We had a leak outside - ASAP phone response when I called in was great, text received confirming appointment, technician Chet communicated with us morning of appointment, and was polite and communication was good during entire project. The price was reasonable and the repairs seem to be sound. This is the second time we have used them in 3 years at different houses.  They were my first call when we had the leak in our new home.

Everyone I spoke to at ASAP Plumbing was very courteous and professional. When they were unable to make it at the specified time, they gave me a courtesy call which I appreciated since it gave me the impression that they valued my time, unlike other companies that would just make you wait and wait. Jason J.  came out to fix our faucet. He was very pleasant, well mannered and knowlegeable.  I would definitely recommend this company.

ASAP are the only plumbers I will be calling with future plumbing needs. They were responsive, honest and exceptionally helpful with my recent mainline backup and subsequent repair. They arrived on time, with masks on and were efficient with the extensive repair which entailed drilling through the concrete slab and digging an over 5' deep trench. Marcel and Logan were very knowledgeable and reassuring during the entire process. I have already recommended ASAP to two friends.

I went looking for a plumber to come unclog a couple drains and I needed them ASAP as I was having an appraisal done on my house the next morning. Nick responded to my request immediately and informed me of the service call price and availability was less than 24 hours. I called the office to confirm my scheduled time, the gentleman who took my call was very courteous. I received a text message 15 minutes prior to arrival as I requested and the technician David was on time even a few minutes earlier than expected. David came in, assessed the problems and had them fixed within 15 minutes. David was awesome! He was polite and professional and I would highly recommend him and this whole company for any and all of my plumbing needs! Thank You ASAP!

I will never use this company again.  I am a long time North Scottsdale resident. I asked ASAP to come out for a small leak in a water valve that attaches to my ice maker. The immediately came out and temporarily fixed the leak. However, they said they needed to come back to finish the job at a charge of ~$700.00 !  Thankfully, we had opened the wall already so he could get at the valve to replace it, otherwise he said it would have been an additional $500.00 to do that. The valve that is normally used cost less then $20.00 and  a small piece of copper pipe and elbow cost less than $30.00.  Job takes about 10 minutes.  We called the owner to notify them of the exorbitant charge, only to find he was arrogant and rude. He did admit that the charge seemed extremely high,  and that's all he said.  The technician apparently only worked there for 2 weeks so we thought the owner might be concerned. He was not.  We told him that we would file a complaint and he said go ahead.  So I will!

I've used Omed at ASAP for 3 times in the past month for my rental properties. He has always been prompt, efficient and thorough. His work is great, and best of all, he's a trustworthy partner for all our plumbing needs. He's simply the best. He's a straight shooter; no need to worry about being taken advantage. He'll be the first call for my future plumbing needs.

Jason from asap came & installed new garbage disposal. He was friendly and efficient. Only glitch was he had wrong phone number for me so couldn't call first but he came within the specified time frame. No hidden costs, exactly as quoted.

Willing to come out same day, but be ready to get ripped off on the price. The job was literally two 90° copper elbows and a 3 straight piece of copper to restore the soft water loop in the garage. And the dry wall was already wide open for them (picture included). This was a 10 minute job, with $15 worth of parts, no exaggeration. Their price? $350! Their price quote was $150 more than other companies. Of course companies are in business to make money, no issues with that, but a reasonable person, every reasonable person, would find this offensive, inappropriate gouging. They are clearly interested in the short-game, gouging people (during business hours mind you, this was not  an emergency after hours request) and not building a recurring customer base. Terrance, the plumber who was going to come onsite, called my before leaving his last job and said the price will be $350, do you still want me to come fix it? It felt clear he knew he was gouging me because I was in a bind. I didn't appreciate being taken advantage of at all after I told Jon, the guy who answered the phone when I initially called, that the house water was off and needed someone today. I ultimately hired Robins Family Plumbing and they were fantastic, excellent service, outstanding work, honest and trustworthy, and 1/2 the price of ASAP. Feel free to read my 5 star review on them.

I would NOT call ASAP Plumbing for a quote again.

I called out ASAP plumbing to my property for a clogged drain.  The technician came out within three hours and fixed it quick. They were in and out in 30 minutes. They saved the day!!!

Nick, I have made several calls to your company and so has the person control company that hired you. I do not intend to call you again, as you told me on the phone that, I will lawyer up. You have had many opportunities to make the situation correct. Not once have I received a call from YOU trying to resolve this problem. Once I was able to finally speak to you on the phone, you made it clear you were not going to remedy the complaint.

I find it hilarious that you responded to my post on YELP as if I were to call you AGAIN, that we could work something out. You have my number so feel free to call me or the company that hired you so that a resolution can be made.

I initially posted this review back in August 2017. I was immediately contacted by ASAP threatening to SUE me for my review. I explained exactly what happened as I did in my review and all the blame was put on the person that had come to my home. I did agree the guy who came out did everything wrong, was then told I should change my review to reflect that ASAP did nothing wrong. I did not do that because the guy worked for them, came to my home and ended up costing me a ton to get it fixed. I was writing a different review and looked over past posts and ... my review was nowhere to be found on ASAP PLUMBING!

I had a new A/C unit put in my house in 2009 and have had it serviced every year since then. I have never had any problems with my unit, but feel that's because I use preventative maintenance.

This year 2017, my normal A/C guy was super busy and being it was just a maintenance service call I went with someone local that had been recommended on our Ahwatukee board.
My husband and I were sitting on the couch having a conversation when the tech went to out back where our unit is, He was out there for maybe 10 min. he came in and went up to where the air handler is, spent maybe 10 min up there and comes down. Comes over to us and says everything looks good, BUT you need to have a Run Capacitor replaced soon. I said soon, what does that mean and why? He mentioned some numbers that made no sense to me and then said and, you have a leak in your air return in the attic. I'm thinking to myself, well that does not sound like everything is ok to me. I asked him if he can send me an invoice of what needs replacing or repairing, he said sure.

I did not notice anything right away. My house did feel hotter but it was during that really intense hot spell we had here in Phoenix so I figured my A/C unit had to just work harder.
My bill that month with SPR was over $325 and I have never had a bill that high since living in this house. I chalked it up to the excessive heat.

A few weeks later while I was at work I had a friend go by and pick up my dogs, he calls and says you have a problem with your A/C it's really hot in your house! Wonderful, I am a Paramedic so I would not be home until Saturday morning. I call my REGULAR A/C guy to come check out my A/C unit. He is not here for 2 min when he says come out here I want to show you something. My system is bone dry of freon. We both kind of looked at each other wondering how is that the possible? I told him I had a guy out to service it just 2 weeks about and he said nothing about freon, but he did say I needed a part replaced soon. I remembered I had the invoice he sent me.
I find the invoice and bring it out back, he reads it and says this makes no sense. He opens a side panel and shows me the run capacitor that ASAP wanted to replace, says 70 on the side, there is a fan capacitor by it that says 7.5 on it. ASAP said my RUN CAPACITOR should be running at 7.5  He hooks his meter to both showing me that both are working exactly as they should. The run capacitor he wanted to charge me $534 to replace does not even run 7.5 microfarads, the fan capacitor does, but again both ARE WORKING EXACTLY AS THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO WORK. My guy goes into the attic to look for this leak he was talking about, can't find any leak. I VIDEOTAPED ALL OF THIS BY THE WAY. After much searching, we find the leak. It is in the bottom of my unit outside. There are 2 copper pipes that cross, there is a factory placed foam type insulator placed between the 2 pipes so they do not rub or touch. This foam had been intentionally pulled away from the 2 pipes, allowing them to rub and cause a small leak, slowly draining all my freon.

Now I can not say for sure that ASAP did this, but no one had touched my A/C unit other than the tech that came out from ASAP, PLUS given the invoice that was sent to me for repairs that were not even needed and a leak that was never found in the attic, I have to wonder why in the hell would I think he didn't cause this problem hoping that I would call him to do the repairs? The evidence speaks volumes, in my opinion.

I now have my A/C back working better than ever, minus $1000 in repairs that did not go to ASAP.

Great service by Nick and Terrence! Nick responded to my request for service via Yelp messenger within minutes and scheduled a free estimate the very next day. I needed an electrician to complete my project and they scheduled their electrician to come out on the same day. My project was completed the following day! I will say their reponsiveness is what earned them my business. Definitely lived up to their name!

I hired ASAP to fix my sewer pipe, it had tree roots in it.....they suggested I reline my pipe, I was a little Leary, I asked is there a chance it could collapse they assured me it wouldn't.....they came to clean out the roots and they were cleaning and cleaning and cleaning, they were so aggressive at cleaning the pipe they broke through the pipe and the pipe is full if dirt ....they now say it almost double the price to fix it after I have the tree removed......I had the tree removed and have reached out to them with no response.....its been almost a month.......how can a company ruin my pipe and no feel responsible or refuse to contact me.....

They came out to do a single sink swap and it turned into much more than anticipated. Without having to go somewhere else for parts they installed a new disposal, fixed the plumbing problem and got the sink installed without having to come back at a later date. installer was very polite and professional.

When your water heater is spilling water all over the garage, you basically don't have a lot of time to shop around.  I called ASAP and they were out here within a few hours, so kudos to that.  As my house is not under home warranty, I just mentioned over the phone that I needed a 50 gallon, gas water heater to replace what I had.

Nanko was very nice and swapped out the water heater pretty quickly.  When I checked as to what was actually installed later, it was a pretty basic unit that was not energy efficient and was marked up quite a bit.  

Again, I appreciate the quickness of replacing my water heater, but a few more options for the replacement unit would have been nice.  I probably would have paid $100 extra dollars for a nicer options had I been given the choice.  Again, don't go crazy on the options, just a here's options A, B, and C and here are their prices.

Turned up on time, honored the quote even when the repair caused an additional leak on a corroded line, and came back to fix the additional leak late at night.

I highly recommend these guys, and I'm picky.

What a great plumbing company.  Our water heater blew up on a holiday weekend and Nick and his crew came out within an hour and a half to replace it with a brand new water heater 6-year warranty great price installed.  Very professional, fast service I highly recommend ASAP for any plumbing and air-conditioning needs.

I had the AC check up today to find out the cause for my water damage. Matt found the problem and fixed the issue onsite. He guide me how to maintain the AC units and he was very honest about the work. Some company will try to sell or push you to replace some parts even if there isn't much problem. I believe the price was very reasonable but I wish I have got some discounts since I was the new customer. Also the owner seems to know how to communicate with the customer as well. I will definitely be calling them again.

