Established in 2016.
Steven Davisson is the Managing Member of newly formed Plumbing Kings LLC. Since relocating to Las Vegas in 2011, Steven had been plumbing throughout Southern California since 1999!

Hi, my name is Steven Davisson, the Managing Member of Plumbing Kings LLC.  I've been a plumbing service technician and field supervisor since 1999.  Licensed since 2005 never having a single complaint or violation.  If you want a plumber who has a little OCD then we're your company! We square away every repair, clean all messes, leave plumbing presentable, and remove shoes when entering houses. My team follows my lead and will be there in your time of need!
  When I do have free time away from work, tournament poker and golf is a great getaway for me!

This is the 3rd time I use Plumbing Kings and I em beyond happy with the service. Tyler has done a great job fixing the issues I've had. Yesterday he replaced two of the toilets in my house and they look and work great. I will continue to use their services!!

A valve behind our fridge broke. We needed the work done ASAP and they were here the same day. Corey fixed and replace the valve and we are happy with the work. If I ever need a plumber lll be calling them again!

Called with a minor emergency and Steven was able to get someone here within 30 minutes. His agent Brett arrived and was very professional and helpful.  He was able to fix the issue and also give other tips for maintenance around the house. Brett even took the time to come back after there was a question about the proper connection of our new washer. Steven also answered another unrelated call to give advice on another matter.

 I  can't attest to pricing because I don't have any basis for comparing, as I didn't call around.  But it's reassuring to know there is a good plumbing service nearby with someone that seems genuine about their service to the community. That always goes a long way.

Customer service is where it's at. We had a letter from the water company telling us we had some kind of an ongoing leak and Brian was able to find it in under five minutes. Same day service and reasonable charges. While I hope we won't need a plumber again for a while, if we do, I know who to call.

I have now used plumbing kings twice and both times they were on time, very knowledgeable, kept you informed on what they were doing, and their prices were very reasonable. I am a Navy veteran and was given a military discount. The first time they came out last july when my main line was backed up. I first called another plumbing company who could not fix the problem. I spoke to my best friend in southern calif who owns Timberwolff Construction and mentioned Plumbing kings to me, so I googled them and called them out. They not only cleaned out my line, but also ran the camera and found out the problem. They then came out again 2 days later and water blasted my main line with 4000 psi which cleaned out the line and made it look like new. I would highly recommend these guys to come out to your home or business.

It's Thanksgiving week and toilet issues at work are never a good thing, but I kid you not, the service tech at Plumbing King saved us!  Sure, I could have used the old-fashioned plunger myself, but in a busy office with deadlines, I trusted Plumbing King. They were prompt, efficient, professional.  Usually during a holiday week, you can't find a plumber on such a short notice, but they came out right on time, fixed the issue, and we were very happy.  Thank You Plumbing King for your fast and efficient turnaround.

These guys immediately diagnosed the potential issue and with my authorization got right to work. Got to chat a little with Aron, and noticed he had a great attitude towards doing this work. Zero negativity at doing the labor that was required. Steven is super knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with his many years of experience. I needed some advice on a connection for my water softener.  Steven D. was very kind to provide it over text messages with images for the parts needed (he took screenshots from HD website).  Can't thank him enough, as very few people out there these days will do anything for free.  Would definitely use him for any needs in the future!

I needed a Plumber asap and I was leaving Las Vegas later that day so at 8:00am I started calling around. I called three other companies first. They all said they couldn't come out that same day.
When I called Plumbing Kings Steven answered the phone and let me know that he personally would be there at 11:00am They had a full schedule but he made it happen.
When he arrived he was very professional and finished installing a new garbage disposal within an hour and I was able to leave Las Vegas on time.
I highly recommend calling and asking for Steven.

Today's service call needed someone to replace for us 2 toilet fill valves, replace 2 toilet angle stops and flush our hot water heater.  Technician Jordan A. arrived on time and with a friendly and positive attitude.  During his service call, it was evident that he was skilled and very knowledgeable and easy to understand.  He explained every step that was needed, the why's and was willing to share all sorts of professional knowledge with me.  I found him very personable and patient with me, as he explained and taught me many tips on how to keep my home running smoothly.  

With regards to the business aspect of our service today, getting the appointment as needed was very easy.  The lady on the phone with us did a great job on the intake and we had no questions.  The final bill we received today took us a little by surprise, as we didn't think it would cost us that much.  

Of course calling a plumber is not going to be a cheap affair. While the bill was $$$, I do feel that we got value for the work completed, and feel that our technician ensured that we will be a repeat customer.

We will definitely be calling upon Plumbing Kings again for any of our plumbing needs.  And hope Jordan gets assigned to our call!

Our leak started on a Sunday evening from the ceiling in the kitchen.
Our normal plumber was out of service because of bereavement.
I found Plumbing Kings online at Yelp with 5 stars so I called for service.
Steven showed up and immediately gave me his opinion and the cost to
do the work. It was the water line for the refrigerator that burst causing
the damage. He repaired it in no time and hooked me up with Bingham Restoration to start mitigation and repair of the ceiling damage.
He was flexible and worked with me in a solution to get my problem solved.
That's priceless!

Gonna make this short and sweet.

Tyler was awesome.

We thought the leak was coming from our water heater as it was behind the wall by our coat closet and that's where water was leaking. He found it was in the crawlspace. He was quick, efficient, and clean and this was probably over a year ago and the work has stuck.

The price was fair for perfect work. Well done!

It can be a challenge finding a reliable plumber here in Vegas. These guys are it. Steve and his assistant arrived on time, did a great job with tub and toilet repair and cost was on point. These are my go-to guys when we inevitably need plumbers again.

I cannot say enough about Plumbing Kings. Our water heater went out on a Saturday morning and Steve from Plumbing Kings was here by the end of the day. He stayed after hours to fix our water heater so we didn't go without hot water. His professionalism, time, cost and work were all absolutely 5 star. We will never use another plumber again.
We also used them when we bought our new home during our inspection and they took amazing care of us.

Okay in all honesty using the words value and plumbing in the same sentence just isn't going to happen. Having said that.  I can't tell you how FANTASTIC these guys are. Jordan and Tyler are the HARDEST working guys in town. The whole complex was talking about how amazing these two were. This company did absolutely everything they said they would and more. Finding customer service like this is a rare thing. I just can't sing their praises enough!

Same day service for our sink. We don't know what's wrong but we had the answer the same day and repaired that same day. THank you Plumbing Kings for the service. They also came back within 10 days when the sink is having trouble again with no charge. I think they offer 30 day warranty of their repair but just check with them. Just make sure u guys have a budget coz sink repair is always pricey... great service.

Once again, Plumbing Kings to the rescue! I woke early to prepare for a 5:30AM bike ride. When I walked into the kitchen I stepped into an inch of water! I couldn't feel worse and the day had just started. A fitting had broken on a water softener and the shut off valve wouldn't shut off anything. I put a bucket under the leak, mopped the floor and waited for Plumbing Kings to open. When I called they gave me an expected time and beat the time by two hours. Chris called back to make sure things were under control at the house and see if there were more problems building. They even suggested turning off the water at the main. They cared about us. Chris worked quickly and efficiently to resolve our issues. They remain our plumbers in Vegas. A wonderful, well run company.

Can we start by stating how much Steve is a lifesaver!! It all started around 6PM when I noticed our downstairs toilet wasn't flushing normal. I went to grab our plunger and tried to see if that was the case. I had actually called Steve to ask how much it was to unclog toilets if I couldn't get it myself. I thanked him for my questions and went back at trying to unclog the toilet myself. Well, obviously that didn't work, and all the sudden I noticed water coming from the bottom of the toilet. I started to panic since my bf was at work and no one who'd know what to do would answer.  I called Steve again, this time pretty much freaking out, asking him what I should do. He was working on another job, but was amazing enough to talk with me on what it could be. We found out that the outside reservoir was backed up and he had told me that he would be able to come out to our house to help me unclog it for an absolute reasonable price for being so late at night!! Once he got here, he was able to unclog it in no time! I can't say enough great things about Steve and his business!! He was very knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, and offered impeccable service! If you're in need of a great plumber, Call Steve! Thank you so much!!

I had a mainline break early evening on a Thursday. After three phone calls to plumbers I had used before for other jobs who were booked up I called these guys because they had given me a bid for a project. I passed on using them because they were far more expensive but because they were already vetted I gave them a call.

So happy I did and so thankful I had that previous experience with them! They got me on the schedule tentatively but within a few hours I had a solid time. Three hours later I had someone doing some crazy manual digging in my front yard to find the break and fixing everything up.

Yep it wasn't cheap but it was done and I had water back on and my yard looked mostly the same when he was done. Good nuff.

Super thankful for a professional job. I was talked through every step, shown what was going on, and told what went wrong to the best of his understanding.

Our garbage disposal, and PVC pipes under the kitchen sink, had a few slow leaks. Over time the leaks and disposal started getting worse. Time to call a plumber. We were dreading the process of finding someone to come out. But with Yelp we came across 3 highly rated companies. The only one to call us back was Plumbing King. Frank came out the next day & replaced the disposal & leaking pipes. He was professional, polite, and we couldn't be happier. Will use them again.

On my lunch break, a neighbor let me know I might have a major leak. I contacted Plumbing Kings and they had somebody out within an hour since this could be an emergency. Tyler came out, looked at the house and the meter spinning and diagnosed a main line problem. They were back at my house the next morning and had the entire line replaced by the next evening. That was a long day's work! I was kept informed on progress with no surprises. Tyler came back out and refilled the trench in the front yard. I am very pleased with the work.

I called for appointment to unclog toilet in my condo told their agent it was a condo and gave address with condo unit number and she quoted me a fair price.  Two hours later I get a text saying there's an extra 75 dollar fee for condos that's not acceptable and I canceled appointment. Waste of my time and now I gotta call another plumber.

Tyler was great. He was on time and fixed everything we needed. We had been without a dishwasher for weeks and he was able to fix the plumbing problem and install the new dishwasher in less than one hour. We will use him for all our plumbing issues.

The appointment was not on Thursday, it was on Wednesday. I spoke with someone on Wednesday at 11am when the technician had not shown up, and I was told they were running behind and would be there between 11am and 2pm. If it was the wrong day, why would I be told someone would be there in the next 3 hours. Yes you did call after hours and said we were moved to the second slot and you'd get to us today...meaning Wednesday.

Newer company, never heard of them but were recommended by Legacy Air. I called Wednesday they cam out Thursday morning. My water heater was slowly leaking but was still under warranty. Steve took care of the warranty and explained the pricing, I basically saved $400.00 by making a phone call to the water heater manufacturer... The pricing was fair, meaning I could have shopped around and saved a few hundred bucks, but who was coming out the fastest? I called two other places and they were less money but it would have left me and my family without hot water for multiple days. Home warranty company would have been about a week, then a felon comes and does shoddy work, done with them.
Plumbing Kings were punctual, professional, and fast. No complaints.

Had a problem with the water heater at my parent's condo, the pilot would not light and could not figure out the problem. We called Steven to check out the water heater and he was here within 4-5 hours of calling him. Figured out the problem and he had to get a new small unit for our water heater and thermocouple (I think that's what it was). Told us he might be able come back same time the next day (8ish PM) and he ended up getting here earlier (230pm) ! LESS than 24 hours and now our water heater is back up and running! Steven is an awesome guy, glad we found him. Definitely would recommend to friends/family or anyone looking!

Steven showed up promptly and wearing a mask. He fixed other problems that were missed by others. I feel, as a mature female, we can be easily 'ripped off', but I felt I was heard and all my problems were solved. I would definitely use Plumbing Kings again for any plumbing concerns and would recommend them highly.

I call your business to inquire plumbing work and explained to you what I needed over the phone. You guy insist to come over to do the estimate. You never mentioned that I would need any permit over the phone. I never ask you to build any structure at my property. You don't admit that you estimators was rude and loud. No customers service at all. After a bad experience with you guy. Your estimator charge me a fee to come over. This is uncalled for. I should had read all the warnings on Yelp before I call your guy. So beware of unnecessary fee with this company.

