My name is Chance Vanek I'm the owner and operator of Pipe Dreams Plumbing Company. I was born and raised right here in Las Vegas, Nv.

I started my plumbing career in 1997 on a sunny day in October as a plumbers helper. I've worked in many areas of the plumbing industry. From laborer to plumber, sales and estimating to wholesale management.
Today I eagerly wake up to install and repair plumbing systems. Above all, I strive to provide my customers with customer service second to none.

Chance, the owner of the company, replaced a water heater and toilets at my place. He was very professional, on time and made sure I was satisfied with the service. His attention to detail and his work are impeccable. He made sure to provide a quote in writing ahead of time. When he needed to get a spare part, he went and got it while performing the work  - all was covered under the original quote and I did not have to worry about extra charges.  I recommend him to anyone who needs quality plumbing service.

Pipe Dreams Plumbing replaced my water main. I didn't have a lot of contact with the owner, Chance, but he was courteous and knowledgeable and called me back quickly to review what I needed. CJ came within a few hours of my call to give me an estimate and beat a competitor's bid to get the job. CJ did the actual plumbing work. The job was done quickly. CJ was very polite, professional, and friendly. He answered my MILLIONS of questions. He's an amazing young man. I was extremely pleased with this company. I've never written a review about ANY company. After, many poor experiences with companies for home repairs etc, I owed these guys a great review for a job well done!! Highly professional and to the point service. No extra charges, no delay works nothing. They know exactly what and how it should be done. Honest and won't try to sell you anything that is not necessary. Trustworthy staff. I've used them twice and got more than satisfied each time. Found them at the right time otherwise I'd have wasted my money and time for the non-qualified plumbers. But this plumbing company by far is the best. Definitely recommend their services.

Chance thankfully answered the phone on a Saturday morning. He came within the hour to repair a big leak under our kitchen sink. He was friendly and courteous while quickly completing the job with a smile (under his mask ). It's comforting to know that Pipe Dreams has us covered, even in a pinch.

I contacted this company after I had issues with another plumbing company that was dispatched by Fidelity Home Warranty to fix a leak in one of my rentals. The company dispatched by Fidelity basically tried to get out of fixing the issue by siting some obscure plumbing code which they said the plumbing wasn't in compliance with. This turned out to be false.  The owner of Pipe Dreams was very professional and quickly attended to my issue. The plumber that was dispatched by Pipe Dreams was also very professional and was able to  use a special tool (ram-butt tool if I remember it right) to extract the leaking pipe from the fitting without being too invasive. Because of this they were able to repair it at a fraction of the price that the other company that was initially dispatched quoted.  I would definitely recommend Pipe Dreams for any plumbing needs you would have around the Vegas Valley.

Chance went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations on this job. I had a leak in between the house and the main and I got 8 bids. His bid was one of the best. He even went out and bought some sod to make sure and repair the grass after he finished the job. Excellent work, great communication, and a great price. I will not hesitate to call him again if I need plumbing work done!

I was replacing cartridge in my shower. A piece was stuck in the pipe that would just not come out no matter what i did. These guys came out in a hour and took that stuck piece apart, installing the new cartridge. Great service. Great prices.
Even better i learned a plumbing secret. Age 66 and i am still leaning something new. Next time a cartiage is stuck i know just want to do.

When it comes to Chance and his company, Pipe Dreams Plumbing, a five star rating is definitely not a high enough rating for his outstanding professionalism and compassion. Upon clicking on 5 stars it says, As good as it gets,  Pipe Dreams is even better than that. Here's my story:  

In April 2014, on a Friday afternoon as I drove up to the house I knew something was wrong when I saw  water flowing from the garage. Water was everywhere. Since this was the first time that anything like that has happened in many years, I made a bunch of calls.  Soon after, I heard from Chance who managed to rearrange his schedule and showed up to resolve my emergency situation. There was an old hot water system that was way past its prime and stopped functioning properly...thus, a flood.  Chance knew exactly what to do; he found the source of the problem, stopped the water leak, called up & reserved a new unit, then had the unit installed the next day, on Saturday. His due diligence kept my hot water on with only a slight interruption.  Not only is the work perfect, Chance is a top professional in every way. He even called and followed up to make sure all was well and if I had any questions. I grew up here in Las Vegas and can't remember the last time (if ever) a plumber had that much pride of workmanship to invest so much time in their clients. From reading the reviews it's plain to see this is his normal work ethic. So why am I writing this today, Saturday, March 14,2015?

After waking up suddenly at 6: A.M. ... the hot water turned off, then I became aware of a loud steady noise. As I became more coherent, I walked into the laundry room & realized I was ankle deep in water. I quickly tried to size up the situation. When I checked the hot water boiler that Chance installed it was dry & seemed to be working great, as usual. After a couple of hours the water problem got worse, the noise grew louder and the garage was getting wet again.  After I left a message with Pipe Dreams Plumbing, Chance called me a few minutes later. There was nothing wrong with the unit he installed but he helped me over the phone which stopped the loud noise & the water leak. Over the phone he gave me advice as to where to look & what the probable cause might be.  I am truly grateful to him because the damage would have been that much more extensive if it wasn't stopped when it did.

My intention behind writing this is for the same reason yelp was created...to help people make informed choices and to benefit from my experiences. I've known many plumbers throughout the years and none of them come close to Chance's professionalism and expertise. There are no chances with Chance (pardon the pun) and he & his company deserves to be recognized...and given the opportunity to make your life easier, as he apparently has done for many. Keep up the great work !

They showed up when they said they would, were courteous and efficient, and changed out 3 water closets in less than 2 1/2 hours.  They took the old water closets and the packaging for the new closets away. They cleaned up the floors and left everything in perfect condition.

The service was fairly priced.  They also emphasized the 2 year service guarantee that comes with their service.

Simply put there're great!!

Called Pipe Dreams on a Friday seeking repairs to a leaky pressure regulator valve. Chance The Owner had me text him pictures of the problem. He then gave me a quote and scheduled service for the following Monday at 8am. Emmanuel showed up promptly and executed a swift and expert valve replacement. Easy and painless. Can't ask for more than that!

I received notice from the water company that I had a meter constantly running, indicating a leak on my property. Had it checked out by my family plumber, and he diagnosed it down to a possible hot water line. My plumber recommended Pipe Dreams Plumbing to do the identification of where the leak was, as he didn't have that capability.

I called Pipe Dreams Plumbing the next morning (before they opened and left a voicemail).  Owner Chance Vanek called me back that morning and came over that afternoon.  He assessed the problem and gave an approximate estimate of project (and noted it could be more or less pending what they find).  
They showed up the next morning right on time (they called that were on their way; nice!)

It was a detailed fix, requiring going under sinks, through walls and up in the attic to fix the hot water line leak.  They were on time, clean efficient, and kept me apprised throughout the day of every step they were taking to fix.

The total price came in under quote.They were friendly, efficient, on time and neat.  

I would recommend Pipe Dreams Plumbing to anyone.

I called Pipe Dreams because I needed a plumber. It wasn't that the job was that difficult, it was if anything went wrong, I would really need a plumber.

I found them on Yelp, liked the ratings and reviews and called for an appointment. They answered, scheduled, and arrived on time.

The job went smoothly, nothing went wrong but during the course of conversation I learned they were not licensed plumbers, they are licensed contractors.

I'm not sure if in reality there is a significant difference, but with a business name of Pipe Dreams Plumbing, I felt a little duped. Just saying.

After discovering some plumbing issues in my house, I called Pipe Dreams Plumbing who were recommended by several friends.  I called Chance and explained the issues and he sent Zach to my house the same day! Our water heater went out on a Sunday evening of course.  Called first thing Monday morning, got a voicemail as it was a national holiday.  Within two minutes received a call back from them.  Unfortunately they were not able to fix the problem we were experiencing but referred us to another company that would.  Even though they were unable to help us with our particular issue the politeness promptness and interest in our problem was greatly appreciated and I would not hesitate to recommend Pipe Dreams based on that alone.

It was honestly just such a pleasure to work with Chance and Zach last minute this morning when our water heater randomly decided to start leaking. I called and left a voicemail before hours and Chance called me back immediately when they'd opened. Super communicative, requesting images of the issue, giving a preliminary quote, and scheduling Zach to come out prepared to replace our water heater the same day. Zach was on time, communicated his arrival beforehand, and got straight to work, making us feel safe that he was wearing a mask at our discretion. He was super thorough and fixed an issue that had been left behind by a previous installer. Price was fair and we feel confident in the install and at ease with the new unit.

After dealing with 4 different plumbers to find out what was causing my bathtub upstairs to leak down into the kitchen ceiling, Pipe Dreams Plumbing solved the problem. The first plumber (from the home warranty) said he'd be back with parts. Said he needed to order the original parts from Delta. A few weeks later they were still giving me the run around.
So I looked around for other plumbers. One guy was a no-show.
Another guy cut open the ceiling to take a look. Said he fixed the problem by putting plumber's putty into the tub to seal the drainage. Nope! Didn't work. Turns out he's not licensed. Still waiting for our money back on that one.
Another guy (I rec'd his flyer in the mail) said I needed to replace the deck mount valve. The estimate, he said, was a 2-man job for $650.
I decided to get another estimate and found Pipe Dreams on Yelp. CJ came to the house the same day. Right away he diagnosed the issue--new stems needed in hot and cold faucets. No deck mount needed, thank you. Problem solved for less than half the price and was a one-man job. CJ had the parts in his truck and said it's standard for most plumbers to have them on hand; they can be purchase from Home Depot. It was not necessary to order from manufacturer as the home warranty tech said.
Thank you CJ and Pipe Dreams Plumbing. After months of not being able to use my tub, you finally solved the problem. Can't tell you how much that means. I appreciate your honesty, professionalism, and competency. Will call on you again in the future if I need your services.