The burner unit has to be replaced as per the service tech I had purchased the water heater through ASAP and been trying to get them to do the service work on replacing of the burner unit and this is the 12th day that I've been waiting. They said they would keep  me informed but never heard back from them so on the 11th day I contacted SemperFi plumbing and heating and that's who they told me about the unit what needed to be done but ASAP purchases the Rheem through home Depot. Really not a  Rheem dealer as one would except
I would not even let them hook up a water hose for me with the service they have. Very POOR customer service

Called these guys for a weekend job, after reading all the good reviews. Their weekend price ($119) was more than many of the other guys, but ended up calling them since they were ready to come within 2 hrs or so. The plumber took more than 4 hrs to fix an irrigation leak, charging an outrageous labor fee. I decided to do some research and came to know that this should have been no more than a 2 hr job - which makes me suspicious of the plumber now. I expected more skilled and professional plumbers from a company that has been around for a while, not a rookie. I hope the plumber did a decent job so I never have to call them again.

I want to thank Jesse and crew for going the extra mile to clear the kitchen sink clog I had today. It was challenging for Jesse but he kept at it. Really nice guys, professional, hard working and caring about their customer (me). My neighbor referred them to me. I appreciate this kind of company and will now adopt ASAP Plumbing as my go toplumbing company. I'm very grateful and I do not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you guys!

The owner sent out a knowledgeable, polite representative who was even early (same day service). He did everything he could but the problem was not something he could solve on the water heater as a small ooze of water had rusted the parts together.
They were ready to replace the water heater but I decided to go with someone on the manufacturer's list.
The owner was completely professional, nice and even reduced the price quoted for the original visit.

Had an issue with my main sewer line, everything was clogged and backed up. I messaged ASAP plumbing last night around 9pm and got a response almost immediately! The owner Nick gave me a quote and said he'd be able to put me on the schedule for the next morning. I called the office and made an appointment, they showed up within an hour and took care of my problem. I paid exactly what Nick quoted and had absolutely no worries at all. I will definitely be using this company again for any future problems! Thank you ASAP plumbing!

Came out on a Sunday, fast response, very fair price. I would definitely recommend this company with plumbing and it hot water heater issues.

These dudes are AWESOME!!  We've had them at our house 3 times (must mean we like them). First time was because I put in for a quote on Thumbtack for replacing the Pressure Vacuum Breaker on the front of our house.  THEY WERE THE ONLY PLUMBER TO ACTUALLY SHOW UP TO THE HOUSE OUT OF 5 PLUMBERS!  The of course got the job!

A couple of months later we did some renos at our house and thought that installing a toilet would be cake, and we were wrong.  Got one in, but the other one had a rusted out flange, which we quickly realized that we did not know how to fix and neither did anybody at Home Depot.  ASAP Plumbing to the rescue!  It's so shocking how quickly they show up when you call!  It's like they want your business, and being a business owner myself I know exactly how important clients are!  They came over, replaced the flange, and were even going to put the new toilet on that we had already purchased, but low and behold the dang thing didn't fit. Even though he had put the whole toilet together and tried to install it, he didn't charge us a thing when it didn't fit.  He totally didn't have to do that!

The last time we had them over we had an emergency!  The water main coming into our house from the street had sprung a leak!  The yard had started to spout water puddles near the house so they came right out and the next day they replaced the whole underground line without having to dig up the entire yard.  Talk about impressed!  I was so afraid they were going to have to dig up the whole nicely landscaped front yard, but instead, just dug out a little at both ends of the pipe and had this cool tunneling device that followed along the length of the old pipe underground!  How cool is that!  They even said the new pex pipe is guaranteed for 50 years!  They even had a landscaper along to make everything beautiful when they were done.  How awesome is that!  You couldn't even tell they had been there!  Now let me ask you, how much do you think something like that would cost?  I thought it was going to be a fortune!  Was I glad when the final bill was under $950!  Amazing.  

We will be using ASAP for all our plumbing and my real estate business and my clients! I guarantee!

We had a recurring sewer backup reappear on Saturday around 6pm and ran down the list of plumbers here on Yelp.  All were booked then we got to ASAP and they had Ryan at the door within 2 hours.

To be honest I was a little worried after reading some of the bad reviews but that disappeared quickly.  He snaked the line and ran a camera down so we could try and see what was causing the problem.  89.00 total for the call; no bait-and-switch or any other BS.  Not much luck with diagnosis yet but we discussed the possible causes and agreed to have them out again Monday with a locator to figure out exactly where the blockage was so could determine the next step.  He said if they have to dig to fix it it could be in the range of about 4000.00 so I was expecting the worst.

He and Nick showed up and figured out the blockage was in the middle of the street and Nick informed us that this is likely the city's expense, not ours.  Great news!!  We paid 250.00 for the locator service (pretty standard rate.)  

Long story short, the city is taking care of it and we're even getting reimbursed 175.00 for the locator!

I was impressed with ASAP and thought Nick and Ryan did a great job.  We'll call them again if we have a problem.

AMAZING SERVICE!! We had clogged pipes, leaking out in the front yard. We immediately called several companies, no call  backs and some maybe we can get to you. ASAP said they'd be out in 30 minutes. David showed up and was very professional and able to help. We had a bigger problem than we knew. Days later he and Nathan came out and dug out the front yard and replaced the broken pipes. They didn't try and upsell us, they didn't try and BS us...straight to the point this is the problem and price. Everything was fixed quickly and we couldn't be happier! We were skeptical because so many trades are sketchy and unprofessional. These guys and the company were on point! Highly recommend!!

Called ASAP Plumbing for a second opinion on hydro jetting my sewer line. Spoke to John who was very helpful and informative. Set up an appointment for the following morning and Marcell was on time and called when he was on his way. Marcell showed me the camera inside the drain line and educated me on what was going on. He was very up front and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I appreciate that. Will be using ASAP Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

Great experience.. knowledgeable professional plumber arrived promptly and rapidly evaluated my problem.  My water bill has suddenly doubled and I thought I might have a leak in my house but that was not the problem... looks like an issue with HOA landscape irrigation system.  I would not hesitate to call ASAP again.

ASAP plumbing honored their quoted price which was a great price.  When the reverse osmosis had a small leak after it was installed, they came out without a fuss to correct the problem.  I know some people would of just never came back again after getting paid.  Nice to deal with someone honest that will stand behind their work.  Usually I only review when I have a problem, so giving a positive review means a lot for me.

Nick and Ryan are phenomenal!  They've done some work for my property a few times and I'm really impressed.  They reply quickly, offer reasonable solutions and perform the highest quality craftsmanship around!  Highly recommend!!!

Was super happy with my experience w/ ASAP Plumbing. We had a crazy plumbing backup and Alex went above & beyond to fix it. He was friendly, professional, and tried everything he could to avoid a costlier repair.  It turned out we needed it, but I felt confident that every other avenue was explored.  Hopefully won't have to use again, but if we need a plumber, they'll be the first company we call.

I had a hot water problem on my master bath and the technician Brandon debugged and found a very cleaver solution . He worked very quickly was extremely professional, and charged a very reasonable rate. The service was truly 5 stars and I will use these guys again for my next service!

ASAP Rocks!! I phoned them to replace my leaky, stinky garbage disposal in a house that  I just purchased. Since they did such great work I decided to inquire about replacing the old water softener. They gave me a fair price so I told him that I'd like to get that done as well. To my great surprise, he said sure, I will go and get you a new one and replace it today . Awesome!! I said sure and BAM, in one phone call in one day they had me up and running  ASAP also has 3 package plans that you can purchase  to save you some money and inspect your air conditioning & plumbing a couple times a year. Please don't waste your time on other big name companies that charge an arm and a leg for the same professional quality service that ASAP provides.

Even though our drip system was off, we detected a leak in the water main in the front of the house. We called the City who promptly came to shut off the water, but we knew we needed a plumber as it was on our property.  ASAP Plumbing was absolutely wonderful.  They sent someone to give us an estimate within the hour. A couple of hours later, Jerry came to fix the leak. He was quite the trooper and was able to locate the leak and fix it - at a great savings to us. If we need a plumber again, we know who to call, ASAP Plumbing, their service is quick, reliable and fairly priced.  Thank you Jerry and team for your hard work.  It was a great success!

Called and spoke with owner Nick and scheduled a hot water heater installation five hours later...on a Sunday. Ryan was straightforward and punctual. So relieved to have our issue resolved quickly and for a fair price! Would use ASAP again.

I ran into a plumbing problem in the middle of my bathroom remodel. I needed my plumbing moved asap. Asap plumbing answered right away. They gave me an appointment within a few hours and showed up early. Ryan was prompt and professional.

Good service, easy to communicate with, professional, solid reputation, when you verify licensing and insurance you will see this is a total package. Out of our budget but if you can afford it I'd suggest it.

So after the 1st plumber (other guy) decided to stop communicating with me, I called a different company.  These guys came and did some stuff and quoted me for a hydro jet, prepped me for what was possibly a ruptured pipe.  This quote was crazy high so I did some quick research and called ASAP Plumbing and A/C.  After sorting out a little scheduling glitch they came out and performed the hydro jet for WAY less and was happy to inform me that there was nothing wrong with my sewage pipe.

Jason was fantastic. I will definitely use him again. Very polite, respectful and detailed. Professional job that looks great. Jason went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. Got a quote on Yelp messenger to have a kitchen sink replaced and Nick (owner) honored the estimate even though it did require more work.

Jason, called to let me know he was 10 minutes out. Jason was very professional, courteous, and arrived on time. He listened to our concerns then got to work right away to fix the problem. Our clogged drain took about two hours to fix and wasn't easy due to old plumbing, draining and moving the hot water heater and no original clean out when the house was built. All said and done the price was still what was quoted $ 119.00. I would definitely recommend you give ASAP a try!

I woke up yesterday morning to my AC not running. I work from home with my twin 3 year olds. I stating sending out a few Yelp messages because I know how quickly my home would be heating up! Nick responded very quickly and sent Nathan.
Nathan is awesome! He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He took his time diagnosing my unit and gave us two options. One to repair and the other to replace. My husband and I decided on the replacement option. Nathan made some calls and had a new AC unit on our roof by the end of the day! I am so grateful for ASAP plumbing & AC. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Called for service on water heater, was told 69.00 which sounded good and after he got here was told 89.00, so had to correct him, then after he looked at water heater told me that 40 gal gas one would be 1800.00 + install, so told him no and he asked if I wanted water off to water heater, asked him if it would kill water to house, he said no , it did so I had to go out and turn back on, all in all , stay away from high dollar outfit, Lowes has 40 Gal with 9 yr warranty for 686.00.