We had a great experience with Plumbing Kings! We experienced a sudden leak of our kitchen sink, and made the call based on a recommendation. On Thursday we made the appointment, and Chad arrived the first thing on Friday morning. He made an expert assessment of the issue, and was able to go out to his truck for the necessary parts. The work was completed in a timely manner, and Chad made a point to keep us informed about the nature of his work. He also made sure that the work area was kept clean and he used foot coverings each time he entered my home. He was extremely knowledgeable about the plumbing issue, and we will use Plumbing Kings for any future work in our home.

We had used Plumbing Kings a few years ago and was impressed with their pricing so when we started a bathroom remodel and found a leaking hot water shut off valve I called them immediately.  After scheduling an appointment for the next day, they actually called back and said they could be there in less than an hour.  Steven showed up wearing mask, which is important these days, gave us a quote (which was reasonable) and had it completed in less than an hour.  Great company that I will use again if we have any plumbing issues.

I was a nervous wreck when I came home to a busted water heater flooding my garage.  I contacted Plumbing Kings based on the positive reviews on yelp and after another plumber wasn't able to see me for a few days. Tyler arrived less than an hour after I called and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was very impressed with their services and very grateful for how quickly Tyler was able to install a new water heater. I will be recommending this company and using their services again if needed.

It's been 5 months since Plumbing Kings replaced my hot water heater and water filtration system.  I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review.  To Steven......I'm so sorry.  

You and your team are awesome!  If anyone wants an honest, knowledgable, efficient, and polite team in their house; you must hire Plumbing Kings!  

I moved into my house, which had been sitting vacant, for about a year.  When we got here, we could hardly get any water out of the faucets.   Forget taking a warm/hot shower!  Steven and his team came to the rescue.  (Once I found the right plumber)  After a few days, we were up and running!

I have hired Plumbing Kings for my rental properties, too.  Great company!

If I could give a hundred stars I would!  I had a leak in my front yard and called a landscaper to come look at it because I suspected it might be my irrigation system.   He must of been having a bad day or didn't want to bother doing a diagnostic to figure out what the problem was because he told me it was my main waterline that was causing it and that it was going to cost thousands of dollars.  At this point, I'm getting anxious and nervous because I don't have thousands of dollar to throw around.  I call a plumber to come check it out and he tells me that it's my main water line and it will cost 8500 dollars to remove and replace it.  Now , he diagnosed this by sight only and didn't do any research to see if the leak was coming from something else, just said it was the main waterline.   Well, I had an appt with Plumbing Kings and I wanted to get another opinion and I'm so happy I did.   Brian, was my technician and all I have to say is he was awesome.  He came earlier than was scheduled, which was nice and he was very personable, professional and thorough.  He starts checking my meter and starts checking what could be causing the leak.  He didn't assume the mainline was broken, he actually did his job and researched what the actual problem could be.  Turns out, it was a faulty irrigation valve that was letting water bypass shutting off and was leaking into my yard.  So instead of having to pay 8500 to rip out my water main and replace it, I just need to have the irrigation valve replaced and a couple of other things and it should be only a couple hundred dollars.   They definitely got a lifetime customer because I'll be going to them for all my plumbing needs.  I'm all about honesty and integrity and they definitely proved that's the type of business that they are... So if you are looking for an honest plumber, go with these guys..

Got a serious backup problem,  call Mr. Rooter  they  couldn't clear it but took $99/-  Went to Yelp and call Plumbing King. They clear it in 1 hr time and they are very professional, on time and the price is very reasonable. Will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing problem.

Very expensive! $428 for hooking up two faucets with drains and two valves, (with the exception of the valves we provided the parts). Excellent work and quick response (other companies we contacted would not respond for a couple of days or would not handle something small like installation of faucets) but if we weren't pressed for time we would have gone with a more reasonable price.

The company's technicians were knowledgeable, prompt, polite, and responsive. They checked the status of the sinks and faucets and made recommendations. They tested all work and demonstrated the faucets, and drains were in working order. They left the work area clean and ready for use.

Had a break in my sewer line leading to the street. Plumbing Kings came out, detected the issue, and sent me a proposal on the same day to fix the line. Tyler was professional and informative. He gave me status updates throughout the project which spanned over several days, including the permitting process. I highly recommend this company.

Honest, knowledgeable and courteous!  I Cannot day enough about how impressed I was with Steven and Tyler!  I had some faucets and toilets with no water and all the rest with very little water coming out! I had no idea who to call, so I looked through yelp and found Plumbing Kings.  Tyler came out and had an idea of what the problem was right off the bat. He explained what had happened and what needed to be done to fix the problem. Soon Steven came out, and the two of them teamed up to get the job done. It was a big job, but when done everything was working perfectly and they even cleaned up after themselves (which many companies do not)!  Before I paid Steven even double checked everything! Quality work was done at a fair price!  Would highly recommend them!

I appreciate your response. However,
1. Your technician never even turned on a faucet or looked inside to determine the problem. Not sure how you identify the problem just by looking at something.
2. The water softener is less than a year old and based on it's recommendations, the correct size for the house.

So I am in the middle of a house renovation, and I am doing most of the work myself. One day while pretending I was a plumber, I torqued the toilet too tightly to the floor and cracked the flange. That's the sewer pipe that goes into the floor and carries stuff magically away. In my case, the pipe went into Solid. Concrete. Slab... Oops. I thought briefly about youtubing this and trying to fix it myself. But then I thought, I just failed spectacularly at installing a toilet, so why would that be any different? Better raise the white flag on this. I called several plumbing places for bids. All of them - with the exception of Plumbing Kings - wanted to instantly take a jackhammer to my newly refloored, repainted, retiled bathroom. Plumbing Kings was the only one willing (or maybe the only one with the skill and know-how) to try to save my pipe without tearing up the guts of my bathroom. So it was a natural no-brainer to go with them. I believe they even had to go to a specialty plumbing shop to get the specific part they needed. Plumbing Kings (Steven and his helper Tyler) called ahead, came on time, were polite, clean, professional, friendly and everything that the other reviews rave about. The best thing is he saved my flange pipe without having to jackhammer the floor. I also had him install the toilet for me, since apparently I am incapable of doing that deceptively simple task. In my defense though, Steven did say the floor was really uneven. LOL.  He also took pity on me and as an added bonus, reversed a shower arm I had installed backwards (doh) and installed the shower head while we waited for some pipe glue to firmly set. Sensing I liked to be very involved and hands on with things, he also gave me advice on my future plan to install a meter at my well. It's something I intend to do to monitor my water use, but I might be lazy and just call them back to do that job as well.

First, I want to say I am giving 2 stars, because the plumber who came out was very nice! Or else it would be 1 star. I had a clogged toilet, I had been snaking it myself for about an hour and didn't seem to fix it so I called them and they came out that day. The plumber was super nice, turned the water back on and the toilet was fixed! I had y the clog myself, my silly self just forgot to turn the water on!  he called his office to see if he had to charge still and they said yes. As he was writing up his invoice I expressed my concerns with being charged for a 30 second visit. Maybe a $10 discount or something? He called his office again and they were not budging. I just find that to be lack of care for the customer for sure to charge full price to not have to do anything! Again, the plumber himself was very kind about all of this.

We were very pleased with the work Plumbing King's did to replace our entire main water line from the street to the house. They were extremely professional, timely and efficient and left our yard like it had never been touched.  JORDAN, was one of the hardest workers we have ever had in our home. I  made a call around Noon to get a quote to replace my garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. My call was answered immediately which was amazing. I was given a quote of $130 per job plus parts because each of those jobs take about an hour and that is their labor rate per hour. I thought that sounded about what I expected so I asked when they could come out. I was shocked when he said how about 5pm. Tyler showed up right on time and was very nice! He did a great job and within the two hour time frame I was quoted. He even looked at a leaky exterior pipe and quoted me a price to replace it that I think is really reasonable. I would definitely recommend Plumbing Kings and I will be using them in the future whenever I need plumbing work done.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I called Plumbing Kings for service needed in my laundry room. The customer service was superb from the very beginning. The women who took my call was friendly, informative and professional. (I wish I could recall her name)

We are so thankful we came across Plumbing Kings. We have been having issues with our guest bath toilet for 3 YEARS and had at least 3 different plumbing companies look at it. Plumbing Kings saved the day for my client! I had called several plumbing companies & nobody was able to come to assess the problem for a week or more. They were scheduled for 2 PM to 5 PM today. They called and asked if it was acceptable for them to come early and we said OK and they were here in 30 minutes.

The plumber was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem immediately and offer a couple of solutions. They were clean and neat and left the area better than it was before they arrived.

As you can see by looks of our old water softener, it's been a minute or two since we've needed a new one! One of our challenges was that our community is so old, it didn't allow for a drain inside the patio closet. Instead, for years we had a rubber tube that came out from a hole in the door and drained onto the patio. We called Plumbing King LLC. Steve the owner came out and presented all of our options. They went over and beyond what was expected. They re-piped so we now have a drain! Yes, an actual drain! The unit fits perfectly inside the patio closet. It even has a separate spigot for washing your windows with soft water! If you're looking for an excellent plumber with extremely competitive pricing. Call Plumbing Kings. From the first call, speaking with Michael and then making an appointment with Bre (sp?), it was excellent customer service all the way.  My garbage disposal was not working, even though I'd only been baby-feeding it small scraps of food -- NEVER anything with fibers or too hard, and tried various DYI techniques, incld. paying a handyman $40.00 to bring an Allen wrench, I was sad and at a lost. I decided to give this company a call. Great Yelp reviews help, but it was the professionalism and care by the staff who answered the phone that sold me on using this company. The owner Steve D. came out and I was immediately put at ease because without prompting, he knew the routine for PROPERLY putting on shoe booties (you'd be amazed how many techs/helpers I've had that are clueless). Great start!  He came thoroughly prepared (a mobile hardware store truck, organized paperwork, willing and able to explain the options, etc.). and very honest. I thought I would need a new motor or a new unit but after diagnosing the problem he didn't try to up-sell me. He installed two new pipe sections, and even gave tips on how disposals are supposed to be used and the best methods for minimizing clogs. Steve even took the time, in fact insisted, to make sure a recent water heater that was installed was up to code, and gave me input on a wonky toilet (I will for sure be calling Plumbing King if I decided to purchase a new one). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Super polite folks, mad knowledge and skillz...and cares about the customer. Love it.

I was packing for my trip when I noticed my water heater had leaked all over my garage floor. I called a few places including the place I had put in this water heater 2 years ago and most couldn't come out last min. My tankless water heater was making me take shower intermissions. My fault as I never knew I was supposed to be flushing the unit annually. I made the appointment for the Tuesday following and got an email confirmation - a nice touch that I appreciate. Steven called Monday afternoon and said he could do the flush that day or we could keep the existing appointment. Upon arrival Steven told me the process and cost and advised that because the unit had never been flushed doing so now may or may not work. I kind of knew that going in but opted to gamble on the $300 flush before biting the bullet and jumping to the vastly more expensive replacement. He very kindly showed me the process so if I want to do it myself next time I can (and will).
The flush seems to have worked but I'll remain cautious for several more showers. I appreciate the timely response to uncomfortable but not emergent situation and am really grateful for the lesson on how to flush the system myself. Let's face it, none of us ever want to have to need a plumber yet most of will have to sooner or later. I'm glad to have Plumbing Kings in my contact list and will not hesitate to call them first when the need arises. Final note: flush your hot water heater!

I called looking for a local plumber to support, and this team was so very accommodating with my needs and schedule. From the first phone call to departure from my home, they were very professional and courteous. If masks or booties in the home are important to you, count on these guys. Quality, efficient work by Juan and Aaron were factors in this 5 star review as well. Plumbing Kings is a very friendly and honest business. I had tried to fix a clogged sink myself but worried I actually made it worse. I called Plumbing Kings based on their Yelp reviews and I can say all the positive reviews are accurate. The woman on the phone was helpful (I forgot her name) and was able to schedule me for a weekend appointment. Steve, the owner, arrived to take a look at my sink and found the issue was just the metal that operated the drain stopper had rusted off. He replaced the drain and cleared the clog in less than an hour or so. It's flowing perfectly again. Steve was easy to talk to and was transparent about his work. No hidden fees or anything. I recommend Plumbing Kings and I plan to use them in the future in case anything else comes up.

The drains under my kitchen sink exploded. While I was bummed they couldn't make it for another day and a half, the receptionist picked up my phone call immediately and was lovely, quick and professional.

I understand that good plumbers are in high demand so was willing to wait to get my issue fixed.

