Serv-All Water Conditioning has been a local Las Vegas family-owned and operated business since 1978. We service all makes and models of existing water softening treatment equipment like water softeners and reverse osmosis systems. ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Jim and his wife Corinne have been the owners of Servall Water Conditioning since 2009, but have been in the Las Vegas water conditioning business for the last 20 years.

They were both born and raised in the Las Vegas valley. James attended Gorman High School  and Corinne Cheyenne High School. They have four children and two dogs.

They love helping out the Las Vegas community with support and good water treatment.

They ran another large company in Las Vegas for approximately 10 years before purchasing Servall Water Conditioning. Jim has ample experience servicing and installing many different types of residential and commercial types of water treatment equipment.

He is fully licensed #77144 with the state contractors board to install water softeners, water conditioner, reverse osmosis and any other water filtration needs.

Had a 3 year old water softener by Soft Water Specialists that quit working, and they couldn't get working. Finally had to call Serv-All Water Conditioning to fix the problems. They were prompt, reasonable, and professional. Would definitely use them again! A big gold star for Nick who did the job too!

Great experience with Serv-All, I know we've found out go to for our water softener and filter service. Easy to set up my appointment for the date and time desired. They sent a reminder the day before and notified me by text when the tech was en route. My technician Shawn arrived in the first 30 minutes of the service window. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Checked our outdoor softener setup and made some helpful recommendations. Tested the water from our filter and told me some things I didn't know about the filter system. Hopefully we can find replacement cartridges for the filter so we don't have to buy a new system, but if we do have to, we'll get it from Serv-All

Fair, honest, prompt. Even though my son was skeptical when Jim said that it was probably the tank of my water conditioner, I called him anyway. On site Jim said it was something else, a part easily replaced. He didn't have it on his truck and had to return the next day, but only charged one service call. No gouging!

Serv-All has the best customer service. I asked for a quote and they responded within minutes and answered any and all questions that I threw at them. Value is great too, was a lot cheaper (we're talking 30-50%)  than some of the other brands that I've had in the past. The best part? They did SAME DAY installation, mind you my request was in the early afternoon.

It's been almost two months and I'm very happy with my purchase and the system we decided to go with. Installed a rain shower head and S/O definitely feels the difference. I also have almost no more buildup in my faucets and I don't have to squeegee the shower anymore after cleaning. Runs great!

I used Serv-All for the first time and was very impressed.  Shawn, the service man was very knowledgeable and capable.  He diagnosed the problem and fixed it rapidly at a very reasonable price.  He checked the system to make sure the system worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and use them again if needed.

The tech, Jim, focused in on the age of the system and wanted to replace it. The tank was new, all the filters had been changed in 2016, and as per the receipt, no system evidence of leaks on fittings. Jim said if he worked on the system, he couldn't guarantee the work. He said he had seen filter cartridges explode and flood the whole house or develop pin holes and flood. I had extra washers from a previous faucet washer replacement, but Jim said they were the wrong size. I felt if I let him replace the first filter, the system would need to be replaced after he was finished. I wanted him out as soon as possible. What I got was a new (lowest end) faucet and membranes tested (good) for $91. Never again will this company be called to my home...too bad because it's time to replace my water heater. I've used them before, years ago, and they were a service company not a sales force.

I called around a bunch of places in Las Vegas for quotes on water softeners and Serv-All had the best pricing! The lady on the phone was really nice and really knew her knowledge on the how the systems run. She didn't try to upsell me on anything as I just wanted the lowest tier. Not only was I able to get a good price on the water softener, but the product I decided to install also conditions and filters chlorine. They were able to schedule me quickly within a couple of days and the tech (Shawn) was so kind!! He was very professional, personable, and informative. He gave me the run down on my new water softener and made it so simple for me. This company also includes 2 bags of salt with the install and they hauled away my old softener free of charge. Payment was easy as the tech swiped my card after everything was installed.

Very pleased with this company! Also pleased with the warranty. 25 years and 5 years for labor (which most places do 1 year). Just shows how much they really believe in their systems. If you're looking for a water softener, try them first as they seem to be more reasonably priced than other water softener companies. They made everything so effortless for me. They do both residential and commercial.

This company has the best service and staff.   We had our RO system and water softener installed about a year ago.   It has been the best water.  Today we noticed a small leak under our sink.  I called the company knowing I may not get any answer due to being Sunday.  I left a message and I received a call back within 15 minutes.    They let us know how to turn off the system and stated they would be sending someone out ASAP.    I would recommend Serv-All to anyone needing water services.  This company truly cares for their customers.

Our relationship with this company started out well with the service technician Shawn.  He was very efficient and knew what he was doing.  He was also great at explaining how the system worked.  During his visit we had another van from Ikea stop at our home and made a quick delivery.  I mention this as it becomes a major part of the story.

Right before he left, Shawn cut his eyelid and was bleeding.  We offered to drive him to an Urgent Care but he just wanted to get back to the shop.  He was loading the van quickly and we noticed a lot of what we thought was water around his van.  We watched him pull out (as did our neighbors) and the van drove through the pool of what we believed to be water as he drove away.  It tracked up the street and frankly we thought nothing more about it.

The next day the spill tracks were still there and still wet.  Our neighbors came over expressing concern and they thought it was oil. My husband checked the substance and could only determine that it had an oily base and it definitely came from Shawn's truck.

It was a mess.  We called the company to be informed that they only had one technician working and they really could not help us.  We emailed pictures and so did our neighbors so they could see the extent of the mess we were dealing with.

We received an email from the owner saying she was out of town and really could do nothing until she returned on Tuesday.  This was Saturday.

We let her know that we did not have the luxury of waiting as the spill was in front of several of our neighbor's driveways and driving through it just created more of a mess.

We had no choice but to go out and clean it up the best we could.  We are in our 70's and it took us over 4 hours.  It looked better and people could drive over it but there are still some stains.

We received a fairly nasty email from the owner on Tuesday.  She had driven through our neighborhood and never had the courtesy to stop and talk with us.  She maintained that the mess could not have been created by her truck.  Apparently it didn't matter that several of us had watched the truck drive away tracking the fluid up the street.  She went so far as to suggest that a truck delivering dirt 2 blocks away may be the culprit.  

We also learned that our neighbor had called them as we have an active HOA and the neighbor reported to us that the woman was a bully and wouldn't allow our neighbor to talk at all.

We appreciate how hard it is to run a small business and understand the challenges of doing so.  But customer service does not seem to exist with this company and although the product they sell is good the behavior they exhibit is bad.  Frankly, buy elsewhere.  Kate Austin & Darrel Suthergreen

Very happy with Serv-All, from the very nice people in the office, to the gentleman who showed up promptly, checked out my old softener and then installed a new one for me at my choosing.  No pressure at all, just laid out my options in a very informative manner, and then did a very professional and quick install/removal.  Couldn't be happier and I would very much recommend them for any and all water conditioning situations.

Serv-All water conditioner company just did a service call and they were excellent. Tony was on time and very friendly. He was able to adjust our water conditioner and explain adjustments in the future. We will definitely use them in them again.

I wanted to wait a month to give a review so I could see how this system really worked.

I had serv-all install a water conditioner along with an RO system. Jim came over for the estimate and was very informative about the system, cost, and labor. Later that week Tony came out for the install. He shared a lot of information about how the system worked and recommended ways to maintain the best water possible for our household.  

The water conditioner has been great. We noticed a difference right away in our showers/baths that the water was softer and a lot cleaner.