Received a notice from the city that I had a leak. Did some troubleshooting myself and found out it was the main, and needed someone to fix it fast. I called two other plumbing companies that were 24/7 service and supposedly based in Tempe. Each routed me to a dispatcher, who then said I'd get a call back from a technician. No one ever called me from either company, and it turned out they only had a couple technicians based out of Tempe.

When I called ASAP, I got the owner, Nick, who came out within hours and gave my wife an estimate while I was at work. Super professional and responsive--was not pushy at all as we weighed our options. That night, the leak turned into a burst and was like a fountain under my driveway. I shut off my water and texted Nick that I needed to fix it immediately, and he had David and Nathan come out the next morning.

Literally that afternoon/evening, the two of them came back, isolated the problem, proposed a new way to route the main without me having to get concrete work done/spend thousands more, trenched and re-piped everything while also adding a new hose bib for my garden out back.

Both were professional and wasted no time in diagnosing and fixing things, while also explaining everything they were doing along the way. They made sure everything got done in time for my wife and kids to come back and be able to sleep in our home that night. Was very impressed by these guys--highly, highly recommend.

These guys are great because they do what they say they are going to do.  They did a lot of work at my house on their first visit - stopping several faucet leaks, fixing a slow shower and installing 2 new toilets.

The shower developed a leak a day or two after the work was done and they gladly replaced the bad part. Overall they have been out to my house 3 times. They were on time every time and had a good attitude every time, even when they were doing warranty work.

ASAP PLUMBING is the way to go if you need new water heater installed or any urgent plumbing work done. They are on time and always find the way to squeeze you in on their busy schedule! My water heater broke late Saturday night and I've heard about ASAP PLUMBING from a friend so I contacted them and I had my WH replaced first thing on Sunday morning. They were right on time and did outstanding job installing my WH! Highly recommended!

I needed my washing machine valves replaced ASAP and they were at my house in under an hour. Friendly guy. I'm planning on having them replace my RO system next. Would recommend.

Way too expensive and they charged you a different price compared to what they quoted. The owner was supposed to call us back regarding the charge disputes but he never did.

Bought a new house. Needed some plumbing work. Nick the owner charged almost $3000 to install two toilets ... a water softner at a price he said was the best ... wrong as we came to find out ... and install 4 sink faucets ... kitchen and three bathrooms. Much to our dismay. The plunger or plug piece was still in the boxes. When asked why they weren't installed we were told that would be an extra charge for each $149.95 each to be installed. An outrage. It is part of the faucet assembly. Came in the same box as the faucet. By the way we supplied all the parts and toilets excluding the water softner. This was pretty much their labor costs. Bandits. And waaay overpriced. DO NOT USE ASAP PLUMBING FOR ANYTHING. Shame on them.

Had a plumbing catastrophe at our home on a Sunday night, two bathrooms flooded and it was a mess. ASAP plumbing was super responsive, and sent Jesse out. Unfortunately our problem was huge and couldn't be fixed that night. They had to excavate and repair the mainline in the front yard.  Jesse came back the next day, and worked the entire day to fix the issue and in triple digit temps! They communicated well, worked hard and cost was very affordable for as big of an issue as it was. Very thankful for their hard work and help.

Awesome service, Ryan the technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional.  Was able to get the sewer drain unclogged very quickly.  Definitely recommend!

We initially called ASAP to snake a sewer line, which they did. But after a second trip out to clear a backup, they sent a camera down and discovered a pipe full of nasty water. It turns out we had a belly in our line. But what happened after that was more than we could have imagined.

Nick, the owner, suggested we only needed to dig up a section of the line and replace the bellied section. They went on their hunch, but it turned out the camera locator had written up a report that detailed a much bigger problem. The belly actually stretched from one side of the house with a kitchen, hall bath and laundry to the other side of the house where it meets up with a main line going out of the house. They didn't suspect this until they dug up the first section and then had to dig up two other spots. We had no idea that this would involve so much work and produce a disaster for the house in terms of dust, dirt and most of all-- stress on the homeowners. They had another contractor they work with to put up plastic to contain, but it was not nearly enough. Our family could not take it and had to spend 5 days in a hotel while our house was torn apart. Then we had to have professional cleaners come in to clean up the nightmare, which even then, was not 100%.

The whole belly was replaced and all the dirt and 5-inch thick concrete foundation was put back. But, they could have saved time by doing the entire work up front instead of discovering along the way. Nick was an understanding guy and even took our dog while the work was done. But, in the end, the cost of this work was enormous. He did manage to bring the price down some and even threw in a PRV to help us out, but this is something we are still grapelling with weeks after it was completed.

They did the work and the guys who did it did a good job. I would recommend them, but just understand that a problem such as ours will set you back A LOT of money. And make sure you understand what your homeowners policy will and will not cover before you take on this type of project.

I had a waste water line break in my front yard that wasn't draining, thereby causing flooding and clogs inside the house.  Nick and his team were able to get out there the next day and diagnose the problem and then fix it the following day, which happened to be a Saturday.  This involved digging up the front yard and replacing the line and removing roots, no small job.  They also came back to clean out a clogged washer drain trap that was missed by the Home Warranty plumber that came out earlier in the week.

Overall, Nick and his team did a great job, were quick to get the problem resolved and charged me a fair price.  ASAP is my new plumber!

I was told they would show up between 8-10am, but then the text said 9-11. By 11:30 no one had shown up so I scheduled with another plumbing service. They never called to say they were delayed. 11:35 they said they texted they were on their way. Nope. You don't get my money if you don't respect my time.

Brandon is awesome.  He is professional, honest and kind.  We have a difficult kitchen sink that was leaking.  He tried to get the handles off but was unable.  He was honest and told me he could not  do this job - he didn't want to break our faucet.  He called the office and rescheduled us with another plumber who is familiar with this type of faucet.  
I am very pleased with ASAP Plumbing.  We will be using ASAP for all our Plumbing.

ASAP Plumbing and Air Conditioning are great!!!!!!  I live in California but own a rental home in Phoenix.  My tenant called me at 7:53 p.m., Tuesday evening, September 12, 2017, complaining about the heat and that the air conditioning/heat pump unit (3 years old) was blowing semi-cold air, etc.....  I went to Yelp, located ASAP, sent an email expecting to be contacted the following day; instead, I received a call @ 8:00 p.m., and Nick listened to my rendition of the problem and said, I can have someone there tonight or in the morning - your choice?  I was very impressed!  I grew up in the building industry in Phoenix, Arizona and, remember that no one comes out same day or following morning!  Anyway, Nick told me that his tech named, Mathew, would be on site by 8:00 a.m, Wednesday morning -- prior to Matt arriving, he called letting me know he would arrive at 7:45 a. m., which he did - he diagnosed the problem, all covered under Goodman warranty, picked-up the part locally, returned, installed in (1) one hour, recontacted me and said, I'm finished boss.  The service charge was $99.00, and my tenant called me and she said the nicest things about Matt, he was: Courteous, nice, knowledgeable, experienced, didn't make her feel stupid and, left the house with the air conditioning unit blowing cold air.  I went from living out of state with a problem too, problem solved and parts will be covered under warranty.  

These guys impressed me so-much-so that I am having them change one of the shower fixture cartridges wherein Nick volunteered a $35.00 coupon without my even addressing the matter.

I recommend, and will again use ASAP Plumbing and Air Conditioning.              

If you have a problem, do yourself a favor, call and ask for Nick or Matt - they're knowledgeable in electrical matters, too.

We had a leak in our kitchen sink. ASAP WAS OUT THE SAME AFTERNOON 2 hours earlier than promised. Logan did a diagnosis and found that our single head faucet fitting had worked loose. It was a sixty second fix. We ended up paying just the trip charge. Fantastic service and very very fair....will use and recommend them again.

I was very impressed with these guys. They were on time, probably earlier than expected. Not like a lot of service companies that give you a window of time and then show one minute before the end time. The service tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. The job turned out to be more involved than expected and he go it done in a very reasonable time. Although I was not happy about how much it cost, I feel it was reasonable given the job and how efficient he was. Their payment system was fast and easy, via ipad and email receipt. I will definitely use them again.

I will never recommend ASAP Service Plumbing They brought some workers to my home that did not know what they were doing.  They  did not do a good job, when they left I had was to do a lot of work to get my home livable, they do not clean up. My hot water heater was not done properly My home insurance failed it. Until now there is no insurance on my home because of the water heater. I spoke with the office manager many times , she said she do not care about the insurance on my home.

What a pleasant experience I had with this company after my water heather blew up in the middle of the night I checked few company's in the area I saw this one had good reviews so I called and the guys were  in my house in no time  . They were there no more than an a hour and I had brand new water heather again.  I strongly recommend this company for anyone that's looking for some plumbing work done .

I called to get an estimate to fix my shower and kitchen valves since they were not getting hot like the rest of the house. The man that answers didnt give his name but i still scheduled the only time they had for the next day, 11am to 1pm.
Next day comes, i get off work and get home at 11am. Two hours later, nobody shows up. Called that the man (still doesnt give his name) says he was sorry and had no idea what happened to the appointment. He offered to come by early before i went to work at 7am the next morning and would call at 630am.
Next morning, no call but a man came at 7am and gave me the estimate. We agreed on a price and time the next day, 4-6pm and said they could do 5pm since that is the earliest we could be home. We agreed.
Get home at 5pm as agreed, no call nor nobody showed up. I called twice to reach and got a voicemail and never got a call back. I am very disappointed that this place has no customer service nor any respect of time or my business. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

We had a water main break on our house near the front porch.   These types of things are never planned and can be stressful when dealing with it.  Our water meter is on the left side of the driveway and the water shutoff is on the right side of the drive way and to the right of the front door, in short it is not a straight shot from the main shut off on the house to the water meter valve on the street.   We were worried this would get costly and messy real quick.   I called a few plumbers on Yelp and the price ranged from $3500 to $1300 ish.   We chose ASAP plumbing because we felt confident about the quality of their work and we were not disappointed.   Great Job and Great Price!!

I used them to install a toilet, and run a snake to determine if there was a blockage.  They did outstanding work and I was very satisfied.  I was super excited that it cost me less than half of what I would have paid with two major plumbing companies here in the valley.  I just referred my sister to them.

Called for a new water tank and was given a time of between 2-4 pm and Jason was the person scheduled to perform the work. Jason who never showed up as he was late. I received a call and was rescheduled for the first time the next day. Received the text and email alerts yet no Jason, he never showed up again so I had to follow up to see where this Jason guy was. Finally received a call back and was told Stefan was going to the job. He arrived in about an hour and looked at the leaking hot water tank and started off with all the up charge extras that would be needed. I had my wife run to Home Depot for the pan as they wanted 50 bucks for a $15 item. All said and done an additional $115 dollars of extra charges on top of the quoted price for the tank. Needless to say they have a poor response and unneeded supply lines at 35 bucks each. I WOULD MOVE ON TO A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY TO PERFORM YOUR WORK!!!!! Your not going to want to have this experience!!

