Just wanted to let you know about service I received from Eagle Plumbing Repairs & Drain Cleaning.  On 3-12-17 I called because of a clogged main drain.  The technician arrived and checked the problem and opted to pull the toilet and ran a machine into the pipe.  He did not use the main clean out which is located in the back of the house.  He said he ran the line approximately 60 feet and the clog was cleared.  I paid $415.00 for the service.

A few days later the clog happen again and the same technician arrived and spoke to somebody on the phone and again pulled the toilet and ran the machine into the pipe about 20 feet until the clog was cleaned.  This was under invoice # 11124 and was covered under the warranty.

I was advised at this time if it happen again I would have to contact a company (Another company) to come out with a camera to check the pipes.

A few days later the clog happen again and I contacted another company to come out, and Rooter man came out on 3-23-2017 and checked the problem and ran the machine into the main clean out in the back out the house.  He ran it about 60 feet until he came to the end of the line near the bathroom.  He then ran the machine in the same line towards the front of the house and the problem was finally fixed.  This was done at the cost of $287.00

When I advised them of the work that was done by Eagle they were confused as to why the work was done like it was and stated it was not done correctly.

I reached out to the person I was told to contact Vincent ([email protected]) who basically told me I was out of luck looking for any relief in their lack of doing the job correctly.

SO... I would recommend calling anybody else in your time of need if you want the job done right.

If there was a rating of 0+++ that is how I would rate this company.  I live in California and have a rental property in Louisiana.  My tenant called this company to replace a garbage disposal-- the cost of the disposal is $90 at Home Depot which is located 5 minutes from the house. The technician, Desimom quoted my husband $245 for the work and they ended up charging my card $490!! When I questioned the charge the technician told me they charged for going get--his exact words-- the pump?? How did we get from $245 to $490??  I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company for the second time.  I received a non-itemized receipt from my tenant after I asked repeatedly for a cost breakdown.  Funny thing is, the receipt they left my tenant is different from the one they sent to American Express!! They added all kinds of information to the copy they sent AE--this really helps me! This company has no integrity, no ethics, and zero morality.  We contacted the owner for resolution and he never bothered to call back. I really wish I would have checked this site before I worked with this company. Do not use this company for anything.

My wife called this plumbing company out to my home while I was out of town due to a sewerage back up , the septic tank line was clogged , with some wipes , I have cleared this problem before my self , quite easy to do , I'm not a plumber , but I was out of town , the eagle plumbing owner , unclogged the line , my wife said he was at our home 20 minutes , he charged $420 dollars , biggest rip off , boarders on criminal  for 20 minutes of work , I'm a state licensed electrical contractor , and work for commercial customers , and have never charged such a rate , it is unheard of to charge such a rate , never ever , never use this plumbing company rip off , took advantage of my wife , she didn't know better !!!!

Well, I guess this will be in line with all of the other reviews here. This place is horrible.  I am looking to get an estimate to run a gas line from my meter to a new pool heater. On Friday, they said someone would be out by 10:00am; no one showed.  On Monday I called again, the lady said she would have someone call me back--nothing.  Called again Tuesday (today), they said I wasn't even in the system, set me up for another appt. tomorrow, then told me it would be a $45 fee for them to even compete for the $2K job.  Good luck if you actually decide to use these people.

No Stars here!!! I called Eagle to have a technician come out and evaluate my hot water heater pilot that was not lighting. The technician arrived and attempted to light the pilot as I did prior to him arriving and was not successful. He then suggested that I have the controls changed. After given a price to make the repair I opted out of the replacement to get additional evaluation at quote. I handed the technician a $45 dollar check for his evaluation as advertised and was told that it would be $107.00 because he TOUCHED the water heater while trying to light it. I refused to pay the extra $62.00 for him pushing the ignitor button. Stay away he was only at my home for 10 minutes!!

I called for emergency service at 8:24 p.m. Sunday night because my water heater was leaking from its location in the attic, dripping water into my master bedroom and bathroom below.  The young lady answering the phone took my information, and told me she would pass it on to the technicians and someone would contact me.  However, no one has.  It is now 9:27 a.m. the following day.  Emergency call went unanswered.  Not even the common courtesy of a return call telling me the technician was unable to come.  Thankfully, I got REAL service elsewhere.  Don't bother with these folks.  Unprofessional.

