Let me start by saying when we find a good service person, we stick with them.  We had a plumber that we'd used for many years and were disappointed when we called on Sunday only to find out they were no longer offering residential services.

I turned to Yelp to research a new plumber, and as you can see from earlier reviews, we found the right one!  

We had two leaking faucets in bathtubs, one of which had been leaking for quite some time, another we attempted to repair on our own.  It was time to admit defeat and call a professional.  Chance returned my call quickly on Sunday morning, and had availability the next morning.  He called to alert me when he was on his way, and was professional, personable and even forgiving of our overly friendly pets.

He assessed the problem, and made his recommendation and provided me a very fair estimate.  He was apologetic that he only had one cartridge on his truck at the time.  He went and got the second cartridge, returned and within 40 minutes had both faucets done.  

His work was done very well, he was neat and tidy and ensured that things were working as they should be before leaving.

Wow what a great company. I can't begin to describe how great Alex and his wife are. Right away his wife (sorry didn't get her name) was nice and fast at responding. Answered all my questions and scheduled same day.  Alex and another guy came.  Both were so friendly and knew what they were doing. I had a list to do and they fixed everything.  They're prices were very fair.  They cleaned up everything before leaving both men were very nice and I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs. I needed a kitchen disposal replaced b/c  it was leaking and had water alot of water flowing underneath the kitchen sink every time I used it. Being new in the area, I was a bit hesitant about which plumber to call. Tried several, some with no response. I called 702 PlumbER, gave me an estimate based ion what i described and scheduled for them to send someone the following morning.
Nicolas arrived on time, (very punctual and keep you updated on arrival time by text msgs). He took a look and confirmed what he problem was, and confirmed pricing for the replacement.      The pricing was very fair (less than a few others that had called me back).  Nicholas was courteous, very professional, and he  did a great job.  Definitely recommend him!  Thanks Nicholas!

I have used American Brothers a number of times for different needs.  They are responsive and reliable.  I have had two emergencies and they were quick to send someone to do the fix.  You can count on Michael for quality service.  Also good to know that Miguel (supervisor) provides oversight on work completed by reviewing photos after the job is done - shows commitment to quality.

I called NPA out to double-check my gas line for the dryer because I smelled a hint of natural gas. Jason was here within an hour. It may have been just as easy to tighten up the gas line myself, but I'm no professional. I didn't want to take that gamble as there could have been other underlying issues. I highly recommend NPA!