ASAP Plumbing was plumber #4 for my slab leak issue and they solved what the first 3 plumbers couldn't. Plumbers 1-3 could not isolate the leak with any certainty and wanted to open up floors in my newly remodeled home (with continuous plank!). They wanted to tear everything up until they found the leak. I just couldn't believe in today's day and age that they couldn't solve this with minimal damage.

Fortunately, Solomon was plumber #4 and isolated the issue with all of his fancy equipment. He was very confident and scientific in his approach. To my surprise he offered to fix it that evening! No tearing through floors necessary. We abandoned the leaking pipe and rerouted. Genius! I've got some dry wall repair, but I'll take that over ripping through floors aimlessly any day.

They are a bit pricey. I figured I paid a premium for less evasive and fast service.

I will call them again (specifically Solomon).

I had an unforeseen issue arise when the delivery of my washing machine was unexpectedly  delayed. Upon disconnecting the machine and getting rid of it, I could not turn off my cold water valve. I thought not a big deal my new washer would be here any minute, not they no showed!! I called many plumbers, nick from ASAP called me back right away said Terrance was on his way. I got a text message confirming this while I was still on the phone with him! Terrance arrived did nice clean work and we had our water back!!

I had ASAP Plumbing replace my existing Polybutylene pipes to PEX of my entire home and Jordan did an incredible, meticulous, and thorough job. He was very efficient and explained the product and the installation process. Before I hired ASAP, I spoke with Jon who came to give a quote and he was very professional, available to answer all of my questions, and kept me informed of the whole process. Once the re-pipe was completed, drywall repair was completed and they matched my existing texture. I am super happy from beginning to end.

We had a major leak under our slab. ASAP plumbing responded to my Yelp quote request with in 10 minutes and was out to look into the issue within the hour. Nick was very nice and professional. He had a leak finder come out that night and the repair was done by the next evening. Everyone we at ASAP was amazing to work with, professional and knowledgeable. We will be doing business with them again.

Called out again for a few jobs.  Seems like the price gets higher every time we have an issue. I have a lot of plumbing issues.  This last guy didn't seem to know what he was doing so we decided to stop using them.   We called over a plugged drain behind the washer.  I believe they all work as contractors so it really depends on who they send out.   We have had good and bad experiences depending on the issue.  If they suggest Eco Dry for their water restoration tell them no!

I cannot recommend this company. They bid over $8k for a $2k job to replace rear gas fuel line. Not only am I a gas engineer, I sell the materials, but of course, I didn't know what I was talking about. He claimed the materials would cost $3k, lol, These people are thieves. Wade Peterson did the job right!

At first I had some issues with ASAP's work, which included a challenging project of plumbing for an outdoor shower, replacement of a defunct soft-water unit and other jobs. But Murak, the manager saw to it that the work was done properly and quickly. Jeff, our salesperson was personable and nice. So I'm happy with the work they did... I only held back 1 star b/c it required a come-back trip. However, all was completed professionally and courteously.

I had ASAP plumbing services come out to take a look at my tub drains that had a smell and sink that was slow to drain. A tech comes out and takes a look in the pipe but says he doesn't see anything clogging them up. I told him I was interested in doing the hydro jetting they had advertised on their website on both our tub drains and on our master bath sink. He says they would have to come out the next day and asks us for a time. The next day comes and we don't hear anything from the company so we have to give them a call...apparently the tech doesn't handle scheduling! Then why didn't he say that.

Well they come out the day after to do the hydro jetting and unfortunately I could not be there but a member of our family was. I'm really disappointed with the service! At first they came out and didn't even have the right equipment to do the hydro jetting that we signed up for; so there was a wait to get the correct equipment. Then they only did our master bath sinks and weren't going to do the guest tub until asked by a family member (even though the work order clearly said that tub as well). Even more disappointing we talked to the first technician about having our master bath tub done as well but they didn't do that and I wasn't there to question it. $275 dollars seems like a lot when they only did our jack and Jill sinks in the master bath and our guest tub plus not even getting our master tub! Their website makes it seem like that price would be for the house and that would make sense.

Not to mention they pulled out a bunch of junk that was clogging both the sink and the tub....funny because the tech said he didn't see any kind of blockage. So much for using cameras to inspect pipes.

My hot water heater broke, and they gave us a decent quote to replace it. I chose them mainly because they said they would arrive the next morning at 9 am; however, they did not arrive until after 11 am. They had a fair price, but I was a bit disappointed with the timeliness of the service.

Had a main line leak in my front yard on the afternoon Friday July 1st, right before the 4th and when most people were leaving town. I called a couple of places and ASAP was willing to come out that day and after working with that plumber he determined they could come the next morning which was crucial because we had no water. They were there early and it ended up to be a larger job than they thought. They thought it would be trench-less but instead they had to spend many hours digging a trench and they did a great job not ruining any of my plants. That was huge. I also wasn't charged more due to them having to trench, they were friendly and huge thank you to Stefan/Stephan (Unsure of the spelling). He was really great, friendly, explained what they did and was very knowledgeable. He also did a great job of letting me know when they would be complete. The other workers, including Luis were great too. They were very careful with the yard and worked incredibly hard in very hot heat on a Saturday. I appreciated it and would use ASAP again.

I had tried to fix a leaky outdoor faucet and I had bent the pipe pretty bad.   They did a great job cutting off the bent piece and replacing with a sturdy fix.  I had already purchased the parts needed so they charged me fair price for the work.  Glad that I found an honest and dependable plumber.  Thank you.

Very expensive. Chose not to use. Repair: Change shower cartridge. Cost: $490.00. Itemized cost: $65.00 for parts, $425.00 for labor.  It is at most a one hour job. $425 per hour? That is about what my lawyer charges for a two hour consultation. I hated to say no, but I just can't pay $425 per hour to even the best plumber out there.  Sorry. I'll just pay the $69 visit fee.

I put in for service yesterday to have someone come out to look at my leak in the front yard you all responded quickly then expected.

Terrence showed up within the timeframe looked at the issue gave me some options i said let start. He was able to get me in the following day

Thought i would add one more thing they accidentally cut one my sprinkler system holes but repaired it back so hopefully there no issues moving forward

UPDATE:
Just a couple of hours after posting this, they sent me a two line quote for $8100.00 for a 14 Seer unit. No mention of brand, tonnage, or what's included.
That's nearly TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS more than some other companies I've had come out.
Think about it. 2 GRAND. That's nuts.
To add insult to injury, the $8100 is AFTER they deducted $250 for the govt. Rebate.  Problem? The government rebate currently being offered is FIVE HUNDRED dollars!
Would I ever hire this company?

They have great reviews, but they seem to be mostly for water purification systems. I called because my 19 year old AC system died, and its time for a new one.
The teach came out, and seemed pissed that he wasn't doing a repair.
It's now been a week, and I don't have my quote for a new system.
They may be awesome, but if they don't want to sell me something, I really can't recommend them.
Especially since they knew I had no air.

This company is horrible.  They were sent out for a warranty repair which all agreed was not going to be covered.  The plumber spent less than 2 minutes, declared the water heater broken, and collected his $60 check without doing any work or diagnostics (like to explain why all the water was COLD, not hot).  Rip-off!

Had leaking water heater that needed to be replaced. These guys showed up a few minutes early were straight forward on the pricing and completed the service with a smile. When I had questions some one answered the phone or quickly returned my call with answers in less than 10 minutes. I absolutely recommend them!!

Quick response for helping repair bathroom pipe. Also gave great advice for future fixes.

I had a clogged condensation line, running from the attic to the exterior of my home. The clog was shutting down my AC in our severe heat. Ryan and Ryan from ASAP showed up on short notice and unclogged the line in about 15 minutes. This was after two visits by my AC service team, who could not fix the problem and recommended putting a new line in these guys have great work ethic and do good quality work. I'd highly recommend them.

I called ASAP when I ran into trouble with my weekend project, replacing the pop-up and p-trap in my bathroom sink. The technician, Alex, showed up on time as promised, was courteous and finished the repair quickly. Also, the price was reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

Great AC company to work with. Our AC was not able to cool past 80 for a few days and when we called they were able to send Matt, who was our technician, to our house the next morning. We originally received a very high repair quote  
from another company and wanted a second option. Matt was honest and fair and fixed it for a fraction of the original quote from the other company. The AC did end up going out again but that was for a different issue which Matt was able to fix. Overall a great experience.

Very happy with the work done for me. Nick responded to my inquiries within minutes, and offered pricing/ suggestions to help me figure which water softener and RO2 system to go with. Jason was extremely professional with the install. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need!

Received a quote for fixing/replacing the valves in my laundry and they kept to the quote even though I think it took them  much longer than anticipated due to the inaccessible location.  I will definitely use them again!

Nick was able to come out on short notice when a project timeline changed - I can't thank them enough for making it work, especially since it made it a long day for them. He also recommended other good contractors and can schedule work for related work that plumbers don't do. This is very helpful if you need things like countertops and tile along with your plumbing needs.

I had some issues with a running toilet. The noise was driving me crazy! Cody came out and told me what all needed to be replaced and how much it would cost, including the service fee. He told me how long it would take. When he was finished he put everything back in order and that horrible noise was gone! I can sleep again! Thanks Cody a d ASAP. This review is just based on the upfront customer service that I received from ASAP Plumbing (we ended up not using them on the job due to scheduling issues, but I wouldn't have hesitated to hire them for the job). When I initially called, Jon was extremely helpful and took the time on the phone to understand my issue and talk through various options; he even carefully reviewed video that I sent to him and this was all after 5pm. He offered to come out the next morning to take a look (it was related to a root coming through the sewer pipe). Jon and Nick spent the time to run a camera and diagnose the issue, all the while being very clear and upfront about what was causing the problem and what it would take to fix it. I really felt Jon was a straight-shooter and patient in answering our questions. Their estimate was in line with others, and when I let him know we had to use someone else due to our schedule, Jon was gracious and understanding. Based on this interaction, I will definitely keep ASAP in mind for any future plumbing issues.

ASAP Plumbing is my plumbing company for life!