Charged me $550 to run a camera after sending two other repairmen out at incorrect times (after not calling ahead of time as stated); marked the problem as being where it turns out no pipe even existed. Never got an estimate for repair, either. Called 3 times to rectify the issue and was never contacted back. (Manager said they tried to call us back. They did not.) Will not issue a refund.

On April 11 2018 we called Eagle Plumbing, they came out and quoted $600 to do a full line cleaning. May 24, we called back to tell them the same issue was back and after a couple of hours the same technician came opened up the drain, and was clear, or so we thought. Before the tech finished he said we would  need a camera and quoted $200. We received a quote for the camera that was $350. We declined as we only wanted what we paid $600 for to clear all lines. Yesterday the third time in less than 2 weeks later we still have clogged drains and toilets over flowing. I called again and was told we need to pay for the camera $350  so they could see the clog. Maybe I am naive, and expect a job to be done right the first time and $600 was quoted to do a complete line clearing....... We asked for the manager Charles Robinson to call us and explain the enormous amount paid $600 and technician quotedof $200, and the second quote for the job as $350 for the same job... As of 2p.m. Today we have not heard from this Manger.

min suppose to assess the situation.  Charge me $450 to the El me it's clogged.  Said he will be back Sat because he wanted to bring in he new year with his family. Tokd me he would run a camera and that its was includedinvtge$450.
Saturday come no time when coming out. I called to see when and inquired about $450 Brittany said that was a quote.  So I agree to pay the $150 cheap camera showed nothing. Then I checked my account the charged $450 on my debit card.  Never charged the $65 or agree to $450 to tell something I already knew.  Now its possibly tree root or collapse pipe Jake guess. Waiting on estimate for that $600 nothing accomplished.  Suppose to get a military discount.  They know you are stress about not having a toilet to use the take advantage of.

Worst company ever. Lied about price and charged double for zero work done. Got me to just sign and they'll take care of difference in price for you but never did and ignored call after call and email after email. After scamming me and charging double tech even left my garage flooding others were in shock he did that and said it would have taken 5 mins for him to drain the line. Do your research and look at all the negative reviews this company has.

Absolutely terrible service and the horrible technician I got overcharged for the work.  I live in New Orleans and I had a simple main drain line clog that was easy to get to and the technician charged me $500, which I knew it was NOT worth, but had to get it unclogged that day.  After he cleared the pipe, all around it was covered in toilet sewage and wet toilet paper and he didn't clean anything up.  I would never use this company for anything.  They will try to swindle you out of money and are lazy

I am a flood victim. And was desperate for help. The plumber showed up and after showing him the work he gave me a quote of 1225$. I need a tub valve installed and a couple pipes capped. Me, obviously not knowing what scope of work that truly requires. He made me believe that what I was asking was extremely difficult and time consuming. It took him less than 4 hours to complete the job. That's 300$ an hour... He came unprepared and used our tools. And when I made a joke about charging him for tool rental, he began to threaten me. Saying he was going to charge me even more for the work. When he welded the caps he didn't use a guard and now I have burnt up  studs in my wall. He didn't clean up after. He was rude and disrespectful. And when we did a pressure check. One of his welds was crappy and was severely leaking. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. You will regret it.

I had been a customer of yours 3 times before this latest episode.  I called you about a leak in my house on Wednesday, December 12, where the technician misdiagnosed the problem, saying my drain was stopped up with hair, even though I said to him, I believe there is a leak. My carpet was already soaking wet in the adjoining room.  He used a snake to pull out hair from the tub drain,, charged the $330 after telling me it would be $315.00 and left.  I called again on Friday, when now water was leaking in another room and from the wall of the bathroom.  Sabrina (who answered the phone) said the tech told her I'd probably be calling back sent a different technician, who after again being shown where the water was coming from under the wall, went outside to see water was on the side of the house, said that they would call me the next day because the leak was likely under the slab, and they would have to dig for it.  No call os Saturday AT ALL!  With water continuing to leak into my house, I called Stuart Plumbing on Sunday morning.  Not only did they immediately correctly diagnose the problem behind the very wall I told both of your technicians, they fixed it immediately.  I'd already decided this was the final time, I'd be using your service, but then you had the nerve to casually call me at 9:13 on Monday morning to ask if I still needed your service?! 2 techs walk in and out on soggy carpet since December 12, and you ask if I still need service 5 days later?!  And when I tell the story to the caller, I get an Oh well attitude, lots of excuses, and never an apology or even offered some of my money back.  Trust e, I will make it my mission to spread this horrific experience to every one I know, social media, and every listening ear. What nerve!

