I wanted a change of style with the existent kitchen faucet in my condo. It didn't match any of the other fixtures. I had bought the new one, but definitely needed some experts to come in and help me with replacing/installing. I reached out for a free estimate, and Abraham was quick to respond and fairly quoted me - even gave me a first time customer discount. Abraham and Miguel came on time (a bit early too), upon entering they donned on protective booties, went above and beyond even checking the bathroom sink and declogged it with a plumbing snake. They were great conversationalists and very respectful, professional. That's a quality hard to find these days and definitely worth mentioning. I recommend them 100%.

Great company!  Quick responses to emails and phone calls. Very friendly workers, got the job done in one day. And great prices! I couldn't find a company that did a good job and had low prices! I would def recommend them!

Ben is an Amazing plumber.  He was very prompt, reasonable and professional.   He cleanout and replaced a cleanout joint in our basement that was backed up, leaking and well past its end-of-life.

For basic repairs, service is good, but If you are looking for a quick response, avoid this company.

Although we had used their services several times in the past, when we had a flooded basement we were informed they don't work past 4 PM.

Requests to speak with an owner deadended with managers who failed to address concerns.

We scheduled them on Saturday to fix our clogged and only bathroom sink. They said they could come Tuesday between 11-1pm. We were home that whole time. They called at 1pm to cancel and reschedule. No way.

I found them through Service Magic.  I had a minor leak coming from the base of my toilet that required the wax ring to be replaced.  They charged me $125 and included a 30 day warranty.  They were prompt and professional.  I also met the owner Joel Ledesma.

So far it's been a week and no leaks...

It has been just over a month now and there is no leaking from the base of my toilet.  I'd say they did a pretty good job!

It's been 5 months now and no issues.  They're alright!

Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

I couldn't figure out how to remove the filter on my furnace to replace it. So I spoke to Joey over the phone and he helped me out. I just want to say thanks. Now it's working great. I really appreciate that.

Awais was running late, he notified me of his expected arrival time.  After replacing the shutoff valve for my washing machine, he learned the fit was not tight.  He had to cut the lower connection which increased his original quote.  Understandably so.  I took his offer to reduce the price to subtract the part I had purchased which I could no longer return.  Thank you.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking, and  Savior sent Dave to help us.
We needed  new parts, so my husband called Kohler. The parts arrived, so Dave came back out. The wrong parts were sent by Kohler. Dave then called Kohler himself.  The correct parts arrived within 2 days, where it was over a week before.
By this time, we had spent over $300 in service fees.
My husband called Savior  and spoke with Darryl.  He gave us nice price adjustment, which we greatly appreciated.

In today's day and age where customer service can be a rarity. Savior Plumbing GETS it.  We highly recommend this plumbing company and will use them for all future plumbing.

Rey and his team have been great to us through projects big and small. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. It is a family operation, and it shows through the quality of their work and the attention paid to each job. We will keep using Rey as long as possible!

Justin Stancliff came to service our 30-plus-old forced air furnace this week. Despite his best efforts, the furnace would not turn on. Justin made several calls to suppliers to determine if they carried parts for our furnace. Unfortunately, it is so ancient that no one carries parts for it. Justin then recommended several options for a replacement furnace we could purchase. We chose from those options and will be purchasing a new furnace. Justin even mentioned the interest-free financing options. We would welcome Justin back to our home for furnace repairs anytime - though hopefully that will not happen for a while with our new furnace!

I had given him one star because he never showed up, but he finally sent a text telling me that he had been sick. I found someone else to do the job, so I never worked with him. I'll upgrade my review to three stars for getting back to me.

Called about flooded basement and they showed up just a few hours later.   Very knowledgeable and helpful in solving the problem.  Will use again and highly recommend.

We had an alarm from SF Water about sudden unusually high water usage.  CR&P was assigned to service our home by our home warranty.  I spoke with Daniel and he dispatched technician right away.  Ron the technician came on time, checked everything very carefully, didn't find any leaks, the problem seems due to malfunctioned water reader.  Overall, excellent service, professional efficient.  would call them again.

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

Oakland Rooter does it again!!

I wrote a review a couple months ago when first calling them for help.

This time it was for a different,  but more challenging,  issue of outbound kitchen pipe being badly clogged about 50 feet down the line.

Fortunately, the A-Team , aka Team Milagro, arrived. They were amazing!!! Remember these names: César and Juan!!!

I had a water leak in my crawl space under my house. I called Angelo/Owner to get his advice on what was going on. He came the next morning on time and told me it was probably the seal on my toilet that needed to be replaced.  I had to call my insurance company and start a claim just in case the water damaged my flooring, so I made an appointment for the next day for the repairs to be done.
Angelo was on time. Angelo and his helper removed my toilet and fix the seal. No more leak and no damage!
Very Happy and the price was excellent.
