Best Water Heater Installation in New Orleans LA
I had a great experience with a new company. I found Copperhead Plumbing online and I have a block in my sewer line. Justin the owner came out and on a Sunday morning, fixed my issue and told me how I can prevent future problems. He was on time and on price. He has a lot of experience but he just started out on his own recently. I will use him again.

They were extremely responsive and courteous, as well as accommodating. I called at noon and it's almost 4, and he's already been here, connected my dryer, and I'm back to doing laundry. I highly recommend them, and will definitely use them in the future.

Great guys. I needed some work done. They came out handled my issue quickly and it looks awesome.

Very thankful that I found this company. I had a couple emergencies recently. Sheldon, the owner, was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I 100% recommend Affordable Plumbing. I now have someone I trust and can rely on.

Garbage disposals are temperamental beasts, and twice now mine has stopped working. Each time I've called A Best Plumbing (Mr. Rooter of New Orleans) and they have exceeded all expectations, fixing my issue quickly and inexpensively!
The first time Jason came out and found our disposal jammed, and was able to fix it right up, rather than replace it. The second time I called because it was making a strange humming noise, then quit. Irene diagnosed the simple problem, and fixed it right over the phone, free of charge, rather than send out a repairman for a costly service call!
This is a quality company, with great people, and I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future, as well as recommending them to all my friends!

Family owned business! Great all around and couldn't recommend Michel's Plumbing enough. The customer service was outstanding and I was very pleased with the service I received. I had to have a tunnel done under my house and was worried about the mess but their digger Marco and his crew were phenomenal. You wouldn't even have known I had them out there. Highly recommend

I have known COLES plumbing for years and each and every time I call them its an emergency! Its crazy but almost before I am hanging up the phone they have a service person at my home...The best part is these are ALL KNOWLEDGEABLE plumbers and they do not leave until they finish the job....EVEN when its over 100 degree heat index...AND on top of that I had a home warranty company that of course tried to get away without covering my issue and they worked with them and myself to make sure I was paid...It helps when you have a plumbing company that doesnt price gouge! Yes I am VERY pleased and relieved that it was Coles I called! XOXOXOX number one in our area!

He showed up promptly but his work was poor.
He had to come out a second time and refused to honor the warranty saying it was all new problems just a week later. Recommended more expensive services that were not needed, verified by another plumber. Stay away from them.

We live in a multi unit building and needed to have our air conditioner recharged with R410-A since our landlord wasn't able to fix it quickly. Kimberly and her team contacted me back through yelp almost immediately following my RFP. She was the first to respond, throughout in her response and a good fair price. The technicians who showed up were kind, professional and prepared for the job. They also came next day no hassle. Our unit needed more than a normal recharge and the gentlemen gave me a flat fee which was nice to do. While I don't think air conditioning repairs is their primary business I definitely think they are at the top of their game in this area!

Jimbo was a great technician. He didn't pressure for a big fix or sale, he found what was wrong and fixed it quickly! He gave me information about their maintenance program but wasn't pushy. Thanks so much, Jimbo!

Dwight #1485 was my plumber. He did a great job fixing leaks all over the house. It was a difficult fit under the sink because of the position of the disposal, but Dwight worked at it until he got it perfect. I had a problem with the diverter in the shower that looked like it might be hard to fix. The part had been changed not too long ago, but water was streaming out of the tub spout while the shower was on. Dwight was able to fix that perfectly, and so it cost me a lot less than it would if the pipes had to be replaced. Dwight was on time, very personable and helpful. He made sure that I saved as much money as possible by working harder, and he made sure I got a reduction from my discount coupon. I was very pleased with his work and confident that he does the best job. I will request him in future.

Worthless.
Made no attempt to repair the two main issues I was having, but made plenty of excuses as to why he couldn't or wouldn't. Clearly his goal was to get in and out as quickly as possible and to do as little as possible. I guess that's how they make their money. They were assigned to my job by my home warranty company, American Home Shield, and it has become apparent that their business model is based on poor service.
The cold water in my bathtub flows at about half the pressure of the hot water even though every other faucet in the house the cold water runs fine. He said this was probably because New Orleans water is bad and there was probably some blockage somewhere in the line but if he cleared it out it would just block right up again. What? That makes no sense. If there's blockage, then fix it! I'm thinking that the valve stem probably needs to be replaced, but when I mentioned this to him he balked and got defensive and mocking in tone and was unwilling to even look to see if that could be the issue. In the end, he did absolutely nothing. My cold water still has low flow in the bathtub. Thanks for nothing!
The 2nd issue: The stopper in my bathroom sink is not functional. The part at the top that makes the stopper plunge up and down doesn't move anymore due to corrosion. I asked him to get it working and maybe replace it with a functional fixture and he said that it isn't a plumbing issue. Are you serious? Is this backwards day? His genius solution was just to pull the stopper out. Thank goodness I got a professional out.
The only other thing he actually did was pull a little bit of hairy gunk out of the sink. Was that hairball worth my $100? No, it was not. On the paperwork he wrote that he pulled out the hairball as a courtesy. It's not a courtesy, it's your job! I still have the same plumbing issues as before he came and I'm now short $100. That was an expensive hairball.
And on top of all of this, this wasn't even the first time a guy from Mr Plumber came out about these issues. Another guy came out a few weeks prior and didn't address any of my main issues then rushed out to another job. I then had to sit on the phone for an hour waiting to try to talk to someone in India for American Home Shield to get Mr plumber back out. Clearly poor customer service is an integral part of their business model. The home warranty company makes it nearly impossible to actually get anything repaired so that in the end they make money, Mr plumber makes money, and I lose money and am left with the same plumbing problems I started with.