The RO water filtration system is a little louder then I expected, but it provides some of the best tasting water I've ever had.

I love both systems and would highly recommend anybody thinking about installing a system to give serv-all a call. Thanks for the help guys.

Yippie! There are still honest people!! Spoke to Corrine for price of service call, WAY cheaper than any other company (boo Sears!) she was able to give me an appt next day. Jim arrived during the specified time. It took him about 5 mins to see the problem with my water softener, showed me the source of leak causing my tank to not drain, it was a simple crack in a line which he was able to easily fix..bamb!! done no extra bogus parts charge, just the price of the service call. I will use Serv-all for any water softener business from now on & recommend you do the same! Thank-you Jim & Corrine.

Serv-All Water Conditioning is a great organization that has taken care of my need for clean and great-tasting water since I arrived in Las Vegas in 2019.

Serv-All sent Kris to visit my property for my yearly service and inspection appointment today. Kris did a great job changing my water filters, testing my water, answering all my questions, and even making me laugh a bit. To develop a business relationship with Serv-All and schedule the organization to manage the water softener, and filtering equipment at my property was a very wise decision I made years ago.

So far not happy. I've had to system for two days now. Some parts of my house I can feel the softener other parts I can't tell at all. I didn't like that I brought the biggest system and only was provided one bag of salt. I must say the installer was good, but not happy with everything else so far. Oh and a ran a water test before and after I had the install and still no Significant difference in the numbers so at this point I'm not even sure if the system is working properly.  Posted a picture of my kitchen sink that had hard water stains this was after the system was installed

Called them last Tuesday (10-27-2020) to get a quote for a water softener and how soon can they install it and I was glad to hear that they can do it the next day. We initially went to Lowe's for a water softener.  They contacted another vendor who came to us and attempted to sell us a system that wasn't even in the store.  We then spoke to a neighbor who has a Serv-All system.  I researched the average cost and felt comfortable after speaking to Michelle and getting a quote.  Nick came the next day, installed and we have been loving the softener and our reverse osmosis system fully.

A neighbor recommended this company to me and after doing a little research online I called them to come out for and estimate. After reviewing several estimates from multiple companies I called them back to come and install a water softener and a RO system. The lady on the phone was very polite and helpful in setting up my appointment. The same gentleman that came out to give me the estimate came back to install the system. He was very polite and most of all on time, he actually showed up early. He started work and was done in about 2 hours. The job he did was nothing short of amazing, My wife and I could not be happier with the system and the work he did in a very professional  manner, not to mention the overall cost. I would highly recommend them above all the rest.

Our water softener was 5 yrs. old, and they ain't making' 'em any more. Serv-All was still able to get the parts to repair it. Five days later the softener was working again, and the R.O. system was also serviced. This was done on a Saturday. I am impressed.

Messaged Serv-All on Saturday afternoon and Corrine was quick to respond with in seconds, minutes later I received a phone call from Michelle to set up an appointment. Michelle was very pleasant and was able to make me an appointment for that Monday afternoon. My service call was to check on an existing water softener in a home we just purchased. My appointment was between 2-6pm. I received a call at 3pm that the tech was on the way, he was there within minutes. The tech was very professional and thorough, explained everything that was inoperable and/or broken with the unit. The cost to repair wouldn't be worth it given the age of the unit. The tech advised on how to cap of the lines and dispose or the unit. Upon completion I went to Home Depot to get the material to cap off the unit, I went a purchased the caps needed. Installed and turned on water and we had no pressure what so ever, perplexed and nervous I called the office. They were closed so I decided to message through Yelp and once again quick to respond was Corrine with a phone call. Panicking I explained what was done and through talking it out we discovered I purchased the wrong material to cap off. I purchased caps to screw onto the lines when in fact I needed a water flex connector to have the constant flow of water. A quick trip to Home Depot and we are back in business. I could not recommend this company enough. Superb customer service!! If I wasn't in the process of selling my home I would definitely use them to purchase a new water softener!

This family run business brings the personal touch over it's big-box competitors. I was treated very well from phone call to on-site installation and visit. I had quotes from other competitors and they asked me about all the potential charges up front (e.g.-  if there's an existing water loop, drainage, etc). I saw a review from someone who expected to pay the price of an over the phone estimate (which is what the word means estimate) and was surprised to pay for additional elements that weren't expected until an installer arrives on-site. In that case I'd say that the buyer didn't do their homework beforehand.

I called this company this morning as I was having a keypad issue on my softener. I spoke extensively with the owner Corinne, who did indicate that if the keypad is faulty it would likely be an repair that may make more sense to get a new machine. The technician, Jim, arrived at my house today as they had an opening so that my machine could be looked at sooner. He was actually able to fix the keypad and explained quite a bit of information on the machine that I had no knowledge about as we did inherit the machine when we purchased the home.  Since no part was needed I was only charged $59.00 for the service call. The machine is about 8 years old but because of his superior knowledge and obvious experience in this field, I was able to avoid an expensive repair or purchase for the time being. This is a smart business as clearly they are honest and when I require a new water softener or reverse osmosis in the future I will not hesitate to use this company. I am extremely happy! with this company.

Reach out to this company, you won't regret it. Decided yesterday to get an RO system installed, so started requesting quotes through Yelp. Corinne responded incredibly quickly and thoroughly and had my business with the hour. Six hours later the tech arrived and the system was installed. Rare to find such a quick and painless experience.

We are fairly new to Las Vegas (aka desert-living) and when we bought our home in Sept 2021, we found a water-filtration system under the sink and a big water softener system in the garage. Not being from here, we had no idea how to change the filters or check the systems. Thankfully, Serv-All had installed/serviced the systems in the house before we owned it. I called them and they knew exactly when it was last replaced (the filters) and setup a new appt with me. Shawn, the technician was friendly, informative and efficient. These guys are the best!  Nick and Kris were professional and did a clean install. I opted for their top of the line model Mighty Vortech and the 5 Stage RO. It just makes sense to have both systems installed for the best filtered/soft water in Vegas. I initially sent a message to Corrine and she responded quick with all my questions answered. I needed a new water softener and decided to email Ser-All Water Conditioning for a free estimate on a Sunday afternoon. Within an hour, Corinne emailed information and prices. The information was pretty self explanatory but I had a few questions. On Monday I called their office and spoke to Janet. She answer all my questions and we set an appointment for installation for the following Friday. Friday morning, Janet called to let me know Shawn the installer was on his way. Shawn was prompt, courteous and professional. Installation was a little over an hour. He explained the technical instructions, what to expect, and told me to call with any questions. Price was better than others that I checked including Home Depot. I highly recommend them.

This review is for RO and water softener systems installed on separate dates, both by their technician Shawn. Truly outstanding pricing, service and communication! Both systems took under an hour to install, including uninstalling and hauling away our old all-in-one water softener system. I appreciated the effort that Shawn put in to haul away the old softener system as it was heavy with salt and water. He installed both systems with care and expertise and was thorough in explaining everything I needed to know about both. A true professional working for a classy and trustworthy local company.  Glad I found them for all my water conditioning needs!

Had this company out to change my filters in my R/O system and asked them if my refrigerator was hooked up right to the system since I got a lot of mineral stains on the fridge. Came to find out the person that installed the system I had brought from my other house didn't hook it up to the fridge and just tied off the line telling me it was hooked up. They quoted me a price to come back out and do the job and I set it up. When they came back they did the job and told me it was easier then they thought and reduced the price by $25. I will definitely be using them to take care of my water system needs from now on.  That showed me they are an honest company who cares about their customers. I've never had someone quote a price and then reduce it before.