If you want someone to completely misdiagnose a simple problem, try to rip up your lawns and charge you $4000 to fix the wrong thing, then charge you $700 to dig a tiny hole in some sand, abandon the job in the middle of it and then be assholes to you for complaining about it, then by all means call these folks.

This company and some of their technicians (if you can call them that) are dishonest thieves.  I had a leaking pipe in one of my bathrooms and they came out and fixed it for $385.  The problem was is that it was still leaking.  When I called them back, a different technician returned four days later, entered my home, looked at the issue and said there was nothing he could do.  He proceeded to provide me with an invoice for an additional $565.  I called them back and advised that since the technician didn't do anything, that the pipe was still leaking.  The next day the same technician who came the previous day arrived and finally fixed the leaking pipe and charged me another $675.  Three visits over six days, two different technicians and a total of $1,625 to fix one leaking pipe in my bathroom.  I am elderly and feel that they took advantage of me.  So much so that I filed a complaint with the Louisiana Attorney General who were able to get some of my money refunded.  Do yourself a favor and go with someone else - anyone else!

At first i had an issue with the plumber and service, the manager called me back and was completely professional and courteous.  Manager sent out a new technician and helper. My problem was solved in about 20 minutes to my complete satisfaction!  I highly recommend Eagle Plumbing for their professionalism, courtesy, and dedication to customer satisfaction!

We began having issues with our shower / tub spout leaking, even with the water main to the house turned off.  After reading several articles about what could be causing the leak, we decided to try and replace the cartridge ourselves, as recommended by the articles.  Unfortunately, part of the plastic cartridge got stuck in the pipe.  We called Eagle about the issue and told them we had the new parts available to replace the old.

Upon arrival, the Technician told me it would be $125.00 to diagnose the problem.  I promptly reminded him that the cartridge was stuck in the pipe.  He then responded with, Well, the hourly charge is $225.00, to which I told him to please proceed as the issue needed to be fixed.

He went to his truck and returned with a torch to heat the pipe, or melt the cartridge, in order to remove the cartridge.  Within 10 minutes, the cartridge came out.  I asked if he planned to install the new cartridge; he stated it would be an ADDITIONAL charge since the work order did not have Install new cartridge on it (even though the total work time at this point was 15 minutes).  He then told me that he'll do me a favor and see if the new cartridge would fit and, if not, I could have his personal cell phone number to call him at a later time and he could fix whatever the issue was.  He halfheartedly placed the new part in the pipe, told me it was the wrong size and told me to go to Lowe's or Home Depot to get the next smaller size (FYI - it was the exact size as the old) and he left.

I went to Lowe's and spoke with the attendant in the Plumbing Department who told me the cartridge I had WAS the right size, so back to the house I went!

I attempted to put the parts back together, but could not get the cartridge to fit.  I called Eagle and explained the entire situation and asked if it was common practice to 1) not finish the work, and 2) to charge $225.00 for 15 minutes of work.  The representative told me she would call the Tech and the Supervisor to discuss.  When she called back, she told me the Tech told her that I requested that he not install the new parts because I wanted to do it myself.  I immediately corrected her.  She then said she would have a Supervisor contact me.  I have yet to hear from anyone.

I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from using Eagle for any of their plumbing issues unless your faucet is uncontrollably leaking dollars from it, which you could use to pay Eagle for their half hearted attempt to correct your issue, and then you can do it yourself.

This company is the absolute world's worst.  Ran my credit card for work they never even attempted and stated they were in the right because I had verbally agreed to the work.  Hello?  -you're supposed to do what you say you're going to do!  It is called INTERGRITY.  Eagle has zero integrity.  Will likely end up in court with them.  STAY AWAY.  WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH.

