Best Gas Furnace Installation in New York NY
Would definitely recommend Michael. Knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. Great communication and very punctual. Charged a fair price for the work. I'd hire him again.

They responded quickly through Yelp and was able to send somebody within a couple of hours. The estimate the technician provided was reasonable and he was able to fix the issue rather quickly. I was later emailed a copy of the invoice. Overall, I am satisfied with the work and efficiency they provided.

I had a small leak in my toilet tank that I thought I could fix myself. Long story short, I made it way worse. Chris came by the next day and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. The price was fair and I happily paid. Chris was knowledgeable, professional, and ready to quickly fix my screw up without any hassle. I cannot recommend MKC enough for all your plumbing needs. If you're on LI and need plumbing help, MKC is who you need to call!

Mike saved us from a potential disaster! We had a leaking water heater, and no prior experience with anything of this magnitude since we bought an older home. Not knowing who to call and being skeptical of someone taking advantage, we decided to call Mike at Austin Plumbing and Heating. He showed up ready to work right away. He was quick, efficient, professional, and fair. He educated us and wasted no time in getting our new water heater up and running. We highly recommend him. Don't hesitate and trust Mike!

My hot water heater had a leak from both incoming and outgoing pipes and needed a help. Guillermo was very prompt and gave me clear information about the issue. He was able come 1 hr earlier than the scheduled time, fixed the problem in about an hour. Maximo team is highly recommended.

Great company to work with! We had a sink and shower that had been clogged and hired Racso Plumbing and Heating for the job. They were very quick to reply to messages, offered a really affordable price, and the sink and shower were fixed very quickly! I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

My husband and I bought a fixer upper row house in downtown Jersey City about three years ago. Over the last three years, we have had a LOT of experience with plumbers, carpenters, electricians, constructions workers, brick masons... and the list goes on. And a lot of those experiences have been bad. Edmundo and his crew at Continental Plumbing & Heating, Inc. stand out as one of the few positive experiences we have had. I have come to rely on them more and more and I have used them as general contractors as well as plumbers. They are reliable, responsive and always an excellent value. Edmundo takes the time to listen to what I want and if there is a problem it always gets fixed. I would recommend them to anyone and (unfortunately) I really know a lot about whats out there.

We would not recommend them based on our poor experience working with them on purchase and installation of 3 window A/Cs that required 3 separate visits from them, hours of me waiting around and going back and forth with the salesperson (Joe). We had 3 main issues in context of their high end pricing for A/Cs and high installation costs.
- the installation crew was not good, were in a hurry and tried to leave the job half done. For example, one of the new A/Cs was dented but they still wanted to install it. Fortunately I noticed and asked them of fix it. Similarly they tried to install a dirty pexiglass on the window - again I had to point that out to them and ask them to replace.
- Bad quality control- they brought a lemon A/C with them and we had to schedule another installation date to replace it.
- Salesperson who did not provide full details/options- Apparently, installation that allows one to open the window costs extra. We were never told that even though we sent them a picture of our current installation where one can open the windows. We only noticed the problem later when we tried to clean the windows. Now they are asking for more money to fix it even though we have spent few thousand dollars with them already.
We would take off a star for each of those 3 issues, so landing at 2 stars.
We would not recommend using them.

We unfortunate lost our hot water heater Sunday night we were lost on who to call to see what was wrong. I then thought, well I'm a yelper, yelp. LOL. I looked at many companies and decided to give Infinite comfort a call Monday morning. They were able to get a technician to my house after only a couple of hours of calling. Fabio Dasilva showed up and was very informative and was able to pinpoint the issue. He also was realistic and told us that the heater was way past its life expectancy and we should think about a replacement. Did not force a sale or anything but did give us a quote for a replacement. The next day we decided to call back and just replace the system to avoid going through this again. They came in the next day, replaced the system and took care of all necessary permits. I would recommend INFINITE COMFORT to anyone!!! Thank you so much.

Quick, reliable and trustworthy service with fair prices. I called telling them that my toilet needed to be replaced and Stan came and fixed my old one for me. Most other plumbers would have agreed with me and charged me for something I didn't need. Highly recommend.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. From the moment I spoke to Loriann.who by the way is part owner. I knew I had the right company. She had me sold just talking with her. I love to support our local businesses and to find out they are family run was a huge plus. It makes all the difference and it shows how professional they are. And how they make you feel like family.I felt like I have known them my whole life.Tom who is the owner as well along with his brother in law Lorenzo. came and replaced my old toilet and pedestal sink. They were quick clean and flawless. The experience definitely showed.I am super happy with them. and will always use them from now on. They gained a customer for life and I highly recommend them to everyone. They literally went above and beyond and helped me out more than they should. And I appreciate that so much. As a customer that is invaluable.thats why they earned my respect and loyalty.

Brett Pagan, owner of Paramus Plumbing/HVAC, is a 5-Star gem.
After waking up to a flooded basement and finding out that our regular plumber could not or would not replace our failed sump pump today, we were forced to find a plumber today who would take care of our emergency.
We were very fortunate to find Brett, a really-good person and capable plumber who recognized that we were in a bind, replaced (in his words, 'no problem') the sump pump and charged us a fair price...emergency or not,
Highly recommended!!!!

They were responsive and reliable, and were available to arrive on the same day. I needed to repair my kitchen sink pipe and Tony took care of it in just a couple of hours. Great service! Will keep them in mind for future needs.

It was a simple job to replace a leaking water connection but the repair came on time, did the work, was polite and professional and answered any questions I had, tidied up and left. Satisfied!

This review is based on communication and basic consideration from this company. I made an appointment for someone to stop by before noon this past Saturday.
On the morning of I called early to confirm the appointment. There was no answer on the phone and a voicemail was left. At 12:30 PM I called again. No answer and another voice mail was left.
Now the following Monday, I still have not heard back with an apology let alone to reschedule. Highly unprofessional company with no respect for its prospective customers. I understand things happen but the minimum level of customer service is to pick up a phone. Don't take appointments you can't keep.

I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet. My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake. The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks. No jerk off just shopping and getting a price. He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really. That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional. He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name. The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions. As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested. All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber. If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough. Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