The plumber they sent was Corey. Corey was just awesome. He was polite, professional and FAST. He did what I love; under promised and over delivered. The time and cost he originally quoted me was faster and cheaper than what he originally said.

My drain and pipes were fixed FAST, and it was a damn good job if I do say so myself. I'm a new mother, so unfortunately I had to heat bottles and nurse and change diapers around the poor man (the way my house is laid out) and he was polite and understanding and patient the whole time.

I couldn't ask for more; unobtrusive, smart, knew his shit, reasonably priced, very communicative, fast and did the job right. What more could you want?!?

5 stars for the company itself and 7 stars for Corey. Give the man a raise, he's an asset.

Am looking for quotes for a substantial plumbing project (repiping plus tankless hot water heater). Company wants to charge $49 estimate fee which is only reimbursed if you agree to do the work with them onsite the day of the estimate.

(1) there's no way I would make a knee jerk decision at the time of the visit for such a large project, and (2) you likely wouldn't even be able to begin the work at the time of the estimate.

I asked for consideration to wave the estimate fee given the magnitude of the project and dispatcher said I could take my business elsewhere. So I will.

We had Tyler out to install a faucet. He was prompt, courteous, and very efficient. He also talked to us about the rest of the plumbing in the house explaining that the water source for the toilets came from different sources, the master was from the overhead sprinkler pipes while the rest was from the normal water supply. He gave us estimates on installing a second shower head in the master at our request and explained what that process will be. We will call them for all our plumbing needs.

Had a minor plumbing problem. Needed a shower head replaced. I was in the process of doing it myself when the new assembly broke off as I was tightening it on and now the shower arm had no threaded end.
Called PK and was courteously handled on the phone and was able to make a appointment same day.
Tyler and his assistant showed up on time and fixed and replaced the shower head in about 30 minutes. They were able to save the new head that I bought. Very professional and courteous and I certainly would use them again.

To say that Steve, from Plumbing Kings, went above and beyond what we were expecting is an understatement.  I called him last night to inquire about replacing a water heater, and rather than attempting to solicit business right away, his first concern was whether we had the leak contained.  He even offered to walk me through the process of draining the tank over the phone.  He was upfront with prices and, even though he explained some of the extra things he offered, he was never pushy in trying to get me to purchase it.  Rather than being stressful, my phone conversation with Steve was actually very pleasant.

We purchased our house brand new ten years ago, and this is the second time that our water heater has crapped out on us.  Steve and Tyler showed up at our house first thing this morning.  According to my husband, after examining our water heater, Steve said that the previous install wouldn't have passed inspection.  He tested our water for softness because he observed corrosion on the pipes.  Steve even called the company who replaced the water heater the last time to inquire about the warranty, and he helped us figure out that we were basically screwed by that company.

We recently had a major leak in one of our community's main lines.  Plumbing Kings responded quickly and did the best they could in difficult circumstances.  They coordinated with the City of Henderson, NV to shut off the water to the entire property in order to get the leak under control.  Unfortunately, there was no time to notify residents of the shut off beforehand.  Plumbing Kings had nothing to do with when or how long the water was shut off, that was decided by the City water district.
As a member of the HOA board for this community, I would like to commend Plumbing Kings and the owner Steven for the extraordinary work that they did and their forbearance of resident interference with the ongoing work.  They are our go-to plumber and are highly recommended by the HOA and several residents of this community.

WOW! What an amazing and honest company. It is so rare to find a company that is truly trustworthy, and I highly recommend Plumbing Kings.
I had what I thought was a leak in the pipes above the bathrooms and called Plumbing Kings. I spoke with Julie, and she was extremely friendly, helpful, and understood my emergency as I had turned off the water to the house. Tyler was on a job but once he finished, he would head my way. Tyler called to let me know he was coming. Tyler spent at least 30 minutes evaluating the situation and was in the crawl space of the garage with temperatures in the mid to high nineties. Tyler was very thorough but did not find a leak in any of the pipes. Tyler determined the leak is from the roof and not the plumbing. This amazing young man went above and beyond I believe. I was impressed with his work ethics and his compassion. I will be using them when the need arises and referring them to all.

I reached out to this company (spoke to Steven) regarding a leak next to my standing shower. This was the only plumbing company who asked details and truly looked at the photos that I submitted before talking about scheduling appointment. - Unlike other plumbers I spoke to, they weren't quick to ask if I had home owners insurance etc (because we all know what this questions means $$$). Instead, Steven suggested I fill up my shower on my own to see if it really was a plumbing issue or bad built shower. Steven stayed consistent with his quick response to my questions, and instead of trying to take me for my money (like many others would've done), he recommended I reach out to a tub & tile company.  In the end, looks like I won't need a plumber for this service, but Plumbing Kings has earned all of my future plumbing needs because of their great customer service and HONESTY.

Tyler was professional, knowledgeable and transparent in his work at my home today. I had a hydro jet service to my storm drain. He understands plumbing and was familiar with the plumbing in the homes in my community. My neighbors are having a leak in there house and are saying it is from my house. Tyler even went over there and took a look. They would need to get a leak detection service because the leak is localized in there home. And the work we did today would have flooded there home if it was from my pipes. Tyler went above and beyond. Gives me faith in plumbers again! Also note, I had another plumber over the same week that wanted to triple charge me for the same service. So, there prices are very reasonable.

Update 10/21: Stephen came back for the hydro-jetting of the entire home. Check out the photos...nasty fat build up came flowing out. This photo only shows about 25% of the fat. Great job Plumbing Kings!!

I spent about an hour researching plumbing companies last week to fix a backed up pipe in our laundry and kitchen areas. Plumbing Kong's responded to my Yelp request within 10 minutes and I called to schedule my appointment. Ask for last call of the day and got the 4-5:00 pm call on the day I requested. The office called me 30 min prior to arrival to confirm and they showed up in 20 minutes.
Stephen D (the owner) showed up for my job. Very genuine, patient with ALL my questions, and made a couple recommendations. Our home was built in 1977 and when we moved in 3 years ago we did a complete remodel, but didn't touch the plumbing (only new fixtures). Stephen said with a 40+ year old home that the pipes should get a thorough cleaning. He said to think of the pipes like arteries and they're likely clogged, or close to being clogged throughout the house.
I didn't feel like I was sold or upsold anything during our conversation.
I'd recommend Plumbing Kings to anyone!

Tyler is amazing! This last visit on August second was his second trip to our home to do some plumbing work for us. He's very knowledgeable, he works quickly, and he's super patient with my curious children, cat and husband. Steven was there too, and offered great emotional support to my poor husband who was feeling rather frustrated with our malfunctioning thermopile. Steven kindly answered all of my husbands questions and made him feel so much better about the whole situation, while Tyler beep bop booped, what looked like something ripped out of a NASA space shuttle into our water heater. My kitchen sink backed up from running food down the garbage disposal (highly recommend not doing this) I had an appointment set up for the next day and put on a waitlist if there were any cancellations. I called Plumbing Kings yesterday morning (1/16/21) to schedule an appointment to replace/install a kitchen faucet and to my surprise they had an appointment available within a few hours on a Saturday morning nonetheless! The appointment scheduler I spoke with was extremely pleasant on the phone and provided me with a window on the expected arrival of the plumbing technician.  I was so impressed and so happy with her customer service skills because she kept me updated on the tech's arrival time.  When the techs (Cory and Steven) arrived, I was even more surprised that one of the techs was the Owner of the company (Steven). It looked like Cory was training under Steven. They both wore masks and put booties over their shoes while wearing them in my home.  They were very respectful and considerate. Steven provided a thorough inspection of my pipes and angle stops prior to my kitchen faucet installation. He made some recommendations and provided me with a thorough breakdown of the estimated costs.  The installation was seamless and they were very thorough in making sure that everything was installed properly and there were no leaks. Steven also commented that the faucet we purchased from Lowe's was an excellent brand, that it would last a while. When they were done, they cleaned up everything nicely. Overall, I'm really happy with their service.  Their customer service is top notch and excellent! I wish all service companies would operate like them. In response to the owner's comments: Let's be clear. You did not mention that no tradesman wanted to do this work until we were into hour 3 of $150 in labor. Again, you could have declined the job if you were so opposed to doing the work. As for the pan, I am not a plumber. Thinking we might need a new pan, we bought the only one that Hone Depot had. This is the first I'm hearing of your recommendations for a better pan. Why did you not mention this before installing the one I bought? And it's a good thing we bought something since your guy broke the one we had getting the washer out which wasn't a big deal since we had another one but never recommended something better and still felt the need to charge us $4 for a part after breaking the pan we had. I am aware you are not an appliance repair company. I hired you, a plumber, to fix the issue with the floor drain fully aware that the appliance issue was separate. And in all honesty I would have had less of an issue with the fact that you won't warranty your work if I had been told that up front and given the option to agree to that before the work was done. The repairs to our kitchen came nowhere near $20000 which is beside the point. And your tech and apprentice  may have needed you to ultimately fix the issue, but you could take some customer service pointers from them.

We called this company based on their Yelp Reviews after experiencing a leak from our upstairs laundry room into our kitchen ceiling after the drain failed. When I called I explained our situation to the girl who answered who was very helpful and seemed to understand. I mentioned that the washing machine would need to be moved in order for them to get to the floor drain so they may need to send several people.  Cory showed up alone and ended up needing to call for assistance to move the washing machine (no kidding) and said they were sending an apprentice. Assuming that the washing machine pan would need replacing we purchased a new one so it was no big deal that they broke the old one while moving the washing machine out of the way. After several attempts at identifying and resolving the leak, water was still leaking into the kitchen. The restoration company had already broken open the walls and ceiling to allow everything to dry so they had full access to the piping. They tried to make the hole for the pipe bigger....by cutting the plywood with a knife. They told us they could not properly tighten the pan to form the seal due to the height of the tile. They said they could drill into the tile but wouldn't be responsible if it cracked. We said no. The plumber eventually said he needed his boss to come in who had apparently been out in the truck since the apprentice arrived at least 45 minutes to an hour earlier. When Steven came in he was visibly irritated that he had to assist which really is his issue to deal with, with his employees and should not be directed or toward or visible to the customer. After almost 3 hours and $454, Steven was able to fix the leak but then stated they would not warranty the work because the washer still needed to be placed back in the pan, which they did not want to do, and that it's fragile so if something happened when placing the washer back in the pan we would be charged for them to come back out. Explain to me why you would tell us this AFTER you did the work on a washing machine pan/drain knowing that the washer needs to go back in that pan. He went on about how that's why no one wants to touch this type of thing. Isn't that what a plumber does? At the end of the day if you were going to do work that is so precarious that you won't warranty it once we put our appliance back I wish you would have saved us the money and yourself the frustration and turned down the job. To Steven's credit the drain is functioning properly and not currently leaking. But if he has no confidence that his work will hold up when the appliance is placed back in the pan it's intended to go in, then why should we? Even though I feel like we paid more than we should have, I would have been ok with it if we felt comfortable that we could put our washing machine back and have the work we paid for hold up.  I understand that if whoever puts the appliance back in the pan is negligent and causes damage that they would not be responsible but to blanketly say it's fragile so you're not going to warranty your work if it fails when the appliance if is intended to hold goes back in seems irresponsible and like you're admitting up front that you didn't do great work. Maybe they are great with other projects but if your issue has anything to do with a washing machine drain, do yourself a favor and try someone else. This just added more stress to an already stressful situation for us.

So I had a water heater go bad and the company that originally installed it when the house was built came and gave a $4700 estimate. Plumbing kings came and did the exact same work for $1000. On top of that there was a mixup on how much as I was charged (I didn't even realize it) and they sent a check for the overpayment. The most honest, fair and respectable contractor I've ever dealt with. And no I don't work for them or have any association with them other than the service I had done.

Best plumber I've ever had after almost 30 years in LV.  Fast response to a kitchen leak. A small kitchen leak turned into a broken pipe in a wall & lots of accumulated water. So very grateful it was Steven at my house. He repaired the leak. Explained a good deal to me about what had happened. Got me in touch with a recovery company who was equally responsive & professional.  Steven was also helpful re: insurance and everything was set up & recovery began that day. Wow. There is a slogan called Running to the car that was coined by Les Schwab Tires in Washington. They are the top selling tire seller in Washington and they are known for their employees literally running to the car for every customer - so every customer feels important. Corey Huckaby represents this very well - as he went above and beyond to fix a plumbing issue at a rental property I have in North Las Vegas. Incredible plumber and person. Highly recommend.

