Let me start by saying when we find a good service person, we stick with them.  We had a plumber that we'd used for many years and were disappointed when we called on Sunday only to find out they were no longer offering residential services.

I turned to Yelp to research a new plumber, and as you can see from earlier reviews, we found the right one!  

We had two leaking faucets in bathtubs, one of which had been leaking for quite some time, another we attempted to repair on our own.  It was time to admit defeat and call a professional.  Chance returned my call quickly on Sunday morning, and had availability the next morning.  He called to alert me when he was on his way, and was professional, personable and even forgiving of our overly friendly pets.

He assessed the problem, and made his recommendation and provided me a very fair estimate.  He was apologetic that he only had one cartridge on his truck at the time.  He went and got the second cartridge, returned and within 40 minutes had both faucets done.  

His work was done very well, he was neat and tidy and ensured that things were working as they should be before leaving.

Wow. There is a slogan called Running to the car that was coined by Les Schwab Tires in Washington. They are the top selling tire seller in Washington and they are known for their employees literally running to the car for every customer - so every customer feels important. Corey Huckaby represents this very well - as he went above and beyond to fix a plumbing issue at a rental property I have in North Las Vegas. Incredible plumber and person. Highly recommend.

Alex from Resolution Plumbing did an amazing job on a bathroom remodel.  We needed pipes moved and added, then he came back and did the finishing plumbing for us.  This company is on time, confirms appointments, lets  you know when they are on the way and how long the job will take and they are affordable.

My toilet wouldn't flush yesterday and after trying all the common remedies listed online, I started looking at Yelp for a plumber.  It was quite late when I reached out to a few vendors, but Franklin was the first person to reply that he can have someone here first thing in the morning.  He and his guy both showed up at my door at 8:15AM and was able to fix my toilet in less than 5 mins.  Since it was such a simple fix, he didn't even charge me.  A definite recommend for those who are in need of help - Franklin and his crew has your back!

Dennis came by and helped me with my water heater issue. Great guy. He didn't make it awkward like most techs that come by and kind of don't socialize hahaha. But he went out of his way to make sure my kiddos had hot water for their bath & double checked up on me to see if everything was okay. Couldn't be anymore happy with my service.

Did not show up for agreed appointment.  Haven't even called for an explanation.  I wasted the whole morning waiting for them to come.

I needed a PRV (pressure reducing valve) replaced and called several plumbers for quotes.After explaining my situation to Chris H from American Bros. This guy worked with me and replaced the PRV at the quoted price.He took care of the problem in a fast and efficient manner.The other plumbers didn't seem to care about anything but their bottom line,missing the human aspect of the situation,others told me they would get back at me after I sent them pictures of the PRV and I'm still waiting for their response.This company earned my business from now on,thanks again Chris H.