We put off looking into our noisy pipes for months. Dumb, sure, but who wants to research a maybe-credible plumber and have them walk around your house before charging you a million dollars? That's how it works right? So we finally stumbled upon Pipe Dreams. Chase and his colleague came out on the day and time we had available, about 30 minutes into their estimated window. They did the work that Chase had correctly diagnosed over the phone, and charged us exactly the estimated rate, which was lower than we had expected to pay when the trouble began. They were both friendly and easy to work with, and were in and out within about 20 minutes. I didn't know quiet pipes could change my life, but somehow they have. Thanks, Pipe Dreams! Now we know a good plumber!

Pipe Dreams was recommended to me and I feel confident in recommending them to you. I was experiencing a problem with a leaky faucet in my bathroom and kitchen. I called Pipe Dreams, made an appointment and right on time CJ arrived. This young man assessed the issues,  told me my options and the cost involved. After I made my decision he proceeded to transform a dire situation in one bathroom shower into a new updated easier to use version and corrected the problem in the kitchen as well. He was AMAZING and I would recommend that you call them the next time you need a good plumber.

Pipe Dreams has come out to my home to solve multiple plumbing issues for me throughout the years. Based on my experiences, I feel very confident recommending Pipe Dreams. I chose to use Pipe Dreams based on Yelp reviews and they were accurate.  My background.  I used to do $100 million of construction a year.  I know good tradesmen and bad ones.  CJ, the young man who showed up was courteous and capable.  He gave us an estimate which was very fair and quickly fixed some difficult problems.  Then I asked him about our water heater and recirculation pump and he quickly identified the potential problem and gave me a quote to fix the situation.  At first I thought the quote was high, but when he showed up the net day with all commercial grade equipment, I realized I was getting a bargain.  Most important was all the advice he gave about how to get more years out of our equipment.
CJ is a real winner and I have no problem with recommending Pipe Dreams to anyone.

I called Pipe Dreams Plumbing and got Chance immediately. Told him the problem with our water heater that we need to have it serviced I sent him a photo he knew exactly what we needed to be done he sent CJ over the same day. CJ came over that afternoon took a look at what had to be done serviced the water heater he was here for maybe 45 minutes got the job done and got out of here. I would highly recommend this company they are on the ball and it's so hard to find a company like this that you can trust in this town so thank you Chance and CJ great job! We now have a plumber that we can trust!

Chance and his associates have got to be some of the best plumbing professionals I have come across. Period.

I first came across Pipe Dreams when I needed assistance with low water pressure throughout my home. After a quick inquiry over text message, Chance assured me he could talk over the phone to troubleshoot the problem. I thought it was pretty cool he would take time out of his schedule to help out a non-paying, not even a previous customer! Within the next couple days, Chance was at my home and checking out the problem which was a faulty water pressure regulating valve. Swapped that out and water pressure was back to normal.

A few months later, my water softener went bad and on a holiday, Chance once again was out here troubleshooting and took care of the problem.

Needless to say, I will continually recommend these guys to anyone around the valley. You won't be disappointed with their work and customer service!

I had a wonderful experience with Chance and his team! I had a leak under the sink that another company quoted 3 times the price for. I called Chance and he sent Zach over. Zach was easy to work with and completed the job in a professional and timely manner.

My sink is no longer leaking and I saved a ton of money. These guys are honest and they know what they're doing. There's a reason why they have all 5 star reviews. Go with them!

Where do I start! I had a valve that needed to be changed out (refrigerator), and no clue who to call. I reached out a FB page my work has solely for employees, searched plumber and Pipe Dreams Plumbing came up. I called them and spoke with Chance. I explained the situation and he was AWESOME!!! He knew exactly what we needed, had an appointment set up, explained the approximate cost and all set! I loved the immediate text notifications and reminders. This morning, CJ showed up and he was amazing! So friendly, personable, immediately identified the issue and explained the process from start to finish. CJ had the valve changed and we were back in action and now I am waiting for our new refrigerator delivery! I was so pleasantly surprised when he said he could fix today! I honestly thought he was going to look at it and then schedule an appointment to fix it! So what a wonderful surprise to know when he left, everything was fixed! They are our new company for all plumbing needs! I just recommended them to a co-worker who is looking for a plumber!  THEY ARE TOP NOTCH!!!

I wish i could give Chance and his company 6 stars!  They are FANTASTIC.  After having 2 plumbers not show up at all I was very frustrated.  CJ came out and was such a nice guy and took care of my issues immediately.  I thought they prices were also quite competitive and reasonable.  About 2 weeks later I found a leak outside and Chance came out and had it fixed in no time.  I highly recommend this awesome company.

We received that letter you do not want from the Las Vegas Water District --- your meter shows continuous flow!! With valve in garage that controls water inflow to house OFF, the meter was still moving, so we knew the leak was between the meter & the garage. A neighbor had a similar failure & recommended we call Pipe Dreams Plumbing. We are SO pleased that he did!! Chance Vanek & Cj Castoe arrived as scheduled, confirmed our diagnosis of the problem, and scheduled the job. It required about a 40' trench from side of garage under sidewalks & through desert landscaping. These guys are extremely hard workers! The trench was dug in 3-4 hrs the 1st day - then the new pipe was installed the 2nd day; inspection on 3rd day, and backfilled on 4th day. The water to the house was only off for a couple of hours on the 2nd day. The job could not have been better managed!! Thanks to Chance & CJ for a great job!!

Chance and Eric are genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I previously called Chance to get a quote to replace our toilets and his rate was fair, but I also peppered  him with follow up questions and he was kind enough to offer advice. He didn't try to send someone for a few to diagnose but rather provided me with knowledge and left things in my court. Loved that he didn't try to force a diagnostic fee to answer some questions like another plumbing company did.

We didn't end up replacing the toilets, but when we found a leak in one of our bathroom sinks, I immediately thought of Pipe Dreams based on the previous chat with Chance.

Eric was the plumber that showed up today, and he was also pretty rad. He was kind and didn't try to upsell me or put pressure. He was super thorough in answering my questions and with his work.

10/10 recommend Chance and Eric and will call them again.

This would be the second time using them and they never fail! Reasonable pricing and awesome customer service. Chance and crew always takes the time to explain the issues that are going on. Had a leaky toilet that I tried fixing but failed. CJ and Eric came thru the next day and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very clean and professional work. Worked around my schedule and very reasonable pricing. Had a main water leak that the builder couldn't seem to repair correctly utilizing landscapers instead. This company came, explained the issue where I understood completely and repaired the main pipe appropriately. I've waited a few months before my review and glad to say no more leaks!

I got lucky and was able to book Chase & CJ for same day service on a busted water heater.  Prompt diagnosis of the problem and a straight dollar figure without hidden charges, all within a couple of hours.  End of the day, a brand new heater was in place and the weekend was saved.

Plumbers are rarely a value service - you call them when they are needed, so naturally the prices are always higher than you think, and I admit these kind of costs are rarely anticipated - but this company is a VALUED service since they are there when you have nowhere else to turn and are willing to do what it takes to fix the most underappreciated components of our homes: the plumbing!

I got a note from the water company saying that they detected that my house water supply was never shutting off completely, and that it probably was a problem with my toilet in-tank shut-off valve.

I checked my phone contacts and found that I had, a few years back, used Pipe Dreams for a garbage disposal replacement install, which I was happy with, at $100 parts plus $100 labor.

So the owner, Chance Vanek, sent out his plumber, C J, who did an excellent job and even remembered coming out previously for the disposal. For $250, parts and labor, he replaced the entire in-tank guts and also replaced the shut-off valve coming out of the wall, which was so stuck that it wouldn't even turn.

These guys are very friendly, courteous, and professional and I'll call them again if I have other plumbing needs.

Okay so please stop searching and just pick these guys already! We had a leak in our kitchen sink and I checked Yelp and called Pipe Dream after I didn't like the sound of what I heard from another place. I called and Chance answered. I explained the issue and he was so helpful. He had a guy in the area that could come check within thirty minutes. He said they would check it out, no service fee, and if we agreed they would work on it, no hard feelings.

CJ called and came over. He had covers over his shoes and stated the problem, a quote, and got to work. He also made a recommendation for another issue we had in our upstairs bathroom and courteous and quick. Ladies and gentlemen, end your plumbing nightmare and call Pipe Dream for great service, no stress and so you can get on with your day. Thanks guys!

Called my man, Chance, again for another leak. He could of charged me an arm and leg for parts but was able to identify my faucets from the pictures I sent him and he pointed me to the manufacturer to obtain replacement parts...for FREE.99. Once parts arrived he got me on the schedule immediately. His tech, CJ, was courteous and texted me when he was leaving the shop en route to my house to install the replacement parts. Would highly recommend my only plumber in my contacts - Pipe Dreams.

