Our water softener sprung a leak. With its age I was thinking of a new system. Brandon found the speaking hose break. Easily fixed. However I chose to get a whole new system. His honesty is unfortunately rare, but so appreciated. Watching him work was a joy to this old Doctor and Airline Pilot. Careful and very thorough. COVID care too. Brandon & Brenda are a credit to their company.

I've had Stephen come out twice so far and I will continue to call on him. He is honest and friendly, does a nice job, and has great prices. I called several other plumbers for a price quote and he beat them all.

We were referred to Trevor and his crew by our realtor. These guys (Trevor, Jay and Jeff) did a fantastic job! They completely remodeled our kitchen, master bath and redid our fire place. These men are a group of professionals that are skilled in all aspects of construction. We trusted (and I am a former cop) these group of men during the many times we were out of the house. They are not only professional but they are personable and go beyond to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied. I was in need of a warranty exchange for a water heater. Taylor was very pleasant and informative of the process. She had technician Devin out to the rescue within an hour. He and his partner had the new water heater installed up in running in a couple hours. It was an overall great experience and I will definitely contact them on any future plumbing needs and highly recommend Trident for your plumbing needs as well.

Nafiz responded to my Yelp request promptly and gave the best offer than the others. I asked him if I could get earlier appointment if possible by any chance and he called me the next morning saying that he could come early. He installed the garbage disposal in timely manner. Liked the idea of getting a free diagnostic but there price was out of my range so I passed on the service. I finally found someone who was in my range and I come to find out the tech that had came out switched my wires on the fan so it would not kick on. Very dishonest I would say.

Called cactus when my ac unit stoped working and just blowing hot air. They even had same day service after another company just never showed up. Very grateful for the service tech he was very professional and knowledgeable.
Gave me a price on the repairs and even recommended a few other things for preventive maintenance that i agreed to. My ac is cooling better than it ever has. I will definitely recommend Cactus to anyone that needs ac services.

I called DJ and he came out immediately! He's been nothing but helpful and understanding. I'll be updating as the job continues but nothing bad yet!

He's working with me to get what we want at an affordable price and has really been helpful compared to another company who we decided to not go with. I have high expectations, yet I'm a pretty easy going guy and DJ is a straight forward honest guy! Much appreciated!

Just last year I had my A/C serviced by another company chosen by a home warranty company I had. Worst experience ever, took 1-2 weeks to finally get things fixed, pretty sure there was fraudulent charges they tried to get past on me until I called the home warranty company to investigate. No urgency from them at all during the peak of the summer. So when my A/C went out again this year, I did my research and chose wisely. So happy I went with A/C Doctors!! Best decision.

Not only did they get us in the next day from when we called, but they showed up on time. They actually called to see if they could come by earlier which worked so much better for us. They assessed the A/C quickly, efficiently and thoroughly and explained everything as they did it. They replaced the part in under an hour and answered every question my fiancé had and informed us that we should be able to get by another 2-3 years before replacement of the whole unit was needed as long as maintenance was kept up. We found our go-to A/C mechanics  They were so personal, friendly, and knowledgeable. A much better experience then I had before. Definitely recommend !!

Friday's storm left us with a significant amount of damage to our property and our home one of which required a plumber. Rescue Plumbing promptly came to our rescue. They are so pleasant, professional, and kind.
We are very pleased with the work that was done on Saturday and the follow up call to confirm the work that will need to be done this week.

I am usually skeptical about going with the lowest price. This time it worked out amazingly. Had a clog in our guest bathtub. George was able to come out right away. He arrived on time and gave me a call when he was on his way. He was polite,kind and completed the job in 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.

After my tile installer couldn't put the toilet back on without it leaking he told me I needed to call a plumber.  I called another company at 8am and was told someone would be there between 11am and 1pm.  I told them I needed someone as soon as possible because the toilet was dripping water constantly.  At 1:10pm they called and said they were another 45 minutes away.  I had to pick up tile for the contractor to install in the morning and the supplier closed at 3:30pm.  I asked if they could come after I picked up the tile. They said NO PROBLEM.  I asked again can you guarantee that this will get fixed tonight?  Again, they responded no problem.  They were now supposed to be here between 3pm and 5pm.  At 5:15pm I got a call saying they didn't think they'd be able to make it today.  WHAT!!!  I have a toilet dripping and I don't want to be up all night dumping the water out of the pan so I don't have a flood.  So I hit the internet and started searching for plumbers.  Some say they have 24 hour service, but they don't answer the phone, or they really aren't available.  I also wanted a company with good reviews for good work and good pricing.  I called AZ Preferred Plumbing at about 5:30pm.  They answered the phone immediately and told me someone would be here within 45 minutes.  They were here in about 30 minutes.  They fixed the problem quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost.  I'm glad I have a plumber now that I can trust.  Thanks!

Rooter Hero to the Rescue! We were taken advantage of by a con artist working under someone else's contractors license. This person sold us many thousands of dollars of services to remodel our shower and after many excuses and delays, the shower was semi-complete. However, with the first use, it is obvious the shower was plugged. The other company called Rooter Hero to diagnose the problem when they could not. Rooter Hero discovered not only a pipe full of cement (under the slab of our home) but also uncovered the shoddy workmanship the other company did, using only temporary connections to smaller pipes than normally used. In fact, the temporary connections were already leaking! We had been taken advantage of a had a true mess on our hands BUT Rooter Hero has been with us every step of the way. They operate with true integrity and have done a perfectly correct job with the utmost level of professionalism and a level of customer service and support that is often unheard of today. They have helped us document and provided pictures of the incorrect work so that we can hopefully recuperate some of our money from the other company. They have provided caring, emotional support to us during this stressful and difficult time. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I will always sing their praises far and wide. This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

Dreadful experience with installation of four faucets!  Initial work was unacceptable -- faucets weren't lined up over the holes in the granite, so there was an opening next to the base and drains leaked.  Plumber returned once but didn't fix the problems and, due to his attitude over the phone when we informed him of the continuing issues, I decided to redo the installation myself following manufacturer instructions.  In doing so, I noted several failures to comply with installation instructions.  Problems now solved.