I have an Airbnb on my property. One morning I woke up to a frantic message from my guest alerting me to an issue with a slow draining shower pan and a gurgling toilet. Not good. I called a big name national company which promised 24/7 emergency service. The technician ran a video scope of my sewer line. And while the technician was very polite and knowledgeable, company policy prevented him from sending me a copy of my line. And, I was charged $300 just for him to tell me I had a break in my line. The only service he offered was to dig a trench in my yard and do a spot repair.
Not satisfied, I called a few more plumbers. The first company to respond was ASAP--David was the technician on call. He arrived promptly and immediately ran a video scope. While the camera was in my line, he carefully and thoroughly explained to me the images we were seeing and the impact it would have on my plumbing. We had a cracked sewer line that was feeding the big, beautiful, rapidly grown tree in front of our house. Previous owners had planted the tree too close to the house and it had wreaked havoc!  It had squeezed and cracked the sewer line, which in turn was providing it with a steady supply of nutrients. On top of that, David emailed me the video footage AND the service call was free! He told me we were a good candidate for trenchless sewer repair, which would save me time damage to my property.

We did our due diligence and called a few more plumbers, and no one else offered affordable trenchless repair with virtually zero down time. In addition, they each proposed a repair that involved digging up over 20 yards of concrete which would prevent me from parking in my garage and impede access to my backyard. Of course,  concrete repair was not included in their estimate! I work from home and run an Airbnb--several days of construction was not an option.

I wish we would have jumped on having ASAP repair the line immediately, but, since we waited, our big, beautiful, fast growing tree kept on growing. By the time we called David back to do the repair, the tree root had virtually crushed a portion of the sewer line. And, even though we were able to take advantage of trenchless repair for the entire line, we did have to do a spot repair which involved excavating a portion of my front yard and cutting through my cement walkway.

While this may sound terrible, the fact that I did not have to dig up my driveway or have the water shut off for more than four hours was a Godsend!

I also appreciated the fact that ASAP's owner, Nick, had a reliable concrete person to repair the damage to my walkway.

Since my sewer repair, I have replaced my kitchen counter, sink, and faucet. I appreciate that Nick is just a text or phone call away to help me with making a good choice and to let me know which products were easier to work with. He has also been incredibly patient and flexible with ever changing scheduling needs.

I have an excellent plumber but one winter night when I couldn't reach him, a Sunday night before a holiday, I called ASAP. Mr. Samba came within an hour. I'm very grateful for his promptness, courtesy, and help.

We've used ASAP for general plumbing needs for the past few years, and I am thoroughly satisfied with their services, their care, friendliness and business knowledge and expertise. We've had them fix multiple issues including our kitchen plumbing needs such as recently fixing our disposal replacing it with a 1/3 HP heavy duty, quiet drive, galvanized steel disposal. They removed existing apparatus, installed the appropriate lock mounts, disconnected and reconnected the waste line and tested for leaks professionally. They are my go-to for general plumbing issues - they're our go-to plumbing service company. Keep it up ASAP!

Emergency bathroom leak. ASAP texted appointment confirmation, ETA updates, and confirmation of completion. Stefan was professional, prepared, polite, thorough, and fast. My dog even liked him!

So I had a little problem - a valve outside my house looked like someone had dredged it up from the wreck of the Titanic and slapped it onto my house. And a valve on one of my inside toilets sprayed water all over every time I tried to turn the toilet off for any reason ... and that made me nervous that I was going to come home and find my living room looking like Sea World.

A friend recommended ASAP. I actually kind of hate talking on the phone to explain plumbing problems (smartphones - good at almost everything except being a phone). ASAP had an online form, so I filled it out and got a call about an hour later. We agreed to a time.

They said they'd show up between 8 and 10 a.m. At 8:15, they called up to say they were on their way. Ten minutes later, the crew of two plumbers was there. They had a look around and really seemed to know exactly what was going on at a glance. By 10, they were done.

The price seemed reasonable based on my past experiences with plumbers. Both of them were friendly and prompt.

And now, my wife no longer has to share a toilet with me (which is pretty much a condition for continued marriage). It's good to know there is a good plumbing company out there.

Called ASAP plumbing to replace two valves at the top of my rental house water heater. They showed up  the same day, but charged me $285 for about 30 min. of work. Tried to charge some other bogus charge to bring it up to $350, but waived it after I was outraged. I hate it when companies try to stick it to you because you are a woman.  also tried to sell me a new water heater for $1700. Not impressed.

Jason did an awesome job for me.  He replaced the cartridge in my bathtub faucet quickly and expertly.  He demonstrated confidence in diagnosing the problem and performing the work. I'll ask for him anytime I need plumbing repairs.

These guys are great! They removed and installed a new Hot water heater that I bought at Home Depot for $247! Home Depot quoted me a ridiculous price of $1000! Yes, $1000. Home Depot uses Delta plumbing for their installs. Stick with ASAP Plumbing. They are honest and do a great job.

I had ASAP Plumbers out to my house the other day. I would highly recommend these guys. They were prompt and courteous and honest. My home was built in the 50's and has had plumbing issues since we bought it. Unfortunately the problem is worse than I expected, but the technician was honest with me about it. He tried his best and I totally appreciate that.  I feel you can trust this company with all your plumbing needs.

After getting assigned two poorly reviewed plumbing companies by my homeowners insurance company, I decided to do some research and find a highly reviewed plumber and pay out of pocket.  I found ASAP Plumbing on Yelp and was given a reasonable quote ($99 to fix a clogged toilet).    

I called and got an appointment within 24 hours.  My appointment was scheduled for 4-6PM.  I am glad I was home because the plumbers arrived a half hour early ... unannounced.  The plumbers worked on the toilet for a little more than 20 minutes and told the problem was unfixable.  The plumber was apologetic when he recommended a new toilet.  I only hope he was being honest and not trying to upsale me on more services.

While I am not at all satisfied with the result of the service received, I will be fair and give ASAP Plumbing four stars based on their response time and courteous demeanor.  These are traits that most companies do not have.

Made an appointment in advance from 8am-10am. Not one call during that time. I called the office, new eta, 11am.  At 11:30am  I call the office again. No answer. No one came and no reschedule.

My request was to have a water replaced. Completely dissatisfied with this company.

Great service. This is the second time I've used these guys.  The first time was urgent. Having new flooring installed, we needed to disconnect the water to the fridge. Seems easy...until the valve breaks and water goes everywhere. ASAP to the rescue. I called multiple plumbers. They were the first to show up, so they got the job, and I was not disappointed. They handled that job with ease and professionalism so it was a no brainer to call them the next time I needed help. This time, not so urgent. The shut off valve to my toilet would not shut off any longer, but nothing was amiss at this point. I called ASAP about 8pm expecting voice mail. I got a live person who scheduled for the next day. They called 30 minutes out as promised, showed up on time, made the repair quickly and were out before I finished my glass of wine. The price was average. (Plumbing is never cheap, and women are often taken for a ride.) But their price is in the typical range. They are worth their fee,  simple because of their speedy response, professionalism, and they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. I will definitely use them again.

We had a clogged drain.  I paid a craigslist handyman $80 to come fix it and they were unable to repair.  ASAP had it fixed within 15 minutes, and they were available on Sunday.  They arrived right when they said they would and were very professional.

I'm a fan of your work!  You gave me an estimated price and stay with it; even though it took you two additional hours to complete the job.  Not only did Nick find the leak, he found two!  Fix both with a minimum amount of damage and left the place clean so I could make the repairs to the foundation, flooring and dry wall. He even insisted on vacuuming after sweeping up, to ensure what dust was left was sucked up.

Had a leak in my front yard that I thought was an irrigation line, after some digging turned out it was the main line. I turned off water to house and scheduled a time with a different plumber (to remain un-named) to come take a look. Of course they call me around noon to tell me they are running late, then I get another call mid afternoon that I'm not actually in their service area (apparently Ahwatukee is not considered Phoenix and it took them all day to come to that conclusion).  

I contacted Nick and he had a guy out within the hour.  Nick and Andrew came back out with the materials they needed and worked in the dark until 11:30pm at night to get us water.  Can't say they could do something like that all the time but these guys have high integrity and are definitely hard working (nice to see that from a younger generation).  The digging they did was noninvasive and they kept our plants in tact despite have to work around them in the dark.  They came back the next day to fill the trenches and clean up... it looked like nothing ever happened. Great job.

I called at 9 am for an estimate. Was told 11-1 was my window.  They called 20 mins prior to arrival.  They were very professional and friendly. They gave me the estimate, to which I gave the ok. They were quick to get to work. Repair was done quickly and looked great. They explained the issue very well and made sure to include the information in the invoice.  I would definitely use again. Excellent work, response time and friendly.

Called ASAP Plumbing/AC in Chandler last evening (Fri) and they returned my call in about an hour.  Very friendly on the phone, super respectful and ready to work!
Spoke with Jason who came out on Sat. morning, took pictures and chatted with his office discussing the problem.  We settled on a total price that could be reduced he said if the parts were found to be cheaper.  He said he will fix this ASAP :) and gave me his card with the total estimate written down on it.
I found Jason to be a very respectful young man, makes good eye contact and lots of proper etiquette.  I would wish my sons could project a similar reassuring image.
He left in search of the proper parts needed and would contact me shortly.  It took 2 days but it was repaired in less than an hour and at our agreed price which was 1/4 of an email quote I received from another company!  Nice people, good work, more than fair price, I have found my plumbers for the next many years!

All I can say is WOW. I had a landscaper accidentally break my main line. My landscaper tried to fix the break but it kept getting worse. I needed to call a professional so I checked the reviews on Yelp and found a lot of good reviews. They really do live up to the great reviews. It was after 8pm on a Sunday and they showed up as expected. Everything was quoted up front and I knew that since it was an emergency it would not be cheap. The guys worked fast and got everything correctly fixed. The work was clearly professional and well worth every cent. They had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. If you are in an emergency and need help fast. Call these guys and keep their card. They really are the best, honest and quick.

Super fast, professional, and reasonable. Had a leak in my water main. Got an estimate within an hour of calling  and repaired just a few hours later.

Great service! I had a clogged kitchen sink and asked for a quote at 8pm. They sent me one in less than 5 minutes and said they had availability to send one of their technicians that same night! Ryan got here and did a great job and explained everything thoroughly. Safe. Reliable and quick. Will definitely be calling them whenever needed !

Came out same day to fix my AC. Very polite and respectful. Will need to come out again to fix the issue completely since I had guests that I didn't want to disturb, but made a big improvement quickly without a big mess.

They weren't able to make it out on the original day we scheduled, but made sure to come out the next day and help us. We needed a hydro-jetting of our kitchen line and it only took them about 15 minutes. Very friendly, helpful and guaranteed the flush for 90 days. So glad to have my kitchen back!

Needed a hose bib replaced as it was leaking and was welded on so I didn't have the tools to replace it myself. Wanted to install a 4-way on it so we could run hoses into some garden areas.