What a great experience with Serv-All Water Conditioning. I did a lot of research to find the right business to install our RO System in our home. From our first interaction with Serv-All could have not gone any better. They are knowledgeable regarding their product, and the Customer Service is amazing. Not to mention, they were the best value. They stayed in constant contact with me regarding our scheduled appointment and exactly when they would be arriving. Mark, our Technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we understood the RO System he installed. He also explained the complete workings of our Water Softener that had been installed, when we moved into our home 6 months ago. Which Dupure, the installer of our water softener, NEVER took the time, or interest to do. Serv-All Water Conditioning 100% was such a great experience.. And a very Special THANK YOU to Mark.

Recently moved to the area and Yelp helped me decided to go wiht Serv-All Water Conditioning.  From start to finish the service was exceeded / met my expectations.  Coordinating through Yelp messaging was great.  After confirming my time I received timely updates sent via text.

He was honest and didn't try to sell me a whole new system when all I needed was a new transformer. When Shawn came to install our whole home water softener system, he educated me on everything and gave me knowledge I didn't have before he showed up. He knew how to work efficiently and effectively even though I kept talking his ear off. Once he got everything settled, he showed me everything and gave me tips on the system. Lastly, he showed me the test on the water we've been using for our food and drinks and found that we've been using really bad water. He showed us the difference between the water we have versus the water we could be drinking and more healthy. We will definitely have you on speed dial for other needs and definitely recommend you all to our friends, family and co workers!!!

Before contacting Serv-All Water Conditioning I already did my own research on the systems. Back when I was younger my father had a water softening system and it did wonders to our home and removed allot of the calcium build up, chlorine, residue, and etc all while leaving our shower heads and glass calcium free and our body feeling clean and soft.

When looking into Serv-All I legit read everyone's good and bad reviews. I first off have to say the negative reviews made me laugh as customer service depends on the person and the interaction between them and the business, so far I have not experienced anything negative nor even sensed anything coming off as unprofessional even a little bit.

A review should solely be about the communication between the business getting the right system for you and your family, cost, when a delivery date / tech install can happen, and what happens during install. I was given all exact information, starting with my system of choice, to cost, and the day of install.

Well needless to say my experience was easy as can be. Like I stated before knew what I wanted and already knew what the costs were. Janet and Michelle's communication skills were on point along with their helpfulness in explaining the systems and what my best options would be. The date and time when a tech would arrive was legit the very next day.

Before the Tech arrived I was given a professional common courtesy to let me know the Tech was on his way to our home and what's funny was soon as I hung up, not even 5 minutes and the Tech was at my house. The Tech explained what he would be doing and what he would do to our sink to get our reverse osmosis to get working. Despite not having the part handy he had to come back a few days later to which I felt zero rush as I was not in a rush to buy the system and this did not affect us either way as we have drinking water already.

The Tech did wear his baby diaper or maxipad despite me telling him he did not have to wear one. He was very professional the entire time and explained everything in detail about our system and the reverse osmosis system. I did not need allot of info as I didn't even have them come to my home to show me their products as I grew up around the systems.

I would highly recommend Serv-All Water Conditioning to anyone as you pay for what you get. This is a Family Owned Business which I first off like as there is an understanding like a family and your not just treated as a number like from large big businesses that attempt to sell you the world and make false promises.

To point out I am big on communication and this business by far met this expectation. Promptness, professionalism, courtesy, explanations, and etc is what I was given.

I tried to install a brand new water softener that I had purchased from Lowes, but I had several issues. I called these guys to come out and fix it. Nick was very knowledgeable and professional and had everything squared away and working perfectly within about 30 minutes. I'm very thankful, because everyone else I called said they only INSTALL water softeners that you purchase from them (at a very high cost!), and they will not do anything to repair or correct issues with an existing water softener. The total cost for this service was $69, which I thought was an outstanding deal.

My wife and I were  looking for a water softener for our new home and noticed there were numerous high pressure sales companies in Vegas with a wide range of prices, so we went on Yelp - read some of your reviews and decided to pull the trigger with Serv-All.  All I can say is that our fellow Yelpers (is that a word) did not let us down.  I called the office and spoke with Corrine who was very friendly and knowledgeable and we decided to go with the Vortech softener system and it was delivered and installed the next day.   Shawn the installer was polite and friendly, and did a great job of ensuring everything was installed correctly, cleaned up well, and he explained how everything worked.  No drama, no up-sale, flat price, easy to work with - 5 stars!

We are new to Las Vegas so I had no idea where to look for a water system. Actually found this company based on the Yelp reviews. We have been so pleased with the service and availability of this company. Corinne answered all our our questions before we even had the in system installed. No high-pressure sales or special deals if you sign up immediately. Everything was handled very professionally and we are so pleased with our system. I did my research on the Clack water systems and it is considered one of the best on the market.  We highly recommend this company if you're looking for a new water system

UPDATE: Serv-All called and texted in response to my review to resolve but it really shouldn't have taken a review for them to make attempts to resolve the issue. The voice message they left repeated the sentiment that the pipe was leaking was not their responsibility, so I did not respond, because I had already decided to move on to another company more qualified to handle these installations.

I still have not gotten an answer as to why, if Serv-All does not do plumbing, did they install PIPING for WATER DRAINAGE from my water softener to the drain in the wall at all, instead of having me call a plumber to do it from the get-go?  The answer is simple, if I called a plumber to do piping for a water softener install, they knew I would find another company who sold the same products but were certified plumbers, and they didn't want to lose the sale.  And that is what happened when I called a plumber to fix their install, I found a company that are certified plumbers who sell the same products and back up their work.  They came out to look at the leak, even they told me that Serv-All shoud really fix it since they installed the piping.  During their visit, I ended up getting a NOVO water filtration system from them, so the owners comments about the filtration system causing the leak is simply wrong. It was already leaking prior to that install, thats why the other guys came out at all. So, when I called Serv-All, the tech that came out said, you guessed it, we dont do plumbing.  He subsequently presented me with a document to sign that says they arent responsible for their installs, how convenient . I have since replaced the  water softener they installed with one from the other company, that is how much confidence I had in Serv-All - none.  

Whatever narrative Serv-All tries to spin on this, the fact is, this is how their handling of this made me feel, as a customer, such that I was willing to pay to completely overhaul their piping and water softener (which worked fine) install to go with another company that was certified and able to do plumbing.  The peace of mind was worth it.

ORIGINAL POST: If I could give these guys zero I would. $2000+. They installed a water softener which needed piping to reach the drainage trap but that is now leaking. How is it they are able to install piping but now that the piping they installed is now leaking, they won't fix it?

I called A LOT of different companies around town to compare pricing for water softeners and reverse osmosis systems. Serv All was not only the most reasonably priced but also the most straight forward with their pricing. Upon inquiring, I was sent a very detailed email explaining each product and the pricing. None of the well pricing depends; we'd have to come and check out your house first for a small fee which can be applied to your install or any awful 90s high pressure sales pitches - we can only guarantee this price if you commit today ... seriously dude? I'm buying a water softener, not a car lol

Fast forward to installation today:
Shawn/Sean/Shaun (sp?) installed a mini Vortech softener for my parents' house this morning and a 5-stage reverse osmosis system in my house this afternoon. He did a great job on both houses and was a pretty nice guy. He was really thorough and made sure to clean up any water under the sink as he installed. Everything was fast and detailed.

