

I remodeled my basement.  First time since 1950.  New shower, new sewer, new bathroom.  They were at the house, so I asked if they could re-do the water system in the whole house.  Because they were already there, they were willing to reasonably accomplish this at the same time.  Reasonable cost.  No leaks.  Did what they promised.  Paid what they quoted. No weird problems afterwards.  Have called them repeatedly about other minor things  which happen with a 75 year old house and they were reasonable and competent.  Will keep them on my Do Call list.  Recommend them.

Called at 245 in the afternoon. Was NOT told I was speaking with an ANSWERING SERVICE.... At 245 pm... Was told that someone would be out. Called back at 555 pm. They are closed till Monday... Nope I'll find someone else.

I have been using Perfect Plumbing for over 5 year's now.  First on my home.  Secondly in my business we use them as well.  Probably had over 50+ Service calls and also many construction jobs with these guys.   They have always been can I say Perfect??  Seriously though they always show up when they say they will, I have never had a surprise invoice. The work is top notch and have yet to have a call back.. which is majorly impressive.   They are always available whenever I need.    
Start using them and they will be the only and last plumbing company you ever need
