Thurow Plumbing was fantastic on so many levels!  I used Angie's list and they were highly rated.  Brad contacted me within a few hours of my inquiry and his brother Mark was out at the house the next day.  Other plumbers I contacted had several week waits which I couldn't do as the problem was urgent!  Mark was on time, very professional, and hardworking.  His fees were spelled out from the very first phone call, which I very much appreciated and were reasonable for the services provided.  The clog we had was extremely difficult because the pipes were very old and in a difficult to access space.  But we worked together and he was able to clear a severely clogged pipe.  What a relief!  I inquired about other services they provide and have decided that Thurow Plumbing is my plumbing service from now on.  Thanks so much!

Dr Plumber really knows what he's doing. My toilet hadn't been flushing well for years, and after my husband failed to remedy it time and time again, I knew I had to call a man more equipped for the job. Dr Plumber arrived promptly, and got straight to work. He knew exactly what to do. I could hardly speak as his tool instantly reached all the right spots my husband never could. Ever since his visit I've felt like I haven't in decades. Thank you Dr Plumber!

Had a gas leak which they did repaired very quickly and also had them reroute my plumbing for a kitchen remodel, did a fantastic job and the quality of the work was great. The price wasn't too bad though there are cheaper companies out there, these guys are all about quality when it comes to work

He was quick fixing my completely clogged kitchen sink, cleaned everything up, price was very fair and he was great at explaining what I need to do to avoid this in the future.  I'm recommending him to everyone!

John and Doug were responsive and understanding through the whole process of replacing my water heater and did everything they could to get my hot water back as fast as possible.  I will look to them for all plumbing issues going forward.

For anyone that is referred to them via their American Home Shield warranty, please note that AHS doesn't make it an urgent claim (even though leaking water sure seems like an urgent matter) so if you're unlucky like me and the water heater breaks on a weekend, you won't receive service until normal business hours pick up on Monday.  Despite AHS dropping the ball,  Doug and John were on the phone with me through the weekend helping me troubleshoot the problem enough to use water until they could get in to repair it.

We love Martens! All of the technicians we've had, have been exceptional. We have had them do heating and cooling work and also plumbing, both services have been outstanding.  Anita is also so so sweet and very accommodating! Would recommend Martens to anyone and will be using them for all of our heating/cooling/plumbing services in the future!

Emailed inquiring about an estimate for a water heater install.  Of the three requests I sent out O & W responded first and promptly.  Omer was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with my numerous questions.    Omer came out the next day, on time and installed my new water heater.  The price was the best of my three estimates and was just what he estimated.  A contract was written prior to work so there were no surprises.  He cleaned up after himself and took the time to sit down with me and answer all my questions regarding my new unit. Highly recommend, will use again.

The owner has provided inconsistent quotes on identical projects, routed our water heater intake & outgoing hot water feed backwards & quite frankly isn't a nice guy to work with.

I LOVE supporting small local businesses!  This is one that you should avoid.  There are plenty of other quality plumbers in the area to choose from.

This company did work for our neighbor, but they spilled substantial amounts of oil on our lawn and left piles of very sharp scrap metal sitting on top of the spilled oil --then packed up their stuff and called it a day. It was catastrophic. It was totally sloppy, unprofessional, and irresponsible and it really casts doubt on all of their workmanship.

Tosa plumbing was supposed to fix the drain in my basement bar sink several months ago.  To this day nothing has happened and there has been no communication.  The plumber has a nice beard tho

I have used Boehlke several times over the last three years.   I was very satisfied and happy with their quick response and completeness of the job.  I did have some concerns over the cost, but felt that it is was it is. My last experience was not so good.  I made sure that I kept track of the time they arrived until the time they left.   55 minutes.  Then the repairs weren't done accurately in my opinion because after several days I noticed the toilet was still running and not stopping as it should.  They came back out and I was charged another trip charge to repair what they had just put in and i was told well it was working when we left.  Nothing should fail to work after one day.  Obviously a part failure or failure to properly check  the operation.  A Second trip charge including the time to drive here.   No consideration for the labor charges, just well it didn't work and we had to fix it.   Will definitely look for another plumber from now on.  $325 for Labor.

Had water leaking from my ceiling and Mike rushed over, pin pointed the problem and had it fixed within an hr. Great service, timely response and, great pricing. I will definitely use WW again, A+

9-18-2020 Ryan of DayNight Services was my go to plumber and one that I trusted.  He was so cheerful when he came and left.  Except the last time he and his dad were here they didn't seem to want to do much of anything and wasn't here very long as they seemed to be in a hurry to go to their next job.  But now I don't know who to call.  