Emailed ASAP they responded that night, which I didn't expect with a reasonable quote.

Chet came out today and took care of it did a great job would highly recommend using ASAP. I know who to call in the future and will advise anyone that asks to give them a shout.

So disappointed with this company. I feel they took advantage of my elderly mother. $600 to clean a drain and install a toilet that we bought. It was shoddy work as well. The caps that cover the toilet screws were just set on top of the bolt ends, not attached to anything and the toilet seat is not even on straight.

Not only will I never use this company again, I will make sure as many people as possible know about my experience.

Just had them do a hot water tank.  I called 4 places, these guys were comparable price and the only ones that were able to get out that same day.  They said they would be there between 11 and 1.  They called at 10:30 and said they were on the way and showed up just before 11.  They worked quickly, but did a very good job.  Exactly what I would hope for when in need of this type of work.

Liked the idea of getting a free diagnostic but there price was out of my range so I passed on the service. I finally found someone who was in my range and I come to find out the tech that had came out switched my wires on the fan so it would not kick on. Very dishonest I would say.

This review is done about a year ago - When I noticed wet spots on my carpet I assumed the worst case scenario. I sent out quote requests to multiple companies but Nick was the quickest to respond and also had great ratings. He came out within 30 minutes of getting in contact, and diagnosed the problem as my dish washer leaking water. He didn't charge me anything for the service call and instead referred me to another company that does water damage restoration. I am very impressed the high level of service and I am so glad I canceled my work order with another place that my home warranty forced upon me. I will definitely keep Nick in mind when I need plumbing service in the future! Thank you!

Not to be trusted. Tried saying the whole house needed torn apart and they could not fix the leak causing the problem until the mold was cleaned up. After calling the restoration company sent to me by them to give an estimate the company said there was no mold. There was water damage to a few base boards over the 50 years of them being there.
The quote to fix the leak was over 500 dollars. Replaced the faucet for 25 dollars and it took me, not a plumber, not a handyman, just a regular guy with youtube and a wrench 10 minutes to fix the issue.
I was going to be charged over 10k, have my house destroyed, not put back together, for absolutely no reason.

These guys were fantastic. I had a main line blockage on a Saturday night at 7:00. Ryan got here at about 8:00 and was great!  Very knowledgeable, considerate, took the time to answers all of my questions and explained things as he was working. They did not charge me an exorbitant amount being on a weekend at night either. Charged me the same as if it wasn't. Ryan and ASAP are your plumbers hands down.

I was dealing with a horrendous sludge problem that would cause my condo to flood when the upstairs condo would run their dishwasher & prevent any water from going down my drain. The condominium building has pipes that are 50+ years old. Several workers had also attempted to clear this problem, but it wasn't until ASAP Plumbing came out , that the issue was resolved. I am super appreciative of their service!

I don't even want to give 1 star on this company. A Service man from ASAP Plumbing Services has Zero 101 plumbing knowledge, refusing to check on what's wrong on Water Heater (40 Ga, Electric) and recommended to replace the water heater (less than 6 years old) saying the life expectancy of water heater in AZ is 6 years in AZ. He said, there is no need to repair because sometimes, it won't work and it would cost more (repair fee +replacement cost). He called his boss who said same thing saying a replacement is recommended and sent me an estimation of $1,514 for the replacement.
I called a Gold Start plumbing company the next day. Devin from the Gold Star diagnosed it immediately (reset button which is one of common water heater issues) and recommended to replace a thermostat (still under warranty) which would cost less than $250.
Do not trust this company's quote and their skills.

We came back from a trip only to discover our hot water heater had decided to call it quits.  Who can blame it?  8 long years in a Phoenix garage - I'd call it quits, too.  We found ASAP on Yelp after our normal go-to company told us they didn't have time for us and could send a tech tomorrow.  Tomorrow?  For a long time customer?  Methinks not.  Jason and ASAP were out to the house, well, ASAP (under 3 hours from the time we called) and had a new 50 gallon heater installed a few hours after that.  The price came in where we expected (no, not cheap) for a Rheem water heater.  So I give these folks 5 stars and will definitely be a return customer if and when the time comes for additional plumbing work.

Had a bathtub installed and they didn't put screws at the flange to secure it and they also didn't use any bracing so there was literally nothing keeping it in place except the drain. They told me the flooring will keep it in place. When my husband got home and realized I had paid them $618 for this, well needless to say, he was pissed. He ended up taking the tub back out, adding support bracing and then reinstalling it correctly with screws at the flange. So we basically gave them $618 to do absolutely nothing!

ASAP  - office was professional. Plumber called before arriving. Arrived on time. Plumbers were polite and efficient. Job completed ( a replacement of a valve in bathtub faucet.) Highly Recommend.

They were prompt but after getting paid they do not respond. I would not return with such poor follow up.

$300 for flush valve.
$450 for installation.
$49 for valve adjustment.

This was after already paying $148 a day earlier to diagnose the problem.

Concerned about the pricing, we contacted another company and they charged us $136.15 all-in to perform the work above quoted at $700!

$88 for labor
$40 for trip charge
$8.15 for the repair kit.

Disappointing to be quoted at such a drastically higher amount for a relatively quick and easy fix.

Excellent operator! Having been a Homebuilder for 30 years, I have worked with many plumbers. This family owned and operated company is top notch! Very quick response, by the owner, in the evening, on a holiday weekend!

They were realistic with the timing and available to do the work, forthcoming with the amount of time my project would take. Chet was personable and down to earth, knowledgeable and not condescending. He was helpful and reliable. Other plumbers I have employed in the past have bragged about their work and fought with me on cost, added line items.  Chet was transparent with the pricing and honest about the work that truly needed to be done. I'll be recommending them via word of mouth and will bring repeat business myself.

I was out of town for the holidays and came home yesterday to no water in the toilet tank in my master bathroom. The first plumber I called couldn't send someone out until Monday afternoon. Since that wasn't going to work, I kept looking. After reading the reviews on ASAP Plumbing, I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. Not only did they send someone out the next day (Sunday), there wasn't an extra charge for coming out on a Sunday. The tech, Nanko, diagnosed AND fixed the problem in a matter of 15 minutes. I will definitely be using ASAP Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Just finished remodeling my bathroom. ASAP did all of my plumbing work. Always friendly and on time. Easy to work with - I'll be using them again when I start my kitchen remodel.

We just hired ASAP Plumbing for an complex installation after using them for an emergency and Jason is wonderful! He is courteous, thorough and clean. He had a tough job, but he hung in there and was creative enough to figure out a solutions. Jason is a great find!

We had a water softener installed by Kinetico several years ago. However, they only installed it to the hot water, therefore the cold water remained hard. Kinetico did not respond to fix the problem. ASAP Plumbing connected the main line to the water softener and then back out to the main line so that all the water going to the house would be soft. Only took about 2 hours.
They were on time, efficient, and friendly. Great service.
All places give a 2 hour time window and they arrived within the first 30 minutes.

I replaced my own shower cartridge and couldn't get it to stop leaking. After wasting 2+ hours and getting no where, I googled 24 hour plumbers near me and ASAP was first on the list. From time of phone call to David arriving at my house, it was one hour (this was after 6pm). He was awesome and efficient! I will definitely use ASAP again. Thank you so much!

I had an issue at my rental property and ASAP Plumbing was able to schedule a visit to my house in just a matter of hours after my call.  They were courteous and fixed the issue quickly and without an issue.  I received my invoice and found an error. When I emailed, I was called immediately and the issue was resolved easily! After asking the guy on the phone that made our appointment for unclogging the kitchen sink if his $58 advertised special was legit, he said Yes even after I explained the problem to him.

Then the technician showed up at my house and proceeded to unscrew (by hand) two parts in the sink. Took less than 15 minutes. He proceeded to show me the clog (some undigested food in the pipe) and then gave me a bill for $300!!! What?! I asked what happened to the $58 special and he proceeded to tell me that the special was only for outside clogs. Seriously?! Could you maybe tell us if you upped the price BEFORE you fix the super easy problem?

Worst experience with a company. Never again!

My experience with ASAP plumbing was top notch.  They were on time and worked quickly.  I needed a water softener, water heater, and two toilets installed.  Everything was done professionally and cleanly.  I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

I called to schedule heating repair service on Monday, only availability they could offer was for Tuesday between 2:30 - 4. I received a confirmation text message confirming my property location and the expected time of arrival. I was also told that I would receive a call when the tech was on the way. I gave the office 3 phone numbers just to make sure they would have no issue reaching someone. At 4:15 I called the office and left a message, then tried to reach someone again at 4:30 and 5:45. No one returned my voicemails & no one ever showed up.

My husband and I love ASAP plumbing! We have a Palo Verde tree that the previous owner brilliantly decided to plant over the main sewer line. Roots invaded the pipe, and on a Sunday night, after a long flight from SC, our toilets and drains started backing up. We called ASAP, as we'd used them previously, and they sent someone out at 11:30 that night to unplug everything. Fast service, and extremely reasonable considering it was after hours on a Sunday. They came out again to confirm with a camera that it was indeed roots, and then proceeded to dig a really deep hole. They replaced the pipe, poured concrete around it to hopefully keep the roots out, backfilled the hole, and then even replaced the pavers they'd removed to get to the pipe. Everyone on that crew earned their pay with this job, and they were all so pleasant to work with! Thank you ASAP plumbing for a job well done!

Beware of using ASAP plumbing services, as they give you a price and then rip you off when they get to the job. We asked to have some pipes cleared in our back yard. I was told by the young lady on the phone that they were sending someone with three different techniques to clear the pipes and guaranteed they could get it fixed during the visit. They forgot to call me to tell me they rerouted my technician to some other job, so when I called they said they were going to send someone else. Their gentleman arrived with only two apparatuses to clear the pipes. When he was unsuccessful his suggestion was to dig up a pipe 4 inches in diameter 4 feet long and replace it. That didn't sound too crazy until he told me the price was $4,500.00  45 HUNDRED $$$$$$$$$$$.... When I told him that was far too much for that job he pressed me for $900 to do what he came out for but did not complete.
In my opinion, that is downright gouging the customer. I will never recommend anyone use them for any job.

He was friendly, honest, and I really feel he went the extra mile to help me. I have been remodeling my home for the last few months and I have dealt with a lot of contractors and workers and Matt is a good as they get. ASAP has my future AC business and I will recommended them to everyone.

My water heater was on it's last legs.  Sent some photos and general info out to several contractors and decided on ASAP.  Reasonable pricing (several others were much higher), and at the end of the day they showed up when they said they would, and without a hitch they switched out my water heater.  That's how it's supposed to work.  The technician Stefan was nice young man. He clearly knew what he was doing.  Good job all around.

