I sent quote requests to four Milwaukee-area plumbers to redo my kitchen plumbing after remodeling. Before the other 3 even responded, Heiden had completed the work at a fair price. Ken did an awesome job and was friendly and cleaned up well. The communication was great the whole time and the work done was top-shelf. Thanks guys!

DO NOT hire this company unless you want to get ripped off. Little to late for me, I should have done my due diligence and checked with the BBB website first, but they came recommended. Do Not take everyone's word, look them up first, my opinion is they are crooks.

First off what we had done:
- Leaky toilet repair
- in house shut-off damaged for front outside faucet (winterize pipes)
- Shower/Bath no pressure
- Sink downstairs no hot water
- Clog in tub
- Main water valve leaking.
(old condo turning on and off main causes rust to move in pipes)

Ken came out and fixed all our issues. He was very thorough, very nice, polite, professional and conscious on keeping costs down. He looked for ways to fix items and not have to replace some pieces which was very important because I am between jobs right now. I would recommend Heiden Plumbing and Ken to anyone that asked. I was impressed enough to do this review and ask for his cards to hand out.

We did originally call for Sunday emergency service. We have a 3 year old and she had swim class so needed a shower. They did get back to us and let us know costs and if we could wait it would save us money doing a week day call. However, this was great for us, especially since my daughter's swim class was canceled. I worked for a company that had emergency service hours. So it is nice that they called us back and gave us information to make informed choice. When our situation changed it was no problem to have them come out Monday.

He was able to share tips and tricks with me to keep things running around this house if I have issues again. I appreciate that a lot. When I land my next job. I plan to have them come out and do some bathroom remodeling.

They never bothered calling back for a quote. I had a rather large project to be quoted, person on the phone said the estimator had to call back, and he never bothered.
At a minimum show the courtesy to call and decline.

Called to have lateral cleaned out along with a video inspection and estimate for repairs due to a failed city dye test. Person that answers phone took my info and said they would get back to me. They called that same day around 3pm and said they had a cancellation they could be there in 20 minutes! 2 Workers showed up and made the video. They claimed they could not clean the pipe because it was damaged and they did not want to get their equipment stuck. They also told me the pipe was in good enough shape it could be relined and they would send an estimate. They explained the procedures and wanted me to remove a bathroom wall next to the project? They also told me the work could not be done until May due to it being winter and too cold out? On the way out, they damaged my newly installed screen door by bending the door closer, bracket and frame/hinge. They have never contacted me to pay for the repair materials and have never sent me an estimate??? I contacted another plumber and they said they can to the repair without waiting and no need to remove the wall as it is not in the way. This company is not very truthful and does not follow up on its promises!

I rated them 1 star because you don't have ZERO stars. I called them on a Sunday - my furnace would run but not blow heat. Was told by the technician that it would be $400 to walk thru the door, and that would get me one hour of service (or any part thereof). He said that if it could wait until the next day, then their regular rate Monday-Friday is $60/15 min. or $240/hour. $240/hour is outrageous in my opinion, but $400/hour (regardless of whether it's a Sunday and they're on overtime or not) is completely over-the-top out of line - gouging.

I called someone else - it took him 3 minutes to fix - the pressure switch was clogged and all he had to do was clean it out with a safety pin. Charged me $60, which sounds like a lot for just a few minutes, but if you include travel time and overhead, it was near free. From what I was quoted by their technician, Heiden would have charged me $400 for that 3 minute fix.

Unless you enjoy getting taken for a ride - my advice would be to STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

This company did work for our neighbor, but they spilled substantial amounts of oil on our lawn and left piles of very sharp scrap metal sitting on top of the spilled oil --then packed up their stuff and called it a day. It was catastrophic. It was totally sloppy, unprofessional, and irresponsible and it really casts doubt on all of their workmanship.

I had them come to do plumbing work at a rental property. I needed a bathtub drain unclogged and leak under kitchen sink. After 475.00 the next day the tenant called and the bathtub would still not drain. I called them 3 times and finally got through to them and they said it was too bad and would have manager call. Never heard from anyone. Poor customer service and did not solve my problem but charged me a lot of money.