It also doesn't hurt that Chance is pretty dreamy. Hahahah!

Incredible service. I found Pipe Dreams via Yelp and called to make an appointment for a water leak detection due to an overly high water bill.

Chance took the time to walk me through inspecting if it was our irrigation system or something else that required more attention. He jumped on FaceTime with me and took me through the step-by-step process of twisting valves and doing my own diagnostic of the situation. After helping me discover that it was in fact our irrigation system, he linked me with a trustworthy landscaper to come and remedy the situation.

When you find a good and reliable plumber you keep their number handy. I have Pipe Dreams' number saved in my phone just in case we need them. When I call, someone is always available in a timely manner. Chance takes the time to listen to your concerns and even gives advice over the phone. We have had several plumbers from the company come out and all of them have been incredibly kind of awesome to work with. We had to have a valve replaced outside which was done by pipe dreams. About a month later we got a huge water bill (it turned out to be our irrigation, so no fault of theirs.) I was in a panic and Chance came right to our house within minutes to check it out. He even offered to help even though it was not related to their service. Honest, reliable, and kind-- keep their number ready for emergencies!

Chase is the real deal. I had a major slab leak and he talked with me on the phone for 30 minutes. He also got me a same day estimate from CJ. The pricing was great as well but unfortunately they were booked for a few days and I couldn't wait that long for work so Chance directed to me another company and the information he provided was hugely helpful to understand what my options were. I had a few leaks under the sinks and needed new shut offs installed. I read their reviews and WOW all great. The communication is top notch, Zach came this morning and BAM 10 new shut offs are done. Super quick and great job, cleaned up afterward. Also triple checked for leaks which is what happens when I mess with plumbing. These guys are absolutely fantastic. I've used Pipe Dreams twice. Once for a tub valve replacement. The second time was when I selling my home. I had moved out of state. I had left my agent in charge of whatever repairs needed to be done. Upon inspection, a water leak was discovered. The plumber suggested by my agent told me I needed a whole new water line and sent me a bid for over $3000! I immediately called Pipe Dreams. They went out the same day. They were able to find the leak and a second. Both leaks were under my sidewalks. PD worked tirelessly to repair the leaks and avoid having to replace the whole line. Both leaks were fixed for just over $900!! Pipe Dreams is an honest company. They work hard and stand by their work. You can trust them!!

For over two years, our water usage was so high that we were in danger of being fined. It was a real challenge trying to determine that problem. We hired a leak detection company who found ONE leak which we addressed. Then we had a plumber install a cut off valve to the water line leading to the sprinkler system. Another plumber swore that the problem is NOT in the sprinkler system, but every time we turn off that valve, our water usage dropped considerably. He quoted us an incredibly high estimate to fix the problem that wasn't. We were at wit's end, reeling from the expenses we've incurred thus far that didn't completely address the real problem and the final solution.

Fortunately, our neighbor referred us to Chance of Pipe Dreams who immediately identified the root cause.  He has resolved similar problems in our neighborhood, so he knew exactly what needed to be done.  He proposed a solution that was infinitely smarter and cost a fraction of what the others quoted.

The young man he sent to do the work was so prompt, courteous and cheerful. He was very careful and precise and so very neat! A true professional. He explained things as he went along, therefore we were very confident that the work will be done correctly and efficiently. When he was done and we were presented with the bill, we still couldn't get over how much less this solution was compared to what others had proposed. Best of all --- the problem was fixed!

There was no guesswork since they had dealt with this before. Knowing exactly what needed to be done contributed to their efficiency and thus, their very reasonable price. So very happy with their work and their integrity. Will recommend them without hesitation. Great work, Chance and Pipe Plumbing!

Our water heater broke so after several quotes from different services, we settle for Pipe Dreams who sounded very professional & knowledgeable, they even ask us to send a picture from the water heater to give a more accurate quote. CJ was very punctual & polite. So for $975.00 we got a Bradford White 50gal 40000BTU water heater w/drip pan & pipes...a bit pricy? yes, but necessary. Definitely will recommend.

If I could give Chance at Pipe Dreams Plumbing 10 starts I would! After contacting several other companies for a replacement of a 75 gallon water heater, most wanted to charge service fee just to come out and look at it, I contacted Chance. No service fee, gave me an upfront quote, arrived the next day and did an amazing job on the installation. He is efficient, affordable, honest and knows exactly what he's doing. I had a leak in the garage from water pressure regulator, went to Yelp for a referral saw the rating for for this Company (5 stars wow.) so I called them, left a message, when Chance called me back he apologized for the delay, he asked that I send him a picture, I did and he quoted me a price and said CJ could be here in an hour. I was waiting for another estimate but really but they could be here in a hour and fix it, there was no pressure what so ever, so CJ a got here in less than a hour and told me the price Chance quoted was not correct (huh) then he tells me it's actually 50.00 less! I was very impressed with with both Chance and CJ they were both very professional, courteous, prompt and I was very comfortable with them. By far the only plumbing service you want to use in Las Vegas.  I don't care where you are located, call Pipe Dreams and they will fix any issue or install any upgrade you require.
 We had our hot water heater bust over the weekend.  Chance came out right when I called and surveyed the damage.  Not only did he stop the leak, he called (not recommend, but he himself made the calls) to get a drywall repair crew to come out, and he also went through all of our options to replace or upgrade.  We decided to upgrade to a tankless system but we were worried because we thought we would be out of hot water for a weak while it was installed and the new gas line was put in.  Before I even voiced my concern, Chance informed me he was having someone pickup a temporary water heater for me that he would install that day so we would have hot water while the upgrade was taking place.  And this was no dinky replacement, the temporary water heater he installed was just as big as the massive one I had in there in the first place.
 I have never met a company or individual as professional and well reviewed as Chance and his company.  I am not accustomed to getting phone calls giving me updates and asking how things are going.  Chance has won my business for all future plumbing needs and I hope this review helps others make an easy decision as well.  Truly top performance.

Doesn't get any better then Pipe Dreams Plumbing. Spoke with Chance, who I believe is the owner, to setup a visit to identify and fix a leak.  Chance explained everything upfront and is very transparent with pricing and procedures. I was fortunate to have been assigned CJ to do the inspection and repair on a cracked sewer line. CJ had showed up on time with 30 minute calls prior to arrivals. Plumbing companies will generally perform satisfactory repairs, indiscernible by general homeowners. But what sets Pipe Dreams apart is their attention to detail and expertise in their trade. Not only was CJ extremely polite and took the time to answer any of my questions/concerns but he does great work. Because cutting of drywall and plywood was necessary to access the leaking pipe, I was originally concerned that the cutout would be messy (like a previous company had done) making it unnecessarily more difficult for my drywall guy to come in and perform the repairs afterwards. My concerns were unfounded and CJ did a very clean job. CJ was also nice enough to take photos of the cracked pipe and show them to me as well as show me and explain the repaired pipe. I will use no other plumbing company other than Pipe Dream for as long as I am here in Las Vegas. Thanks Chance and CJ!

Based on my previous experience with Chance and his counterpart CJ, when I had issues with my water heater, there was only one place I planned to call - Pipe Dreams.
Chance came out the same day to review the issue, gave me a formal quote & CJ came out to install the new water heater.
Both were extremely professional, personable, polite & knowledgeable.
I can't recommend highly enough.
Side note - The water heater was almost 10 years old and was end of life.

I had Zack at my home in early September to replace a dripping garden hose valve. He was polite, professional and did an amazing job. No more leaks. Yay!

This week, I had to replace my toilet (easy fix, right?). I've done it at my previous homes, and it never involved a second trip to Home Depot. Unfortunately, the new toilet sits higher than the old one, so the supply hose didn't reach. It was an old hose, actually one piece with the supply valve. I've never seen one like this before. I'd have to replace it with a new supply valve and hose.

Since valves are outside my plumbing skills, I had to be coerced by my wife to try replacing it. So, I turned off the water to the house, and got to work. No dice. I tried everything in my limited plumbing talents, but I couldn't get the old gunked up valve off.

It was about 2:30 pm when I called Chance, and they were already booked up for the rest of the day. I expected that since it was already mid-afternoon on a Saturday. He asked me to send him a photo of the valve, which I did right away. He called me right back, and gave me some advice on what I could do to remove the valve. After cleaning it off and removing the toilet so I could get a better angle (and buying a second wrench), I was able to get the old valve off and install the new one.

I turned the water back on, and the new toilet is running like a champ (again, no leaks. Yay!). Thank you so much Chance for the advice! I'd recommend your company to anyone I know that needs plumbing repairs!

This is the Go To Guy for Plumbing in Las Vegas!

I called Pipe Dreams Plumbing on a Sunday at 8:30 a.m. and the call was immediately answered by the owner, Chance.  When I advised of my plumbing problem (shower will not turn off despite being in the off position), Chance committed to a less than two hour arrival time and no extra charge.  Cartridge was expeditiously replaced.

I later remembered a second minor plumbing problem with my kitchen faucet.  Chance provided education by informing me that Moen products have a lifetime warranty, and advised I could inform the company of my faucet replacement need along with photos.  The local hardware store near my house did not have the small part needed for incised the faucet, so he committed to returning the next day with it from another location.  Chance kept his word and arrived at the time frame he previously stated.