Don't deal with this company! They charged me over $500 for a job that required less than 2 hours labor with $20 in material and didn't get the job right. I had to get someone else to come out and fix their mistakes and fix another problem they quoted me $700 to fix for less than $100 and 1 hour of labor. Recap: I got ripped off, charged over $500 for a job not done correctly then given an estimate to repair another issue of $700. Had another plumber repair job done poorly and job estimated at $700 for less than $100. The worst part is they did not acknowledge any wrongdoing and have made zero effort to make it right despite contacting them multiple times Poor work, unprofessional management and unethical business! I wish zero stars was an option and hope you heed my warning and don't get ripped off or taken advantage of by this company like I did. Don't do business with Eagle Plumbing unless you enjoy being ripped off, taken advantage of, and ignored when trying to address your concern.

I would not recommend Eagle Plumbing to anyone. I paid full price to have my drain unclogged on the day they arrived. They came out two day and still did not unclog my drain. After the first day my toilet was leaking water (which it was not doing prior to their arrival), and after the second day my toilet was rocking from side to side, and that's how they left me. I had to hire another company to unglog my drain and they charged me less than half the price that I paid Eagle Plumbing. Please don't waste your money. Do not pay them until you are satisfied and they complete the job.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!  Was threatened to be taken to court after I refused to pay $65.00 service fee.  We were promised service between 1pm and 3pm perhaps even earlier then 1pm.  We called at 4:20pm to cancel and were told we CAN'T cancel because tech is on the way.  I told her we were not paying a fee for NO service.  She threatened to sue us for the fee, she said they service the whole area and not just our little area.  By the time the conversation ended she was yelling at me on the phone.  Rude and ridiculous!!!!  Can only imagine what service would have been like.

DO NOT USE EAGLE PLUMBING!!!!  It is clear to me now why they have an F rating on BBB.   They are very misleading over the phone about what they will charge for a service call.   I was told one thing on the phone but when the technician arrived (over an hour late) he told me he'd need an additional $200 as a diagnostic fee.  This was before he even looked at our hot water heater.  Then he charged me an additional $100 to turn a valve and tighten a wire.   HIGHWAY ROBBERY!  I was desperate to get my hot water back and this company definitely took advantage.   Several calls and complaints have resulted in no response from management or the owner.  Eagle Plumbing should be embarrassed by their shady business practices but they're probably too busy screwing other customers to care.

never wrote a review before but had to for eagle plumbing.  what a rip off company.  had water gushing from underneath my house and water backing up in toilet and bathtub when i used the washing machine so this was a real emergency.  i accidentally called eagle plumbing and hung up after i realized it wasn't the plumbers i was trying to get.  ms. claudia called me back and asked if i called them.  well this was an emergency so i explained to her my emergency.  mr. vincent showed up with a bad attitude i sensed.  i told him what trouble i was having so he checked things out and said it was a copper pipe behind the bathtub he needed to replace.  he said the trip cost would be $107.00 plus $375.00 to fix the problem.  i just wanted it fixed so i told him to fix it.  he also stated to me that the pipes under the house needed repairing and it would cost $3500.00.  i thought that was too high so i told him if he could do the repairs for cheaper then i would give him the job.  the next day ms. claudia called me to say they would do it for $2500.00.  i said ok.  mr vincent repaired two pipes and the problem still was not fixed.
a friend of mine looked under the house to see what he did for $2500.00 and all he saw was two pipes replaced.  when i called the office to tell them i was overcharged for the work mr vincent did the manager mr. charles said he would send mr vincent back to take pictures so he can assess the work.  mr. vincent said to me that the condition he worked in was deplorable, he was still fighting off mosquitoes, most plumbers would not work  in deplorable conditions and that he boss had to pay for his insurance.  i asked him am i suppose to pay for your insurance and plumbers do work in deplorable conditions.  i have never had an experience like this in my life.  he later called and said he would take $500.00 off.  never heard back from mr. charles until i reported this to the attorney general's office for price gouging, i live in baton rouge and this happened only two weeks after the great flood of 2016. i later had to hire another company which fixed the problem and it cost significantly less and i was a happy customer.

Description Of Work: Had a gravel and mud blockage in a 3 storm drain.  A technician snaked it out and cleared the blockage.

The technician was able to back his truck to within 10' of the line on a concrete driveway.  A faucet was 20' away.  It took an hour from start to finish.  Half of that time was spent unloading and loading hoses.  This job was within a few blocks of their office.   I was charged $780 for the service.

This was the most minimal of all plumbing tasks and required no parts.  I own a service company and I expected an hour visit to be in the $150-250 range...$350 tops.  This was so far over the top that I cannot recommend this company to one of my customers and would suggest you ask for pricing before you ever let them do a job for you.