I'd been without water for nearly three days (!!!!). Let's just say that an outside faucet met its ugly and watery end. This happened over Easter weekend to put this in context.

Aron (who's younger than my grandson. How did I get so old so fast?), came out and took care of it within about 30 minutes. I was so happy! He turned on the water back to the house and a long-overdue shower was the first thing on my to-do list! Thanks Aron!

Full disclosure, I haven't used their service yet, but I would based on the interaction I had while asking for a plumber to come out. An item got flushed down the toilet that definitely didn't fit down the toilet (not that...or that lol).

I called and the woman who answered was really sweet and said she might be able to have one of the guys come out that same day. When I called back an hour later she remembered me by name and was very pleasant!

The toilet ended up resolving itself and the plumber called back to follow up with our initial call, letting us know that in the future we could also try using dish soap for the simple clogs. Very helpful and much appreciated! We will definitely be calling these guys in the future. The quote over the phone was (I believe) $80-$120 which was more than fair too.

I can see why they're rated so well on Yelp!

Awesome Job by Steven and his guys!

I had a problem with our plumbing which turned out to be a leak between the water meter and the main water switch to our house, after taking to Steve on the phone he was able to come to our house and check the problem within 2 hours which is understandable unlike the first plumber that I called who gave me an 8am to 5pm window and never even showed up! (Thanks for wasting 8hrs. Of my life). Steve was able to give me an estimate of how much it would cost to repair the problem and he walked me through the plan of how they will do the repair. I like how he was present throughout the repair to over see his employees and actually do stuff himself. He was very patient with all the questions that I had and able to explain things clearly.

I also took the liberty to get a second opinion just so I could have a comparison with the costs and I must say his price was hands down a lot more competitive. Plumbing kings surely lives up to it's name! I would definitely call them again should I encounter another plumbing issue in our house! (Hopefully I don't have to tho lol!) And wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends too.

Can't say enough about Plumbing Kings' efficiency and effectiveness. Contacted them via Yelp regarding a leaking pipe and they were able to send one of their plumbers (Mr. Nato) within a few hours to fix the leak. Nato was able to quickly identify the source of the leak and competently replaced the leaky pipe with little fanfare. Nato also recommended a water mitigation company (Bingham Restoration) that quickly followed up. BIG kudos to Nato and Plumbing Kings. Will not hesitate to use them for any plumbing work in the future.

Plumbing Kings has been such as amazing resource for my real estate clients. They just ran gas lines for an outdoor bbq door one client and they are helping one more with a slab leak. We were very pleased with Chris and Plumbing Kings overall. They actually answer the phone and they were able to get to us same day within a couple hours. We were given a 3 hour window and we were notified when Chris would arrive in about 30 minutes. There is a $49 serve charge, but it applies to any work you have done. We knew we'd have work done since there was a leak that we couldn't fix ourselves. Chris identified the problem immediately and told us we'd have the same problem eventually with our other toilets due to the piping being the original builder shotty products. We went ahead and got an estimate to change out all the toilets plumbing from the wall to the toilet and he had all the parts to get started right away. He was courteous and professional and even looked at something else to make sure we didn't have other plumbing troubles. He said we were good for now with that and didn't need fixing right now. We don't really know if we were charged a fair price as none of the other companies answered their phones or called back in a timely manner for our water leaking situation. Worst experience I have ever had with a plumber.

We contacted Steven (the owner) at Plumbing Kings for a few projects at our house. He insisted on $130 service call fee, higher than any other plumber we contacted. We had just bought a new home and had a few different projects that needed to be done so we reluctantly went forward with the call.

When Steven got to the property he wasted 2 hours of my time. Every time I would ask him for a general idea of cost he went into an exceedingly long explanation about everything he was going to do. It took me two hours just to get a ballpark idea for replacing shower faucets. I could not even get this until I paid him $130, which at that point I did out of desperation. I cannot imagine why anyone would want to go into such a complicated explanation unless they were trying to justify $130 for not really doing any work. I finally got him out of the house and he then sent me an outrageous quote by email for the things he said needed done.

At this point I called 2 other plumbers to come out. Both came out for free and gave me an idea of what needed done within minutes. They also both gave me pricing much lower than what Steven had quoted. These were not small companies. Both of them have numerous employees and many positive reviews online. So it is not as if I am got a better price because I went with a company that cut corners. It is because I went with a company that was more professional.

Once I decided to move forward with another company I sent Steven a message and let him know that I thought his fees were unfair and requested a refund for a portion of the fees. I was not able to find a plumber that charged more than $65 for a service call so I told him I was willing to pay that amount. I told him if he refunded me the remainder we could just go our separate ways and that I would not write a review about my experience.

This is when it got really terrible. He sent me an email stating, I'm in agreement to refund you your money back. Not because of any slanderous insinuations but because I offer a money back guarantee to any unsatisfied customer.

This is absolutely untrue because I continued to email him and up until this point I have not received a check. He then insisted that I write an email stating that any related friends or family will not post any negative remarks/reviews of any kind on any social media, radio, tv, regarding Plumbing Kings LLC or he would not send me a check.

So apparently now his money back guarantee comes with requirements for my friends and family!

I tried to just ignore this and re-stated that I wanted my money back. When he did not send it after a month I sent him an email again. This time he stated that he was waiting for me to get back to him with my address and name. He had been to my house! And he had emailed me numerous times and stated my full name on the emails.

In my opinion, based on my interactions with him,  he is very unprofessional. Steven even threatened to sue me for writing slanderous accusations. Trust me, I wish all of this was not true. I would have liked for him to have just done a good job and provided good customer service. There are plenty of other plumbers available that will give you reasonable quotes, get the work done quick and won't waste your time. Not recommended.

Tyler showed up early (but called to make sure it was ok first) and was very quick and did a great job!  We had a clogged kitchen sink and he was able to clear it in less than 20 minutes without using the snake machine that would have cost more.  After fixing the drain it was clear we needed a new garbage disposal.  Tyler had one on hand and it was a good model at a fair price.  He quickly installed the disposal and only charged me for 1.5 hrs labor.  Very good experience overall!

I found this place here on Yelp and they had great reviews so I thought I would give them a try.  I had a minor leak on 2 faucet handles that appeared to be a small job.  Steven and Leon showed up, very professional and ready to work.  They uncovered a number of issues far worse and the job turned into an almost full day event.  They were both patient, respectful, ethical and honest throughout.  I have other projects now to use them in the future, and I definitely will.  Easy to make an appointment over the phone.  Steven and Leon were the best!

This plumbing company came highly recommended from a friend and I agree with her in every aspect; these guys are great! I always get nervous having repairmen at the house but these guys were so professional and understanding from the moment I opened the door. Steve really knows his plumbing and went above-and-beyond to answer all my questions about my plumbing needs bc I see some Maintenence on our horizon. This service was about fixing my problem and not doing unnecessary repairs skyrocketing our total. I was nervous about the unknown- what damage would be hidden under the toilet once it was removed but luckily the toilet was able to placed back on with a wax seal and bolted back down to the floor. I was lucky that the repairs were able to be made today and no other contractors had to be called upon. I had a little luck on my side but also an honest plumber- doesn't hurt!

Recently purchased a home and had Plumbing Kings come out to give it a once over and take a look at the items in the home inspection. Tyler was the gentleman that took care of us and could not have been happier. Seemed very knowledgeable about his craft, explaining each problem and the solution in detail. Leaking pipes are the worst. Inevitable and require pretty prompt attention to avoid having an indoor swimming pool. Unfortunately, we've had a few recently at the warehouse I manage. I did some research and found Plumbing Kings. I was hesitant, as we've always had our go-to company, but I decided to take a gamble (this is Vegas after all, why not?) It paid off as these guys were cheaper and did same good quality work. They are upfront about all of the fees before starting work. I haven't had any same day emergency needs, but so far Plumbing Kings have been good for next day service.

Had a gas leak the other day and had swgas come out, they found leak, therefore they had to shut off the gas line. And, We knew exactly where the leak was coming from

Before i could get a quote of course i had to do an estimate with a tech.

Before text came out i called to ask for further questions how much it would cost. They told me no need for the permit. However couldnt give a price over the phone . So later that evening a Tech came out he cut out piece of dry wall. To see where the leak could be coming from. Explained in order to change the piping parts it would cost 87.50 for the one time supply run and $375 for the repair, plus 175 for their hourly rate....

After i agreed to go ahead and cut the dry wall, it was confirmed that i do indeed need a permit for the inspection

Which would be an extra $375-400 for the permit and for the city inspection to come out . PLUS to be charged hourly $175 (waiting on city and swgas etc) could potentially cost 8-20hrs. To a random amount (who knows?) So looking at minimum 2k is costs....

my biggest issue was the confusion and the lack of permit needed prior to getting my gas line back up. I probably wouldnt of signed to start cutting away at the dry wall if i knew the upfront costs of how much it would cost to get the inspection/permit

So, i did not to continue with this company because the price was purely based on hourly due to not knowing what time the city would come out. Thankfully  i only paid $175 for them making a hole in my dry wall behind the stove....

Big lesson learned here....get estimates and say NO even to further examine waste of $175.

Given my gas is still off. Long story short I went with another company that just charged me a flat rate of $775 for inspection permit /repair and came back already twice and will be back again tomorrow and once gas is turned on.

Despite it being a holiday weekend and very late in the day on a Saturday, Plumbing Kings answered our emergency call. Despite being done for the day, technician Kyler Trapp doubled back for his tools and headed out for the job.

Kyler was fantastic. He replaced the valves and hoses and was extremely friendly and personable. He was nice enough to let me pick his mind a little about other future jobs and I can say with 100% certainty, we will be repeat customers when we begging those projects as well. Price was fair. I moved into my new house and the garbage disposal was broken. I called three plumbing companies and got estimates from all three. The first two came out and stated that my estimate would depend on the type of garbage disposal that I bought. The bill would come to over $1000. Plumbing king was the last want to come. He was the only one to even turn On the disposal and the only one to even try and fidget around with it. The others they just looked at it and gave me an estimate. Plumbing king had the disposal already in their truck ready to replace. The price of the disposal was $130. Same Horse power as all the other products that the other plumbing companies were trying to sell me except that it was $800 cheaper. Tyler worked for one hour and the labor was $130. Give me a military discount on top of that and was able to put in the disposal same day.  Before he left he tested it out to see if there were any leaks, he turned it on and off several times and made sure that I was satisfied. This plumbing company is full of non-crooks and I will only use them here on out. I should also add that they were very punctual. The Receptionist called me to notify me that there was a technician was on his way. excellent service. Thank you. Now I can wash my dishes.

The work was done well and we have no issues with the plumber or anything else.

But, and this is a big negative, when my husband described the problem to the scheduler (a pipe between two floors that had a small hole in it--a relatively easy fix--my husband could have done it if he'd had the time), he volunteered to measure the pipe so the plumber wouldn't have to go looking for the correct size. She said, Oh, no, the plumbers carry parts in the truck, we won't need that. But when the plumber arrived, he said that while he carried a variety of parts, he didn't have piping. So he had to leave to get the right size. That doubled the cost to us, from the one hour repair and an additional hour at $120/hour for retrieving the part.

It was a mistake on the part of the scheduler but no one offered to make it right, so we are out $120. I'm very unhappy that this happened, and will have to think twice before I'll use them again although the work was otherwise satisfactory. She should have double checked that the plumbers carried this type of part.

Had a water leak coming from my child's bathroom into the garage ceiling. When contacting Steve to set up an appointment he was very informational and provided me with the most common occurrence for my issue. Based on that conversation alone I came upstairs and was able to see the potential issue. Steve came out the next day and formally determined the cause of the leak which was the bathtub overflow, and his initial speculation. Getting access to repair the issue was another story as well as finding the right part. In the end, Steve and his counterpart were able to resolve the issue and provided me with additional information at a reasonable price. When I had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe in my wall leading to flooding in my garage I called two plumbers, one was a friend's recommendation and these guys off of Yelp. Steven and his staff are top-notch!!!  I had them replace the anode rod in my hot water heater.  They were so professional and neat and clean that when I had a plumbing emergency in my office, they were the ONLY company I called.  Since then they have put an RO system in my office and I introduced them to my HOA property management.