Also- special shout out to Michelle on the phone who answered all of mine and my parents' questions via phone/email and was incredibly friendly and patient no matter how many questions we asked (between my dad and I, we can be a lot haha...) - thanks Michelle!

Highly recommend them if you're looking for a softener or RO system :)

I called this company after a frustrating experience with the company who actually installed my water softener. I searched the Internet and called Servall because they advertised that they service all water softeners.
Jim arrived later that afternoon. He dug into our system and discovered a salt block and something that wasn't bolted. He re-bolted that thinga ma-widget, removed the salt block and told me I was good to go! Great service from one phone call. If I have another issue with my water softener, I'm calling THIS company!

Look no further!!  If you have a water problem, these are the people you should contact. Service call was scheduled promptly so that I didn't have to be without drinking water for more than a day or two.  And Shawn - the service guy who came out was just delightful! The service for my older softener was prompt, fair and priced appropriately. . Layne and Jim explained everything about my RO and found a crack in the unit.  There was no pressure, but I opted to to replace the RO. Fortunately, a new unit was on the truck. Removal of the old and install of new RO was quick. No trash or mess left.  I appreciated their honesty and their taking time to re-explain.  I will definitely use Serv-All again for servicing and possibly a new water conditioner at a later date. Recently installed a Clack ws-1 whole-house water softener system.  Spoke with Corinne (whom I believe is the boss).  She's extremely knowledgeable and courteous.  She patiently explained to me the various options that would suit my needs.  No pushy sales tactics for something beyond what is needed.  Tony came out a few days later to install the unit.  He was very professional and thorough with the installation.  

I couldn't be happier with the entire process.  I'm glad I didn't resort to purchasing a cheaper unit at Home Depot or Lowe's and mess around with the installation (or pay someone $250-$300 for installation).  Frankly, the Clack system is good for about 10 years...that's about $12/month.

ServAll has the most competitive prices I've seen. I shopped around for about a three days and they gave me the best price (also Installation was free!) I love the water softener and now realize after showering and doing dishes with it I can't ever go back. The reverse osmosis is necessity as well. I planned to have one ahead of time and because of it I saved some money on buying a fridge without a water dispenser. Funnily enough, I was at work and happened to noticed the drinking fountain I always go to has a RO system don't by ServAll! What are the odds. It was meant to be. I also ended up going with the 5 stage RO system over the 4 because I wanted the nicer faucet that was included with the 5 stage but the price of the faucet itself was $80 and the 5 stage was only $100 more over the 4 stage system. So I'm the end, I got the faucet I wanted as well a better, more efficient system. I am happy with my purchase.

This company and the owner is amazing!  We were quoted a very high price from other companies because they said we needed a soft water loop.  The owner from Serv-All came out and took the time to actually look at our system and he determined that we already had a reverse loop built in which saved us a ton of headaches as well as almost 4K in cost.  I can't tell you how appreciative we are.  They also installed a reverse osmosis and were completely thorough in the set up and troubleshooting.  I can't say enough good things about this company.  Saved us over 9k in cost for system and install because they were so thorough and honest!

We recently built a home in 2020 that came equipped with a soft water loop. As a new homeowner, a water softener was truly at the bottom of my list of things to do. It wasn't until recently I noticed how hard our water in Vegas really is. The amount of hard water deposits and mineralization I was finding around my faucets, shower heads etc was alarming. I knew my pipes were at risk of severe damage, if I didn't get our water figured out.

I started googling trusted water conditioning companies in Vegas and saw great reviews for Serv-All. I requested a quote online, and within 5 mins I got a call! I wish I could remember the girl's name on the phone, I want to say Emily, but could be totally wrong. Regardless, she was beyond supportive! She answered every question I had and made the best suggestions for our home and family size. She explained every option in great detail, given I know absolutely nothing about water treatment. We ended up going with the mini vortech! I also added the conditioner to it as well.

After we made our final decision on which softener to purchase, she set an appointment for the very next day for Shawn to come out to do the installation! They sent confirmations via text and email, which I really appreciated. Shawn was right on time, and quick with the installation! It took about 45 mins to one hour! He gave us a full breakdown of how to use the softener, when to add salt, and all other important info necessary! They also add your first two bags of salt for free!

About 8 hours after the installation, I took a shower and literally WOW. Our water feels so nice, you really can tell a HUGE difference. I actually feel moisturized after getting out of the shower, my skin and hair are also noticeably feeling better!

A few days later I received a HAND WRITTEN thank you letter from Serv- All. I was so impressed by this, because I feel, it's so hard to find GREAT customer service these days. But Serv- All has exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. I am so beyond impressed with their quick, responsive, helpful customer service, their products and the trust they build with their customers. I am so happy we chose Serv- All! Thank you so much!

I recently contacted Serv-All for a water softener and reverse osmosis system through Yelp.

I received a thorough response right away and was able to schedule an installation in less than a week. Unfortunately my house didn't have all the plumbing needed to complete the installation, so we had to do a partial installation and rescheduled a follow-up appointment once the plumbing was good to go.

Everyone I have talked to during the  process has been friendly and very knowledgeable.

Used these guys for a leak in my water softener and bypass valve.  They came out charged a service delievery and replaced a leaking bypass but said they didnt have the part for the softner. No biggy. They scheduled a time for the following week to come and replace it so I took an early day out at work for the appointment. They call me at the end of the day saying the tech had the wrong part and would go back to the office to grab the part but would need to reschedule and would call me the following day. No biggy shit happens.  They call me next day saying they will schedule me for the following week to replace the part, that's where I feel this company lacks any type of customer appreciation. I was patient with the no part the first visit and the reschedule because the tech made a mistake and didnt grab the right part. But you would think having already wasted my time the day before they would expedite the install at least to the following day, especially since my house is two blocks away from their office. Raised my concerns but they couldn't care less. Look elsewhere is all I have to say.  

Further note, charged 35$ for an 8$ part on top of the service call charge.

Update: management contacted me right away to resolve the issue which is all anyone can ask for.  The work done has been great so I'm adjusting my rating

We just moved to Las Vegas and although we love our new house the hardness of the water was noticeable.  Calcium deposits on the shower heads, etc..  I did a ton of research on the best types of equipment to solve our problem, but dreaded the whole process of ordering a tank then having a plumber come to install it (hopefully correctly).  It caused me to delay getting a system for about two months, but then I came across Serv-All on Yelp and read the amazing reviews.  

I figured it was worth a shot so I pinged them for a quote early on a Sunday morning.  Janet responded quickly and sent me everything I asked for (prices, equipment details, etc).  I made my choice right on the spot and wrote back.  Within 5 days Corinne was calling me to tell me that my technician Nick was on his way!

Nick was terrific!  Having bought a new house we've had our share of workers come to do various fixes and this was by far the best experience of them all!  He showed up with his mask on and once I showed him where everything was in our garage he was off to the races.  I went back to work in my cyber office and maybe 30 minutes later he was done!  He gave me a full rundown of the equipment, instructions on salt choices and salt levels and now my water quality is amazing!  For the record I went with the 48,000 grain Mighty Vortech Tank with the Clack Head.  I highly recommend it (and Serv-All) to get your water hardness under control.  

So glad I chose them.  Plus they even sent a very kind handwritten note to thank us for using them!  That capped off a top notch experience.  They really are amazing.  10 stars out of 5!  ;)

Everything about my experience with Serv-All, from consultation to installation, was professional and smooth.  Janet's customer service was top notch as she was very informative about each of the units, yet far from pushy. The facts were straightforward, and the pricing even more so.