I'm embarassed that as the owner of a service company I was taken by this company.  All I can do is to caution you so you don't have the same experience.

Rip off company, I needed a faucet repaired or replaced.  The service or diagnosis charge is only $65, but the repair is way overpriced.  To replace the faucet they wanted $245,the repair man told me there is never a charge under $200, something they do not tell the person who answers their phone.  Do not deal with this company they can not be trusted.

Horrible experience.   We are 2 old ladies just trying to get a bathroom redone after getting swindled previously by another contractor.    Eagle started out by misrepresenting that we wouldn't be charged for the estimate visit.   After the technician completed his estimate, he told me he was adding a $165 charge for the estimate.   Then, he misrepresented that the $165 would go toward the job itself if we hired them.   We scheduled the job despite the misrepresentation (shouldn't have).   On the day of the job, the technician spent 4 hours at the vacant house just lowering a shower valve, disconnecting a sink and cutting a huge hole in our new floor backer board where a hole didn't need cutting.   That's all he did for 4 hours.   Billed us $1200 that day and then told us he would have to do another quote to move the toilet plumbing which we had discussed the first time.   Says now he didn't include that work in his first quote.   And never credited us for the $165 we shouldn't have been charged in the first place.   We feel that this operation is attempting to scam vulnerable people out of their hard-earned money.   Think twice before calling them.

Great Service came on a Sunday 12/31/17. Donald found the leak and fixed it! I was treading water and had four guests in my home. I was frantic. Price was reasonable and he came the same day I called. Appreciate the promptness. He even had to go back to his shop to get a part to fix it. Five stars for Eagle Plumbing.

This place is a disaster.  They inflate their charges.  Do not fix the shoddy work they do.  They even told my tenants one price and when they found out I was the owner and out of town, they asked for a much higher price.  Stay away if you can.  They took me for $520 to repair a water heater.  It did not work.  They told me to get a new one for $2000.   No credit for the $520.  Got two other bids, one from Lowes, at around $1300.    Outrageous.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY. Seriously...your life could be put in danger by using this company. My family's life was seriously endangered by this company. They installed a NATURAL GAS water heater in my home when we have PROPANE GAS and they were informed of this prior to the installation.

They'd been called three times because the pilot light would stay lit, leaving us without hot water for at least 3 weekends (they don't work on weekends). Then, after my CO2 alarm started going off and an awful smell filled the bedroom where the water heater is, the technician came out and informed me that there's nothing wrong with this unit or its installation, that my CO2 alarm must have given a false positive, and that I was just imagining the lingering gas smell in the room. I was told that if I was that worried about it I should call the gas company.  So I did. The guy with the propane company said that it was carbon that smelled.

So an Eagle guy came back to the house. They discovered the stack they installed was loose in the roof, leaking carbon. He reattached it and we thought the problem was solved. Then the pilot light went out again and another weekend without hot water. The lady that answers the phone said the guy would be there at 4:30 on a Friday according to his gps. I had dinner plans and had to leave by 5:10 and he still wasn't there. Turns out it's a good thing I didn't wait as I would've wasted my time.

I had another plumbing company come the following Monday and within minutes that Plumber (Stuart Services - recommend) realized that it was a NATURAL GAS water heater when we have PROPANE GAS. They burn at different temperatures. The entire unit had to be replaced and it was a brand new water heater. So wasteful.

This created an extremely hazardous condition and I'm surprised no one died. My pets were alone in the house for 4 days with only a pet sitter visiting two weeks before the problem was discovered.

And they do not offer a warranty with their work despite promises of providing one. They are a clear danger to the public. Again, you use this company and you're risking your life and your money. Find another plumber.

