Best Hot Water Recirculation Pump Installation in New York NY

We've had an ongoing issue with our plumbing since we moved in a few months ago. We've had three plumbers come and look at it. Two said various things about the kitchen faucet, the check valve, the water heater, etc. Sam took one look at it, diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of arriving at my apartment and had it fixed in 30. Will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

Our sink had been clogged and would not drain no matter how hard I tried to snake or plumb the drain hole. I contacted Tom and he responded within 30 min to set up an appointment the next day to come fix the issue for me. He was professional and did a great job fixing the clog. This guy gave me a price to run a 80' copper pipe underground for water that will already be trenched for $2600. Not fixtures, no connections just rough the pipe in the ground. 300 worth of material. Stay away. Received quotes from 2 licensed plumbers for under 800.

So, I smelled gas on New Years Eve. That messed up my plans, the energy company had to shut off my gas. This company responded to my online request and arrived early New Years Day. They fixed the problem quickly and cleanly. Explained all I needed to know. And their price was reasonable.

Extremely flexible to our schedule, came out on a Saturday morning.  Quickly repaired shower and reasonable cost. Will use this company again!

Excellent service by the Racso Team in fixing our heating pipeline which had a leakage underground.  We had a couple of others come by to give quotes but also on how they will perform the work.  However Racso only only gave us a great price, they were going to action out the work where the pipe wouldn't be exposed and they would patch up all the walls as well (others wanted the $ & were leaving the pipes exposed in our family room which we would have to spend more $ to cover on our own).  The Racso team worked so fast and effectively and cleaned up after themselves and stayed until the heaters were back on and fully heated.  I highly recommend them!!! I think we found a go-to heating & plumbing specialist.

Third time using Continental Plumbing and Heating and it doesn't get any better. They replaced a steam boiler and their skilled level is unbelievable. Our water heater started leaking shortly after we moved into our new home.
I contacted a few plumbers via yelp. Mario was one of three who replied and the only one who came to the house to check that the water heater was indeed dying and to provide us with an accurate quote.

We had a power vented gas water heater and it would have been simple to just replace it with the same thing. This is what all plumbers including Mario suggested.
Somehow I convinced myself to get a heat pump electric water heater instead. Mario was very responsive and provided me with all the info I requested regarding the different types of water heaters he could install.

He managed all aspects of the installation including hiring a licensed electrician and filing the permits.

As other reviewers have pointed out, Mario is very friendly but also very professional. From my recent experience with various contractors, this combination is not all that frequent. Hopefully, I won't have another emergency but if I do I will call him.

I received great attentive service throughout the process and the repair was completed in a quick direct way with the team informing us of the status as progress was made. He was up front from the beginning about the costs of parts and labor, which were very reasonable, and he had our faucet fixed in no time. A couple weeks out from the repairs, we continue to be very satisfied with the new faucet.

These guys are great.
