Mike Ingrilli Plumbing also holds a State of Wisconsin Building Contractor License and a master plumber's license from the state of Wisconsin. HISTORY
After working hands-on in the plumbing industry for 27 years, Mike Ingrilli took on a higher challenge: founding Mike Ingrilli Plumbing. As a third generation family plumber, Mike recognizes the importance in offering experience, professionalism and tidy results: he is one of the few plumbers that thrives on knowing the worksite will be cleaner when he leaves than when he arrived!
Mike has twenty-seven years of plumbing education and completes yearly continuing credits to keep him up to date on what's new, important and unique to the industry. He is going on his 20th year as a Master Plumber, excelling in service, repairs, renovation and sewer and drain cleaning. If your job needs more than just plumbing, he has numerous contacts to get your job done the way you want it.

We had a clogged drain in the basement that I couldn't get cleared. We sent a request through Homeadvisor to Mike Ingrilli Plumbing. Within 5 minutes Mike called me. He gave me an estimate over the phone and said a plumber would be over by 2pm, (this was a Saturday btw.) David the plumber showed up in a van within the hour! He was very professional, asked what the problem was and where. I showed him to the basement and he had the drain cleared in under 30 minutes. Also, we paid less that we figured it would be. I would definitely use Mike Ingrilli Plumbing again.

The website says 24/7 plumbing. I called the number around 230 yesterday, Sunday afternoon for a leaking ceiling from a pipe from a bathroom. No one ever bothered to call- it's Monday 630 pm, still no calI guess I'm not big enough for them to work with
He was quick fixing my completely clogged kitchen sink, cleaned everything up, price was very fair and he was great at explaining what I need to do to avoid this in the future. I'm recommending him to everyone!

Problem is that they did not stand behind work nor offer to come and look at issue. The only response was that it was not their problem.

We had an old utility sink in the basement removed and a new one installed.
Mile Ingrilli came and gave an appraisal of the work and cost. It was a seamless process. I thought it would be an involved process, but he made it hassle free. Many thanks to Mike and his team David and Ben. They made an involved process efficient and well-done. We have no hesitation to call them for future plumbing needs. Found them after a search online. We interviewed a bunch of plumbers since we had a complete bathroom remodel (moving fixtures, adding shower) and other house challenges. They were one of the least expensive and talked to us about all the challenges they saw and how they were going to solve them which I really appreciated. Other plumbers were patronizing and talked down to me as a woman. Kurt did our work and was so brave teetering on the joists 2 floors above! They did great work for a very fair price, even when we had other things come up in the job.

Ladies, If you have a granite counter with an under mount kitchen sink and want to change it call this company. Now I have new stainless steel under mount sink I wanted. The gentleman was very helpful answering my questions. I learned so much today.

Tried for 10 days to get an estimate and never heard back. I received 1 call from Mike getting specifics of the job, I sent pics and nothing. Multiple emails/texts were also sent with no response from Mike or his assistant Dillon. I guess replacing all plumbing fixtures, including toilets in 2 bathrooms as well as fixture and insinkerator in kitchen was too much for him. UPDATE: I finally did receive the quote after posting this review.

Mike and his team are absolutely fantastic. I had an old farmhouse and whenever I needed something replaced, fixed or updated they were there if not that day, the next day. They are friendly and will explain in detail what needs to be done. I recommend them to anyone who asks me.
