Best Water Heater Repair in New Orleans LA
I had a great experience with a new company. I found Copperhead Plumbing online and I have a block in my sewer line. Justin the owner came out and on a Sunday morning, fixed my issue and told me how I can prevent future problems. He was on time and on price. He has a lot of experience but he just started out on his own recently. I will use him again.

Quick response, very friendly, reasonable price, and overall great plumbing service. I would call him again.

Very thankful that I found this company. I had a couple emergencies recently. Sheldon, the owner, was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I 100% recommend Affordable Plumbing. I now have someone I trust and can rely on.

Technician arrived on time checked the tub and said the line is busted and he wasn't experienced enough to fix the problem. Technician also advised that the snake could only go a few inches before it hits something hard, preventing him from snaking the drain. He then charged the minimum 65 dollars for the call out, and another 225 dollars for the 3 inches he snaked out.
So 290 dollars for a job that he fixed nothing on, and he advised me to call their office to have a more experienced plumber to actually fix the issue. I'd also need to pay the initial call out fee again. So I paid almost 300 dollars to get nothing fixed and I'm in the exact same place I was before he arrived except I'm now 300 dollars poorer.
Do not use this company ever, for any reason, unless you have 290 dollars you want to throw away to get nothing fixed. Remember it's your fault if they send a technician who doesn't have the experience to fix your problem so you may have to pay a second time too.

I have use these folks twice. The second time, Their quote came in over $1000 cheaper than another local well known company. I was happy with their work overall and the staff in the office is kind and accommodating.

I have known COLES plumbing for years and each and every time I call them its an emergency! Its crazy but almost before I am hanging up the phone they have a service person at my home...The best part is these are ALL KNOWLEDGEABLE plumbers and they do not leave until they finish the job....EVEN when its over 100 degree heat index...AND on top of that I had a home warranty company that of course tried to get away without covering my issue and they worked with them and myself to make sure I was paid...It helps when you have a plumbing company that doesnt price gouge! Yes I am VERY pleased and relieved that it was Coles I called! XOXOXOX number one in our area!

First - the good. All of the Rooter Man employees that assisted us were courteous and punctual. In the plumbing business, that says a lot. I've dealt with plumbing companies not answering their phones, showing up late (or on the wrong day), and completely unprofessional techs. Everyone with Rooter Man was fantastic to work with.
The not so good? I do feel like I paid too much over too many visits.
The first tech came out and believed that a bad cartridge was the cause. He proceeded to change & clean out a few of them, and then finally conceded that the problem was larger than he could fix and we would need to schedule a larger job with a master plumber. All in all, what equated to a diagnostic visit, was just over $300.
Next was the actual work to replace pipes and get the problem solved. That was in the ballpark of $2700, which is completely reasonable, but I do think at least a portion of the original diagnostic visit probably should have been credited towards this cost.
Following the completion of the project, my tenants discovered that the hot water heater wasn't working. Rooter Man - again, excellent customer service team - sent someone out ASAP on a Saturday. I'm grateful for the quick response.
The issue? Their master plumber who did the work, and/or his assistant, forgot to do something with the breaker and that's why it wouldn't work. Cost for this, along with fixing a dripping pipe that the others somehow missed near the hot water heater was another $150... which nobody ever actually gave me a total on, but I found it charged to my account.
All in all, they did the work satisfactorily, the customer service was great, but I wish I hadn't spent as much on the initial visit OR the final emergency visit to correct what should have been done when everything else was repaired.

I'm a little belated with this review, but here it is nonetheless! My AC broke on a Sunday (I think? I don't remember what day it is today, nonetheless a couple weeks ago...) - confirmed on Monday by my toasty quarantine home, and I was worried that I'd be stuck given business restrictions and so forth. I messaged Custom Construction, heard back really quickly, and was able to schedule an appointment same day. Anthony (I think was his name) arrived on time with a mask and gloves on, diagnosed the issue, went to get the part and fixed it up quickly. Easy peasy. I extra enjoyed sleeping in a cool room that night, and will give Custom a call next time, too - although hopefully there won't be a next time. So you should call them.

Called to get my AC fixed and had Justin come out the next day he gave me a price which was a bit high but I was ready to pay to get me and my 2 year old son out of the summer heat
Sure enough he was only able to put some kind of jumper cables and still tried to charge me so I had to call back to get someone else to come out because my air did not work at all still then when she came out I was told I needed a new system which cost $7500-$15000
I told her no then I had to get someone else out here to get a new system up and running for wayyyyy lower the price and I got better work done
And now today I get an invoice because they think I owe them $15 lol this company isn't worried about you just how much they make
My name is Jorge Silva and your company did not offer 5 star satisfaction in anyway

Very quick to respond to my emergency of two clogged drains. Jerome was there in 90 minutes and the office even called to tell me exactly when he would arrive. We have an old house and my guess is that no drains have ever been cleaned out. The two drains Jerome cleaned are working very, very well. I think I'll have them come back and clean out the entire house.

This is literally the worst company ever. They deserve no stars. Please please please don't ever use them. They will come out, assess the situation, give an opinion and say they have to leave but that Lauren from the office will call you. They will never call you. You will call and be given the run around. Lauren will lie to you on the phone. When you get frustrated, she will proclaim this is a family business (this is a horrible family if that's true). If you have a home warranty they will then tell your home warranty that the damage was done by a rodent and won't be covered. I wonder if they even have a master plumber because it seems they are incapable of making repairs. Please use anyone else. These are bad people.

I had a severe fruit fly problem and couldn't find the cause. When West Plumbing came out they were able to identify the problem as a busted water pipe under my house and within a week they had workers out building a tunnel under the house and fixing it. They were professional and willing to answer any questions I had about the process. Now my fruit fly problem is resolved and I couldn't be happier with the work!

Two weeks ago I had Lenny with All American Plumbing come out to do a bid on a large job in our warehouse. I explained to him how I've had multiple companies being so non-responsive and it's been difficult to get companies to get back with me. I thought he was going to be different, however, we had to literally call today for the 3rd or 4th time asking if we can please get a quote. His response was very unacceptable saying well you got a couple other bids and if it's all about price then... I then stated, it's not only about pricing, but I would be an idiot if I didn't at least get a couple bids for such a large job. I said his actions of being non responsive, not getting us a quote in a timely manor, and his excuse was... man, I've just been very busy Yeah, me too. I run 4 companies and I never just blow people off like that. Sick of other business owners excuses. Just do the right thing. If you can't help or too busy, that's fine, just tell me and I'm 100% certain I'll understand.

I only have good things to say about this company. We were in need of a complete a/c unit. I got estimates from several companies and I feel like I got a great value for an exceptional unit. Our salesman, Roland, explained all of the different available options and helped us pick the best unit for our needs. We had 6 choices of American Standard 5 ton units . He explained the pros and cons of each in terms we could understand. We were given an installation date three days later. The lead installer, Michael, was here on time with his crew. They had the old unit out and the new unit in and running the same day. Everything went smoothly and we love our new unit.
Roland even came the day of install to make sure the job was going smooth. I would recommend this company.
