Very quick response time, outstanding customer service, communicates clealy as to what the problem is and cost to fix it, plumbers on staff are clean cut, pricing is fair.

I can't speak for their plumbing abilities, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. When I called, they were on a three day wait. On the day of my supposed appointment, I had to call them since I did not receive a call. They confirmed that I was on the list for the afternoon. I was not given a time. I missed their phone calls and called back within ten minutes, at which point they'd already given away my appointment to another customer, as though I'd been given a time. The woman I spoke with was not apologetic or sympathetic.

I confirmed my need day of and they had my address. What more does it take for them to just show up?

Bourgeois has performed all of my family's plumbing needs for over 30 years. This is the best--and most honest--plumbing contractor in New Orleans. We are an 8 unit condo building, and called this firm to service several problems in our units.  They came as promised, did a good job, in record time, and were neat, knowledgeable and got the jobs done.  We'll be calling them again next time we have problems.

We had a lot of trouble finding a reliable plumber in New Orleans.   We have recently started using Al Bourgeois plumbing.  They are organized and professional.  They seem to do good work.  The bill was lower than anticipated both times we needed them.  I recommend this business highly.

Great plumbers - they have come over in emergencies very fast. Very professional and nice. They fix everything wonderfully and take great care in cleaning up and making sure that everything is at least as neat as it was before they started.

Have used for years without any problems only recently had a problem with one of my rentals which was Quoted an estimate of $5500.00 without a breakdown of the work to be done with such a high price decided to get other Quotes with one company coming in and making a repair to a Vent stack which cleared the problem . Cost $253.00. It pays to shop around today, I actually believe they didn't want to do the Job so that may have been the reason for the high price .

I highly recommend this company. We called them out for what we thought was a simple job that wound up being more complicated than anyone could have anticipated. I thought for sure we were looking at a fortune in plumbing bills, but the price they charged was incredibly reasonable. The workers were all very friendly, punctual, and neat. When we realized the depth of the job, Brad Bourgeois worked with my husband to find a quick solution. All my drains are working now, and it's a big relief. I'm very glad we stayed local with our plumbing needs.

Nice Lady answered the phone.  This company doesn't do estimates.  Its $99/dollars per hour for a plumber to come out.  FYI

Absolutely the best!  Professional and courteous, they've done a great job every time.  Very reasonably priced.  I very much appreciated that they were able to fit me in same day when my water heater sputtered and died.