Their prices are competitive and they don't try to make a situation seem worse than it is, just to get you to buy something more. That kind of honesty is rare in today's society and I truly appreciate that they go above and beyond every time I use them.

If you don't have anyone to rely on or you been duped, you can count on Plumbing King to fix your problems. I used them in the past and just recently to fix a job left half way done by a handyman. When you pay someone who doesn't know what they're doing, it's a nightmare. Your money's gone and you're end up with a mess. PK Steven came and got everything working like its supposed to. PK is pricey though. I think that's the main complaint from most people. In my case, I would have saved time, money and stress if I had called PK first. I would definitely recommend Plumbing King.

My hot and cold valves connected to my washing machine were leaking. This was caused by a shotty job that was done, who knows when! I scheduled an appointment and was told the issue could be resolved within the same day as the quote. Tyler and Jordan came out and assessed the issue and gave us a very reasonable quote. These are not our usual plumbers however that business has changed owners and were difficult to do business with so off the Yelp! I went.
  Called Plumbing Kings, a very polite girl took my call, on Monday and the work was just completed by Tyler on Tuesday. He texted me 30 minutes prior to his arrival, came in took a look at the project and less then 10 minutes later our sprayer hose on our kitchen faucet is fixed, AMEN. We did have the replacement hose from Moen, so that made his job easier.
  Tyler was professional, conversational and extremely efficient.
   Next time we need a plumber, Plumbing Kings will be my first call~and i will ask for Tyler!

Water faucet valve broke late Thursday causing water in entire house to be shut off. Having elderly adults in the house with medical conditions and small children having water off for 3 to 4 days is not an option. I had several sinks where the faucets were leaking and had a leak with the pipes underneath due to a shabby, convoluted job from the previous owner.  This made the job even more difficult and challenging.  Tyler and Jordan came to our home, explained what they needed to do as well as the proper hardware, piping, etc,  They were able to install and fix everything quickly and efficiently.  After they finished everything they showed us all their repairs, answered all of our questions, and left a clean work area.  High quality work, great attitudes, and dependable individuals.  I highly recommend Plumbing Kings and their knowledgeable, personable staff without any hesitation.

Late Tuesday afternoon, water started pouring out of the bottom of the garbage disposal. I called several companies and the only one who said they could come today was Plumbing Kings. About an hour later Brent arrived to change the disposal. Having just purchased the home, Brent also did a once over on the rest of the house for me. He showed me how to flush the water heater and made a recommendation on how often to do it, he also wanted to check the Anode rod inside the water heater. It turns out the rod was never changed so he took care of that for me as well. Before he finished up he also reset and refilled my water softener and showed me how to use that. I will make sure I always use them in the future

It's a fact that any plumbing repair will be expensive, and it really is up to customers to collect and compare estimates if they want the best price for the job. The problem is that people usually call a plumber only if there's an emergency or worry that it could soon become an even more expensive emergency if not fixed as soon as possible. I think most plumbing companies are aware of this, so the rates among them will tend to be high.

I had a hard time deciding whether to give Plumbing Kings 4 or 5 stars because their service was excellent but the total cost for my water pipe valve replacement was several hundred dollars higher than I thought it should be. I accepted the quote because I live in an old house with old pipes and was afraid that if there was a leaking or burst pipe (especially with colder winter temperatures), the corroded valve would prevent me from easily shutting off the main water line. I probably should've called other plumbing companies for a price comparison before proceeding with the repair, but I gave Plumbing Kings the benefit of the doubt based on the majority of positive reviews.

This was my first experience with Plumbing Kings, and this is what I got:
- Friendly and courteous scheduling call
- Prompt and flexible appointments (same day/next day accommodated if available crew is near your area)
- Punctual, professional, and skilled service techs (they focus on the work and don't waste time)
- No sales pressure with the estimate
- Warranty coverage (I was told that my pipe repair was covered for a year)
Be aware, however, that their website advertisement of $130/hr is for some jobs and certain other jobs are a flat fee (there's also a 50% deposit if you agree to have them schedule the job). I would recommend asking over the phone first, but they may need to come over to see the problem in order to give you a more accurate quote ($49 for the drive over, which will be included in the total repair cost if you use them). My pipe valve replacement took 3 hours to complete and actually would've cost me much less if it had been charged hourly, and that was why I was a little confused at first when I was told the estimate. I didn't want the stress of waiting and worrying about it, so I just went ahead and sacrificed my holiday budget. It required digging and cutting a part of the old water line to put in a new raised pipe section with a new, easy to turn valve. No more reaching deep in the dirt where the creepy crawly bugs are to shut off the water! All parts and labor were included with the flat fee, and the techs cleaned up well after they finished.

Like I said, A+ service but next time, I may not be able to afford it. If you want a dependable plumber with high standards of workmanship and customer service, Plumbing Kings should be on your short list. If high cost is a concern and it's not an immediate emergency, then I'd suggest shopping around for other plumbers with good reviews who could offer a better price and save you a few hundred dollars.

Really well done job with a reroute for one of our pipes that sprung a leak under the house, and they ran a new one through the attic. Very solid and thorough job. Steven definitely knows his stuff. He was very informative and helpful, could tell he knew what he was talking about. His whole crew are good guys and really courteous. I live in Henderson. We have some pretty tough water. I needed a filtration and softener system. I shopped around and even bought a system that was guaranteed to work with my house online. Unfortunately, it didn't work out from the entry pipe size perspective. Steven gave me a range of options due to the extreme size of the entry pipe into my home. He costed out each one of them clearly and concisely. He came out the next day and installed the system. It's been a few days. There are no leaks. The water pressure upstairs has returned. The filter & softener works exactly like we wanted. The whole team that was here were extremely polite, knowledgeable about they system they were installing plus the city's code requirements, listened to my concerns, answered my questions with complete examples, detail oriented ( repaired the cleaning pipe drain, solved the narrow pipe width problem, repaired the entry pipe, etc..), and validated the entire system before they left despite the late hour. They didn't leave a mess anywhere even while they worked. They were here on time, came in under budget, and did awesome work. I would recommend them to anyone.

We hired this company based on yelp reviews and they were great! We had a leak (turned out to be two) under our kitchen sink and had some funky smell coming from our dishwasher. Steven was very knowledgeable and walked my husband through each leak, where it was, and showed us how our dishwasher wasn't hooked up to drain properly upon install (hence the smell). He literally took the time to educate my husband as he went. We've used them twice now (second time we asked them to install a new garbage disposal) and every time, they called with estimated times, any delays, etc. We would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

Definitely recommend! They were able to come by and assess a leak I was having with my water heater the same day I called. Then, they were able to make an installation appointment for the very next morning.
The plumbers, Juan and Will, were so nice and knowledgeable. I knew NOTHING about water heaters - they answered all of my questions and were honest with their suggestions. I've had two different jobs done by Plumbing Kings: a toilet install and a utility sink in my laundry room. The toilet install ended up being fairly complex due to the poor install the original builder did. They had no trouble being able to fix the problem and did an amazing job making sure the reinstall was correct and rock solid. The utility sink was straightforward but, again, was done extremely well--no leaks, rock solid to the floor.

Don't hesitate to go with these guys. Plumbing is always expensive but Plumbing Kings doesn't upcharge. They tell you exactly what things will cost and give you an itemized receipt.

I am so grateful for Plumbing Kings and their tech Chad Murray. I have a leak in my master tub on my second floor which was going through my garage ceiling. I originally called another company out but they didn't diagnose anything and sent a mitigation company out to cut more holes in the ceilings so that they could make a final diagnosis. Well they never contacted me and the next thing i know the mitigation company is on their way to demo my entire master bathroom! It's a good thing I called Plumbing Kings and scheduled Chad to come out! He made a proper diagnosis that it is just the drain and saved me the major hassle and mess because the other company did not follow through! My wife and I recently retired, moved from expensive Honolulu and bought a new home in Las Vegas.  Upon moving in, we discovered one of the toilets would run after flushing, which we needed to get fixed asap since family and friends were visiting for the holidays.  A friend referred a plumber, but the dude didn't call or stop by...what now?  I checked yelp and decided to give Plumbing Kings a call because of their perfect rating and awesome reviews, and we are glad we did!  Steven Davisson came over and found the problem to be an old flapper valve, and decided to check out the other toilets since they were identical.  Sure enough, another toilet had a slight leak and he advised rebuilding all three toilets since the assemblies were old, so he got to work right away on those.  Steve knowledgably informed us that Las Vegas has some of the worse water in the nation, which not only tastes bad and is unhealthy, but shortens the life of plumbing fixtures and pipes for the unwary if not maintained.  He then busted out his trusty TDS meter to test the water out of our corroded kitchen faucet (another issue he caught).  Shockingly, it measured about 460 parts per million (ppm), which is slightly less than the water found at Flint, Michigan--yikes!  He also tested unopened bottles of Arrowhead bottled water at 225 ppm (yuck), and Kroger bottled water at 10 ppm (he said it's the best you can buy and only about 10 cents a bottle on sale--wow!).  Steven inquired that if we wished, he could inspect all of the plumbing around the house and offer his professional advice.  We accepted his offer, but told him the home inspector during closing passed the house with flying colors including the plumbing, but boy were we wrong!  Low pressure in the faucets and showers, poorly installed and maintained 10-year old water heater and softener system, shutoff valve in our garage was frozen shut and assembled upside down, which would be a major problem if we had an emergency and needed to shut off the water. Steven opened our eyes to so many issues, so we took a leap of faith and decided to take his advice regarding fixing all of our plumbing problems so our guests and us would have clean water, good water pressure and no embarrassment!  The next day, Steven and assistant Tyler came and miraculously within three days did the following: install a reverse osmosis filtration system, 1/2 hp garbage disposal and new adjustable faucet in the kitchen; install a new 50-gallon water heater, twin water dechlorinator and softener system, and fabricate a ball valve shutoff in the garage; rebuild three toilet tank assemblies, replace three shower cartridges and a tub spout in our bathrooms--whew!  Steven and Tyler were friendly, professional and extremely hard-working, staying late every night to complete whatever task they were working on at that time.  In addition to excellent quality work and advice, they charged a most reasonable price for all the work they did on our new home--even giving us additional labor and senior discounts!  Steven also went beyond the call by giving us a couple of extra bags of water softener salt and relighting the pilot light for our fireplace because I inadvertently blew it out a few days earlier (my bad...we don't have gas fireplaces in Hawaii)--talk about great customer service!  Because of Steven's and Tyler's awesome work and expediency, our daughters and guests enjoyed their visit with us for the holidays--Plumbing Kings no ka 'oi (the best)!

Expensive and inaccurate.  Had an outdoor shower that had two handles, but always ran cold.  Troubleshooting provided was the hot water cartridge must of gone out.  Replaced the cartridge (and apparently had to also replace the cold cartridge too at the same time) and nothing changed - still cold water.  Had a second plumber come out and he immediately knew that the outdoor shower was only plumbed to cold and a whole new water line would need to be run. So spent a few hundred for nothing there.  Also had low flow issues with the toilets. Cost me a few hundred more to just have them raise the fill valve level up to max.  The plumbers were nice, professional, nice vans.  Just expensive and spending five hundred for nothing rubs ya.

Called these guys as soon as they opened and got an appointment a few hours out to repair a broken water supply hose to a toilet. Steven called me shortly after and offered to come right away! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Since half of my downstairs had leaked that morning, he went out of his way to recommend an excellent contracting company to mitigate the water damage & restore the house. We had Tyler from plumbing kings come out to fix a slab leak. He sat our house on fire, 911 was called, and the fire department responded to put out the fire. The owner Stephen refused to cooperate with my insurance company who had to go to court to recover their funds and my deductible. He refused to cooperate in any way after the fire occurred. He never even offered an apology. He then still sent a bill demanding payment. He would not even provide my insurance company with his insurance information. Stay far away from this company as the owner Steven is not trustworthy and will not stand behind his work whatsoever.

Main water line leaks are never fun and I never hope anyone has to deal with it, but if you own a home, it's bound to happen. With Plumbing Kings, the process will be smooth and painless though.