I feel I was taken advantage of in an emergency situation. The price quoted on the phone was $65 for service call and when plumber arrived he said there was an additional $165 diagnostic fee, which the $65 applied towards. I agreed and plumber found issue with missing insulation around pipe under house, which he said he could fix but needed materials, which would cost me another $65, plus cost and my percentage, if he went to buy it. When I came up with what he needed, a can of Great Stuff, which costs about $4, he said he could make the repair but there were additional charges for going back under the house. In total, he offered to fix my issue for $425. I asked why so much and he said because he had to crawl back under the house. I refused and gave him my check for $165 and called the office. The owner called me back and we had a lengthy conversation going over the fees and I said I felt I was being taken advantage of and that you must think I'm stupid. He continued to justify the costs because the plumber had to crawl under the house when it's 30 degrees outside. This was an emergency repair and yes, it was cold, not 30 degrees, and I said crawling under the house is part of the job - he's a plumber! He said there might be a discount but I had already handed over $165 and sent the plumber away. He did not offer to refund any of the cost when I said I wanted my money back. I said I was going to share my experience and give him bad reviews. The owner said go right ahead, that he was recording my conversation and would give it to his attorney. Not sure what that will accomplish as everything I said is the truth. How's that for customer service = record your unhappy customers and hand the recordings over to an attorney. I am following through with sharing my experience and letting readers know how I was put in a difficult, unfair situation by these plumbers. And I still have the issue of water getting in under my sink. I really feel like they may do this all the time and buyers should be cautious. I will say I used them once before and was pleased with the work - the job was done right and for a fair price, on a Sunday, no less. This time, I feel completely disrespected and angry. If there was an even more negative rating for this company I would give it.

Wish there was an option for no stars.  This company came out twice for a leak in my wall. The work was the same both time and never fixed my leak.   One time the charge was 175 and the other was 400 requesting, which I refused to pay.  The first time the plumber came out I had a Major issue that needed to be addressed the next day. They wanted to demo part of my kitchen and my insurance refused to let them do that. They were to go in through an exterior wall instead.  The plumber began sawing on my exterior wall on an opposite wall from where the leak was.  I stopped him.  The second day home was misdiagnosed with a whole other problem and when he left I still had water pouring from my home.  Had to call a different company out and they pin pointed the issue in a matter of minutes and were able to fix it without destroying my kitchen or exterior walls.  Beware of this company.   Would not recommend.

This company sent a technician named  Chris out who seemed to only want to make my hot water heater issue into a major project.  He initially suggested that I had a water slab leak. Then he suggested we had a bad heating element.  But instead of replacing the heating element with a new element he installed a used element that was the wrong size - it wasn't until I had another plumbing company come out that this was revealed.  I would not recommend this company.

Awesome! Same day water heater instillation. Reasonably priced for emergency service.  Easy to work with. I am happy to have done business with them.  I now have hot water again.

Eagle Plumbing seriously endangered my family's life through deep incompetence. And they were very rude about it to boot!

Our hot water heater went out and we needed a new one. Eagle came and installed one. It had chronic problems after installation. The pilot light would go out mysteriously when this never happened with the old unit. At least 3 service calls were made in vain prior to the day when the Co2 alarm started blaring in the bedroom where the water heater is located and a strange smell filled the room.

Eagle guy came out, told me I was either lying about there being a problem or the co2 alarm gave a false positive & told us to call the gas company, which we did. Propane guy comes and says there's a carbon leak. Eagle comes back and finds the stack from the water heater was not connected to the stack going out from the attic and he connects and we think, great, problem solved. But no.

I go to take a shower the next day and no hot water. No attempts to light the pilot worked. Yet another weekend without hot water.

This week another plumbing co came to inspect the situation. They quickly discovered that Eagle installed a NATURAL GAS water heater when we have PROPANE which burn at different temperatures. This put me and my family in grave danger and inconvenienced me greatly. And they were always extremely rude and degrading.

AGAIN, if you value you life and your money, you will want to call another plumbing company no matter how much longer you may have to wait.

I wanted to change out a kitchen sink and garbage disposal.  The labor charge was going to be $1100.00.  This job is less than two hours and I had the sink and garbage disposal.  Price is out of sight and unreasonable.

I called Eagle Plumbing to install a garbage disposal. The owner arrived quickly and carried a huge attitude. His prices are very high and he proceeded to tell me 3 times that he is a Master Plumber and his pricing reflects this. I paid his price and my disposal has a slow leek. When I contacted him to come and assess his work, he assured me again that he is a Master Plumber and that he would charge me to come and assess his work. He further insulted me by stating that if there was a leek, I probably selected an inferior garbage disposal. I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH A RUDE MAN. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. HE NEVER CAME BY TO ASSESS HIS WORK. I paid another company $99.00 to repair his work. Simply needed more sealant during the initial install.

