The best from the beginning through the end.  Franklin is definitely an expert in what he is doing, and even the people that he brought in are also quality and easy to communicate.  He helped us with the septic issued and now helping my friend house with leaked internally and I am Strongly Recommend him and his crews. He is super easy to reach out to even after the job.

Kitchen and bathroom faucets replaced, supplied one myself and they supplied other. First appointment was canceled due to a earlier appointment was taking more time than they expected. I did have to call to reschedule but they promptly showed for the next appointment. Professional and friendly! I apologize for not getting their names. I would definitely recommend for the job and affordable cost!

If I could describe Kea Plumbing with one word, it would be Phenomenal. Franklin and his crew diagnosed the water leak issue and tediously fixed the problem. He and his crew were punctual, friendly and went way beyond my expectations. My husband and I are super excited to get our house ready to rent. We without a doubt, highly recommend Kea Plumbing Contractors!

Charged me $750 for a water line spot repair that took 30 minutes to complete. Franklin explained that they offered the lowest charge he could according to the Nevada plumbing price book and that he charged me the minimum. He continued that the price could go up to $1500 - $2500 if there's any obstruction. Needless to say I won't be calling them again. My tenant did say he was a nice man. Vegas plumbers who charge these prices must be living large. Who else makes that kind of money for 30 minutes of labor?

Woke up to a leaking water heater ..made a few calls and Kea plumbing picked up Right away..made the call at 8am and job was done before 1pm...Customer Service #1...they were patient and explained everything and also showed pictures and gave advice.

Franklin is terrific!! I called him late on a Thursday night and he came out on Friday morning to check out the issue. The problem thankfully wasn't as bad as I thought and he came back to fix everything that night and stayed until 11pm to finish up the work. I was very impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was. He's quick to respond and his costs are very reasonable. I encourage everyone to check out Franklin for your plumbing needs!

We tried everything we could possibly do to unclog our toilet. These guys were in and out in less then 15 mins. They get the job done fast and right. I would recommend them for all plumbing needs. Quality and efficient work.

Kapena and his crew  came the same day I called to have a water leak in the garage
repaired.  They found the source after having to remove drywall, repaired it quickly.  He is well seasoned as a plumber
respectful and truthful.

I had the hot water line break and called many companies for quotes. Yes they responded and one was lower. However, for Franklin Kea what made me go with him was his customer service. He was very patient and answered all my questions. It wasn't a call center it was his cell phone. He would answer right away or text me right away and being at work 12-14hours for me was very helpful.
My house was old and needed a pipe reroute and his explanation helped me to see he was being honest.
His guys were awesome and great work ethic. They never stopped on this huge project. In the end it came down to cost and Franklin was amazing and matched it. He did some other repairs he saw. TRULY TRULY BLESSED that I came upon his company on thumbtack and took a chance.

Franklin came & gave me a free camera inspection of the sewer lines that the units have ongoing clogged.

Unlike a previous plumbing company came & used their camera which I had no idea what I'm really looking at just like reading an Ultrasound. Lol. Not only that they found problems with the sewer lines inside the property up to the front door main clean-out instead of all the way to the front of the sidewalk or the city line! Thank god I waited & decided to get a second option & felt they weren't taken me seriously anyways after I asked for a written estimate 3X  (Office & twice from the tech/mgr) as they said they were short of staffs & it was end of the year holidays as well.

Kea Plumbing Contractors came at the right time & gave me a clear view of the sewer lines which I realized this big problem can't be prolonged! Also with the view of their previous work photos on Yelp which they had dealt with these sewer problems, I felt more confident about them. Hired & scheduled the work after a clear estimate is written of what'll be included. I'm grateful to have found them! They were there on time each day from 8-5pm 7 days a week for little over 2 weeks! Thanks for getting this stress off our shoulders for almost a year of ongoing clogged issues! We couldn't be more thankful & bought everyone lunches to show their hard work & appreciation on getting the job done so we can continuously run the business!

Highly recommend Franklin for your plumbing needs. He installed a new PVB valve for us. He was professional, timely, and the quality of the work he performed was excellent. On top of that, he was the lowest quote we received.

What a way to start out the new year. Who expects to have absolutely gross sewage-y water coming up the drain of their bathtubs??!! But they say out of every misfortune there is a silver lining.

My silver lining? Franklin and Shane from Kea Plumbing. Not only a quick response time from first contact with Chelsea, but the guys were onsite soon after. Professional all the way around. The problem was discovered and the immediate work completed. I say immediate, because I was not the only unit suffering and the problem was actually a main line and the HOA's responsibility.

The gross water is gone and everything is draining correctly. Now I get to sanitize the two tubs.  Every home owner needs a good core of maintenance personnel; Kea Plumbing is a stellar choice. Thank you for  taking care of such an overwhelming issue.

My toilet wouldn't flush yesterday and after trying all the common remedies listed online, I started looking at Yelp for a plumber.  It was quite late when I reached out to a few vendors, but Franklin was the first person to reply that he can have someone here first thing in the morning.  He and his guy both showed up at my door at 8:15AM and was able to fix my toilet in less than 5 mins.  Since it was such a simple fix, he didn't even charge me.  A definite recommend for those who are in need of help - Franklin and his crew has your back!

I put in a request for a bib in my backyard fixed and they were able to come out the same day and with reasonable pricing. They were pleasant to deal with and were professional. They even gave us a thank you card. I would definitely use this company again.