90% of the time, main water line leaks are wear and tear so unless you got too notch home warranty and insurance, you'll probably have to pay a pretty penny. If that's the case, you better go with the best of the best. And that's exactly what Plumbing Kings is, king of plumbing. They got to work and dug out my front yard, replaced the main water lines, gave me some little extra upgrades, and put my front yard back together within 2-3 days and I was only waterless for maybe 4 hours of those days. These guys do solid work and deserve the raving reviews they got.

Oh yeah, and they're all super professional and courteous, cause who likes a grumpy plumber right?

Our showers would not give us hot water.  I called Steve.  He came to evaluate the issue after hours as he was on another call. It was a Friday call and my kids were coming for the weekend.

I called because my kitchen faucet kept losing water pressure. After listening to my issue over the phone, Steven told me I could call Delta directly since they have lifetime warranties and could likely fix my problem. As it turns out I had a bum solenoid, which Delta replaced for free! A couple minutes under the sink, snap in the new part, and I'm back in business!

I'm sure there are plenty of companies out there that would have sent out a plumber and charged me for something I was able to fix myself. I appreciate the honesty and integrity I experienced with Plumbing Kings. I will certainly call next time I have any plumbing issues!

Called Plumbing Kings based on Yelp reviews. When we flushed toilet on second level, water started dripping down to the first flow. Scheduled appointment with Plumbing Kings and Tyler Nero showed up at the appointed time. I explained the problem and he proceeded to look at the toilet. It took Tyler couple of minutes to analyze situation and then he explained the couple possibilities that's causing the problem. It turned out to be a bad wax ring which was his first guess. I was relieved it wasn't any worse. Tyler was professional, efficient, neat and clean. He explained and itemized the charges when he presented me the bill which was close to his original estimate. I will have no hesitation calling these guys next time I need a plumber.  PS: Don't forget to ask for a senior discount.

I have called Plumbing Kings several times in the past few years to come and fix various leak issues. This time I had a garbage disposal that was leaking and needed replacing. We also noticed that we needed an extension tubing on the p trap.  Aron came out and before I could even mention the tubing extension issue on the p trap, he had already noticed the problem and explained how he was going to fix it.  Aron was friendly and very knowledgeable.  He replaced the garbage disposal and added an extension to our exisiting tubing on the p trap.  Everything works great. Called to make an appointment, was told there was a 45 dollar fee to come out, it would only be applied to the service if we signed on at that visit, not crazy about it but the work was extensive enough that we needed multiple quotes so we set up an appointment. Got a call a couple of days later (2 days before appointment) that they talked to their boss and the $45 would cover gas and time and a verbal rough estimate and if we wanted someone to actually take a close look at everything that needed to be done and give us a written quote that would be $150. We said no. This is the first plumbing business that I've encountered that wants $150 for an estimate.

I searched both Yelp and BBB for the best, most reliable plumber that wouldn't overcharge me or upsell me. I was glad I did. Brett came to my house to fix my shower. Unfortunately, we had an irrigation problem that they weren't licensed to fix. Plumbing Kings came out showed us how to shut the water off so we wouldn't waste any more water than we already did. Hired PK based on Yelp reviews.  Tyler did an awesome job replacing three of my toilets flushing mechanisms' and also repaired a leak in my pool pump.  He was super polite, did great work and made sure to clean up area after each repair.  He kept me informed of his progress as well.  I discover one other leak after Tyler left and when I called to try and have additional repair scheduled in a few days ~ they were able to send Tyler back out that afternoon which was terrific customer service/responsiveness.

Prior to calling Plumbing Kings, I had received an estimate from another company.  My water bill had increased drastically, and all signs led to a leak.  The first company took 3 minutes to immediately tell me I had a main supply leak, and they could start the repair immediately for $4500.  Luckily, I thought about it, and called Plumbing Kings.  Plumbing Kings checked situation out, and told me it was my irrigation.  The total repair (including service call from Plumbing Kings) cost me $300! Not $4500!  Plumbing Kings is a company w integrity, and s company that saved me $4200!

I needed a company to install a new kitchen faucet as soon as possible and after calling two other companies who weren't available for 4 to 5 days, I found Plumbing Kings on yelp. Steven came out to work on a Kohler blue vintage toilet we have in the laundry room that my husband said he would repair for over a year. Steven had all the parts he needed to fix the issue. He got the job done timely and professionally.  He informed me that the toilet itself was wobbly so he said he tightened it down on the floor which I appreciated very much. I needed to have some faucets repaired after recently moving into a new home.  I called one company and they asked me to take a couple of pictures which I did and they came back with a price of $650.  I had already purchased the parts so the cost was Labor only.

I decided to call another company and while they would not give me a firm quote, did tell me that Labor would be $200 for 1st hour and then $175 an hour thereafter.

They advised me that they could be out in 2-3 hrs and Brian from Plumbing Kings came out within 2 hrs and hooked up the two faucets in 90 min which cost me an even $400.  I do wish that after the first hour everything is pro-rated but Brian was extremely nice & professional and got it done quickly.

Follow up to my first five star. Yesterday, after noticing a leak in the water heater and confirming with the manufacturer that it was not repairable but still under warranty, we gave Steve a call and he got us taken care of. They were able to schedule me for the next day and this time we had Jordan come out to assist. He removed the damaged water heater, took it to the supplier to exchange it, and came back and installed the new one. Jordan was super nice and very professional...and within a few hours, I had a new installed water heater. He did his thing and I barely knew he was out there.

Removal, exchange, install, parts was about $1000 and then I paid an extra $100 to have the drain pain installed underneath. This was in line with what I found on the internet for what to expect for costs so I was happy to pay that, especially knowing that these guys stand behind their work.

As always, highly recommend Plumbing Kings for any and all plumbing issues you might have.

Talk about efficiency and professionalism! There is no fuss with Plumbing Kings, it's about getting things done right. Tyler came to our house to replace our water pressure regulator and install a water shut off device we had purchased. Steve is very honest and his prices are competitive. He tried to talk me through how to fix my sink pipe to save me money but I couldn't figure it out so he came out right away. He also fixed our water heater that was installed improperly by the home warranty company (the improper install even passed inspection ). I wouldn't trust plumping services to anyone else.

We had Steven back to fix the corroded faucet (known problem from Pfister and replaced by Pfister). He was friendly, quick, efficient, and knew what he was doing. Anytime we need any plumbing work, we only call Plumbing Kong's!

I found Plumbing Kings on Yelp and I will be using them for any future issues.

The guy who took my call was very calm (I had an emergency plumbing situation) and was very honest about the information he shared. While he couldn't provide an exact quote, he did give general pricing and it absolutely matched up with what I was charged at my door. So great job there!

Tyler and Hugo showed up within the designated time window. Tyler called 15 min before arrival as well to let me know to be expecting them. They were both very friendly and professional. They listened while I explained what was happening and instantly knew what needed to be done. They were in and out within 40 minutes or so and did a wonderful job. Even though it was a quick turnaround, Tyler made sure we checked everything before they packed up. I also heard him coaching another plumber via phone and overheard his convo with Hugo. He seems to be very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for his peers.

We had the bad fortune to experience a mysterious leak in our first floor condo unit kitchen drywall to floor. After water mitigation work,  we could guess that the water maybe from second floor, but  second floor unit doesn't  have water flooded in their unit.  

We were referred to Plumbing King for leak detection. The scheduler was extremely patient even after we have to delay the appointment for 3 times due to the reasons on our part. After spending some time in our and neighboring upper stair unit and did lots testing, Steven was able to accurately pin point the root cause of the leak. The report and picture followed was very clear and precise.  Steven's excellent experience and knowledge are amazing! My engineer husband said that he will bring those files to office to show young engineers how illustration should be done.

Hiring Plumbing King to diagnose water leak was the best decision we made in the last couple week. Steven's  accurate finding will finally give us hope to get this water damages fixed. Steven's saved us!

We are so lucky to have Steven worked on our job!  We will definitely recommend Plumbing King to anyone with plumbing needs.

Garbage disposal stopped working. Figured it was burnout motor since it was smoking!  Called Plumbing King and they sent Tyler who was awesome.  Told me my options, cost estimated time to finish job.

He had a Moen 1/2 hp Garbage disposal on the truck already for about the same cost as if i purchased on Amazon or Home Depot.

I had issues with two showers in guests rooms. One shower only produced hot water and the other shower only produced cold water. I called Plumbing Kings yesterday and the call taker provided me with exceptional customer service over the telephone and booked my service appointment for 11am to 1pm today.
Plumbing King arrived at 11am sharp. I was informed that shower cartridges would need to be replaced for each shower at a cost of $150.00 (labor cost)  for each shower plus parts and tax. Each cartridge was $65.00 for each shower. The job was completed for both showers in less than 30 mins. The total bill for both showers totaled $440.72.
Upon arrival, they identified themselves and produced a business cards. Upon enter ring the residence, they immediately asked if shoes on or shoes off was my preference. Both workers were professional in communication as well as their customer service. They got the job done which was most important for me. As far as pricing, I honestly don't know if the price quote was competitive or not as I needed the job completed and it did not go out to bid. However, I've provided an actual picture of my invoice and I requested for them to detail the scope of work and costs so it can be used as a reference and comparison for Yelp should anyone have a similar plumbing issue and are shopping price.
I would not hesitate to recommend Plumbing Kings and I would definitely use their services again if ever needed

I have had a lot of issues with finding a good plumber and I live in an older house so plumbing is kinda an issue at times.  Smaller pipes mean more hydro jetting, I've had pipes replaced, problems with shoddy work over the years, crappy valves, etc.

This time I was demoing a shower and knew I had a backwards p-trap (from some shoddy work by previous owners).  I was able to get a quote and get the work done same day.  We did the demoing work to the pipes so saved a bit of money there.  Not sure if it was the best deal as we were under time constraints and didn't really shop around.  They also charge $75 for the trip so if I didn't go with them then I'd be out that money (or no fee if I got the work done).  This is probably the only reason I found another plumber for a later job.  I'm not sure how I feel about paying a fee for a quote but know it's becoming more mainstream.  

I did really appreciate that they got the job done same day and the guy that was out was very nice and experienced.

If I could I would give 10 stars. I was referred by my A/C company Legacy Air the best referral ever. My kitchen sink sprung a leak so I called Plumbing Kings and spoke with Steven. From the first initial conversation to the exiting of my house after a faucet install, hands down he is the best. He inspected, told me what's going on, not pushy, not trying to sell you anything, and not in a rush with install. The process was sooo smooth I now have my Plumbing company. Im very picky and I appreciate the job well done. If you are looking for a plumber that knows his stuff and the quote was affordable, don't look any further. Tyler with Plumbing Kings CAUGHT MY HOUSE ON FIRE doing a slab leak repair. Tyler ignored my statements that my house smelled like smoke & me visibly seeing smoke come out of the wall in an adjoining room. Tyler then left an active flame to go outside to the street, the flames grew inside my wall so I called 911 because it was out of control; he NEVER put it out right away. $14,000 in damages according to my insurance company. The owner Steven, as you can see in his unprofessional response below, is in utter denial. Catching houses on fire is normal to Steven I guess. My insurance company felt differently along with everyone else who's seen these pictures. He continually sent harassing letters to my home & threatened to sue us & threatened to put a lien on our home for filing a claim with our insurance company. He denied ever setting our house on fire, never received a simple apology for their negligence, & refused to cooperate with our insurance so they had to sue him. Almost 1 year later court is done & Steven finally paid for the damages caused by their negligence. Steven is still threatening to sue us & making up lies about my husband. I make sure to tell everyone I know to use anyone but Plumbing Kings! Horrible owner horrible business!! Will use Pure Plumbing from here on out they have been wonderful unlike my experience with Plumbing Kings!

When I called the lady at the office picked up the phone after only 2 rings. She was very professional and set an appointment time between 12:00 and 3:00 pm which was perfect, and at 2:30 I received a call to let me know they were on their way. They drove up and when they came to the door the had on masks, which I appreciated . Steven  and his assistant were very professional and let me totally explain our issue. Which was a plugged drain pipe. I then asked them if since they were here they could replace a couple leaking outside hose faucets. Even though that's not why they were here they happily took care of the leaking faucets and unclogged the drain. They even tolerated all my nosey questions about how the snake machine they were using worked. They were both professional and friendly and the total price was well within the estimate that they had given. I really appreciated the fact that they were able to repair the leaky faucets at they same time as the drain repair even though I hadn't included that when I made the appointment. Job well done and I will definitely recommend these guys to all my family and friends.