Our technician Shawn was ahead of schedule and arrived early, with a heads up from Janet of course.  He was very kind and efficient as the unit was installed in less than 30 mins.

Mark from Serv-All Water came out to install our 5 stage drinking water filtration at the kitchen sink.  He drilled a hole through the granite to place the water spout, and the installation looks great.  Super nice guy, and the work was professional done, no complaints at all.  He also saw that we had the water line going to the fridge there so he hooked it up to also go through this filter system.  Nice!  Thank you Mark.  Definitely recommend water filter services from Serv-All.  Looking forward to having them come out annually for filter replacements.

We had the mini vortech softener/conditioner and an under-sink RO drinking system installed by Service-All and we love it! Our recycling is no longer full of plastic water bottles, our clothes are softer, our dishes cleaner, my shampoo and soaps even work better! Having lived with the hard Las Vegas water my whole life, I never realized what a difference it would make for my hair and skin. My in-laws from Washington state even noticed the difference when just washing their hands!  We called around and got several quotes before realizing no one could compete with the price at Service-All, plus the customer service is top notch! We recently purchased a newly-constructed home in the NW area of LV, near Lone Mountain, and the water here is really hard, so we interviewed several water conditioning companies and selected Serv-All as providing the best product, price and patience in answering all of my questions.  I was impressed that they use top-quality components that can be purchased from others (and not proprietary parts that can't be found should they retire or choose to get out of the business down the line).   The system was installed in less than an hour and has been running flawlessly since, providing us with super clear and clean water that tastes as good as bottled water from the market.  As dog lovers, we are glad our pups are getting clean and safe water to drink from the tap. Fast, on time, prepared. These guys are pros. I always comb through Yelp 5 Star reviews and read carefully 'in between the lines' searching for realistic reviews. Serv-All rated well and gave me a next day appointment for my malfunctioning Water Softener. In the process, I was comparison pricing replacement water softeners just in case a replacement made more sense than a repair. I wanted them to also look at my under sink RO system and evaluate that.

Home Visit Fee: There is a charge for coming to your house. It is applied to your repair if you have them do the work.  It is only about $60 so it may be worth it if you need a second opinion on the work or the price.

Water Softener: We had a middle aged softener that started running continuously as if it were in the 'recharge' cycle. Something was clearly wrong. So the question was, could it be repaired or was replacement needed. So...they could not repair it...they offered to cap it off, remove it and cap it off... or I could try to get someone else to fix it or find someone else to replace the system. Serv-All had a new system in their truck and were able to install it right away For about $1400. Considering everything we decided to get the new one and about 2 hours later the new softener was finished.

Under Sink RO: Turned out that this was only about 3 years old. Other than needing new filters it was in good working order. This evaluation was very helpful as I was not able to diagnose that myself.

While there are lower priced water softeners out there. This one was in the ball park and the benefit of an expert immediate installation along with a warranty made it a good value. Due diligence is always required in comparing prices. But, good Yelp reviews, reputation, customer service, expertise, and reliability are also important.

They are wonderful! We got a new water softener for a reasonable price. 800-900 with tax and install. They will also come to your house with salt and load it into the softener for you for about what you would pay for grocery store salt. Since they use 50 pound bags I like having their help! It's completely nonsense to pay more than a thousand for a water treatment system, he does R/O filters etc.  completely enjoyable people who do quality work and sell great equipment that they service. Some of these companies will not service anyone elses product.

Just had my water softener/conditioner and RO installed this past week, took advantage of their January special no tax. Which is a great deal by the way.
The tech who came out was Nick, great guy.. Easy to talk too, funny, very knowledgeable and caring. Followed all CDC guidelines etc.. Had an issue with my RO leaking due to a bad O ring, came out the same day and got it resolved..

I did call a couple of companies out there and found Serv - All Water Conditioning to be the better choice base on reviews here in Yelp.

The office staff where pleasant to talk too as well and welcoming.

First off i want to be clear this review is not about there products. My review is about their customer service. The women who answer the phone are pretty nice but the communication back and forth between consumer and business is awful. They took 2 weeks to call me back with a install date. About time they called me back i went to buy my own water softener and paid $500 to have it installed (Which worked out becaused i saved over $1200) So thank you (Serve-All). Thats why i went back and gave you 2 stars.

Inquired on yelp and got several offers from a few companies but Serv-All was the fastest if not the only company that provided all the answers I asked.  Response time was also quick prompting me to make a swift decision in having them install my soft water system.  

I asked if they can do a same day install and they indeed did just that.  Deal closed at 9:30am and the tech was at the house by 4pm.  Tech guy was nice gentleman.  (sorry , i am bad with names) well versed and explained everything.  

Not sure if the price i got ($1,495 option) is  the best in LV, but more importantly, they got the job done quickly.  I am very happy with the swift service.  Time as they say is money.

If you are debating which company to use seriously look no further. Jim and Corrine are amazing and so is the equipment. We recently had our water softener system installed and it is awesome. It's crazy how soft our water is now. My skin feels like a slip and slide after I get out of the shower. We purchased the most expensive unit without the reverse osmosis and so far no issues. I shopped many competitors and from a cost stand point along with Jim and Corrine not being pushy sales people, we decided to go with them. I called on Saturday morning and by 4pm that same day Jim was at my house installing my new system. I normally don't leave Yelp reviews, but they truly deserve the good reviews. On a side note after I got my system installed, my wife and I decided to epoxy our garage which meant we needed to disconnect the water softener for a few days and remove it out of the garage. I called Jim and asked if he could come back and unhook my system and move it for me and they gave me no hesitation whatsoever. In fact they ended up coming back to my house a few days later and moved it back into my garage and connected it again for me. Jim also made sure the system worked before he left. Granted I did pay them $100 bucks to do me this favor of disconnecting and connecting again for me, but they truly deserved it. My house is a bit of a commute so for Jim to take time and come back out just to reconnect my system truly wowed me and confirmed that I chose the right company. I called after seeing their truck in the neighborhood. We have a soft water unit at the house that we thought was not working. I called Serv-All and talked to Corinne who was not only personable but very knowledgeable about soft water units. They couldn't fit us in until the following week but when I said we are dying over here she fit in a service call for us the next day. (Can you tell we love soft water!!) The service tech was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and explained things in easy to understand terms. They were excellent all around. Wouldn't call anyone else in the future if I need service. I could have done this review earlier but I wanted to give the new install some time.  Now I can review.  OUTSTANDING WORK!  We are very happy with the work done by Serv-All-Water Conditioning. I got the best water in Vegas now thanks to these guys and I have enough money left for food!  

Other installers I found to be dishonest and overpriced. Every better, I now have a reverse osmosis system in my kitchen and it not only gives great tasting water but the contractor also setup the icemaker on my refrigerator. Can't beat clear ice cubes.  

So overall, I'm happy with the service and most importantly the honesty of the contractor and the company. Well done. I'll let my friends know to contact you.

I had a leak on a reverse osmosis quick T connector that set off my home alarm flood sensors. After calling plumbers who wanted $150 to fix a $7 plastic connector I contacted Serv-All the next morning set the appointment fora fair price. A friendly lady from their office gave me a courtesy call the technician was on his way, by 1:pm they were here an fixed & inspected everything within 10 minutes. Shawn their technician was professional & gave me good advice to maintain and protect the home from water floods. I highly recommend this professional company. Job Well done.