As a small business owner I take reviews seriously because half the time they are unwarranted, but not this time. I had a technician come out to unclog the upstairs toilet/tub drain that was draining slowly. (The bottom bathroom is working fine at this point) The technician was polite, worked quickly, and told me the drain was clear and ok to use. Later that night pressure in the line drove water up and FLOODED my ceiling, which had to be re-sheetrocked, textured, and painted. I called them back out to check the line again and the tech told me everything seemed to be draining fine and she has no idea what caused it to overflow. I don't know what she checked or did this time because I was not on site even though I requested a call ahead so I could meet with the tech. A few days later my tenant tells me she scared to use the upstairs bathroom because water backs up into the toilet if the shower runs long enough. To make matters worse the downstairs is now clogged, so the tech just pushed the clog further down instead of clearing it. I called again to get them out to finish the job they started and they want to charge time and half because it's a Saturday. After a brief conversation, I told Melanie nevermind this is ridiculous I'll find another company to finish the job and won't be using them again. She couldn't care less, just o well bye. Well goodbye West Plumbing.

Two weeks ago I had Lenny with All American Plumbing come out to do a bid on a large job in our warehouse. I explained to him how I've had multiple companies being so non-responsive and it's been difficult to get companies to get back with me. I thought he was going to be different, however, we had to literally call today for the 3rd or 4th time asking if we can please get a quote. His response was very unacceptable saying well you got a couple other bids and if it's all about price then... I then stated, it's not only about pricing, but I would be an idiot if I didn't at least get a couple bids for such a large job. I said his actions of being non responsive, not getting us a quote in a timely manor, and his excuse was... man, I've just been very busy Yeah, me too. I run 4 companies and I never just blow people off like that. Sick of other business owners excuses. Just do the right thing. If you can't help or too busy, that's fine, just tell me and I'm 100% certain I'll understand.

I received 3 quotes for a plumbing repair at my home. Although Accardo and Lambert were the most expensive of the 3, they were the first available to fix the issue and time was of the essence, which I found extremely valuable. I was told it would take one day and would cost $1250. It ended up taking 5 days, where workers came and went, staying no more then 3 hours on any given day. After 3 days, I called the owner to discuss, what the change in timeline meant for my cost and that I had another company lined up to start work if they could not finish on time. Mr. Lambert was abrupt when I asked very simple questions about the repair regarding timeline and cost; I explained that I chose to go with his company although more expensive because the time was more valuable to me. He proceeded to yell at me that he wasn't making any money off the job and he was doing this as a favor for someone. I left the conversation handing it over for my husband to handle. On Day 5, they finish the job, and leave a bill for $1600. My husband eventually talked them down to $1425. The work that was done was inspected by the SWB and approved. But if you are looking for quality customer service, timeliness and good communication, I would suggest finding another plumbing company.

Steer clear of this company! Had a tech come out because I noticed it took longer for the house to cool. When he arrived he said I had a leak, so I expected him to do his job and find the leak. He went into the attic for a few minutes, didn't say anything and filled up the outside Condenser unit with 2 lbs of A410 Freon at $95 a lb.
He asked me when the last time I had any Freon added. The outside unit was only 3 years old and under warranty.
I asked him to clean the outside unit which he hosed down. Total bill $393. Didn't mention anything about a leak so I assumed things were OK only to have the unit cut out 5 days later.
Called back and sent the same tech out who came and immediately said ' I told you you had a leak' in a berating manner. He then goes back into the attic and lo and behold finds the leak coming from the coil. Stated I need a new coil. Cost almost $2,000.
I got another company who came and not only saw the leak in the attic coil but detected a smaller leak in the outside condenser coil which was still under warranty.
Bottom line, if all the tech wants to do is add freon and not detect or fix the problem get another company that will.
THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONE YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH!