I had a wonderful experience with Plumbing Kings.  I needed to replace my water heater.  I got a very low estimate to install a heater that I bought myself, and they were able to hold to it.  Steven worked hard and solved some difficult problems (like tight clearances, stuck-open water line valve), and had ideas to save me money at every decision point (like reusing earthquake straps and turning heater slightly to save pipe).  

He was there on time and worked fast until he left.  The water heater is perfectly installed and working properly.  I have called them back for another project.  Excellent company.

We bought a new (to us) house with some old, nasty, leaking valves for the washing machine water supply lines. Plumbing Kings did a very nice job of replacing them with new brass ball valves. It was an easy enough job and they made it seem almost trivial. They did a nice job with cutting out a block of drywall cleanly, saving insulation and not burning the house down accidentally - it was very easy for me to patch it all back together. They responded very quickly and professionally to our Yelp! query and scheduled us for the next day. They actually called to see if we were available for earlier service than scheduled. Excellent communications.  Can't say they were cheap, but they were good!

I called Plumbing Kings this morning to check for a water leak.  My water bill had been very high for two month in a row.  I checked with Yelp to find a business with good reviews.  This company certainly had many 5-Star reviews.  I called and was able to get an appointment within a two hour window same day.  They called in advance and were right on time with arrival.  It was explained how they would determine the cause of my water leak.  I was also told what charges would apply depending on nature of leak.  They went right to work and came up with a diagnosis in a fairly short time.  They were honest  about my problem even though they could have started an exploration that would have been very costly to me,,  They even gave me a referral to a irrigation specialist who could do the repair much cheaper.  They certainly live up to their excellent reviews and I am happy to add my name to that list.

After 2 days of trying to unclog my kitchen sink with chemicals and snaking it myself with no results. My last hope was calling for a plumber.  Steven was  the  only one that actually reply back to me on yelp, others just told me to call and make a appointment. He said he will come out and check it out with no charge, I had dishes pile up and had to get this drain clear.he is very professional , showed up on time and even took off his shoes when entering the house and Laid cardboard  on the floor so the floor doesn't get dirty. He tried snaking the sink but the piping was not install right so he had to snake it from the vent on the roof.    He charged by the job and not by the hour ,He went above and beyond. Steve from plumbing king was great,he gave me a fair quote on repairing my toilet drain which another company said it would cost so much more cause they had to chisel out all the concrete around it and replace all the PVC piping,Steve paitiently chiseled out all the old PVC pipe that was glued onto the existing pipe which cost me so much less and set everything up for the new toilet to go in, two weeks later after I did some tile work and bought a new toilet I called him to get it installed he was there immediately to install it as he knew we had lived with one toilet for long enough,I would recommend him to anyone and give him a five star rating.

I called Plumbing Kings yesterday due to my water heater not pumping out hot water. I was originally scheduled for 12pm-3pm, but they were actually finished with a previous job and got here about 1.5 hour early. From the moment I met with Juan, I knew I was in good hands. He didn't try to upsell me at all and explained to me what the issues I might be having for not getting hot water. Last summer, Tyler did the kitchen sink installation as part of my remodel. He was also here a couple of weeks ago to do shower & toilet repair. Couldn't be more pleased! We needed immediate assistance after the city told us leak was our responsibility. Seriously, Tyler Nero is the best plumber I've ever encountered.
Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, polite.  Offered several suggestions to improve RO and refrigerator water supply as a side benefit to a rapid fix of a broken hot water supply valve underneath my sink.

Our kitchen sink would not drain :( I contacted Plumbing Kings and was given a same day appointment. Time window of 10am to 1pm, cool. The technician, Tyler, called me at 11 to tell me he was on his way. Before I knew it Tyler was at my home and ready to fix my sink. We had an unknown leak coming from our wall, destroyed our flooring. We called Plumbing Kings and they were out bright and early the following day. The workers are extremely rude and inconsiderate. An unexpected leak came about in our complex. Around 6 PM I notice a worker going around the buildings turning water valves. I asked him what he was doing, and he informed me that he was shutting off the water. So I asked why and he said there was a leak. I would've never known my water was getting cut off if I didn't happen to see him. First and foremost, it would've been courteous and considerate to at least let residents know that their water was being shut off. Second, it is not right to talk to people in a disrespectful manner who are simply inquiring about what's happening on their property. After a few hours of still not having any water, I walked over to inquire about a possible estimate of when our water would be back on. When I initially spoke, all 3 workers completely ignored me as if I wasn't standing there. So, I asked again and one of them replied with an extremely rude tone as if I was wrong to inquire. I attempted to let them know that it would've been courteous to give residents a notice that they were shutting off our water, especially if it was for an indefinite amount of time. They kept cutting me off, being very short, and acting beyond rude just saying call HOA. Would they be ok with having their water shut off without prior warning and then being talked to in a degrading manner as if tenants don't have the right to ask about what is going on around their property? I absolutely do not appreciate being talked to that way, especially when they couldn't even provide a courtesy knock to let me know I'd be without water for the night.

I'm not sure why you assume that I'm a sir, but I'm not. Thank you for your response nonetheless. I do understand working long hours and long days and being tired and I do in fact appreciate y'all's prompt response to the situation. However, your team's long hours and stress levels are not my fault, nor do they give your team the right to talk to me and treat me the way they did. Am I wrong to inquire about what's going on with my property when my water gets shut off without warning? The fact that you didn't even mention how disrespectful they were to me shows that you are only attempting to make excuses for their disrespectful and inappropriate behavior and not take ownership or have them take responsibility. Clearly you were not attentive to my complaint otherwise you would've realized that my main concern was not the water shut off, but how I was treated. So, I do not believe your team deserves a better review until they know how to treat people with the same respect with which they would want to be treated. And your company doesn't deserve a better review until management can stop making excuses for when their workers treat someone poorly. I spoke with one of the supervisors, Lori, by phone as well, and, unfortunately, she started off doing the same thing: finding excuses rather than having the team take responsibility for their rude treatment. She ultimately apologized on their behalf, but the fact that y'all jump to excuses for poor customer service first says a lot about your company philosophy and the people that run the company.

As  a Realtor and see plumbing nightmares all day long the quality of most of the construction of this town is horrific every plumbing incident for me is a nightmare.  Well when my own garbage disposal went out AGAIN..  and flooded my kitchen late on a Friday night, I freaked out of course.    I called a plumber that I have referred several people to.   He scheduled an appointment with me today Saturday morning at 7am gave me a price  and then canceled on me at the last minute.  after I got up very early and got ready for him.. GREAT!

Today is now my only day off and I needed this fixed today I cant not have a kitchen sink.  

I found Steven and Plumbing King on Yelp and they actually answered their phone and could come out on a Saturday.  Of course that made me nervous how much it was going to cost but whatever I need my kitchen sink  working,  

Steven and his guy showed up on time and in very classy looking truck and sharp uniforms. Utmost professional!  I thought this is going to cost me BIG TIME

Well once he saw the disaster that I had under my sink he took his time and explained every option that I had from cheapest to most expensive.  

I couldn't believe that his most expensive option was still cheaper then the guy that I had referred numerous people to's cheapest option.

The made the repair everything was clean and looked brand new like my flood never happened.

I love these people!  I LOVE GREAT SERVICE! thats what I got and I loved the great price!!!

As part of a bathroom remodel, I had bought a Hansgrohe shower system (valve, trim, diverter, shower head, and hand-shower) with which 4 Other plumbers had either refused to touch because they were unfamiliar with the brand/setup, or overcharged by more than the hardware was even worth. But Plumbing Kings came through, and had everything installed in half of a day, and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended, and will continue using them.

Was skeptical if so many reviews were real, but after hiring to replace water heater, they are 100% real. Owner cares about his customers and giving the very best service at a very fair price. They pull permits and clean up everything. Veteran owned and owner even took the time to give me DIY advice on my own project. Will be calling them back for my water softener next.

Steven and his team are terrific.  What a difference it makes to have someone that cares about the work they do and follow up with you when they say they will.  They are absolutely professional in every aspect.  I had two other companies come out before Plumbing Kings to give estimates and they never called me back.  Really put a bad taste in my mouth for plumbers. We hired plumbing kings because our usual company wasn't available. They referred us to these guys instead. We had a shower diverted that was stuck. Corey, who was very friendly, explained that it was most likely because of not using it often. He suggested switching it on a few times a week to prevent it from getting stuck again. A few things I liked about this company were:
1. They were easy to get a hold of and communicated well. He called about thirty minutes before he was here.
2. He explained everything in layman's terms so that I understood what he was talking about.
3. He had a new spout in the truck which made it easy to replace quickly.
4. He explained all of the charges in detail. The price seemed fair (not on the super lower end, but you don't usually get quality work with super low prices in my experience)
Overall, we are happy to have another company to add to our list for future plumbing fixes. Awesome local, trustworthy company if you have plumbing needs. Thanks again for your help!

I called Plumbing Kings early on a Sunday morning desperate to find a plumber who had the specialty tools and fittings needed to join some pipes together for my water service line. Steven answered and allowed me to explain my problem then offered help me out at No Charge! Who does that anymore! No less on a weekend. I was very grateful to Steven for his help in my time of need. I called their office on Tuesday and the nice girl on the phone told me someone would be able to show up the following evening. Steve showed up at my house on time and I showed him the repairs that needed to be done and he wrote up an estimate. I told him to go ahead with the repairs so he started right away at like 6:45 pm. He let me knew everything he was doing so I was able to understand what was causing the problems I had with my toilet and shower. Steve was a pleasure to talk to as he was doing the repairs and by 10:30pm, he finished and I was very happy. If you need an honest plumber who does things the right away, call Plumping Kings. I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing issues.

My home is only 4 years old  in
Mountain's Edge. I started noticing that there was a yellow tinge to my bathwater a few weeks ago. It got progressively worse and especially when I was gone for a few days and the hot water was not used I would come home and it would be even worse. I could not figure out what the problem was I thought it may be my water softener but after regenerating adding new salt and doing a few tricks it still continued. After returning this time It was worse I  immediately called the Plumbing Kings after finding them on Yelp. Tyler responded right on time was very courteous and started by checking everything possible. He concluded it had to be the water heater however since it was only 4 years old and put in by the builder there may have been something else going on with the water heater beside deterioration in side of it.  After draining it completely in which he did see a little bit of discolored water come out he decided to take out the anode rod inside the tank ...below I have shared a picture of what it looked like and what it is supposed to look like... It is unbelievable how deteriorated it was after only 4 years!  He recommended to possibly change it every 2 and a 1/2 years. He replaced it with a new one as seen in this picture refilled the tank and came back in and tested the water pressure etc. So far today the water looks very clear and it did appear to solve the problem. Thank you to Tyler for finding a solution and I definitely will contact the Plumbing Kings if in the future I have any other issues.

Had a leaking shower head due to a bad cartridge. Had two other companies give me quotes to replace the cartridge and fix the leak for what seemed like outrageous prices ($400-600). I called Steven at Plumbing Kings and he got the job done for far less than either of the other companies quoted. He was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer any question I had about leaks, replacing faucets, water heaters, water softeners, etc. Great company, I highly recommend them.

They do a pretty good job at a fair price, I will only use them for my plumbing needs from now on.  With my aging house I ran into bathtub knob and faucet issues with parts getting corroded and sticky. They fixed the knob cartridge and spout in about 45-60 minutes and everything works perfect now, I should have called them sooner!

I had a leaky, corroded, kitchen faucet and while trying to remedy with a newly bought one, I discovered the valves under my sink were broke, as well. I decided to give a plumber a call, since this was turning into a bigger ordeal than I cared for, and Plumbing Kings had the highest reviews, for my area. I can definitely see why. :-) Steven came out, was good company and smashed both issues fairly quickly. New faucet is beautiful, pipes are shiny and fixed, and the price for the work done was very reasonable. Will definitely do business with, again. Hopefully for upgrades to current systems, (ya know, happy stuff) and no emergencies. Regardless, I cannot recommend enough, as he took real pride in making sure everything was properly functional, squared up and aesthetically pleasing. Steven was very helpful in explaining how things went wrong, what I can do to prevent, and made sure to make me knowledgable about the setup.

