Had a slow leak, but they showed up right away.  I thought it was a big job, but they fixed it in minutes and did some other work while they were here.  I highly recommend them.

I had a blocked pipe in the kitchen that was leaking down into the cabinet underneath.  I called Everest and they were great.  They showed up on time, were extremely nice and fixed the leak perfectly.  They also cleaned up where the water had been going into the cabinet.  While they were there we had someone taking a nap in the house so they were careful about being quiet while they worked.  I would definitely call them again.  I was very impressed with their service.

Ben is an Amazing plumber.  He was very prompt, reasonable and professional.   He cleanout and replaced a cleanout joint in our basement that was backed up, leaking and well past its end-of-life.

Lunt Marymor fixed my plugged tub shower drain the other day and they were friendly, professional, fast and the main thing clean.

I had my tub/shower drain snaked a couple years ago by a different plumber, he charged me double and left a big black mess in my tub and the bath floor.

Total rip off.  Their plumber wanted over $1000 to replace a 12 inch drain hose under my sink and a flexible vent line for my dryer.  Unbelievable!!

These guys are so awesome!  I'm a property manager in San Francisco and with the number of apartments I manage, I'm pretty much talking to Atlas everyday.  They are so accommodating, work great with my tenants, and their prices are reasonable.  You might be able to find a more affordable plumber, but their service is worth the cost.

This is a long over due review, but better late than never.  I needed to move my backyard faucet to meet a requirements from PG&E so it's not too close to the electrical panel.  The water pipe was located in a hard to get to spot, and Awais had to change out some of the old galvanized piping.  Awais provided me a fair estimate and completed a difficult job with quality and professionalism.   However, what impresses me more is that he stands behind his work, so even though there was a minor leak several months after the initial project he was willing to help me fix the problem free of charge.  If you are looking for a honest and professional plumber, Awais is your guy.

We found Savior Plumbing through Angie's List many years ago and have called them to service our tankless hot water heater and clear our sewer line. Their technicians have been excellent every time.

This past week, their technician Colin came to clear a blockage. Not a pleasant job, but he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed the problem and also checked our sewer line relative to other properties. He was very thorough, and also cleared the gunk in a bathroom sink.

Making the appointment didn't take long, and they were able to reschedule for earlier in the week when the problem recurred unexpectedly. They initially gave a 2-hour time frame when a technician would come, then I received a call and text from Colin with an updated time of arrival. I also appreciated an email receipt.

Technicians as well as the administrative staff have been very professional.

I met with Rey to have him offer a proposal for a plumbing and HVAC job. His bid was higher than some, but my general contractor had a working relationship with him. When I reached out to him to start the job, he didn't respond to my email. I then followed up with a phone call to confirm if he was still available. When he answered, he said, I don't want to do your job. And hung up... no explanation, no further interaction. I know that contractors are busy, but I still expect some level of professionalism. Rey was downright rude and unprofessional.

Our Furnace gave up the ghost with a cracked heat exchange just when the weather is getting ready to get cooler. We got 3 quotes, and decided to go with Jazz based on their reviews in Angies List and Home Advisor... as well as from the overall vibe I got in dealing with them in person and on the phone. We were given our options to replace it, as well as an option to finance this, as it was not inexpensive. They scheduled us immediately, and today Raul and Trevor came out to remove the old one and put in the new one. They arrived shortly before 9am ready to get it done. Very nice guys, they worked well together and let me know about some of the eccentricities regarding the installation of our last furnace, which is located under the house in a pretty tight crawlspace. I'm really impressed with how clean it all looks compared to the horror show that was our last one. We are already in the pipeline to have the system certified, followed by our date with the City inspector. They took care of all permitting paperwork in this regard. Jazz also cut $250 off the price of the install because I brought my own thermostat to the party, which they also installed. I'm giving them a 5 star review based on how well this was all coordinated, and for how professional our install guys were.

Ted helped me with an electrical emergency. He was responsive, prompt and was able to diagnose and remediate the issue with the circuit breaker like an expert electrician. He approaches his work with the utmost integrity, conscientiousness and care. Look no further if you are looking to hire someone you can trust.

First time, and last time. Made appointment, they never showed.
Never called, never answered my call, and their voice mail is full.
DAY: WASTED.

Daniel and his team were as professional as it could get in this sector. He was 1) on time 2) open communication 3) expert knowledge in plumbing 4) fair price.   We had a very difficult problem in our crawl space.  He went above and beyond to resolve the issue and worked with my warranty company to make it as seamless for us as possible.   Most of the time, the warranty company sends contractors who are not the best in its field, I am so happy this time they send Chosen Rootter & Plumbing.  Next time even for non-covered issue, I will be calling Daniel.  #localbusiness #familyowned #plumbing #expert #5star

Exceptional service  in replacing my toilet from Jose M. at Oakland Rooter and Plumbing.  Jose assisted me in ordering the same Toto toilet as it matched my sink.  I was able to pick it up yesterday, and he came today to install.  Took away old toilet as well.  Jose definitely went above and beyond, and was so pleasant to work with.  10+  First time user -- definitely will call them again.

Very Bad Plumbing Service!
We had them fix our shower leaking with new parts 6 months ago. The part is under warrenty and it's leaking again. We called to make an appointment. My husband called them 1 day ahead to reconfirm the appointment and he even took a day off for this event. The plumber is scheduled to come 8-9 am. No show. We called. They said they thought we were going to  order some parts so they cancelled our appointment without informing us!
We finally got to talk to their service manager Darren who's very rude and hang up on us. We were only asking them to honor our appointment so my husband's day off was not wasted.
They do not acknowledge their mistake. The attitude is very bad. When my husband told them he had called 1 day ahead to reconfirm the appointment. They kept asking who he talked to. IT SOUNDED IT WAS US LYING TO THEM!
