Hero Plumbing was contracted to complete our new service line with the City of Milwaukee to replace a lead service line.  They were prompt, efficient, courteous, neat, and took the time to answer everyone one of my questions.

Great service from start to finish.  Mark, the Service manager showed up on time, walked me through what he would be doing and approximate cost.  Pricing was very competitive and didn't feel like I was being gauged at any time.  They did have to do some additional work and moved around things to fit in the timeline I had to have the project completed by.  Debbie in the office was great to work with and followed up with everything I needed right away.  I would highly recommend Pro Serv to anyone

Action kept stringing me along for four days, four days without heat in January.  Supposedly because they were waiting for a part for my heater.  Finally got tired of their running around and called my former service technician.  He came over and fixed it in 45 minutes by just securing the screws in the fan.  So what could have  been a bill close to $600.00, I only had to pay $58.  I think Action did this thinking they were dealing with a helpless female.  I feel stupid for relying on their word and being cold for 4 days.  This has taught me that second opinions are valuable.  Anybody that is thinking of hiring Action for anything....watch out.  Do not just take their word for it.  Get a second opinion.  But better yet, DO NOT hire them.

I've been working with Jim's Plumbing since 2006. Their service has always been excellent and I would recommend them. They are definitely not the cheapest plumbers out there, but I believe that I truly get what I pay for. When I call, I'm treated courteously and in a manner that makes me feel like they truly want my business. The plumbers that come are not only professional and competent, but friendly and will make suggestions based on their experience.  I can also say first hand that they stand behind the products that they install.

In a world where questionable products and service seems to be the norm, Jim's plumbing stands out and I can and do highly recommend them!

I hired Mike to install a gas line for a new stove I bought. He responded to my inquiry quickly and came to my house to quote the project. His quote was reasonable so I hired him for the job. He was on time, professional and very efficient. I would highly recommend Wilde Plumbing!

My toilet broke and wouldn't flush. I called Rexpert Plumbing at 7 AM. They were super nice and came out, replaced some parts and fixed the toilet for a modest amount within 90 minutes. The service was exceptional due I highly recommend them.

I have used Albiero for all of my plumbing and heating work for over three years because they do great work and price very fairly. That being said I am very bothered by my recent work order that was completed. When I called in to have someone sent out to my house for a backed up floor drain, someone was dispatched right away and got us all fixed up right away. He did great work and was very fast and left the area clean, and for all of that I am very grateful. Where this bothers me relates to the fact that I was not notified in advance that this would be considered overtime and subsequently result in a bill nearly double what it would've been. The call center rep was very courteous and assured me I would be taken care of right away, which I was. It would've been nice to know prior to sending someone out that this was going to cost as much as it did due to being a weekend. I was under the impression it was open for regular business hours due to the fact that someone answers the phone right away and took care of me. I am very happy with the work and have zero issue paying the man for his time. This could have waited until regular hours, and had I known it was not a regular work day I would've simply scheduled the visit for a workday. Do not avoid this company; they do good work as fair prices. But DO ensure you ask about the hours of work and billing BEFORE someone is dispatched. Lesson learned, I will do that in the future. I do highly recommend the company should be training the call center employees to disclose this information up front. Kind of feels like a bait and switch. Let my hard lesson learned help you to avoid falling into the same trap and get the rates up front.

Danny was very respectful of Covid and showed up in mask and gloves, watched him wipe down things he touched. He did a thorough job, was pleasant and couldn't beat the special rate.

My remodeling contractor used Mark Schneider Plumbing as a subcontractor to do the rough and finish plumbing for a remodeling project. Since project was on the second floor of my house, it was important that the plumbing work be done correctly so it didn't leak - since water follows the law of gravity and flows down when it leaks guess what happened?.  Yup - total of 5 leaks during the project and had to remove the drywall in the ceiling below due to water damage.  In one case they said that they soldered the shower valve joint but when we turned it on a massive amount of water came leaking through the ceiling below.  Since the tile was already installed, the tile installer removed the tile and wall in that area and discovered that the shower valve was not even soldered - plumber said he even pressure tested this.  Work done  on the second floor copper and drains was so bad that I had it redone - big hunks of unmelted solder stuck to joints, drains pitched the wrong way.  Also paid them to install a floor drain in my basement - he put it in the wrong place by over 2 feet and I had to hire another company to move it. and when they moved it we discovered that the joints were not glued correctly.

I dealt with 2 people at Schneider - the older owner who seemed knowledgable and his20+ year old kid. Unfortunately the older owner had his kid do the work.  If the older owner had completed the work I'm sure it would have been much better but he had his kid do it - his kid is in the wrong profession.

I was quoted a 10am to 1pm time. Guy shows up at 3:45. After I say, uhh you're a little late aye, he replies, the office should've called you and told you I wouldn't be here til 3:30....even if that was the case, the tech still showed up late. Stayed no more than 10 minutes. Asked me if I knew how to work the heater or where the instruction manual was. The quote that was provided was way over retail prices; I could have bought 4 water heaters at Menards for the same price quoted, even accounting for labor it doest make sense.

Blau came out 5 times to unstop a kitchen sink. It was very expensive each time. Finally, I told my husband that we will not use them again because they just couldn't do it and also, I think the plumber was just trying to literally drain our finances. We called Evan Kiel to unstop the sink 2 years ago and it hasn't been stopped up since. DO NOT CALL BLAU..

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They do not pay their bills. We supplied them with tools for rent for a job and they called us up and stated they were NOT paying the bill and that if we pursued them they would write negative reviews on us on Social Media!

They claimed our tools did not work - but they were trying to run an air pump with insufficient flow and psi. When our rep offered to come to the site - they said they were not ready! Next day at a moments notice they demand our rep. show up - but he was already on another job.

The owner will not pay! The owner threatens with negative reviews if we require him to pay!