Wow. We had a 30-year-old plumbing manifold in our condo that needed to be completely replaced, along with putting in angle stops near sinks and toilets. These guys are the best. Another great job by Plumbings Kings! I needed to replace my gas water heater and called to schedule an installation. Chad came out and did an amazing job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He cleaned the area before placing the new water heater  in its position and blew out all the dirt from my garage floor. He showed me how to relight the pilot light and gave me tips to prolongs the life of my new water heater! Thanks Chad. Keep representing well. After another plumber fixed a cracked pipe and declared my bathtub fixed, my tub was still leaking. Steven came out and did a thorough inspection and found the tub was also leaking around the overflow (which he fixed), and from tiny gaps in the tile (which I need to replace). He spent the time to make sure water was not coming from anywhere else. He is by far the best plumber I've ever had, and I've already given his information to my mother for her plumbing needs. Called these guys first thing Monday morning. Spoke with Mike and explained my problem. Mike said he could have someone out between 11am and 1pm. Around 11am their tech called and said he was on his way and should be there around 11:30. They were right on time, introduced themselves. Tyler and Carlos. Very friendly and professional. They came to fix a active leak on a home in Henderson, guaranteed their work. A few weeks later my new clients move in and within a week the same leak springs, clients called them and got nothing but the run around. Asked for $75 visitation fee to fix the problem they were called to fix in the first place. Avoid at all cost!

We found ourselves in need for a plumber for a toilet issue, so my husband called around to several places to start with a quote for assistance.
He ended up going with Plumbing Kings, as they were able to get to us within a few hours (on a Saturday) and the quote was a bit lower than other companies we had called. Steven arrived at the estimated time and primarily corresponded with my husband during the process of repair. My husband is not an easy man to appease, but he said that Steven was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue (which apparently was difficult to resolve, even for an experienced plumber, due to older, cheaper parts that were used during the initial construction when the house was built 20 years ago) and to explain the steps he was going to take to resolve it, and did so very thoroughly (and my husband loves to ask questions). My husband believes that the service was fairly priced, and the issue has been resolved; no issues since. Highly recommend the Plumbing Kings, we will certainly have their information on hand for any future issues.

Steven and Tyler were professional, courteous and most important, proficient from start to finish. It is apparent they know the ins and outs of plumbing.

Not only did we have an inexplicable leak resulting in an 80% increase in our water consumption, but in the course of attempting to diagnose it, we discovered that our main water shutoff valve had completely corroded, rendering it useless. After reading Yelp reviews, I called PK.
From making  appointments for an estimate and then replacement and repair to their final cleanup, these guys were spot on.

The amount of work required to dig up our old shutoff was greater than anticipated due to tree roots needing to be cut away and prohibitive placement of the pipes but they stuck with their original estimate instead of increasing the charge. They worked for seven hours outside in the heat of the day without taking a break and also discovered a small hole in our house where stucco was missing exposing interior wall and pointed it out to us.

It looks like the leak is coming from the site that Henderson Utilities had just replaced our water meter. They likely torqued a pipe in the process. They are due to inspect the situation and render their opinion, so at this time I do not know whether the City or we personally will be responsible for fixing it. I hope it's not us, but if it is, it will be a no-brainer to have PK do the work. You can hire this company with confidence.

I called Plumbing Kings this morning  to see if we could have someone come out and fix our kitchen sink which was leaking.  Tyler and Jordan arrived at 12pm within the 11 to 2pm window.  They were very knowledgeable and efficient in their work and provided us with wonderful customer service which is a dying art these days.  Knocked it out in under an hour and we now have a working sink again.  Thank you so much for providing us with reliable and efficient service.  We have our go to guys for our plumbing needs.

Called this company after an initial company I called kept saying they were coming, and 2 hours later, no show.

Corey was my technician. He identified the problem right away, which I already knew because my brother was going to repair it, but contracted Covid. So I was super trusting when Corey identified the same exact problem. I knew then he was on the up and up. He told me how he was going to repair it, and less than 30 minutes later, he was done. He turned the water back on and tested the sink for leaks. And all was well.

I would definitely recommend this company to others and will be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Definitely ask for Corey if you need an honest     tech to come out. He was awesome sauce!!!

Getting a response, excellent.  Showing up on time, excellent.  We had two toilets to have replaced.  First one was a breeze, the second took hours - come to find out he would not leave until he could figure out the problem.  He went to and from the store.  There seemed to be a hairline crack in the porcelain that we could not see.  So, he put back on the original toilet until we can order another one.  This guy spent over five hours trying to make this work, and the price never changed.  We felt so bad - but we finally got a replacement (Lowe's - 5th time is the charm - as two came broken)... and we have already scheduled them to come back out. Sealed, verified not leaking, and makes sure the job is done right. You are now on my families' go to list.

I made an appointment to get my garbage disposal  installed. It was between 3-5. Once 5:10pm rounds around and I hadn't heard from anyone I called.  The lady apologizes and said she would reach out to the tech an see what was going on and he wo6 get back to me.  It's now 8:50pm and no word from anyone.   I had more work for them but now.... I just have nothing but disappointment in this company.

We did not know if we needed a plumber or a roofer for the leak we discovered in our garage.  The leak occurred during our two-week vacation, so no one was home and it happened to be during a big storm.  Getting a roof contractor in the middle of winter in Las Vegas right now is next to impossible, so we decided to give the plumber a try.  Found Plumbing Kings on yelp and contacted them, the office staff was helpful and set up a convenient appointment for me.  Tyler called prior to the scheduled time and arrived as expected.  He listened to my explanation, advised me of how he could handle the issue, quoted a price and asked if I had any questions.  After some discovery, he found a leak, so small that it didn't show up during a pressure test of the system. He showed me the issue quoted the repair and continued to do the work.  The leak was repaired, and Tyler explained to me what happened and what to expect, he cleaned up, and left me his cell phone number in case I had any questions. Couldn't have asked for a more professional or knowledgeable group of people to work with, thank you!

Service: professional, responsive and on time

Price: reasonable for some items. We felt their cost for angle valves were too high so we didn't change them.

My husband dealt with them and said he'd use them again if needed faucet installation.

New to LV so I was relying heavy on reviews.  Plumbing Kings did not disappoint.  Nato called prior to arriving and showed up when he said they would.  Gave me a fair price on replacing a kitchen sink faucet and fixing a toilet.  Super clean and neat and everything put back where Nato found it.  I would definitely call them again for my next plumbing issue/project.

I talked to Steven this morning concerning a suspected water heater problem.  Our discussion determined that my 8 year old water heater needed to be replaced.  I contacted him 3 hours later to schedule the replacement and he was at my house within 1 1/2 hours with a new water heater.  He and his assistant had the installation completed in a little over 2 hours. All installation materials and the old water heater was removed.  Nice clean job!  I strongly recommend Plumbing Kings and will use them again in the future.

Now I started to realize licensed plumbers are just really expensive in Las Vegas.   But at least plumbing Kings got the job done especially they did it while I was in another country.   The owner was nice and patient enough to answer all my questions, concerns and indecisiveness.  Well, I honestly don't know anything about plumbing.   We bought our home through American West and they literally put in the cheapest toilets in history.   We have been trying to repair it few times a year for years.  Anyways, we decided to change the entire toilet. Even though it cost us $$$ but to me it was well worth it.   Love the work, and very appreciative of everything they have done for for home.  

I never leave reviews without working with the company.  But the owner is amazing. We have a leak and needed a plumber.  He actually referred me to someone he knows.  They are all booked for today.  But I have never experience this kind of kindness.   Will definitely use them

I've used Plumbing Kings for years for ALL my plumbing needs.  They are fast, efficient and most importantly they arrive when scheduled.  Over the years they have maintained my water heater, installed a brand new water line from the meter in my home.  Additionally, as a business owner, they are the first call I make when anything water related happens in my office.  Everything from installing our reverse osmosis water cooler to replacing the value on a leaking toilet.  I know I don't have to worry about a thing once the call is made.  They are by far the best and most professional plumbers out there and I won't let anyone else work on my plumbing except Plumbing Kings!

Discovered our kitchen sink drain was leaking and found Plumbing Kings. Requested a quote which was comparable to other quotes. Called the office to schedule and the woman was very friendly, they had a slot exactly when we needed it. They ended up with a cancelation the day before and went so far as to text and offer it to us, unfortunately we weren't home.

Tyler called ahead and arrived in the scheduled window and got us all fixed up. He was friendly and professional. Glad we called because it ended up being a bigger job than we could tackle ourselves. Overall good service. We would use them again if we have other plumbing needs!

I live in a building with about 4-5 units.. my unit is ground level.. woke up this morning with overflowing toilets and bath tubs. I scheduled more than a week ago for a sink install today at 8am. yesterday I text Tyler to confirm he's coming. He replied yea, see you at 8. It's now an hour and a half late and not even a call, or message notifying me of any delay. I don't feel confident spending several hundred $$$ for this kind of unprofessionalism. Maybe dispatch can let Tyler know not to show up. I'm done. Going elsewhere for the work I need done.

Had some work that needed to be done in my house as I had been dealing with irregular water pressure for the last year or so, with that in mind I called Plumbing Kings and from the call and on I knew I had called the right place. The dispatcher (did no get his name) was very friendly and courteous and he was able to answer my question and schedule me Almost immediately to get someone to come out and diagnose my issue. That is where Aron comes in, young guy, nice and very knowledgeable. He was able to come in look at the problem and resolve it by changing me aging Pressure Reducing Valve that had given all it had for the past 8 years. Once the issue was diagnosed, he gave and estimate of what it would cost and I proceeded with the work. Aron took care of the job and after he was done we ran a few of the tests from earlier and I could see the results right off the bat. Once again thank you all for the work done and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for fast and reliable service! Will add them to my tool belt of local companies to do business with from now on.

Our kitchen sink clogged up around noon. Called a few companies all with 1-2 day appointment times. This company had a technician out within an hour. He showed up on time, very professional, and knew exactly what to do. Unclogged it within 15 minutes. Definitely will use again in the future.

So, our water heater started spewing water. No problem I called our home warranty.  Had shut the water off. After the immediate problem was over, we discovered the water main valve and the water heater valves had broken.

So stuck without water now, I had called the first thing I saw on yelp at 5pm on a Friday. I called them and the nice woman took my info and told me she was going to get in contact with the owner to see if they can make an emergency trip.  I received a call from Steven and explained what was going on

He did say it was going to be time and a half but we had no choice. He said he was going to call his guys and have them contact me. I received a call from Chad, gave some more specific information so he can do the work.

Chad was wonderful. He was professional and knowledgeable and friendly. Explained to me what was going on, how the particular valves that we had even worked and why it failed.  He made sure all the work was done correctly,  securely, and most of all getting us back to being able to have water. Double and tripled checked not only the work he did but everything else around it to make sure we were in a better spot than before.

I don't leave reviews often, but given the situation, we felt more at ease after. Emergencies suck, but I am really glad this was the number I called. Thank you Steven and Chad and the rest of your team. A+

Sent out an inquiry on yelp for a job.  Plumbing Kings were the only one that came back with a quote.  They had time to do my project the next day.  Showed up on time, their work more than exceeded my expectations, they were efficient and cleaned up their mess.  They were also respectful of our carpeting and wore booties.  In talking to our service tech I found out it was the owner!  Fast, efficient affordable service and what more can you say about a company when the boss is the overflow guy!  If we have any other plumbing problems we will use them!!!  We had three toilets changed out!

It's unfortunate that one of the most expensive companies in the city, they charged me $175 an hour previously, isn't enough money for these people. I was told by Steven that the cost of installation for my most recent Toto would be substantially more than $175 an hour because it was a more expensive toilet. I asked Steven  what did that have anything to do with it. He stated he might drop the toilet or something. He said that he might damage it. For example, the screws that go onto the sides of the toilet, the skirt, might get overtightened and cause the toilet to break. Needless to say, I didn't have Steven do the work. I just discovered that behind the first toilet  Steven installed several months ago at $175 an hour had damage behind the toilet. Installer. What about that damage Steven? Is that not covered?

I chose this company because of his ratings on Yelp and I appreciated his responses and overall presence on this site. I'm glad I did.

I was able to make a quick appointment for an estimate, the gentleman was on time and provided a diagnosis and estimate. They work quick and they do things the right way. I will definitely refer clients to them in the future with confidence.
