Heaven Sent Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

My bath tub drained slow took days to drain,I called told me what time they were coming they called because the job they were own was holding them up but assured me they would be there within the hour.Fixed my problem within 30 minutes price was reasonable.It's been a while since i used them but i'm happy my tub stills drains quickly.

I contracted Joseph Mack to fix the piping, leaking, and video scope for my grandfather's home in mid-August 2022. To this day, Dec 5, 2022, he has failed to contact me to complete the contract. At the time, a Carpenter he referenced to me noticed that the plumbing he worked on was leaking. With no response from Joseph Mack, the Carpenter offered to fix the issue at no charge. I repeat, the Carpenter had to come after him and again fix the leaking plumbing that should have been fixed in the initial visit.

In recent events, my master bathroom is flooded from piping that he installed. Whether it was due to poor craftsmanship or another issues such as a back up that needs to be cleared, it would have been addressed if he returned and finished the job. As of today my calls go straight to his voicemail.

If you don't want to be out $1800, I do not recommend using this company.

Excellent service. Plumber was very knowledgeable about the problem. Good price as compared to other plumbers in the area.