This is the third time we've relied on Serv-all. In each case they quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repair or replaced the defective unit. I consider their prices reasonable. Honestly can't believe I haven't reviewed this company before! I've been using their services since 2016 and its so, so rare for a company to be consistently amazing for this long.

Trying to get away from bottled water several years ago and had Serv-All come and install our first RO system under the kitchen sink. Shawn did a great job and even advised me that because we had an empty cabinet next to the sink, we could put in a larger tank in there and he'd run the line through the wood, no extra charge. Love it.

Shawn sold me on Serv-All as a company just with his service, and as we've moved from homeowners to landlords, I've kept their systems installed and maintained as a benefit to our tenants. I absolutely would not have done this if Serv-All didn't make it so easy.

With lots of companies, you get an awful front-office experience but good techs, or vise versa, but I've never had anything but a five star experience with Serv-All. Ask for Shawn, he knows his stuff and doesn't BS you like some of the other companies around.

Shawn Johnson was our technician - he was very kind, funny, and produced great work. I am so so happy we decided to move forward with this company. I contractor in a different state recommended them to us.
Their water softeners are  commercial grade and the price includes everything. Other quote we got were for starter water softeners from home depot and more money in labor... Serv-All is the right choice.

Scheduled a service call with Serv-All to provide a quote for a replacement water softener.  This was actually a second opinion that I was looking for based on an initial assessment from another water treatment company.  A little background.  We scheduled a service call from that other water treatment  company to do a check on our reverse osmosis system.  We wanted them to change the filter and check the other components of the system.  While doing that, they checked on the hardness of our water and said it appeared very hard based on the chemical test he performed.  He then checked the tank in our toilet and said some residual in the tank indicated our water softener was failing.  Next he went to the garage to look at the unit.  Kicked it a few times, pushed some buttons and said we needed to replace our system (need to say its less than 2 years old, but I realize things can break at anytime).  He gave me a brochure on their systems and the costs and said he could do it right away if I wanted to replace it.  I told him I needed to think about it and would get back to him.

This is when I called Serv-All for a quote.  Their quote was significantly less than the other company so I wanted them to come out and take a look and tell me if I needed a new system and which one would be the best for our needs.  Sean was our technician and he came the next day.  He looked at our system and did the same chemical test and concurred our water was hard.  He also looked at our toilet and saw some residual but said it was not so significant that it would indicate a problem.  Sean then went back to the garage to take a look at the unit.  He did an immediate recharge and said it didn't sound right.  He also noted there was excess water in the salt tank and also noted a kink in the drain line.  He thought the kink in the drain line could be the problem.  He cut the drain line which appeared to be too long in order to take out the kink.  Did another recharge and the system sounded completely different.  Before, you would hear a pounding sound coming from the drain line.  Now it just sounded like flowing water.  The unit itself also sounded different and Sean said that is the way it is supposed to sound.

The system appears to be working and you can literally see and feel the difference in the water.  So for the cost of a service verses the thousands of dollars I would have spent on a new system, Sean appears to have fixed our problem.  I commend Sean on the thoroughness he took in analyzing our system and fixing a simple problem.  The other technician should have analyzed our system better, particularly he should have noted the kink in the drain line (I subsequently did some research and found that is a common problem on why some systems don't work right) rather than just trying to sell us a new system.

So when we do need to replace our system or have it serviced in the future, Serv-All will be our first choice based on their competency and honesty.

I've had my water softener for over 10 years and it has never been serviced.  I found Serv All in a weekly pamphlet/magazine advertising home services.  I normally don't have service performed on my home as I consider myself a DIYer.  Well, I don't know a thing about softeners accept to add salt.  Scheduling an appointment was easy (someone answers the phone), I was given a 4 hour window, and received a text letting me know Shaun was on his way.  I wanted my unit evaluated and to let me know where I stood.  In less than 30 minutes, Shaun inspected the unit, fixed a salt block problem, and advised me on what I may expect in the future.  In the end, Shaun exceeded my expectations, talk to me straight, and he can expect me to call him back next year for another inspection.  GREAT SERVICE

Bought a condo in Vegas and discovered how great the drinking water is straight from the tap!  Yeah right.  Shopped around for an under sink RO system, asked a bunch of questions, and decided to give Serv-All a shot.  After a little hiccup with communication we got scheduled for the install.  Technician showed up within the time window I was given and although he was on a tight schedule (so was I), he thoroughly answered any question I had and before I knew it, he was done.  No more bottled water, Britta filters, and weird tasting rice.  Very happy so far and highly recommend Serv-All.

At the same time our outside spigot froze (see my review on Rakeman Plumbing), our 13 year old US Filter water softener exploded sending tiny beads into our plumbing. We called Best Water Treatment (on the recommendation of Corky at Rakeman Plumbing). Byron called back that evening and we set up an appointment for noon the next day. He called and said he was running ahead of schedule and would be here in 15 minutes. When Byron arrived, he wasted no time checking things out. Turns out nothing was broken, just an old system being it self. He said he could flush out the resin cylinder and it should be OK. He discovered the tube in the resin cylinder was originally installed wrong, so he fixed that too. Probably spent an hour and a half with our system. Before he left, he double checked all the connections he had fiddled with just to make sure. All this work for $45 ! ! ! Best Water Treatment is EXACTLY what the name implies. Byron is the BEST. No scare tactics, honest about what was wrong, did not try to sell us parts we did not need. AWESOME ! ! We will absolutely recommend him ! !

Our water softener went belly up and we called Serv-All.    The inside had solidified and given its age we decided to have them install a new system that was larger and properly sized to a home of this size.   Kris's knowledge, workmanship, and patience in answering our many questions throughout the process demonstrated the professionalism, knowledge, and concern to ensure we, the customer, were comfortable and understood the system and its operation completely.    Something many people in similar trades far too often are not comfortable answering or explaining to their customers.    

The young lady who dealt with our calls for service in the office put us completely at ease with her concern to make sure we were serviced as soon as possible and with a sparkling sense of humor.

I have no qualms whatsoever in recommending Serv-All Water Conditioning Company as every employee we have had contact with left us feeling we had received honest, professional, caring service and workmanship at a very fair and reasonable price.

Had them come out for a service call. They didn't attempt to fix anything. They only told me I needed a brand new unit for $1,400 and when I gave in, the installer called his office and bragged to them about making another sale...right in front of me. After looking online, I see that I could have purchased the exact same unit they installed for less than half the price that they charged me! Would not recommend.

I love the team at Serv-All.  I had a whole house water softener installed to replace the horrible Wade King  water conditioner that I had previously.  Jim walked us through everything and even kept me from overspending on something I didn't need.  We love the system and under the sink RO system with alkaline unit that I had one installed at our rental house. It was definitely not working properly. After having 3 different companies come out and give us bids I went on yelp and started reading.
After seeing all the 5 star reviews,
I called.
The girl who answered the phone asked me a few questions....
square footage of our house, how many people living in the home, etc... she recommended a unit.
The price was substantially less than any of the other bids.
No high pressure salesperson, just questions answers and price.
The next morning the installer (I wish I could remember his name) arrived right on time, and an hour later the job was complete.
The end result is spectacular!!
I know that may sound crazy over a water softener, but if your water is a bad as ours was and then you experience what it could be....
you'd be as happy as we are.

The system that was in my house when I bought it last year never worked properly and had error messages all the time, these guys came out, fixed it many times and then said it may blow?!?!? Came home last night to a leaky water softener, called some in our local directory.  He recommend I call Byron at BWT.  I called, he answered on a Sunday evening, instructed me to turn on the bypass.  Me not being mechanically inclines, I wasn't understanding.  He asked that I take a photo, and he was able to walk me through what I needed to do.