6-29-2019 Called at 1148 because hot water heater is making noise and spoke with Lindsay.  It's been over 20 minutes now and no call back.  Don't know what to do now.  Maybe he doesn't want to service me anymore.  Don't have a very good feeling about this or him now.  Thought he was reliable.  Lindsay didn't call me back until almost an hour later and said he can come out next week but didn't give a day until she talked to him then said next week Monday and to unplug the fan.  Are you kidding me?  Another week with no hot water?  Who does that?  I'm so upset that he can't come out sooner.  She said they're up in Milwaukee because of all the rain.  We had rain down here too.  I have a Drs. appt. on Monday.

7-1-2019 His dad came out and didn't really do anything but unplug the water heater.  Don't think that he wanted to be here or do anything like the other times he was here.  He was a huge turn off for me.  He said that they couldn't touch what this other guy was charging me.  But he wasn't nice to me and let me down big time.  His dad said to call him back and apologize, I did but it didn't do any good.  He said to pick up a water heater and he'd install it for $600.  But how was I going to get it here?  Neither my son or I can lift anything heavy or have a truck, or dolly.  Think his dad working with him isn't doing him well and I read bad reviews on him online when Ryan was just starting out.  Not for me anymore and he let me down big time now.  Don't know what I'm going to do if I need someone.  He said that he wouldn't let me down or steer me wrong in the beginning but it ended up like this.  Not good at all.  He lost a customer after the toilet job and not getting a decent seat.  Buy one at my expense after I paid hundreds for it.  He never came out on non working hours.  But he did for others.  

9-11-2020 Because our kitchen sink is getting worse with drainage and ongoing for over a month now, I called DayNight and spoke to Lindsay on early Friday afternoon.  She said before noon Monday.  

9-14-2020 It's noon now and nothing.  Don't know if I should call them back or what?  If Ryan doesn't want to service me anymore then they should say so.  Not happy at all.  I really hate businesses not being reliable.  Now what am I supposed to do?  Waited all this time for nothing.  Really pisses me off.  Called Lindsay again and asked if he was still coming.  She said he must be running behind so is waiting on his call and she'd call me back.  That she was just looking at my order.  Yeah right.  It's after 2140 and still nothing.  Would've been nice if they told me that they don't want to service me anymore instead of playing games.  This time both kitchen drains are plugged and he probably doesn't believe me and or his dad too.  But why lie about calling me back?  Not very nice.  Guess Ryan won't miss my business.  Won't bother them anymore.  Wasted almost a whole day waiting for her to call me back.  I had other things to do instead of wasting my time.  Not very nice at all.  He let me down big time with the water heater last year and now this.  He lied to me, they both did.  

9-18-2020 My son tried cleaning the kitchen pipes out with a 25 ft. auger but it's much further in the basement.  Had to call another plumber to clean it out again.  This is the 3rd time.  Last time my laundry tubs wouldn't drain and the plumber had to saw off the cap to the main pipe to get to clean it out in the early morning hours.  Cost me a lot of cash as he didn't take a credit card.  Side job.  Who has that much cash at that time of early morning hours?  Then Ryan had to clean them out again 3 yrs ago as there was lint.  I have screens on both tubs for a long time now.  Called another plumber and he was so busy, but he still came to help me out.  The pipe in the basement was plugged full as you can see from the pictures.  Replaced that as I told him too and it needed it.  He said the pipe was clogged for a long time.  He was here over an hour.  Thank you Tony.  

Will not bother with Lindsay, Ryan or his dad again or refer them to anyone.  I'm done playing games and the lying.  Not good for business.  Throw away the coupons and letters being VIP.  What a joke.  Shame on you.

Unfortunately, this company bought A&S Plumbing in Watertown WI.  The first time we called, they fixed our shower which resulted in a leak through the garage ceiling and a bulge in the bathroom floor.  Unfortunately, we didn't realize this right away and contacted them to fix a kitchen sink.  We were charge over $500 for less than half an hour of work.  When we questioned the charge, we were told the price was standard.  Later, when we realized there was ongoing leak  from their shower repair, they refused to take responsibility.

Well I don't want to ramble on so i will get straight to the point. If you're ever not sure of a company...just don't do it no matter what people say. I gave this company several chances to fix their mistake but they refused. They remodeled my home after a fire destroyed it. Several of the men were rude. Kyle being the most. They had poor communication. They even bullied me several times about my bathroom...they actually made it look worse than our bathroom which was newly and beautifully remodeled by Sears who I wish I had chose now. They charged me over 22thousand dollars extra for only a few upgrades. They have incomplete work done and yet they want payment in full. I would not recommend this company to anyone...well maybe someone I would like to screw over like I was. I'm a woman..you know we spend time in the bathroom. Well..i don't even really use mine any more. So thanks a lot! For doing one change which we paid too much for...and they tried to argue about it...i had to insist..yes I had to insist on an upgrade that we paid out of pocket for. Everything with this company was a pain. Doesn't help when you're grieving over losing your life in a house fire from robbery and arson. Which I may add that the milwaukee police still have not charged or convicted anyone. And it's been a year! To top it off...the initials in my tub which you can clearly see read FML!