Made an appointment with this company and paid $500 for someone to work for me. No one called or showed up! I called the company and no one even returned my phone call. I highly discourage anyone from using Eagle Plumbing. The girl who answered the phone when I called the first time gave me the most insincere I am sorry about that. Not sure how they are still in business.

I contacted them...they did arrive in a short time.
With a 65$ service charge to show up,and after i explained the issue. The technician gave me a quote of 680$ before even getting out his truck. I thought it was very high, for cleaning 1 line.
The technician did find 2 breaks in the line, and couldn't clear it.
Spent 45mins on job and couldn't complete the job due to breaks in line, then rolled his blasting hose up.
Handed me a bill for 680$... For a job that wasn't completed.
We spent the next 20 minutes haggling over the bill for services not rendered, contacted their office, renegotiated the bill to 500$...still for services not rendered...
I paid the bill, but would not use this company without knowing all possible cost up front,,,,and if the job can't be done,,,the contract null and void....with just service charges paid....written up front on the contract...
This company would keep SMALL CLAIMS court busy..
CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF EAGLE PLUMBING...

I had a clogged drain and was told it was caused by roots near the street.  I knew there had to be another clog because only 1 out 3 lines were backed up.  Plumber told me it would be upwards of $7000.00 to repair.  It cost me $295.00 to get this information and drain was still clogged. Called another plumber for second opinion, he fixed the issue  in less than an hour and it drains well.  Called to discuss my concerns about the service I received from Eagle and after 3 messages, I still have not heard back from anyone.

I initially thought that the price was reasonable due to the fact that Vincent told me that the roof vent stack was clog but after receiving the email receipt stating that it was the AC drain was clog and and the customer class was commercial when it was residential I call Eagle Plumbing and inquired why they mark commercial when it was a resident and the quote was for the kitchen sink roof vent stack clog and not a AC drain clog as I learned this after receiving the email receipt. I was initially told that sometimes they used commercial equipment for the job and therefore it was marked as commercial service instead of residential service and Ebony said she would check with the technician Vincent and would get back to me. I then call her the next day and her reply was because the property was a rental it was a commercial service.
I then checked with other plumbers and was informed that it was a AC problem and would not waste my money for a AC drain clog. I had, in the beginning explained to Eagle Plumbing that the AC drain was clog and Vincent told me that it was because of the kitchen sink roof vent being clogged. So I was charged for unclogging the kitchen roof vent at a COMMERCIAL PRICE when it was a resident and in deed it was a AC drain clog as stated on the receipt and not what was quoted for, the kitchen roof vent stack being clogged!!!!!
After checking with the AC guys they informed me that unclogging the AC drain would only cost a total of $150.00 however Eagle Plumbing charge me $230.00 which is a $80.00 OVER CHARGE stating on the email receipt that it was a commercial service instead of a RESIDENTIAL SERVICE and Quoting me for a kitchen roof vent clog instead of a AC drain line clog BUT SATING on the email receipt that it was a AC drain clog!!!!!!!
THIS IS BAD BUSINESS AND WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called them because I had an emergency. The toilet wasn't flushing and I was afraid that some sewer wast might start coming out so when the plumbing guy finally arrived with bad attitude and started to look at the problem. He wanted to charge me 700.00+ dollars I was no way. Then he started to put pressure on me saying that if i wanted the service or not like if is easy to come out with that amount of money. Well the owner called and I told her how much he wanted to charge me and she told me that it was impossible because that kind of job doesn't cost more than 300 dollars. Bad services bad attitude and they can easily take an advantage of you.

I guess I am the same as everybody else, this company sucks!! I was charged almost $400 bucks for a 2 min job. The worker even told me his boss said not to charge anybody under $350 bucks for plumbing work due to the recent freeze, no matter how small the job. So if this company is willing to take advantage of people for something like that, why should we call them for anything else!! I wish I would have read these yelp reviews before I called them!

Eagle Plumbing repaired the water line at our water meter for over $1,000.  Four months later , the repair is now leaking again.  Eagle Plumbing says because a lawn mower rolled over the water line, it's not their fault; however, they will repair again at a discounted rate of $550!!!

Awful company - do NOT use.