The work was done quickly and professionally.  Chance was respectful of my home and property.   Chance was clean, groomed and professionally dressed.   At all times, Chance was professional and took care of matters efficiently.

Chance accepts work via text message for those of you that prefer cyber connections like me.  I feel confident that work was done competently and at a fair price.   Would definitely use this company again, and would refer friends and family as well.

the entire team was very courteous, friendly and enjoyable to work with from the first contact I made to the final finish of the jobs.  they are pretty advance with texting and emailing all the updates, status of drivers, and estimates.  I found that very helpful - since we're always on our phones.

they were very thorough in explaining the situation and even showed me the issues.  prices were reasonable but it was the service that made them stand out.  I will use them moving forward.

I've known Chance for many years and this week had the opportunity to meet CJ, his assistant as both Chance and CJ arrived to address several plumbing issues I had called about. That was a real pleasure as CJ is also outstanding. Together they replaced a few hot and cold supply valves, a dual dishwasher valve, two sink cartridges and the anode in my water heater. Our water heater was corroded and we had rust in our line.  I texted some photos to Pipe Dreams and got an estimate over the phone.  The price was the lowest of the four quotes we got, and their reviews were good.  They showed up on time, confirmed the condition depicted in the photos, and said the estimate would be the price.  CJ was the plumber that showed up and he finished in less time than expected.  Everything looks great, and he left the area cleaner than it was when he found it.  We are happy with the work and will get estimates from Pipe Dream for future plumbing issues.

I had CJ come to my house and replace a cartridge in my shower valve
This was a Delta shower valve and they are a bitch to remove.
Not a problem for CJ. He removed it and replaced it in a very short time cleaned up his mess and was on his way and a very nice guy to talk to.
They also text on their way which was great.

Our tenant reported water leaking found in our dinning room floor. I called Chance, he said he will not work on condo plumbing at this time. But he gave us his advice for the possible cause  in dinning room floor when there are no obvious water leaking around that area in dinning room. 
It turned out the leaking was caused  by the broken faucet and valve in kitchen sink as Chance mentioned before.  The water travels from kitchen sink to dining room area. We really appreciate him taking his time to answer my call twice  and give us the best solution! Chance is the best! We hope he will be able to work on our next job in the future!

Chance returned my call within 10 minutes of leaving a message. I sent pictures of my leak and he had a technician out to my house within the hour. Chance and his employee CJ were both empathetic and courteous. I received a free estimate and will confirm their services once I hear back from my home owners warranty.  If I am not covered under my warranty, I will update my review after Pipe Dreams completes the work. So far, the service has been great!

We found Pipe Dreams Plumbing through Yelp, and I must say they live up to the 5 star rating! First they came out and gave an honest estimate, and then came back to perform the work once scheduled. Chance was very thorough in providing details about the process, and they were very efficient and stayed until the project was complete. With the type of damage we had, we were concerned about large pieces of our walls being taken out, structural areas being exposed, etc. but they only removed what was necessary and did it with much care. Once the work was done they walked us through what they did and we tested all areas to make sure they were functioning properly. When they were done they cleaned everything up very well. We feel very fortunate to have found them and will use them in the future for any of our plumbing needs. Thanks, Chance!

Yikes!  I was disappointed...extremely disappointed.  When Chance came out he was on time.  That was the only good thing that happened.  He was difficult to talk to.  He looked at the issues and had no idea how to fix them.  They were not extreme plumbing issues at all.  A leaking sewer access pipe and valves that needed replaced in a kitchen and bathroom.  He mistook dust for mold on drywall also.  

Based on the other reviews, water heater replacements may be his strong point.  If you need anything else, he may not be the right choice.  He seemed inexperienced.

This was my first time using a plumber since my landlord has always sent me crappy handymen off Angie's List. She's luckily between handymen right now, and thanks to Jessica M's heater breaking last week, I got hooked up with a great plumber. Chance is just all kinds of awesome - a genuinely nice guy who knows what he's doing, and also happens to be honest and competitively priced.

My shower faucet wouldn't turn off from full blast after giving my dogs a bath - the handle was stripped I guess. I turned off the water main (thanks youtube for the instructions), and started calling around after posting on Yelp Talk for recommendations. It was about 5pm on a Saturday and I seemed to be SOL on getting someone to come out right away, or anytime before Monday.

Out of the 3 places I called, Chance was the only one who could help me over the weekend - not only that, but he said he could be there within an hour. I had this exact same problem happen to my other shower a year ago, so I knew pretty much what needed to be done. The others were reluctant to give even a very general quote, but Chance just had me text a pic of the fixture, although he probably can't do that for every situation. Pricing was the same as the other places I called, and it's nice that he didn't seem to have different (higher) rates for emergencies or weekends like some other plumbers.

So he came out around 6:30pm on a Saturday, and even postponed dinner with his wife (sorry Mrs. Chance!) to spend about an hour and a half changing out a cartridge thing. He also fixed what the last handyman effed up on my other shower in 5 minutes. AND he magically fixed my dishwasher without even doing anything. Ok well he looked at it and had me run it, and the damn thing worked fine for the first time in 4-5 months. No more hand washing dishes for me anymore! Oh and he also guarantees his work for 1 year.

So I'd suggest bookmarking Pipe Dreams just in case - for that craptastic day when you really need him. You'll probably only see Chance when something goes wrong, but it's nice to have a smiling face to deal with on a bad day. And it's a little thing, but I appreciated that he put booties over his shoes unlike literally every other workman I've ever seen.

If you need a water heater replaced quickly and by a really awesome company, then hire Pipe Dreams Plumbing! From the initial contact to paying the invoice, it was such a great experience. We will certainly use them again for any plumbing issues that we have in the future. Chance is great: very responsive to text messages, was super polite and efficient with the entire job. I had a leak in my water main. Chance was very quick to respond to my land lady's request for an estimate.
Zach was sent out to do the estimate on the day and time promised. Once the estimate was completed, Zach came back and did all the work. He was very professional and explained everything! He completed the work in the time promised and he did his utmost best to put my yard back in order after replacing/repairing the pipes.

We had been putting off the much needed job of having our entire kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal replaced. The faucet was leaking so bad that I was starting to panic. I just knew a flood was going to come any day.

I called Pipe Dreams Plumbing after reading all the great reviews here on Yelp. Chance..the owner..returned my call right away and scheduled our appointment. Dennis came out, gave us an estimate, and the next day our kitchen was transformed. New sink, faucet, garbage disposal and all new pipes and valves.

Outstanding!!!

My garbage disposal broke. I called Pipe Dreams and within 2 hours I had a new garbage disposal. Zack did the work and was extremely professional.

I like the work so much, I ordered new toilets for my home and they will install them in a couple of days.

HIRE THEM! Believe me when I say this..their prices are fair and they do a great job! They are honest and focused on customer satisfaction.  You don't get that feeling that they are trying to make money off of you.  I called a lot of places to find others start off high (like 50% more what I paid) and when you tell them you are going with another company, they try to go low.

This company made me feel relieved that i was not going to spend an arm and a leg. They responded to all my questions. Before they left they told me to call them if there were any problems.   We need more honest companies like this! Thanks again guys!

Chance is the best!  Before we moved in, he installed four toilets in our house about three years ago now.  I had a loose handle on one today and couldn't get the nut inside the tank to screw onto the handle, so I called in for a service call.  When I explained the issue to Chance, he told me it is reverse threaded.  When I tried to screw the nut on in the opposite direction, amazingly, it screwed right on!  DUH!!!!  He could have easily set up an appointment and come out to fix the toilet, then charge me.  But, he didn't.  Thank you for being so honest and helping me out with this simple issue!

I can't recommend this plumber enough. I had several items that needed repair, including replacing faucets, sinks, shower cartridge/trim and rebuilding a toilet tank. Before I found Pipe Dreams, I had three big plumbing companies come out and provide estimates. Their pricing was ridiculously high, I had no confidence in their plumbing ability (i.e. they send really junior plumbers) and it was impossible to get a hold of them to answer questions. I then found and called Pipe Dreams, and Chance (the owner) immediately answered the phone and set up an appointment with one of his plumbers (Zack). They came out for an estimate (half the price of the others) and were available to answer all of our questions. Zack just did the work, and we couldn't be happier with it. I will definitely be reaching out to Pipe Dreams first, going forward.

Our water heater went out last night. I called Chance with Pipe Dreams this morning and he quoted me a fair price and a arrival time(2:00-4:00) for this Technician, CJ. I'm writing this review at 4:12pm, and the water heater is completely installed and running perfectly. CJ was polite informative and he left absolutely no evidence that he had been other other then a new water heater. He actually did it so quietly that our 1 and 2 year old babies, who were directly over head napping didn't even wake up! Pipe Dreams did a super professional job replacing my water heater. They arrived on time, replaced the water heater fast, verified that all connections were made properly, cleaned up, and removed old water heater.  Even corrected a previous poor installation problem.

I have used Pipe Dreams Plumbing for several projects around the house and have always been impressed with the work done by the plumbing crew. Chance returns phone calls in a timely fashion and arrives at the job site on time. He explains what needs to be done and completes the job in a timely manner. He or his crew make sure to clean up the area after they are done and leave the area cleaner than it was when they arrived.