I had a leak in the secondary AC pan in the attic which caused the water to leak through the ceiling. I placed call and talked to Nick who was courteous  and knowledgeable. Before they came out I received a call about the ETA. Matt came out to our house and the issue with the line was resolved ASAP and  he was knowledgeable about what is going on.

Very disappointed with this company. I had a water leak in my house. I already opened the wall. I point to the exact spot to cut out and replace about a foot of 1/2 copper. Yes, it's an emergency. I also need two other simple shut-off valve removed and replaced. Both I had exposed. One valve I even supplied the parts. I will close up the walls myself. The bill...more than $1,000. Plumber was in house less than three hours, plus a 15 minute drive from their shop. Do the math...$300 per hour. I wonder if they also have a loan shark business?

Little after 10pm and we hear a toilet gurgle.  All are clogged.  Called ASAP Plumbing and they had a service tech at my door in less than 45 minutes.  Very clean and friendly.  He had to snake outside drains, something on the roof, and finally had it clear.  I can now go to bed and not worry about clogged drains throughout the house.  Thank you ASAP Plumbing!

Water heater started leaking a couple days before Christmas. ASAP plumbing provided a fast and competing bid within an hour. About 1.5 hours later they were onsite and replaced the water heater. Fast, quality and competitive!

My husband and I deleted the initial review (below) and change our entire opinion of the company. Nick made us feel important and not just another number. He called the the minute the review posted (no exaggeration) and turned our initial experience completely around. They have proved customer satisfaction is there #1 PRIORITY.

Nick continually communicated with us throughout the entire process. Located the leak and rerouted the pipe within 2 days!!

Stephan was punctual and polite.  His work was very neat and clean!

Jason came by to inspect our leak and it's been 2 days with no response regarding a quote.  We called his number twice, left a message and the phone number provided on Yelp.  As first time home owners, my husband and I had high expectations and were looking forward to working with ASAP Plumbing, based on the reviews we read. However,  they have proved unreliable and unable to keep their word.

I have had these guys out twice. Once for a water heater, and again for replacement of a couple of shut off valves under the sink. Both times they arrived the same day and made the repair every quickly. Very courteous and efficient!

Quick response and came out within two hours. Will definitely use again.

Update: Nick called me to find out more details and apologize. He was very sincere and it sounds like he cares a lot for his customers and how his techs do in homes. It sounds like the business may have some growing pains, but Nick wants to make it right so I have no doubt he's going to address the training issues. I wish we had a better experience this time, but we will likely give them another chance in the future.

I found this company on Yelp and decided to try them because of the good reviews.

The pros:
- They were able to do a same day appointment, which was important because we had a leak under a sink. Since they were coming out, we asked them to look at another sink and our RO system
- Amber who answered the phone was super nice, professional, and helpful
- The tech, Alex,  was right on time

The cons:
- The tech said the RO system was very old and needed to be replaced for $650. I told him all the parts had been replaced in the last 6 months, and he just said, Oh.
- To have one angle stop valve replaced it was $169. I couldn't get a breakdown from the company of parts and labor, but that seemed excessive for a $10 part and a 10 minute fix (literally)
- When I called the company to tell them how it seemed like their tech was trying to rip us off with the RO system, the guy I spoke to didn't seem to care. He said the tech had called him and told him we had just moved in to the home, so they recommended the RO replacement because we didn't know how old the system was. We've owned the home for 10 years, but the tech and I never talked about how long we've owned the house, so he's just making stuff up.

Sounds like from reviews we could've had a much better experience with a different technician.....

These guys are completely overcharging. Quoting me easily over twice the going rate by the plumber's own admission. He literally told me that there are way cheaper quality plumbers out there. Sorry if I get you in trouble sir but people ought to have a right to know before they get charged for you showing up.

In less than 24 hours they had my garbage disposal fixed. Showed up exactly when they said they would and although I missed the gentleman's name who did the repair he was thorough and explained everything without making me feel like I was being talked down to. He even made sure I had other numbers in case I had any additional issues with water damage. A++++++ These guys are the best!

Nick and crew do fantastically efficient work!  Their pride in workmanship is a nice change from other plumbers.  I highly recommend them for your next business or residential call.

I have mixed feelings writing this review because this review has no reflection on the technician. I called to schedule an appt. because my kitchen sink was not draining and the disposal was not turning on. The technician showed up within 30 minutes and he was here a total of 10 minutes he showed me the reset button on the disposal and then used an Allen wrench to turn the blades underneath. He called the office to see if he could get the $49 fee waived since he didn't really do a lot and I was ready to tip him and thanked him for that offer. He came back in the house a few minutes later and said he was told to charge the $49 charge. I respect that and paid him and tipped him. I'm more upset because sometimes in business discretion has to be used and this was a perfect opportunity to do the right thing for the customer. It would have paid 10 fold in the future, but now I feel it doesn't matter how small the job is this company is going to charge the $49. I thanked the technician and he told me well at least I learned something, I said yeah It was a $49 lesson that took 10 minutes.

Very courteous and reliable. I've had a garbage disposal and a toilet repaired and they are very service oriented. Said they would be at my house between 8am and 9am. He was there at 8:03am. That's service. Robert was very professional as well. He explained everything he was doing which is awesome!  They do not take credit cards only cash or check. Don't let that discourage you. This company is great!

I had a great experience with ASAP Plumbing. The plumber resolved my water heater issue expeditiously he was professional and courteous. My overall experience was great, I would recommend family, friends and anyone who is seeking professional service to ASAP Plumbing.

I used them in the past and had a good experience. Today they came and since my GF did not know where the shut off valve was the tech said he would come back later. Understandable. Never got a call back or anything. Contacted the company late in afternoon and they said they would pass because they didn't want to be liable. Makes no sense since they never even came back to even view the shut off valve. I also would've got more work from them to fix other projects, but bad communication and left us hanging. Thankfully we called back to confirm if they were coming back or we would've been waiting all night.

Update: I would like to add that since making my post my girlfriend received a mean call from a very irate person with the company. Very unprofessional to make a call that doesn't coincide with the tone they are using in their instant response to this post. We didn't call their company with attitude or anything like that so why give it to us? Also, we have a shutoff valve inside my unit and also to the building, just in case it's necessary. Receiving HOA approval to shut off water to fix plumbing is no issue and can be resolved in no time. Saying they won't take the job is no problem if they communicated that. What was wrong is leaving us waiting thinking they are coming back then after my post calling a female and being rude as retaliation. No excuse for that.

ASAP Plumbing responded very quickly and had an AC service guy at the house within an hour.  Matt diagnosed the problem (blown fuse) and identified another problem resulting in excessive water in the drip pan.  He was able to correct both issues quickly and professionally.  I'll be asking them out again for regular service.

ASAP Plumbing & A/C performed ABOVE & BEYOND service without the inflated cost!

Recently my wife and I had installed a new Kitchen sink and faucet and had some leak issues due to the old valves and RO piping. After requesting a quote from various plumbers I received a quote from Nick that was more than fair, as the competition was unreasonably high and/or expensive.

The plumber that performed the service (Jason) was very polite, courteous, and trustworthy!  How do I know because Jason clearly explained and showed me the problem as well as the recommendation, as well as the finished work.

Furthermore how many other vendors would go back to their HQ to obtain a part and not charge the customer? Well Jason did just that as he had to go back to obtain a different part to ensure we were completely satisfied with the quality of work and to ensure no leaks.

I am amazed at both Jason, Nick and ASAP Plumbing & A/C as they know how to treat their customers, without inflated pricing schemes.  When we require assistance in the future they will always be welcome.

Contacted ASAP Plumbing  regarding my water heater.  Spoke with Denise and told her that my water heater was 13 yrs old noticed scale build up around the drain valve and the tank was making noises. I figure it was time to replace it before it would start leaking.  This morning Edwin arrived to install the new water heater.  Edwin was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job in removing the old tank and installing the new tank. He cleaned up before he left and made sure that I knew how to operate the new water heater.  ASAP Plumbing is absolutely awesome. They are up front with everything including the price, which was reasonable.  I'll be using ASAP Plumbing for any plumbing problems that occur.  Highly recommend this company.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! SCAM!! SCAM!   Im a landlord with properties all over Phoenix & Mesa, over the last 15 yrs, and I have a list of vendors that I've used and trusted. So one of my properties had a leak in the kitchen, and it was a Sunday, so the plumbers that I regularly use, were not available for same day service on a Sunday, and this situation was a bit of an urgent matter. So after searching on yelp for plumbers, I came across ASAP Plumbing.  The only reason I called them was because they have good yelp reviews. I talked with the owner, Nick, on the phone and he said he can have a plumber there within a few hours. The plumber from ASAP, his name is Daniel, he showed up and after he his inspection, he called me and after that a few red flags came up for me:

1) The first thing Daniel asks me is... Sir are you in the Valley?  I told him no Im not (Im in Tucson, but I didnt feel the need to tell him that).  In my experience, I know that some vendors want to see if you are a local landlord / investor, or if you are out of town, and if you out of town... guess what, they are more likely to try to rip you off.

2) After finding out that Im not local in the Valley, Daniel then tells me that we have a slab leak (where the pipe underneath the slab is leaking and it is coming through to the floor in the kitchen), and that the repair that he recommends is a rerouting of the pipe ...a job that would cost over $3,200!!  Naturally, I became suspicious. Daniel said they would need to come back and perform a leak detection with their equipment to make sure.

3) Then, Daniel then tells me Hey you are going to want to have a restoration company come and clean up this water damage ----- HUGE RED FLAG!!  (for anyone that doesnt know, PLUMBERS GET PAID A KICKBACK COMMISSION, sometimes bettween $500 to $1500 or more from a restoration company to send them referrals. Then the restoration company comes in and tears up your property (before the insurance company can come do an apprasil), and holds you hostage with the repairs that need to be done, and the whole time they will tell you that your insurance company will pay for it. They will create more damage, to increase the bill ---- because someone has to pay the Plumber's kickback ---  And you the homeowner could be out THOUSANDS of dollars out of your own pocket to get your property repaired, because the insurance company likely will not cover all of it, no matter what the restoration company tells you).

4) Daniel tells me, write down this name, Preferred Choice Restoration, call this number, and tell them that Daniel from ASAP Plumbing referred you ----- RUN FOR THE HILLS!!  If this is not so blatantly obvious, that Daniel is getting a referal bonus from this company if they close a sale with me.

After that phone call with Daniel, the scam artist, I was so weary about ASAP Plumbing. Not only did Daniel suggest a $3200 repair, but he told me to call this restoration company and tell them that Daniel referred me.  