Promptly showed up this morning at 10am for  appointment that was scheduled between 10-12.

Drained the water softener, replaced a hose and was gone in about 30 minutes.

Highly recommend Best Water Treatment.  Reasonable, prompt and knowledgeable

Tony came out to test my 13 year old K system. Before being referred to Serv All I contact the original supplier of my system and they talked to me about rebuilding or replacing the system. Bought a new home recently and was bombarded with water conditioner sales staff praising their systems while bagging on others.  Didn't really know where to get an honest opinion, so I checked Yelp for reviews. I selected Serv-All based on the reviews and I'm very happy I did. The water conditioner and reverse osmosis systems I had installed work great and pricing was competitive.  Corinne was very responsive to my communications and very flexible working around my schedule (I was out of town a couple times during the process). Jim, plumber, was very professional arriving when scheduled and completing work quickly.  He seemed like a really good guy besides; very cordial and friendly.  Jim even identified some other plumbing issues that I'm having the home builder repair.  I will definitely use Serv-All in the future.

My House came with a Water Softener Unit, and Reverse Osmosis System In it.   I figured that I should get them both looked over by a Water Professional.  I also wanted to set a baseline on Service for Proper Maintenance Intervals in the Future.

Jim, the owner, came to inspect my current reverse osmosis system. (The original system was installed about 20 years ago, and had a refurbishment about 4 years ago.) He was thoroughly familiar with this system, as well as a variety of other systems and technologies. Jim was prepared to look at the system to see what needed replacement or adjustment. In the end, however, I elected to buy a new system, with new technology and added options. We set up an install date and time. The removal and new install went exactly as planned with respect to date, time, and product equipment.

At least as important to me was finding a knowledgeable, very helpful and obviously reliable company with whom I would be able to work with for years. I think it goes without saying that finding a knowledgeable and reliable company to do this type of work is a real consideration. I was treated very well from my first phone call to the conclusion of this job. The receptionist, Janet, made absolutely sure I was well received. Jim made sure I was clear as to the work. You can't beat this. I highly recommend Serv-All. Whether you need an opinion or a new system, this is an excellent choice.

Always quality and friendly service. Serv-All installed a softener and reverse osmosis system a year ago, and all services have been wonderful experiences. Shawn Johnson is the tech assigned to provided services in my area, and he has been so helpful in understanding how to maintain my system. He recently changed the filters in my system, with no problems to report. I was most amazed a few months ago when my refrigerator stopped dispensing water and ice. After speaking to an appliance technician, plumber, and even the home builder, no one could resolve the issue. I thought to call Serv-All, and Shawn quickly figured out that it was a part in the refrigerator that may be used to bypass filtering since a reverse osmosis system was already filtering my water. So thankful for Shawn and the Serv-All staff for great service!

Company installed our water softener a few years ago and come yearly to check system and change out filters. The Tech this time was Sean (? Sp, Sorry if I spelled wrong). Called when on his way, came in covid prepared. Checked pressure and corrected as he said it was a little high, then came into house changed out filters and softness check from bathroom water. Just recently bought our house and it feels like there's always someone at our door trying to get us to purchase water softener systems. Not knowing where to start and to find honest reviews we turned to yelp and found Serv All. We walked into the office on Saturday and got some great information and started to feel more comfortable with our decisions about this purchase. After we left the office we got a phone call from Corinne and in the next 10 mins we were scheduling our installation. They came that Tuesday, but since our counter didn't have a hole he needed to come back to finish our R/O system installation once the hole was made, but even with that speed bump the instruction was still done in a timely matter. Everything was up and running by Thursday.

We bought a new home and called around to a few different companies to get quotes and to compare water softener systems. We ended up going with the conditioner unit with Serv-All. I called around 11am to schedule an install and they were able to get someone out same day to do it. Shawn was quick and knowledgeable about the unit. I had some follow up questions post install and Michelle was more than happy to assist me. They even followed up with a hand written note thanking me for my business. Kris arrived to replace RO filters but in his testing of the system it was discovered that the water pressure was to high.  The solution turned out to be replace the house pressure valve.  This turned out to be a major problem because of the way the original valve was installed.  Kris did a great job of correcting the mess.  Even called in extra help when needed.

I found their business through yelp. Michelle responded right away and was able to give me an appointment within the next 2 days. They gave me a window of 8-12 am and their technician and by 8:30 am, I received a text that the technician is in his way. Shawn was very friendly and professional. I contacted several companies for a water softener. I chose Serv-All not only for their product/price but because Corrine was very pleasant and helpful over the phone. She answered all of my questions and concerns and was never pushy or rude (like some others). Once we made our decision, Theo came out that same day and installed our softener. I love this company and their staff. I've talked to Janet in the office and she's so nice and very knowledgeable. Shawn is the Best Serviceman I've ever had because he's nice too and knowledgeable as well. He's been to my house a few times to replace my Osmosis Filters and he installed my new Soft Water Conditioner a year ago which I love. He was at my house today to replace my Osmosis Filters and I had him replace my faucet cause my old one kept dripping. He answers all my crazy questions and always has an answer for me. He also offers advice on what to do if I ever need help with something. This is the only company I will ever use cause I think they're the Best!

Once again, I feel the need to rave about the service from Serv-all Water Conditioning. A month after installation, we discovered a slight drainage issue. Jim came out and diagnosed the problem and set up a time to return with parts to resolve the issue. He came back and  fixed the issue and then bought parts and fixed a related problem with our washing machine drainage!  Plus - gave me more softener salt!

Reached out on Friday to a few companies on Yelp for a quote on a water softener and reverse osmosis, and Serv-All was not only the quickest to respond, they were the only one to send me an instant quote for multiple options without hassling me over needing to come out for a water quality test aka sales pitch. We took about 15 mins to decide and within 30 mins of original outreach, they had our appointment scheduled for a water softener and reverse osmosis install the following monday.

Monday came around and the technician Shawn showed up on-time, and was quick, professional and super informative. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

Just read all of the positive reviews...  this company is no joke.  They installed a new water softener system just over a year ago.  It started leaking this week and we called to have them come out.  We also asked them to look at our R/O system since they would be here.  Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced all was done in one visit and we're good to go.  Tony was exceptional.  I will call them again if needed and will highly recommend to anyone that needs their expertise.

You guys were so great when we replaced our old Culligan water softener last year with one of yours, it was an easy decision to do so again this year with a new reverse osmosis system. Incredibly, even though we couldn't take advantage of it, same day installation was offered. Nick was courteous, efficient, and professional.

Be smart and shop around, but when you're done, I'd be surprised if you find a better company than Serv-All.  The price and quality of their products and services can't be beat!!!

I stupidly installed a new water softener at my house. Needless to say, I did a very poor job. Not only was the new water softener leaking salt water in my garage, but I was not receiving soft water in my house.

Tony from Serv-All Water Condition fix the problem in less than 30 minutes, he also took the time to explain to me what I did wrong in my installation of the new water softener, he also showed me how to correctly set all the settings for the correct operation of the unit. Originally when I called, the representative told me how to troubleshoot the water softeners tank instead of sending out a service person. When it didn't work then they send out a technician who tested the water softener which wasn't working anymore.  So he installed a new, beautiful and cost-effective water softener.  They were very courteous and I appreciate all their efforts to save us money!! So we have been with Culligan water for over 12 years, they come out once a year charge us almost $500 to change the filters and service the unit... we got tired of them and decided to give Servall a chance...Shawn was the service rep that came out he was excellent treated our home like it was his own...he  looked for ways to save us money and improved our system highly recommend this company... The person sent out to do my water filter installation immediately tried to tack on two additional charges of $40.00 each to add on to the original estimate, good luck trying to get an installation for their actual advertised price.