His prices are fair and well within range of other plumbers, but Chance and his crew treat their clients like family and not like a number that so many of the other plumbing companies do. He has never recommended work that doesn't need to be done just to fill a quota. If he says it should be done you can be sure it needs to be done.

I would recommend Pipe Dreams Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs, small or large.

We had a water heater go bad in our rental home. After almost 12 days of delays and hassle with our home warranty company and Sears appliance repair, I called Pipe Dreams. They were very professional and informative on the phone and I was surprised when they said that a technician would be right out to look at the problem and give me a quote to fix the water heater.  An hour later I got a call from Zach with the quote. I usually don't post when a business has as many 5star reviews as Pipe Dreams does, how many do they need (haha)? By now everyone probably knows this is the company to hire for any plumbing issues, but I do want to acknowledge how grateful I am to have found them. I had bad experience a few years ago when we had a dishwasher give out, all over my kitchen The plumber we hired was terrible, just that perfect combination of condescending and ignorant about his trade. It was sooo stressful.

Well, last week it was our water heater that went, and I can't even begin to tell you how needlessly I worried about getting it replaced. I relaxed from the moment I called and talked to Candalyn, the sweet office manager, she got me the first available appointment and discussed everything that needed to get done. When Chance (the plumber) showed up, he was clean, polite and professional. Did you know you need a permit to have your water heater replaced, or that the old one can be recycled? I didn't, but I'm glad he did.  I wish more companies operated like this.

NO QUESTION ABOUT IT!!! - Pipe Dreams Plumbing will be the only plumber I call as long as I live in Las Vegas.

I called for an appointment, left a message on voicemail. With in minutes I had Chance on the phone asking what was going on, and setting up an appointment the next day to come and fix it.

They arrived, assessed the situation and went to work on fixing it.
Good as new! And no problems since!
Chance even ordered from my toilet company a replacement for the inside, incase I needed it later. And they sent it for free!

They were fantastic! And I am now a LOYAL Pipe Dreams Customer, but hopefully won't need to call too anytime soon!! Nothing personal Chance!! :-/)

I was so impressed with Pipe Dreams that I am getting off of my butt to write my first review in years.

Chance was 100% professional in scheduling us.  CJ provided charming and excellent service.

I am not handy at all and it's easy to overcharge me; but I'm quite sure that CJ did the opposite.  I had a couple of potential issues which an unscrupulous company could have fixed and charged me a pretty penny.  In each case, CJ explained that no action was necessary.

I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

So here's the deal... my husband and I bought a very cute vanity/sink combo for our powder room and it was cheap.  Cheap is good - until you get to things like plumbing.  So after a few failed attempts at connecting the crappy PVC drain - which gave us buyer's remorse - we gave up and called Pipe Dreams.  They were very efficient and had someone out to the house in a timely manner.  CJ came (on time - which is a rare treat with any type of service providers!) and connected the sink.  After running it for a while that night there was a TINY drip.  (Remember the part where I said the pipes were cheap?)  I called the next morning to let them know and Chance came out SO FAST it was really impressive.  He not only fixed the sink at no charge, he called afterward to follow up and apologize for the inconvenience.  These guys are STELLAR.  At a time when it seems almost impossible to get anything close to decent service - a company like Pipe Dreams is a breath of fresh air.  I would recommend them to anyone looking for old-fashioned, high quality service.

chance is a great guy who promptly called me back to try to do a quote over the phone and thats why im giving them a five star rating. however, just be aware they do not do any plumbing (ex, shut-off valve replacing or shower valve replacing) services on houses that are older than 1980 for reasons of asbestos and lead poisoning.  im very happy he called me back so quickly but sigh my house was built in 1965 so they could not help me :-(

My hot water heater broke in the middle of the night. I called Pipe Dreams Plumbing at 8am and their technician CJ arrived at 1030.  The cost to replace my hot water heater was $975.00. Very fair and reasonable price and excellent service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to replace a water heater. I have used Home Depot in the past to replace a broken water heater they cost almost $1,200.00. And it took them a day to arrive. You can't beat the same day service for this price anywhere in Las Vegas.

Chance, CJ, and Zach are the most professional plumbers I've ever dealt with in my life! We had a hot water leak in the slab of our home. This team was so professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. Best yet, they did everything they said they were going to do. They confirmed every visit and were always at my home when they said they'd be. They were able to do a reroute of the leaking line, instead of jack hammering into the foundation of our house. This saved us a tremendous amount of money. Thank goodness for Yelp in helping us find Pipe Dreams Plumbing. These guys are absolutely awesome. I'll never hire any other plumbing company but this one.

We had a kitchen drain that was dumping water out of the relief valve all over the outside of the house. Chance, the owner, wasn't able to fix this specific problem but was very patient in helping me understand what the real issue was and then referred me to the drain company that fixed it that day. Because of how awesome Chance was, I decided to get a corroded water spigot replaced. CJ came out and was friendly, professional, and explained what he was going to do, and then when complete, showed me what he did. He moved really fast and was done in under an hour. I had a 50 gallon water heater installed to replace an old 40 gallon.  They did a great job to include re-soldering the pipes to accommodate for a water heater pan.  Everything looks great and the price was right too.  $400 cheaper than YES Plumbing.  I will definitely use Pipe Dreams again when I need a plumber.

I am so impressed with Pipe Dreams Plumbing. After explaining my issue with leakage under the sink, Chance asked me to send photos in order to get a better idea of the potential cause. After sending the photos, Chance called me and explained the fix was easy and could be done myself. He walked me through the steps and I was able to fix the leak on my own. I called Pipe Dreams to replace my 2 outdoor faucets, a fairly straightforward job. We called PDP for main line problem.  Chance was prompt, knowledgeable and personable.  He took the time to explain what was wrong and how to fix the problem and the fee charged was reasonable.

If you've ever watched the movie Contact and remember the signal audio, well that's the sound that was coming from behind the walls in the garage whenever someone flushed the toilet. Chance quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved at a very reasonable price.

I was new to Las Vegas, needed a plumber to install all new toilets, sinks, and my faucets. I hired a referral some Australian guy who charged me $165 for a toilet (not installed) that  I saw at home depot for  $79.00 He also left it on the floor because he couldn't figure out how to install it.
ENTER  the best plumbing company ever, PIPE DREAMS.  Chance,  the owner not only got the cheap toilet that the other plumber couldn't install in, he installed a really nice Kohler toilet and my sink, disposal and faucets.   They were on time and did fast efficient work on everything I asked for. He doesn't take advantage of a woman and charge an arm and a leg either.  Very reasonable.  I will use this company for all my future plumbing needs.

I'm writing a review even though we didn't use these guys because they were so pleasant to deal with, and because they had the 2nd most competitive prices (out of 9 companies I called.)  If we hadn't gotten such an unbelievable price last minute from our neighbour's referral we absolutely would have gone with Pipe dreams.  (They were also on the recommended list by the Ferguson plumbing guys on Charleston.)

Chance answered our call quickly, and come out the next day to give an estimate on a water heater install when our heater broke down.  Instead of a quick glance and sky-high estimate, they took the time to evaluate our garage and propose the best location, bringing up a number of considerations I hadn't even thought about.  They were very knowledgeable about the tankless models we were considering, and brought up alternatives (that we actually went with in the end.)

We were trying to conserve costs by doing some of the costs ourselves, and they were willing to work with that to help us save.  Not all companies are willing to do that so I certainly appreciate it!

I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again for future needs.

Called him up with a water heater emergency, unfortunately he was booked with appointments for a week. I am writing this review because he asked where we lived and proceeded to recommend another business that could help. I appreciate him taking his time to do this and can only imagine the type of service he provides for his actual customers.  I would definitely recommend you give him a call, if he is too busy he will not hesitate to assist you any way possible, with a great referral.

My wife and I noticed a water leak in our garage late one Sunday night. I quickly looked in Yelp for a reputable plumbing company and found Pipe Dreams. Everyone wrote such great reviews of this company, mainly about it's owner Chance Vanek and his worker CJ. This gave us such confidence. Well, I emailed Chance at 3am and he promptly called me at 8am Monday. An hour and a half later he was at our house. Now that's quick service!!! He assessed the problem and suggested we correct the wall behind the heater so we wouldn't have to pay more later. He even referred us to a great restoration company that he works with. Anyway, to make a long story short, they fixed the wall and Chance sent his worker CJ to install the water heater. CJ did a great job!!! CJ was so knowledgeable and professional. He told me our main cutoff valve was rusted and may break and sure enough when he replaced it, it was frozen inside. I also had him replace our garbage disposal which was old and broken. Chance responded to my husbands call right away and answered all our questions and concerns via phone,  without looking at the work needed to be done. CJ arrived next day. He was very professional, polite and got the job done right! Fixed the squealing sound throughout the house and very pleased with this company's service. The technicians just left my house and I ran to Yelp to leave this review. From the moment they called me back after I left a message asking for help replacing my water heater to the moment the technicians left, it was a fantastic experience. Communicative, good customer service, they not only arrived on time but early. They got the job done in 2hrs with zero issues. Also the price quote for a replacement water heater was $75 less than the company I first tried to call out here that was a no call no show. Less than 24hrs after my first call to this company I now have a functioning water heater and hot water!

