In today's world of service, I have encountered so many business owners who just want to get your money with little to no sincere customer satisfaction. Patton Plumbing is NOT that type of business. Not only were they on time, great service, professional, and not expensive (compared to others), the personal relationship you develop with Shawn Patton the owner himself is remarkable. He was all about educating you and showing you what's going on with your current unit so that you understand why you need his service. Thank you for all your tips on lowering my electric bill, saving energy and suggestions that I invest in a new unit instead of repairing the one that I have for the long term return on investment. Needed a a/c drain installed quickly. Wasn't an easy job due to the location of the unit. They can out quickly, knocked out the job and passed their code inspection first try.  The price was fair. I will use these guys again. Communication was good also.

I had a plumbing problem and he quoted an approximate price.  He hadn't seen the job so that is very reasonable.  He showed up early, quickly fixed the problem and charged me less than he quoted because it was easy fix for him.  Often trades people keep you waiting and run up the bull when they can.  My experience with this company was the complete opposite.  You should consider them when you have a plumbing problem.

We had a great experience with these guys this week after our hot water heater EXPLOADED In our attic.  They were able to transition us to a new Hot Water heater in a days time.  I would highly recommend them.  They are professional, courteous and very good at what they do!

We had a strange hissing noise in our wall. Our Home Warranty company sent Everon's to us. It was a Saturday, and they were the only one in the area available to come out that day. We were concerned we had a leak. The person was schedule for 5-6pm, but he did not arrive until 6:30. When he did show up, he spent less than 5 minutes evaluating the issue. He proceeded to tell us that This is just the way pipes sound. You have no insulation in that wall. We of course believed him. He was the professional. He claimed that if we had a leak, There would be water everywhere!

Well, last night we noticed some strange buckling on the seams of our flooring. The flooring was installed in August, so it is BRAND new! This morning, just about every seam of our flooring had buckling in the vicinity of the hissing wall. We called our Home Warranty company and they sent a different plumber, who discovered a pin hole leak in our pipe behind the wall. The wall itself is soaked from the inside, and the flooring in half our kitchen and hall all have to be replaced. Only part of this damage is covered by the Home Warranty company. If Everon's had dealt with the issue on Saturday night, we would not be replacing our BRAND NEW floor tomorrow.

Our experience with Hiller was excellent. Pricing is fair. The customer service was great. The electrician that came to our home was professional, quick, and effective. We will definitely come back should the need arise.

Great to work with - friendly, knowledgeable, professional.  They had a technician to us quickly.  ANDRE WAS GREAT!! Very personable, repairs made quickly and efficiently.  Will definitely call again!

Had new heating and air installed 12 years ago. The heating never worked from the get go. They would not replace the lemon heating unit they installed after months of going back and forth! So here I am today Dec.23, 2022 1degree outside and the temperature inside my house is 64 degrees. Think twice before using them. They do not stand behind their installation or their product. The unit they installed is a Carrier. Works great in the summer however.  I'll probably have to have it replaced and spend another $7000. They had to use a crane to get it up on my condo building.

This company is not proficient at communication in a timely manner through any means.  Neither timely in their arrival or respectful of yours.  A main break in your sewage trunk line is your problem,  lets hope your not waiting for their Technician to detail the problem to your Home Warranty Company so work can begin because my experience is they just don't care if your break causes consequential damages and secondary problems.  Monday afternoon they received their payment for the service call from an ELDERLY DISABLED LADY, for crawling in the Crawlspace and then stating the obvious,  Letting it be know if she did not pay then they could hold up any other work that was needed by themselves or different contractors used by the Warranty company. well check the BBB complaints before you call them at one of their (3) different phone numbers, its a hardship upon this elderly cancer patient with a recently broken hip. ;(  its been 6 days since he took her check and 10 since they issue was reported. multiple calls and emails have no been responded too.  SHAME ...

This company is a rip off. I paid $750 for an HVAC condenser unit, and all I got was a bucket of non-working rust. Does not honor his contract or guarantees. I would never use them nor recommend them to my worst enemy.

That company is not a good in plumbing they will cost you knowledge are customers respect to your property don't hire them that cost me 1,000 in cost to my lawn.