Thank you Corine for your explanation, but I suspect that many of the companies with 5 star ratings as yours are probably not really 5 star at all.  

I suspect that you use this technique successfully on many gullible customers, quoting one price, then arriving on site and instantly increasing the price because of some nonsense.

Maybe you should care a little bit more about the customer than your 5 star yelp rating.  I luckily found an honest company (American Water Treatment) that actually installed a system at the quoted price.

My water softener was squirting water when it regenerated.  I called Best Water Treatment based on the reviews on Yelp, and I am so glad I did.  Byron set up an appointment for today and was here during the promised time.  He was fast and efficient, knew the problem right away and proceeded to work on it.    He does water softeners and reverse osmosis, and is great with his advice.  Showed me where to fill the salt and how to mix it, as I had put way too much.  Duh!

Just moved in to the new house and really didn't understand the water softening system. The sticker had these guys as a contact, so I reached out to them to see if we could have a tech come out and give us a tutorial on how it worked. Took about a week to get the guy here and they charged us $59. I guess that's not too bad, he went through the whole system to explain how it worked. Bottom line was, I wanted to know what kind of salt we had to put in.
I would've given them five stars, but the tech was kind of a salesman like. Appreciated the tutorial, you seem to know a lot but wasn't in the mood for a sales pitch.

After doing much research and having horrible experiences with local water conditioning companies, I finally found Servall. My first impression of the company was they are super friendly and definitely knew what they were talking about. I have had other companies come out to my house to try and fix my water softener with no such luck. I saw their ad If we can't fix it, it's free and thought what the heck. Jim came out the very next day that I called and was able to immediately diagnose the problem, I had a bad valve. Couldn't believe that no one else figured it out! I had a reverse osmosis water purifier under my sink and once a year I have the filter changed. I needed to have my purifier faucet repaired or replaced because it kept coming loose. Shawn came out and told me I didn't need a new faucet, my faucet had a washer and Locking ring missing.  It was installed by a handyman when I had my kitchen remodeled for months ago.
He saved me a lot of money. He's efficient, he's very personable, he knows what he's doing and he's honest. Most of all honest. I would recommend Shawn from SERVALL if you ever need service.

Nick was on time and was very prepared and professional. He performed the installation with no up sales. He performed all the required flushing of the three gallon tank and gave instructions to flush the filter. The only reason didn't get five stars is that he has to discuss with his boss the cost of running a line from the unit to the ice maker.

I am writing this review after having Serv-all install my home water softer and Reverse Osmosis back in Mar 2017. I waited for almost 6 month to write this review so I can given you a more informative review to help you decide.

Customer service: Corinne was great and attentive. Explained everything thoroughly and kept me informed throughout the process.

Jim: The technician man who came to install the system was so courteous and knowledgable. He was late, but the wait was well worth it. Corinne made sure I am aware of his delayed schedule.

Now the system it self: Water softener + 5 steps RO
100% satisfied with the result.
Water is so soft and clean. My kids skin is no longer itchy and dry
Faucets with no scales and tubs/sick/plumbing fixtures all clean again
Hair is not rough
My wife is so picky, I have full mark this time from her after I chose All-serv

Drinking water using the RO is so great
The water taste very very good compared to even bottle water

The scheduler and installers were very nice and friendly. There was previously an issue with the quote and pricing though the owner reached out to me directly to fix things and make things right. By the end I had a very friendly and professional team come in and install my water system. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing soft water / RO systems in the area.

As I detailed in my overview, the quote was not properly bid right initially but the owner took action and made sure they honored the original quote they gave me for the work. All in all the extra effort that the owner made to make sure I was a satisfied customer made me happy and is not something you see from most businesses or business owners.

The scheduler was very nice and friendly and very accommodating with helping find the location of my new development and working with my flexible schedule in regards to not knowing exactly when my soft water system would be arriving.

The installers were very quick, courteous, helpful, and friendly with getting my system installed. They were a little late coming from a previous job but they definitely made it up with the work they produced and their professionalism. Before the install began they informed me about the process of finishing the installation. During the installation, they were quick and efficient. After the install, they were helpful in informing me on how my system works and the maintenance that it would require in the future.

We just moved to LV from Florida and knew nothing about hard water. Much to our dismay we found that the system that was installed in our home did not work. By a stroke of luck we called Serv-All and they came out the same day. Shaun saved our necks. He was professional, infomative and honest with us. Gave us all our options and his recommendations and never pressured us either way. We decided to have him install a new unit, which he was able to do on the spot. He gave us great service and could not be nicer.

After a year or so of not putting salt in our soft water system (thanks to our former tenants), we threw in a couple of bags. The next day, black water started filling up our downstairs toilet and came out of our faucets. Received the recommendation to put the system in bypass before the pipes get clogged, and offered to walk me through the process, even before we scheduled service. Then, I was able to schedule an inspection of our soft water and reverse osmosis system all through Yelp text. Serv-All's responsiveness is AMAZING!! I have used Byron and his son Nathanial twice now.  Both for rental properties.  I was recommended to call them by a neighbor who had high remarks to give them.  So far I have seen extremely expedient turn times.  Along with very low prices that appear to blow most everyone else away.  Both issues I had them out to look at was for water softener repairs.  I feel like Byron is extremely honest.  Call the office and don't worry about leaving a message.  They will actually return your call.

I'm very happy with the work of this company! I think they communicate well and have great attention to detail. I also found them to be straight-forward and trustworthy.

I reached out to several vendors for a free consultation on water softeners and reverse osmosis systems. After reaching out to Serv-All on Yelp, I got a quick response detailing all the available options for what I was looking for, along with price points and suggestions. I appreciate how straight-forward they were with their products and recommendations instead of having to wait for them to show up in person. It gave me time to research on my own. Scheduling and communication was easy for me. I spoke with the scheduler on the phone about my existing systems and how I was unsure about replacing them. She assured me that their technician would take a look at my existing systems and give me an honest assessment about their condition.

For my in-person consultation, the technician took time to look at my existing reverse osmosis equipment and even told me that my system was good for another year with new filters. I opted to replace the system, but I appreciated not being pushed to replace things if it wasn't  necessary. Out of the vendors I reached out to for quotes, Serv-All's technician was the most thorough and detailed when it came to evaluating what I had in my home and figuring out what products fit best for our household. I appreciated that the technician was practical, and he didn't push products on me if they didn't make sense for what I needed. Because of how detailed the technician was, I ended up asking a lot of questions, which he took time to answer. This was one of the main reasons why I went with this company.

My installation went well and I received detailed instructions before the technician left. I'd recommend taking good notes, but I also feel comfortable calling the company with any questions or future issues.

Annual service on Undersink RO system to replace filters completed. Technicians arrived on time, clean, respectful of keeping my home clean, and friendly.  Performed water quality checks before and after filter replacements. Explained test findings. Completed visual inspection of all other water system hardware, and offered suggestions.  I didn't feel I was being oversold on anything. Excellent customer service. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. The installer was focused and diligent in his work ethic. Job area is neat and the explanations were clear and concise. Softener works great and the softness is what my wife was looking for. The installer took away the old unit and the entire process was quick and easy.