I called chance to have him install a kitchen faucet,  they were very friendly, arrived on time and did a great installation.  My old faucet was always a little crooked and I never knew why, he explained that the hole in my granite was crooked and he was able to fix that for me so that was great.  He was very conscious of keeping the work area clean.  Also he didn't start charging for his time until he started working which was nice as I think others add in drive time.  I would be happy to use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Chance was a pleasure to deal with on the phone.  I had to replace a kitchen faucet and CJ came over and did an awesome job.  He even offer to fix the old unit for free but we end up replace it. There was an issues with the holes on the counter top that he had seal and didn't charge me extra.  Even gave me a part for free.  Over I found this company to be very honest and the people are good.  I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Very honest guy. I was desperate and stress out on my cracked whirlpool  bath tub. Another plumbing company quoted me with more than $2000 plus the price of the whirlpool bath tub not including the  repair of the wall and floor. I called this company  to get another opinion and price and  told him my problem and  he referred me to a specialist  who can  restore my bath tub for a cheaper and less work. I am so thankful I did the call. He told me that if the specialist cannot do the repair he will be glad to replace my bath tub. Highly recommended. These guys are prompt with their appointment, certainly not there to rip people off. I got a same day quote from them to replace KITEC for my Seller and received a reasonable bid. Of course the buyers decided to get it fixed on their own so I will be referring them to the buyer. But I would definitely use them in the future.  (Sorry I previously forgot to mark my stars. I selected Pipe Dreams Plumbing on Yelp because all 15 reviews are 5 stars. And I made the right choice. As an out of state home owner, call in the plumber to diagnose, and fix items on my rental house, honesty and trust is everything. And Chance (Owner) did not disappoint me. Pipe dream plumbing is an exceptional company with extraordinary employees! I contacted Pipe Dreams company and spoke with a gentleman name Chance. (ANOTHER HONEST COMPANY) Chance informed me the company unfortunately couldn't unclog the drain because its not something they do. Chance took 14 minutes out of his morning to explain the way most plumbing companies operate. He made me feel comfortable with the plumbing lingo and what i would need in a company. In the end he recommended Elliott's and it all made sense. Will with Elliott's showed up. (Will is an amazingly professional,  soft spoken yet confident, employee that never pitched me) He came in and listened attentively to my problem, and reassured me he could fix the problem. (Not in a way that made me believe he had something to prove, but rather as if he's been doing this all his life) From the time he walked through the door until he removed the clog and cleaned up was 11 minutes. Grateful is not a strong enough word. It takes an honest company to give an honest opinion, while taking time out of their budy to help someone else without any return. I will forever remember the olive branch Chance at pipe dreams extended. When i need any major renovations or run into a problem I will definitely be giving pipe dreams a try. It's so hard to find an honest plumber or any skilled laborer. When the great flood of 2014 came (a busted water heater and black mold), I asked friends for a recommendation. I lucked out!

Chance came over that same day and seeing what a hot mess it was, got right to work, set up the contractors, and took care of business. Professional, friendly, and honest. There was no funny business. No upselling of anything. What impressed me the most was that we believed that our water heater was on warranty, Chance called the manufacturer on speaker phone to verify. He was on hold for a good 20 minutes and never lost his cool.

The morning my water heater busted Pipe Dreams just happened to be doing a job across the street from my house. The guy who was there across the street (I think his name was CJ?) came over and turned off my water and turned off the busted water heater.  I had to wait to speak with my insurance company to source out the repair, however the company they sent out was a nightmare.  So I opted to get the pay out and in turn pay for Pipe Dreams to install my water heater.  Chance was super easy to communicate with and Candalyn in the office was very friendly.  CJ came out and did the install and he was great!  He cleaned up after he was done and the overall process took about a couple of hours.  I was super happy with this company and the services were well worth it.  Thank you!

This is the 2nd time I called Pipe Dreams. The first was for a water leak by my pool after my water bill soared to over $200.00. This week was for what I thought was a leak from the master bathtub. Due to the shotty work the previous cbc owner did in this house it's become a total money pit. Anyway Pipe Dreams came out the next day to cut a 2 foot hole in my ceiling so they could find the leak. They didn't have to do that. CJ could tell right away that it was old damage and I do not have a new leak. NO CHARGE! Not even the $100.00 service fee! WHO does that? Finding a honest and professional plumming company is as great as finding a honest and professional mechanic or electrician! Pipe Dreams is the BEST! They are KEEPERS!!!

These guys are true professionals and represents true quality work.

I called the number up and left a message. Chance, the owner, called me back immediately after. I told him I have a few things that needed to be done at home that requires immediate attention. He was able to set up an appointment for a quote the very same day. He was very prompt and came down at the time he said he would. He puts on booties before entering the home which is great for clean freaks like me. He checked out all the issues at home and explained in detail what was needed to fix it. He gave me a quote for all the work and I thought they were very reasonable granting all the things that I needed done. I set up an appointment to have everything done the following day. He gave me a time frame, and him and CJ were there just as he said they would be. The job was done extremely well. He also made sure that everything was working properly by testing everything after every issue got fixed. He also cleans up after working. I had a last minute request to have additional work done. He didn't have the materials for it but he was able to fulfill my request and ran to get supplies for me. I couldn't have asked for a better plumber to work on the house. I will for sure use his services when I have another plumbing issue. Chance is a very honest business man and I would truly recommend him to anyone. Wow, what a fantastic company! From the initial estimate to the final clean-up, with a couple of curve balls handled along the way, Pipe Dreams did a terrific job all around. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

I got multiple estimates before selecting Pipe Dreams Plumbing to replace a couple faucets and a garbage disposal in my kitchen. I was impressed with their communication and timeliness for the free, same-day estimate. Zack clearly explained what they'd do and what would be included in the price, including a two-year warranty on the work they did (I supplied the new fixtures). Their price was neither the highest nor the lowest I received, but was definitely competitive. I am wary of choosing a company based only lowest price because it can mean they are willing to cut corners or can frequently surprise you with unexpected additional charges. After selecting Pipe Dreams, they were able to schedule the work for the very next day, with a two-hour arrival window.

Zack was actually about an hour early, but he called first to make sure that was ok with me. He was consistently polite and friendly, wore protective covers on his shoes without my needing to ask, and asked permission before touching or moving anything.

During the install, we ran into some problems, like the new faucet not having enough room to just be installed in place of the old one. Zack proposed good solutions to each problem we hit, all of which required him to do work and/or supply some parts. When he was done, everything was installed and working great thanks to his efforts, but he still reminded me a couple of times that I should call them if I have any problems and they'd take care of it.

At the end of the day, there were no extra surprise charges and the final bill was exactly what they previously quoted. Their customer-centric approach is sincere and refreshing.

I have used pipe dreams a couple different times now and  have had wonderful results.  I have lived in las. VEgas  all my life and have tried many different plumbers over the years and Pipe Dreams is the most professional Ihave ever seen. Both times I used them,  Chance answers the phone and gives me an estimate after I take photos of my different projects . I have had CJ Come to my house both times and he communicates clearly and gets right to work. As a business owner myself for over 25 years , I know good service when I see it. Had new appliances moved into my new home and unfortunately they couldn't hook up my ice line and told me to find a plumber. Luckily once contacting Pipe Dreams, CJ was apparently near the area and showed up within 10 minutes. Gave me a quote and we had scheduled for Monday. CJ came right on time and answered every question I had and as a first time home owner, its definitely overwhelming but I am glad that CJ gave me his professional input. He hooked up my waterline to my fridge and also installed my new kitchen faucet. My tenant called because of a leak in the laundry room.. I remember needing a plumber couple years ago and was happy with the service but couldn't remember who I called. After a quick search in my emails to see if there was a receipt, I realized it was chance at pipe dreams.

I called chance and told him the issue. After a few moments he suggested that it may be an appliance issue and not a plumbing matter.

Chance was great when I needed help yesterday. I tried numerous other plumbers and nobody answered the phone. Chance did :)
Turns out what I thought was a major issue, was not and after sending him a few pictures and talking to him on the phone- crisis averted. Chance saved me what would probably be an expensive service call to my house and a bunch of money. He was honest and seems like a really good guy. I contacted Chance back in April, which is when I used his service. I found him on Yelp. I live in California but have a rental in Las Vegas. Since I was not at the rental, all communication was done through phone, text message or email.

My tenant needed a Shower faucet trim kit, which parts run between $50 to $75. $75 would be TOPS! When Chance arrived at my property he took pictures with his cell phone & sent them me, of the work to be done.

Then he called me & gave me an estimate of $400. I agreed & he did the work. Chance does quality work, as I know because he sent me pictures when finished.

I admire Chance for his great communication skills! I just feel the pricing was a little steep for a simple plumbing job

Chance and CJ are the BEST! I've used them frequently over the years while living in Vegas and they do excellent work. In addition, they're on time and responsive.

One of the things I like best about Pipe Dreams is that they're honest. When diagnosing various issues we've had, they've given me various options and their honest opinion. I value honesty in a business.

Finally, when a problem was beyond their scope of expertise (such as our Rinnai tankless water heater), they pointed me to the proper professional to fix it. You can't ask for any better than that!

