My AC broke in the middle of summer and it was miserable, called them and they were so quick to help me.. definitely gonna save their number in case this heat kills my AC again!! Thanks guys

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

I would leave a no star review, but Yelp does not allow. Since the owner told me he could not do anything to help me, I told him that I could help by leaving a review to warn other paying customers of this negligent, nonprofessional, malpractice act.

To start off, the technician was an outstanding employee and was there to complete a job to the best of his ability. The technician was dispatched to my house to replace a water heater. From the start, the technician was given the wrong material and equipment to do the job. He was set for failure. After myself having to call the owner, Andrew, to come out and assist, all he did was stand, watch, and go purchase the correct material. After replacement, seeing the non-level water heater, all the damages and a leak caused by poor install and lack of training (I must mention this was the tech's first water heater install), I texted Andrew to come out and help resolve the issues. After some thought, I called him the next morning to save myself a headache for how I saw this panning out. And I was correct! He told me that damages were part of the work and they can't do anything about it. The damages included denting and burning the water heater! I understand that damages may happen but there is always a place for procedures and protocols to prevent damages from happening, even reconciliation if they do happen. How Andrew treated me, it's a wonder how he treats other high paying customers and employees. I now have to pay another contactor, that is much more personal, and professional to come out and fix this mess. See photos for damage.

This company saved the day! My a/c was not blowing cold air and this happened mid day, I messaged a few businesses on yelp and Andrew was the first one to get back to me. They were able to come out later that night and check out what was going. They do charge a service fee but it does get applied to the overall bill which is nice as well. They were able to fix the problem with a recharge of my system and we now have cold air. I will definitely be using this company for any problems I have in the future with my HVAC. I highly recommend!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a company that provided appalling customer service. The level of unprofessionalism, scamming tactics, bad communication, and lack of genuine customer care displayed by their staff was truly disheartening. I am compelled to share my story to warn others about this terrible company.

To begin with, when I contacted this company to assess and fix my malfunctioning air conditioning unit, I was met with a complete lack of professionalism. The service technician who arrived at my home seemed disinterested and solely focused on getting paid. It was clear that providing the necessary service was not a priority for him.

Not only did the technician fail to assess the actual problem with my air conditioning unit, but he also proceeded to charge me without addressing any issues. It was evident that their primary objective was to take my money, rather than to provide a satisfactory solution. This type of scamming tactic is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity of the company.

The lack of effective communication throughout this entire ordeal was also extremely frustrating. When I attempted to express my concerns and dissatisfaction, the manager I spoke with on the phone was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of addressing the problem and attempting to find a resolution, the manager abruptly hung up on our conversation. This behavior is not only disrespectful but also highlights a complete disregard for customer service.

Furthermore, the unprofessionalism displayed by the service technician was simply unacceptable. Their attitude was apathetic, and it was evident that they lacked the necessary skills and expertise to properly diagnose and fix my air conditioning unit. Their disinterest in providing a satisfactory service further exacerbated the already unpleasant experience.

In conclusion, my encounter with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. The unprofessionalism, scamming tactics, poor communication, and lack of genuine customer service left me deeply unsatisfied. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company to avoid falling victim to their unscrupulous practices. As customers, we deserve better treatment and quality service, and this company fell woefully short of meeting those basic expectations.

Our A/C unit went out on August 1st and so I contacted my home warranty company. They contracted with this company to repair it. I was given an appointment for the 11th (the soonest they had because it's summer in Arizona) and so we waited. On the 8th, I get an email from Scottsdale HVAC saying my appointment has been moved further out to the 15th. I called them to inquire why and was told that it was an insurance issue. When I pressed the guy about what that meant, he said it was because it's a home warranty insurance and not a self-pay so I was put to the end of the line and the cash/credit customers were being scheduled ahead of me. What?!?! Then don't take the job!! I've waited a week already and now you decide to tell me this?? Insurance or not, beware of a business that would treat a customer like this.