Ok  Samuel from Eagle plumbing came to my house to repair a washing machine drain. he replaced the black drain pipe inside the house with a white one.he than said he needed to go to the store to buy parts, he came back  finished the job and told me to wait 1/2 hour to wash clothes so the glue could dry  I waited 1 1/2 hours than later when I took out the trash I was surprised to see water in my back yard, I  ditched the water out of the yard , the next morning I found that the piece he said he glued in was on the ground under the house. My husband and stepson both examined the pipe and said no glue had been put on the pipe, and in addition to that the pipe was the wrong size and that it was the pipe that was already there, all he did was reconnect a pipe that my step son had loosened previously because it was stopped up also  the drain line under the house was not replaced it was the same one that was there before oh yes the pipe I am talking about is a  L joint that was used to connect the washing machine drain to the main drain pipe( which was suppose to be new but was the one that was already there and had stopped up.I was charged 550.00 I called to complain was told they would return tues between 2 and 4, to fix the problem, no show, called backed later to relay what I am saying in this review, they denied, using the old l joint in short they replaced a drain pipe from the washer which was the only part purchased.and oh yes I am not a young person I am 74 my husband is 88 will be 89 in February

This plumbing company came to my house last March to hook up a sink and tried to charge me $286. I politely declined that price yet paid the service fee for coming out in cash. Today an attorneys office called me asking for money in which I PAID THEM. Better yet the guy who came to my house tried to tell me he can give me a cheaper price because he has a side business (sketchy). Also this guy rocked out in my driveway for 20 minutes before coming to ring the doorbell. TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND WORK ETHIC!!

I was referred to this company from my aunt. I never decided to read reviews before setting a service appointment. Now after reading these bad reviews is it really worth adding another bad review. Here's my review.

I recently contact Eagle Plumbing for service on 6/30. When calling them you have to speak with someone from their scheduling department. I spoke with a young lady name Jennifer who was extremely rude and very disrespectful. Fast forward, The technician came out and stated it wasn't a plumbing issue. My tenant than had the tech to look at her running toilet, he stated the toilet was fine. He told me my charge would be $125. I stated okay, but I didn't understand why when he didn't do anything or resolve the problem. Days later I see a charge of $165 on my cc. I contact the office, Jennifer answers the phone. I asked can she explained why the difference in price. I informed her I was told the $125, she than said well he gave you a discount, you should have been charged $155.00. I explained to her I didn't ask for a discount and to let me speak with a supervisor or a manager. Jennifer starts screaming at me so I hung up on her.

Today I got a call from her (Jennifer) again, telling me they will refund me $40. I explained to her this is not about the money it's about her customer service and again I needed a supervisor to call me. She stated  she is the accounts manager, and I won't be able to speak with any other person. I hung up! Basically they service is horrible, the customer service is terrible. I wish I would have read reviews before booking with them!

MISERABLE SERVICE!!!  The plumber was over one hour late.  Swindled and lied to for $195.00.  One floater and 10 minutes of work.  The plumber parked in my shared driveway and would not park on the street when I asked him to.  I explained that my neighbors might need to go somewhere.  He informed me he would only be in my house for 10 minutes.  He told me that he needed to use one of my towels to clean up the water he had spilled and also emptied water from the toilet into my waste paper basket.  I told him that for $195.00 I thought I should at least get a new flapper, he said no.  I told him the chain looked too long and that I thought it might get caught under the flapper.  He said no.  Of course, the chain now gets caught under the flapper.  I gave the manager, Mr. Charles, the opportunity to remedy the situation and was told that he would have to investigate it, but promised that I would hear from either himself or Ms. Claudia by the end of the day yesterday.  I never got a call from anybody.

UPDATE:  It is about 45 minutes since I first posted my review.  I was speaking with Ms. Claudia about the service I received and was told that Mr. Charles said that he would refund me $50.00 if I would take down my bad review.

Do NOT USE this company - wish I had read the reviews before calling.  Seems to be a almost a scam - they really willing to come out for a $45 fee to access and give quote - which is reasonable.

After coming out on a Saturday the technician assured me that he could successfully unclog drain for and additional $425 (sound familiar) - then after attempting for a VERY short time decided he could not and would require MORE work during the week.  Another plumber came (from another company) and successfully unclogged in less than 1 hour.  Monday morning received call from Eagle demanding payment of $425 - informed them job was NOT DONE.  I contacted my attorney who advised the ONLY money they were owed was the $45 call out fee.  STAY AWAY as this mo of doing business seems to be more common than not for this company.