Simply awesome - he understood the problem we had and quoted us appropriately, with options.  He replaced the drywall piece so well that instead of hiring to repair, my husband could fill in the crack and paint himself.  He also took the time to replace two leaky hose bibs and used new hardware instead of just replacing the guts.  Great clean work, very reasonable price, friendly guy.  Was happy when someone posted on FB the next day that they needed a plumber - I told them immediately - call Pipe Dreams!  Cute name too :)

Let me start by first stating that I would HIGHLY recommend Pipe Dreams Plumbing. We were Referred to them thru a customer of there's . We had a slab leak(under the house), unfortunately it was our 3rd one sense owning this house. After consulting with Chance(owner) Dennis & CJ we decided on a pipe reroute, including replacing the main line from your house to the street. We had 2 other companies come out for price estimates and decided that Pipe Dreams was competively priced AND being a female I felt completely comfortable with being alone with them for several days. We ending up adding a few extra plumbing things to the list ,which prolonged the job and they handled it with complete ease. We have a Moen shower set that had a leak and the repair sucked. Had to call someone and ran into this company on Yelp with awesome reviews. When I called I was able to give a detailed description of the issue and was given a really good idea of what I was dealing with and a range of pricing depending on how severe the problem was. Zach (forgive spelling) came out and met with my parents to take a look. Fixed it up nicely and it was the lowest end of the possible quote. There was no BS or up sells and that alone makes us happy. Job was completed and my parents were very clear how good of an experience they had. Will use again if needed for sure.

Just used Pipe Dreams for the second time in the past couple of weeks and both times they were nothing short of OUTSTANDING!
Chance returned my phone call about 3 minutes after I left him a message.
    First time they called and told me the technician would be out between 2:00pm-3:00pm and the gentlemen (CJ) arrived exactly at 2:00pm. Today they quoted me arrival time between 4:00pm-5:00pm and CJ  showed up at 3:58pm.
   Job was done quickly, correctly and very fairly priced. CJ was very personable, answered all of my questions and seemed to really know what he was doing.
    I literally just threw away my refrigerator magnet that I had from another company that I used in the past and replaced it with one from Pipe Dreams!! Coulnd't be happier or more impressed with my experience.

I'm new to the Las Vegas area and was in need of a plumber for some general repairs. After a quick perusal of local plumbers here on yelp, Pipe Dreams was the first (and last) call that I made. Chance responded quickly to my voicemail and after I sent a few requested pics of my issues he had an estimate ready in a couple hours that was acceptable to me so we scheduled the work for two days later as this was non-emergency work.

Chance (and CJ) arrived on time and as scheduled, was poite and professional, and after a short discussion on exactly what I needed done immediately went to work. He was very forthcoming in describing what work he wouldn't be able to perform (for example, drywall patching if need be) related to the plumbing work. After a few hours, everything was done neatly and orderly, they even removed their own trash and I had zero cleanup to do. There was one very minor issue that cropped up and he was very apologetic and immediately corrected it to my satisfaction.

As for price, to be completely honest I've generally done the majority of my own plumbing work but this being a condo and not a private home precluded me from doing that. Also, I didn't get any estimates from any other companies so I have nothing to directly compare his prices to. That being said I think I paid a fair amount for the services rendered and would not hesitate to use them again in the future if need be. I also recommended him to my cousin for a job that he needs done.

I was in a pickle with our main line leaking and our water bill at $650-700 per month for six months.  Called the water company they told me to have someone come out and check, so I did with no leak found.  Chance and his crew came right in and solved all of our water problems, quickly, efficiently, professionally and the highest quality materials and workmanship.  Chance was able to secure the permits from the City of Henderson fast, the inspection was a breeze due to the high quality and beyond standards work completed.

Chance is the best! Came out the same day, did a great job and his price is $800-$1500 less than the other 5 plumping companies I called. I'm a very smart shopper and after dealing with 6 different contractors I learned that you just need to called at least 3-4 companies and get a quote from them then you will find out who is the best, I did my research for you! I hired Pipe Dreams to install a sink and garbage disposal. They did a nice job. They showed up on time to give me an estimate. The estimate was  very competitive  compared with all the companies I considered. They showed up on time to do the work and finished the job in the time frame they said it would take. Pipe Dreams is awesome. I had to have my leaky water line replaced. I sent them a picture on my phone and they cam over and fixed it. They informed me that my water line was out of code and
Replaced it from the side walk to the house. They had to dig a trench and after they were finished you would not even know they were here they did a fantastic job. I will have them back for any of my plumbing needs.

Bravo for this company! Who would have ever thought that some of the best customer service I have experienced, came from a plumbing company? Well surprise, this is a company that excels in doing so. Chance the owner, gives a warm greeting and establishes awesome rapport, that makes someone not knowledgeable with plumbing problems feel comfortable. Very thorough when scheduling and communicating appointment times and arrival. His employee C.J. who he sent out, continues the quality service. Very clear and concise when explaining the assessment and also the estimation of the project at hand to be performed. Very prompt yet meticulous in making sure installation and testing was done. I really couldn't recommend a better company to deal with! Really a pleasant experience!

Honest, that's right Honest.  Chance is a straight forward and honest plumber.  He is the only plumber in Vegas I would use. If you want great work and a fair rate Pipe Dreams Plumbing should be your first call.  I recommend him to all of my friends and family and they have always been impressed with his work and service!

YELP reviews pay off! I had a leak in my guest house, called Pipe Dreams, spoke with Chance, who was so kind and informative. And within 15 minutes CJ was at my door! Also informative and fixed the issue within an hour. Who does all of that? Pipe Dreams Plumbing, that's who. Now officially my go to for my plumbing needs. Stay safe out there.

I had a concern about why the plumbing job was done the way it was in my laundry room.  Pipe Dreams office manager, Candalyn, called me yesterday to see how my service call turned out.  After explaining my concerns to her, she immediately called the owner, Chance, who came by this morning to assess the situation.  Chance explained to me why the job was completed as it was without some of the parts and why I was sold other parts.  Chance is very customer oriented.  He reimbursed me for the entire service call because of the misunderstanding and the inconvenience.  I am now a happy customer.  I would not hesitate to call them in the future.  In fact, Chance gave me his personal cell phone number for future business.  You can't ask for more than that!

Called and left a message on a Saturday to get a once over on a new home to make sure everything was good to go. Got a call back within 15 minutes. Owner was very professional, informed us they unfortunately do not service our area but provided 2 referrals for companies that do. One was able to schedule for Monday. No doubt Pipe Dreams is likely a great company to use based on my limited experience. Quality customer service

Super professional. This company was able to squeeze me in even though they were booked a couple days out. I needed my shut off valve replaced because The company before broke it and then said they didn't have time to fix it. I needed running water asap having little kids in the house. I can't thank pipe dreams enough for caring about my situation! Highly recommend!

CJ has been to my home to fix two of my toilets. I should have reviewed him both times, but I don't hardly leave any reviews... Anyway super nice guy. Very clean work. Professional. We hadn't had really hot water in a few days so I called this company. Seemed like they had the best reviews. The plumber (CJ) called right back and was prompt on his arrival. He looked at the hot water heater and said it was still working but was 14 years old. He recommended a new one and I agreed. I hate not having hot water and didn't want to call again shortly if he had done a repair. The heater and service call was $1075. That seemed about what I had read online. Later I got the home magazine with the same thing cheaper. At first I was annoyed. Then I thought, I  trusted these people and he wasn't trying to upcharge or find extra unneeded things wrong. And he looked at a couple other problems to see if he could help. So, I felt good about it and would call them again for any plumbing needs. Thanks!

I've had pipe dreams out twice now for big and little jobs, and I can't say enough good things about them. They do appear to be as honest as all the other reviews say they are. Great experiences, reasonable prices; they clearly know what they're doing and you'll likely be a smarter homeowner when they leave. Extremely happy, highly highly recommended.

I had a whole bunch of plumbing issues (broken kitchen sink faucet, broken shower diverter, shower with no cold water, shower with low flow, broken pop up, leaking sink faucet) due to buying a new house. Chase took a look at everything, explained what was going wrong with the showers, and wrote up a free estimate. The work took 2-3 hours in total (over 2 days) and afterwards my showers ran both hot and cold, diverted appropriately, sinks did not leak, and I did not have to go through the horror of installing a new kitchen faucet! I had a idea of how much all of this work should cost, and ended up paying $200 less than I thought I would. I highly recommend Pipe Dreams Plumbing.

We just had new kitchen counters put in and were looking for someone to hook up our new undermount sink, install our new faucet & air gap, and a new disposal. I emailed a request to Chance and eventually got to speak with him over the phone. I explained what I was looking for and inquired about recessing a gas line. He was honest and upfront stating it wasn't something they do and if it was something we definitely wanted that going with a contractor would probably be cheaper. I loved how he had our best interest in mind and didn't mind surrendering the business as long as we got what we wanted. I made up my mind and knew we would be hiring Pipe Dreams.

I told him I wanted to proceed with him and he said he would be sending someone for an estimate. He looked at the schedule and said someone would be able to come by in about an hour! Super lucky! I received text communication that CJ would be coming by. CJ was polite and patient, and thoroughly explained what would need to be done/replaced for our job, efficiently answered any questions, and provided us with a quote. The quote was reasonable and came in at about the same as other quotes we received. I called Chance to schedule and we were scheduled for the following Tuesday (estimate was the previous Thursday).