The next day, Monday, Daniel came back and did the leak detection with the equipment. And sure enough, Daniel told me me, yup, its a slab leak, and the cheapest repair would be the repipe option, which is over $3,200.   That same aftertoon, guess who I got a phone call from?  A person from Preferred Choice Restoration called, and said that Daniel from ASAP Plumbing gave them my phone number and they wanted to sell me their restoration services!  

***NOTE TO ASAP PLUMBING:  HOW DARE YOU GIVE OUT A CUSTOMER'S PHONE NUMBER TO ANOTHER COMPANY WITHOUT PERMISSION??!?! DONT EVER DO THAT OR YOU GET NASTY YELP REVIEWS LIKE THIS ONE!!***

Being wary of this scam artist, I called a different plumbing company, to have them come for a second opinion.  

So on Tuesday, the other plumbing I called, comes out and inspects the leak, and they determine that the leak is a broken faucet and pipe underneath the sink, and it is NOT a slab leak!! They fixed the pipe and facuet right away, and it cost me only $450 with this other plumbing company.  

After the leak was fixed (not by ASAP Plumbing), I called Daniel back, and asked him why did you give my phone number to Preferred Choice Restoration? (which by the way, has horrible yelp reviews)   And he replied... oh we work exclusively with them, so I gave them your number ---- SCREW YOU DANIEL!!    That's like a car dealer telling you its okay for them to sell your phone number to Bank of America because you asked them about auto loans, so Bank of America can call you try to sell you a car loan. The only reason why Daniel gave them my information, is so they he can try to collect a huge kickback if I use their restoration services.

The owner Nick, will likely respond to this review, trying to make it better.  But the truth is, you have a bad apple Nick, his name is Daniel, and it's not good for your business.  Or this might be a companywide practice, who knows?

STAY AWAY FROM ASAP PLUMBING!!!

ASAP plumbing has a good response time and gets the job done. Make sure you have them give you an estimate before completing your plumbing problem. The job seemed so minimal and I was distracted with my kids so I didn't even think to ask for an estimate. We were completely over charged by the technician. The owner gave us a gift card to apologize, but I am still left feeling slightly frustrated.

They showed up to fix a leak from the AC reservoir holder above my laundry room.  Water was leaking behind the walls, then into the walls, etc. What a mess!  They came and help to get the AC water pan fix and worked with the restoration company for timing.

Called ASAP Plumbing Services today for an emergency as the plug that goes to the water heater came out and we had to turn off the water in the house. Drew S was very professional and knowledgeable and removed the old valve body and repiped with hard copper. Drew got to the house on time and fixed the problem really quick. (He also gave some treats to my dogs which was super nice of him :) Definitely recommending this business to everyone and I'm sure I will be calling them again!

We just had Nick, the owner & Nate show up to fix a faucet hose bib in our backyard. Great communication of when they will arrive. They walked us through the process and the cost. Very reasonable. Very fast and professional. I highly recommend. A+

There's never a good time for your AC to die, but having it happen the night you and your husband both work late so you don't discover it until well past eight ranks pretty high up on the terrible timing meter.

My husband called a few of the big-name repair places and they said they could get a technician out to us in a few days. I had visions of having to board our pets and go live in a hotel room - we were hitting 120 daily highs at the time and toughing it out wasn't an option.

In between bouts of panicking, I called ASAP Plumbing and Air Conditioning. They said they had a tech working not too far away - would it be all right if he was there in 90 minutes? 90 minutes beats a few days - I said yes.

Matt from ASAP showed up less than an hour later. He didn't have on a cape, but maybe it was just tucked into his shirt? Either way, he saved the day. He climbed up onto the roof in the dark, found the problem, and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. He was completely up front and honest about what had caused the problem and what he suggested we should do in the future. He was forthright, funny, and patient with a couple of anxious, sweaty people at the end of what had to be a very, very long day for him.

Matt (and ASAP) saved our night, saved our week, might have saved our marriage. I can't recommend them enough - not only did they come through in a pinch, they came through beautifully and without taking advantage of our desperation.

These guys did a fantastic job, would highly recommend. They responded to me within 10 minutes, and a technician was at my house in less than two hours. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it effortlessly. I did not receive other quotes so I cannot comment on the competitiveness of their pricing. But in my mind it was extremely well worth the cost... to have my problem fixed within two hours of contacting them. Fantastic.

The tech was on time and knowledgable. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and offered a decent bid pricing. I am awaiting one more price (I've been given 2 quotes hundreds of dollars apart) so I need a 3rd for balance. As long as the balance shows this pricing is in-line, I will use ASAP Plumbing

We were 100% satisfied and impressed with the guys today who installed a new kitchen sink w disposal, fixed the toilet seals and dripping faucet.  Very professional job and wonderfully polite.  Will definitely use them again!

I contacted ASAP plumbing via Yelp and received a response and quote within 10 mins, and a technician was scheduled for the next day. Jason called 30 mins ahead of arrival time as promised and did an amazing job. Jason was prompt and professional, walked me through the whole process of what was fixed, and was up front about the cost as well. I highly recommend both him and ASAP Plumbing!

ASAP Plumbing did an emergency after hours job for me and didn't charge me an emergency fee or an outrageous price. They responded quickly and did a good job. Having an emergency is stressful enough, so I would highly recommend ASAP Plumbing to take care of the rest!

We were very happy with our service call! Jason and Victor showed up with smiles on their faces even though it was 6:30pm! Our appt was scheduled for 3-5pm , so they were a bit late. With all their emergency calls, which our leaky faucet was not! We had to cancel our dinner plans but no big deal! These guys were very nice and courteous, and super quick! They worked well as a team, they were in and out in a 1/2 hr! I will definitely recommend to everyone I know, and will use them in the future! They also stuck to the price quote that I received before I had them come out!

We had a slab leak in our downstairs bathroom.  Nick was the first one to respond to my request and he came out right away, gave us a comprehensive and fair assessment of what was needed, and he was able to fix the issue without tearing up the foundation.  Stephan came out and immediately got everything fixed and running again....he was fantastic!  Great company - will definitely use them again!

I just wanted to rave about the fabulous customer service that I received today from Stefan at ASAP Plumbing! I called to make an appointment late this morning (Saturday around 11am)... due to water leaking from a wall in my garage. I totally expected to be told that there was nothing available until Monday...or possibly to be told that there was an astronomical weekend surcharge... nothing of the sort! Not only was i provided same day service (yay!), there was no Saturday  surcharge! I couldnt be happier with the professional & courteous demeanor of my plumbing technician, Stefan! Very skilled & knowledgeable (& this is a young guy!)... He cut into the drywall (very neatly might i add :)), located the problem, physically showed me exactly where the issue was & what needed replacement. It ended up being a small hole in the hot water pipe, leading from my tankless water heater. Stefan made the repairs in a jiffy! When the job was complete, he physically showed me his repairs & answered all of my questions. I was even able to make my payment electronically with him right then & there! I must say that I felt comfortable with the cost as well. I was nervous about how much the damages would be... & was pleasantly surprised with the total bill!  Thanks again ASAP Plumbing, I will definitely refer friends & family in need of quality courteous service!

Jason was courteous and professional. Fair pricing, not inexpensive but not outrageous. Did great work and worked quickly. Would highly recommend ASAP!

I called to set up an estimate to replace a water softener.  The technician arrived, finished with quote and handed us a bill for a $40 service fee. At no time when I called for the appointment did they mention a charge to come for an estimate. When I called the next day I spoke to someone that told me a manager will get back to me. It has been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard from them.  Unless you're willing to pay for an estimate, ask when you make the appointment. This was the only company that charged to come to our home for an estimate.

If I could give more stars I would!  I am very picky and big on customer service which is lacking in many industries.  Friends and family call me the Research Queen because I invest a lot of time in reading reviews/ratings through multiple sites before deciding who to go with.

PRICING:

I researched online for plumbing companies to install our home water filter, softener, and RO system.  I read some reviews online that you need to find someone who knows how to install these systems otherwise you will have to pay double for the job to be done correctly. I messaged Nick (the owner) who is very nice and professional.  He messaged back immediately and then we discussed pricing.  Trust me when I tell you that ASAP Plumbing offers the BEST deal in town.  I called three other 4-5 star yelp rated companies and they were all $80 - $150 more!!  Like most people, I want the best value but will not compromise quality.  We received excellent, quality service for a VERY reasonable price!!!!  Don't be deceived by companies that try to tell you that you need to pay more for quality service.

INSTALLATION SERVICE:

Marat was our technician.  He is one of the most humble, nice, respectful, and professional techs you will ever meet!!  He was very respectful of our home in making sure he took off his shoes or wore booties.  He knocks on the door each time he had to go out to his truck which is quite commendable.  But after the first time, we told him to just come and go as needed without ringing the doorbell.  He took his time and didn't rush through the job so I knew I was getting quality workmanship.  I felt bad that three times he had to go pick up additional parts that didn't come with the water filtration system that we bought online.  We were pleasantly surprised that he did not charge us for ANY additional parts!  That's unheard of!  Most places nickel and dime you for every little thing.  Before he left, he explained how the water systems work and what to expect.  

We were extremely pleased with their service that we called them to come back to install our RO from the sink to our fridge.  Marat had quoted my husband a price during the first installation but we wanted to think about it.  When we called him back recently to do the job, he quoted a higher price than before.  He explained that the price quoted before was lower because he was already onsite, which is understandable but we had only budgeted for the amount he quoted before.  Thankfully, he went ahead and honored the original quoted price!  (Word of advice:  If you get a quote for additional work while the tech is still onsite, take advantage of it then and don't do what we did.  We were fortunate he gave us the original cost but this is not standard company or industry policy.)  Thank you Marat for all your hard work performed with excellence and professionalism!!  

Sorry for the detailed review but I just want you to see how awesome this company is!  They care more about their customers than making a few extra bucks.  

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

They really exemplify EXCELLENT customer service!  Their receptionist is so sweet, friendly, and efficient!  We experienced nothing but exceptional service from each person that we talked to.

When I called on Friday to have them come back to hook up RO to fridge water line, I explained that we need it done before 11AM on Saturday because we have out of town guests arriving at Noon.  Nick reassured me that it would not be a problem.  Sure enough, I get a call within an hour from the receptionist to schedule the appointment for Sat. morning.  As promised, Marat was done before 11AM even having to run out to buy an additional part!  I'm telling you, he is your guy!! :)

I highly recommend you contact ASAP Plumbing and give them a chance to provide you a competitive quote.  We will be using them for ALL of our plumbing needs.  You will too when you experience their quality service!  Not sure how many technicians they have but if you can, ask for Marat!  :)