The day of our appointment I received text updates on CJs arrival, and he also called to let me know he would be there in about 35 minutes. He arrived right on time and explained what he would be doing, that the water would be off during the job, and got to work. He wore shoe booties (YAY! something I SUPER appreciate as we don't wear shoes in our house) and completed the job in a little under 2 hours. When he finished he explained what he did, how to use the new faucet, tested everything for us, including the dishwasher. I expected there to be a huge mess, but there wasn't. I'm definitely pleased with Pipe Dreams, Chance, & CJ and definitely will be using them in the future for all of our plumbing needs!

After reading review after review I was convinced that we were in good hands. I noticed my water bill was skyrocketing and I knew something was wrong ad after making a couple phone calls it boiled down to give Pipe Dreams Plumbing a chance to fix our issue. We are so thankful we choose them. Our problem was solved and no more outrageously high water bills, and no more thumping when we use to much water in our home. Great service and professional and we were impressed!

My water bill jumped from $30 a month to $100 a month so I knew I had a leak somewhere. Through the awesome Google, I found Pipe Dreams Plumbing Company. I spoke to Chance, the owner, who explained the whole process and what needed to be done. There were no hidden fees and he found the leak! The leak was fixed and I'm happy with the job they did. I contacted Chance because of the excellent Yelp reviews. After looking at photos of my leaking shower faucet he immediately told me what part he needed, how long the job would take and what the cost would be. All of this without even having to come to my house for an estimate.

He gave me a two hour time frame for the appt and, unlike cable companies, actually showed up on time! He estimated three hours and had the job done in less than two.

If I wasn't leaving Vegas I would use this company for all future plumbing issues.

I called them for our office kitchen and bathroom leaking (6256 Spring Mount), they answered the phone very quick. The service was amazing, the gentleman fixed problems we requested and he did more for other small problems he found, and he still only charged the price he told us. It's really an honest and professional plumbing company.

Our Go-To for anything plumbing. Pipe Dreams has replaced a water heater, repaired a tub drain, and stopped a sink leak for us over the past year. Each time they aggressively schedule the estimate, obtain what parts they need in a timely manner, and work with our tenant to schedule the work. The work is professional and hasn't needed a second thought.

I only hope Pipe Dreams can keep their world-class level of service as they grow... because I can't imagine using a different plumber as they currently operate. Highest recommendation.

EXCEPTIONAL!  

Let me start by saying when we find a good service person, we stick with them.  We had a plumber that we'd used for many years and were disappointed when we called on Sunday only to find out they were no longer offering residential services.

I turned to Yelp to research a new plumber, and as you can see from earlier reviews, we found the right one!  

We had two leaking faucets in bathtubs, one of which had been leaking for quite some time, another we attempted to repair on our own.  It was time to admit defeat and call a professional.  Chance returned my call quickly on Sunday morning, and had availability the next morning.  He called to alert me when he was on his way, and was professional, personable and even forgiving of our overly friendly pets.

He assessed the problem, and made his recommendation and provided me a very fair estimate.  He was apologetic that he only had one cartridge on his truck at the time.  He went and got the second cartridge, returned and within 40 minutes had both faucets done.  

His work was done very well, he was neat and tidy and ensured that things were working as they should be before leaving.  

Pipe Dreams is absolutely THE plumbing service to call!

I had a hot water leak under my kitchen/hall marble floor, and was afraid that I would have to break the marble to fix the issue. I called one company recommended by the leak detection plumber. Three guys showed up, extremely unprofessional appearance/speech, suggested a way to handle the issue at a price tag of $10,000!!!! I am no expert, but $10K DID NOT sound even remotely fair/right for the work they were suggesting. My neighbor across the street recommended Pipe Dreams (gotta love the pun!!) I called and left a message, and my call was returned within minutes. Chance came by later that day. Chance was extremely professional, polite and wore booties over his shoes (EXTRA POINTS), and explained the options available to us, and the estimate was 1/4 the price I was initially quoted by the other company. We were so impressed with Chance, we added another plumbing project we had no intention of taking care of at the time. After the work was completed, Chance noticed that the brand new water softener that had been installed by another company 6 months before was actually NOT CONNECTED! They had installed it, plugged it in, so it looked like it was working, but the water was being bypassed!! Chance connected that for us at no additional charge. Chance and CJ worked diligently, were good-natured and extremely polite, super clean, made minimal cuts in my walls to get to the pipes, and it was quite apparent that they took great pride in their work. I am very pleased with the whole experience, and can wholeheartedly recommend Pipe Dreams, and will never hesitate to call upon them for any future plumbing jobs, large or small.

This plumber is a rare find!  They show up on time and ready to get the job done. Outstanding workmanship, clean up after themselves, and all that at very competitive pricing. There really isn't anything more you could ask for in a plumber.

In one word - EXCELLENT! The owner, Chance, is a very kind man. Immediately wanted (and succeeded) to help me. He sent Zack. Very nice guy, and a very professional plumber. While I did not use Pipe Dreams Plumbing, I did want to write a review. I had an issue that an appliance installer broke my water line and needed a repair. I contacted Chance, and he responded immediately. He was able to quote over the phone with photos and was able to get the work done in a timely manner. I feel he gave a very fair price considering the extent of work needing to be done. I didn't end up using him because my landlord did the work himself, but I do recommend contacting Shane if you have any plumbing needs.

Honest, reliable and does a GREAT job! We were replacing a kitchen sink and faucet and Pipe Dreams was our third bid. Chance was very personable and was interested in our business. Price was better than the other two bids. Chance arrived on time to start the job. After he put the new cast iron sink in, he gave it a once over and noticed a crack. Thank goodness his eyes caught that. He then offered to go down the street to Lowe's with my husband to exchange it. Now talk about going above and beyond!! Service like this you don't get anymore. The installation was completed and the sink and faucet look great. We couldn't be happier. It is so refreshing to find someone who treats their customers with care and not just another job! HIGHLY recommend.

Ok we have used this company multiple times and I have never seen a company so Honest in my life.

Last issue we had was a disposal issue and flat out I was told you can fix this yourself i will tell you how and save you the service call. I was floored and yes i was able to do it myself.

Any company or person this honest will always get my business. It's almost un heard of in today's world. On them projects they have come out for the service tech was on time called ahead of time and did the work quickly and professionally.

Awesome customer service I won't use anyone else.

I called Pipe dreams plumbing due to a high water bill. I spoke to Chance, whom was amazingly professional and personable, and he scheduled a free consultation.

Cj did the consult and found that my mine line was the cause of the high water bill. Cj looks young but he is a true professional and quite knowledgeable.  I got the quote that day. I decided not to shop around, because I had a good feeling about Pipe dreams plumbing...based on my communications with Chance and Cj and their online reviews.

They did an amazing job fixing my main water line...keeping me informed of the progress and next steps...best of all..my yard looked like it never had been touched by a plumber. I will be hiring pipe dreams plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Thanks Chance and CJ

I was in a flood  panic , but when I called chance at pipe dream plumbing he put me at ease. Him and his helper cj where AMAZING. My pipes where leaking and all beat up. They definitely put my pipes to dream. They stopped the flood and saved the day. Thanks guys. You Rock!!

Reached out to Pipe Dreams Plumbing because we needed some work done on our Anti Siphon Valve and the Shower/Tub Trim needed to be replaced in one of our bathrooms. I was able to communicate with the owner (Chance) about the work, he gave quotes & answered all of my many questions. CJ came out towards the beginning of the time slot that was given and he did the work beautifully.

We had our countertops upgraded but the company didn't do plumbing. Jumped on Yelp and looked at several options.  Pipe Dreams by far had more positive reviews so I reached out.  Not only did CJ install our beautiful new faucet and other parts, he explained every detail along the way! It took him less than two hours to hook everything up, test, and leave us looking great!  Definitely a high quality service business who we'll use again when and if plumbing issues arise!  Thank you Chance, wishing you more business and continued success!

I called to make an appointment to have my pressure reducing valve replaced because it was leaking and I have low water pressure. Chance explained that they are backed up about a week. And wouldn't be able to get to me until after the holidays. Due to my explanation of the problem he asked me if I felt comfortable replacing it myself, and I do, the problem is that everything in the stores was much smaller than my current unit and I wasn't comfortable sweating pipes. He was nice enough to help me find the replacement part and explain how to replace it. This kind of service when I hadn't paid him a dime is above and beyond, and I will definitely use them when I run into plumbing problems I can't handle.

We found Pipe Dreams on Yelp. We have a new home, with the usual glitches that needed dealt with. Chance got back to us quickly to schedule an appointment, called once he was on his way, and spoke to us very clearly about what was going on with each of the plumbing problems. Impeccable communication.
Chance cleared the stopped-up kitchen drain that the seller's plumbers hadn't bothered to do fully; and told us why each of our showers was producing almost no hot water (it turned out to be two different causes), and cleared those issues up.
Finally, his office did a follow-up call a couple days after the visit, to make sure everything was working okay. Pipe Dreams is efficient and reasonably-priced, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for any plumbing needs!

Just had Chance over to install a kitchen faucet. Was gonna try and do it myself, but the previous home owners had some stuff rigged weirdly and I didn't want to worsen things. After a couple of hours of work, Chance made sure everything was updated and looks amazing.  Even did it all with my son talking his ear off. This is the second time Chance has saved me time and money. Trust me, you don't want to use anyone else. Give Chance and his company a call. My family plans on continuing to use their service for sure!
